If God Had Not Intervened, This Could Have Been A Very Different Week For Israel – By Amir Tsarfati - https://harbingersdaily.com/amir-tsarfati-if-god-had-not-intervened-this-could-have-been-a-very-different-week-for-israel/
It could have been a different sort of week. On Sunday, a clean-shaven, very normal looking man, Jaafar Mona from Nablus, walked along Lehi Road in Tel Aviv. On his back was a backpack that looked like any other backpack. What was inside, though, had the potential to kill dozens, if not more. While just ten minutes away from a crowded event at a stadium, the terrorist’s plot was thwarted when the explosive in his backpack prematurely blew up. He was immediately shredded to pieces, while just one bystander was moderately injured. Hamas quickly took credit for the attempted bombing. As for the early detonation, I would also like to give credit where it is due. Thank you, God, for protecting your people. This had all the makings for another horrible massacre. You didn’t allow it to happen. While we don’t know why You step in at times and hold Your hand back at others, we trust You knowing that You will always do what is best. So, all credit for the premature blast goes to You, Lord. On the flip side of the coin is what happened on October 7. I will admit to you that I am writing this paragraph on Wednesday immediately after viewing my Telegram premier of “October 7th: Unfiltered”. This is not my first time seeing this footage, but I once again find myself stunned at the brutality of what took place that day. How can people do this? I am angry, heartbroken, aghast, and devastated. It takes my breath away. As I watch the Democrat National Convention in Chicago and hear the chants of “Free, Free Palestine,” I want to round all those people up into an auditorium and show them the heinous violence of these “innocent” Gazans. And, yes, I know that it is not all of those who are living in Gaza. But there is a huge majority there who cheered the massacre and only wished that more Israelis had died. The people in Chicago and at the Olympics and in London and all over the world who are wittingly or unwittingly chanting for the perpetrators are brainwashed by an antisemitic ideology that the enemy has spread across the globe. They believe the perpetrators are the victims, and the victims are the perpetrators. We must never forget what took place. We must never let time reverse the roles of who is the aggressor and who is simply fighting for their own peace and safety. If you have not watched “October 7th: Unfiltered” yet, I would encourage you to do so. I’ll warn you, it is not easy. Some of the images you see may never leave your mind. The benefit, though, is that you will never again doubt who started this whole mess, and you’ll have a complete understanding of why Israel is compelled to finish it. Hezbollah in Lebanon The conflict between Israel and Lebanon has been very noisy of late. Hezbollah has been launching dozens of rockets towards Israel. On Tuesday, more than 200 projectiles were fired at two IDF positions in the Golan Heights and at other places in northern Israel. The next day, the terrorist group launched more than 50 more. Many of the rockets were directed at and around Katzrin. A number of private homes were hit, and a 30-year-old man was moderately injured. Israel has been striking back with very precise and targeted fire. Last Saturday, a warehouse containing Burkan missiles was destroyed in Nabatieh. The target of the Israeli Air Force (IAF) then turned the eastern Lebanon Beqaa Valley region. On Monday night in Beqaa, secondary explosions in Baalbek following an airstrike confirmed to Israel that they had hit an ammunition storage location. Then, yesterday there were more strikes. Also, yesterday, the IAF ended the life of Khalil Hussein Khalil Al-Maqdah, a terrorist affiliated with the Iranian IRGC, who was involved in directing attacks and transferring funds and weapons to Judea and Samaria. Then, last night, the IDF launched an extensive campaign, striking ten sites across southern Lebanon. This is believed to be the most widespread attack on southern Lebanon since the beginning of the war. West Bank Justice was meted out in the West Bank on Saturday. Two senior Hamas terrorists, Ahmed Abu Ara and Raafat Dawasi, were killed when an explosive drone struck their car in Jenin, West Bank. Both were involved in the planning of last week’s Jordan Valley attack during which 23-year-old Yonatan Deutsch was shot and killed. Daring Recovery of Hostage Remains In a courageous operation during an offensive in Khan Yunis, IDF special forces and members of the Shin Bet made a beeline to a specific tunnel. When they arrived, they found what their tipster had told them would be there – the bodies of six male hostages, ranging in age from 35 to 80. All six had been kidnapped and taken into Gaza alive, but were murdered at some point over the past 10 months. So they will not be forgotten, the names of the dead are Alex Dancyg, 75, Yagev Buchshtav, 35, Chaim Peri, 79, Yoram Metzger, 80, Nadav Popplewell, 51, and Avraham Munder, 78. Iran Israel and the rest of the world are still waiting for the Iranian response to the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran. IRGC Deputy Commander Brigadier General Ali Fadavi warned Tuesday that Iran will definitely strike Israel at an appropriate time and place, and promised that Israel “will be punished more severely than before.” However, Iran will not risk themselves by going head-to-head against Israel. Instead, they will use their mad dogs, Hezbollah, to carry out their bidding. That’s why Hezbollah is currently paying the price for both their own and the Iranians’ sins, and they will continue to pay because wiping out the terrorist group is the only way for Israel to win this war. But prior to setting their eyes on problems outside their borders, Iran may want to deal with issues on the home front. The morality police began arresting women in Qazvin, north of Tehran, on Tuesday, but the people weren’t having it. Crowds quickly formed and rescued the women. But they didn’t stop there. They beat the policemen, all while chanting Death to the Dictator. The unrest spread to some surrounding towns, as well. The United States Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with American Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Monday to discuss a “hostages for ceasefire” agreement. For the first time, the PM walked away from the meetings backing the latest proposal. It is likely he did so because this deal would take into account Israel’s security needs. Not surprisingly, Hamas rejected the previous proposal outright and has already indicated that they will reject this one, too. Colombia Last week, Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro followed through with a threat to ban coal exports to Israel. Angry over Israel’s prosecution of the war in Gaza, the president signed the ban eight days ago. This will be a hard hit for Israel. Colombia is Israel’s largest supplier of coal, accounting for approximately 30% of the nation’s need. Russia and Ukraine Yesterday saw Russian President Vladimir Putin kissing a copy of a Quran at the dedication of a mosque in Grozny, Chechnya. In this first presidential visit to Chechnya since 2011, Putin, flanked by the Grand Mufti of Chechnya and by the crazy Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, pressed his lips to the gold-covered book and pressed it to his heart. One reason for his equanimity is that Putin needs all the friends he can get right now. After moving into the Kursk region, Ukrainian forces are now reaching northwest into Bryansk. The fighting is heavy on the region’s border. Meanwhile, back in Kursk, the Ukrainian Air Force destroyed a major bridge over the Simeon River, in order to prevent Russian reinforcements and supplies being brought to the battlefield. The Days of Noah and the Titanic! – John Bellam - https://www.rev310.net/post/the-days-of-noah-and-the-titanic And the Lord said, my spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”-Genesis 6:3 The last article I shared here had to do with the days of Noah, the days of Lot, and the last Trump which I believe is on the near horizon. Today’s article is more speculation on the “Days of Noah” theme but may be completely out in left field. I wanted to share my thoughts though because when I did a little research into the matter it captivated me greatly. The days of Noah came about when God was about to cause a worldwide global judgment to fall on humanity; The Great Flood! The days of Lot were the precursor to a regional event of judgment; The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. While Jesus mentions both in Matthew 24 and Luke 17 when talking about the signs of His return, they may not have been for the same reasons. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Matthew 24:37-39 26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. Luke 17:26-30 It’s possible that the conditions of eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage that are mentioned in both Noah's and Lots conditions, are worldwide social experiences celebrated everywhere. Yet by indicating that the end would mirror the localized economic conditions of Lot’s time (planting and building, buying and selling ), it may be a hint that regional economies will still be functioning when the Lord breaks back into time to rapture His church. In other words, the whole world will be marrying and eating and drinking, as usual, and the individual regions would still be functioning in a time of distinct national economies and not all one consolidated global economy. Now this is all merely speculation based on prayer for wisdom and I am not proclaiming this as a certainty. But Jesus did indeed give some different signs for the two separate calamities that may sort out some of the overall global conditions and the individual national conditions preceding the coming judgment. If this is accurate, then the following are things we know : -The coming judgment will be global like the flood and affect everyone everywhere and not localized like S&G! -There will still be buying and selling, planting and building going on at the time of the Rapture so the economic conditions more resemble our current national economies than the Great Reset version of an economy where no one owns anything and planting gardens is outlawed and we are all somehow herded into 15 minute cities. This appears to indicate the existence of local commerce like those in S&G which may be why our Lord put the example of Buying and Selling and Planting and Building in the Lot example. -We know the examples the Lord uses in both the Noah and Lot judgments have to be speaking of the conditions at His coming to rapture the Church because they do not lineup with the horrendous worldwide conditions we see throughout Scripture at His actual second coming. With that all in mind I looked further for clues of the unique conditions before the two previous judgments and something stood out. The one main thing that happened before the flood that was different than the destruction of S&G was that God gave humanity a 120-year warning before the flood. Gen 6:3 “And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.” This got me thinking, if the Lord issued a 120-year warning before the first global judgment, is it possible that for the discerning, He will issue a 120-year warning before the last global judgment? Well of course that is impossible to figure with great certainty without an audible voice of God telling a prophet. I fully believe Scripture is complete and God is not giving new revelation but He does give illumination to those who seek out His Word for clues and clarity. Most of us in the watcher community believe we are now in the last stages of the signs being given for our Lord’s return as we see the infrastructure of the Beast kingdom being built at the same time we see Israel surrounded by a sea of hostility and worldwide antisemitic hatred, we can be sure the time of the Lord’s return is near. But because we don’t know when the end will be for certain, we don’t know when to back the clock up 120 years to look for a possible 120-year warning that may have been issued. In other words, say Jesus returns to judge the world on May 14, 2068… we may surmise that the clock started in a 120-year warning at the birth of Israel. But we won’t know that until Jesus has returned to judge. So are there any other clues or methods we can use to investigate a potential 120-year warning? One thing I do believe for sure is that one day to the Lord is as 1000 years and 1000 years is as a day (2 Peter 3:8). I also believe God created the 7-day week to mirror man’s time on earth. 6000 years of human toiling and then a final 1000 years of rest under the righteous renewed kingdom of King Jesus. In addition, I believe the passages that indicate the 3rd day or 3rd millennium after Christ’s first earthly visit will be the millennium when He returns to rule the world. “After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.” Hosea 6:2 I believe the 2000th anniversary of Jesus’ crucifixion/resurrection/ascension will be somewhere around 2032-33. Possibly 2031 but more likely 32’ or 33’. With that being the case, I believe our Precise God has a plan to rapture us sometime soon, cast the world into the 7-year Tribulation, and then begin His 7th millennium of Messianic rest around that 32-33 window. God knows precisely when but I can only speculate and I certainly could be wrong So just for my own curiosity, I went back 120 years from 2033 to see if anything could have happened that could have been the signal that a 120-year warning was being given to humanity about the judgment to come. In 1913 there were some pretty significant events such as the signing of the Federal Reserve Act which probably doomed America although it would be a slow death of our sovereignty for sure. But while there were other notable events as well, I would say nothing that would indicate God was giving humanity a global warning of the dire situation 120 years ahead. So I went back from 2032 to 1912… and there I saw it. April 15, 1912…The sinking of the great ship “Titanic”. The correlations and connecting dots started to fill my mind as I immediately thought back to an article (The Day of the Dead and the Great Flood) Randy Nettles shared on this site a year or so ago. With his great mathematical mind, Randy was able to calculate that the Ark of Noah set sail on Halloween, October 31, 2302 BC, and rested on the mountains of Ararat 150 days later on March 30 (Nisan 17) 2301 BC. which would be the Third day of Unleavened Bread in the Jewish feast system. Since the Ark represented a typology of Jesus Christ as the only salvation for humanity, I found it so wonderful that Our Heavenly Father would align it so that the Ark resting on the mountains with saved humanity aboard, and the Lord fulfilling our salvation at the Cross and being raised to life, would happen on coinciding dates. The Ark was a beautiful picture of Christ, our Savior so having the dates align celebrates God’s perfect sovereignty. But what has the Titanic got to do with this? The ark was the great boat designed by God to save the world from extinction during His judgment. The Titanic was the greatest ship man ever built and was hailed as the great achievement of the age. At that time, it was said regarding the Titanic's impressive design, that “Even God could not sink it." This prompted me to eagerly look a little deeper into the ways these two ships were similar and different, and if there was some possible divine connection. The ark was designed to carry all believing humans and an array of every kind of animal to repopulate the post-flood world. The Titanic was designed to carry human passengers of every class and increase travel opportunities for immigrants mainly for economic profiting reasons. The ark was built purely by God's design and instructions. He knew the harsh conditions it would face and He gave Noah explicit details on how it had to be put together to survive. The Titanic Was the technological marvel of the day and was designed by man to be unsinkable against the ocean’s violent tendencies. Noah humbly built the ark in faith that God was indeed going to judge the world with a flood and he preached the coming judgment for 100 years because of his faith. The Titanic was built by man’s pride, arrogance, and greed believing nothing could overcome the great sea vessel. Noah faithfully believed God would destroy the world and that the ark was his family’s only hope to survive. He trusted God’s warning and trusted God to seal him inside so he could rest while the world perished. The Titanic builders believed their ship was so indestructible that they did not need to worry about safety precautions like lifeboats for the passengers. Noah kept a keen eye out the window observing the conditions and sent out birds to bring back signs of land. The Titanic was so overconfident in its indestructibility that they didn’t even remember binoculars for the lookouts. They missed the approaching iceberg until it was too late because their watchers were ill-equipped. If the timeline is correct, the ark landed safely to rest on the 3rd day of Unleavened bread on March 30, 2301 BC. The Titanic began the first leg of its maiden voyage on April 3, 1912, which ironically happened to be the 3rd day of the feast of Unleavened Bread. This was the first day after its sea trials were over and it sailed to South Hampton to take on the food supplies needed for its maiden voyage These things got me thinking …. What if God gave a 120-year warning to the Pre-flood world that He would destroy the world and only a great ship would be their salvation? What if He started the 120-year countdown to the final global judgment with the sinking of a great ship? A ship that represented the beginning of man’s global reunification in its early stages of a coming global panacea they were creating on earth? All classes of people and nationalities were on the ship just as all varieties of creatures were on the ark Now this may be a stretch but the Titanic could have been a snapshot of the globally united Beast system that would sail the world into disaster 120 years later. Unlike the ark, Titanic was built upon man’s own vision and talents and shaking a fist in God’s face challenging Him that He was no match for their human achievement and genius ability to conquer nature. Noah’s Ark was salvation from the monstrous waters of God’s way like the narrow road of following Christ is God’s way to eternal salvation. Only a few found salvation in the Ark. Just eight people made it through alive. The Titanic was more like the broad road to destruction man’s way. Human technology navigating the great ocean according to man’s design. It was filled with people from all classes and they trusted its unsinkability even though that was just an illusion of its human builders. The majority of those who put their faith in the new elite vessel were led to destruction. The sinking of the ship brought utter shock to the entire world! The late 1800s and early 1900s were referred to by author Mark Twain as “ The Gilded Age” because humanity had started to develop technologies that made life better for everyone and after thousands of years of living in the same conditions that were far from luxurious, suddenly technology began to bloom helping create a utopia on earth many thought. A utopia that would bring all humanity together as it had not experienced since the days of Babel! The Titanic may have been the kickoff to a world of mass global travel in conjunction with the explosion of technology that Daniel foresaw thousands of years before. Daniel 12:4 “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” “We are living, at a period of wonderful transition which tends rapidly to accomplish that great end to which indeed all history points, the realization of the unity of mankind!” - Prince Albert of Great Britain 1851 The world was moving in a straight upward trajectory it seemed and humanity believed it was conquering all evils of the old world and harnessing the technologies to bring peace and luxury to everyone and create bliss on earth. “It was a very traumatic thing. You have people who died in the most appalling circumstances, and you had in a sense, the microcosm of the whole western society two and a half miles down (under the sea water )!” -Michael McCaughan (Maritime History Museum Curator) “Nothing had really happened, since the days of Napoleon, to destroy man’s faith in continued progress. It’s the last time we’ve been sure of anything .” - Historian Walter Lord describing conditions before and after the Titanic sank. “There was peace, and the world had an even tenor to its way. It seems to me that the disaster about to occur was the event that not only made the world rub its eyes and awake, but woke it with a start! To my mind the world of today awoke April 15, 1912!” - Jack Thayer (Titanic survivor ) also describing conditions before and after the sinking of the ship. “The sinking of the Titanic was one of the biggest disasters to happen in the 20th century. The fact that so many people from all over the world, so many classes, took part in this disaster, were victims of it, caught the imaginations of even people living who had no investment of human souls on the ship - Wyn Wade (Author of Titanic, End of a Dream) By every account, the Titanic sinking was the end of something …. Or the beginning of something, that changed the world. Now we don’t have any idea if it was the clock starting on a 120-year countdown as I am postulating. However, we won’t know that this side of the 120-year time expiring and we're still here, or we are gloriously transitioned into our eternal state. But what if God really did use the sinking of that great “ship of human achievement” to start the final 120-year clock til global judgment, just as He used the sealing up of the great ship of “Divine Will” to culminate the first 120-year warning of global judgment? If there is anything to this then 2032 will be a big year. Either the rapture will occur, the Great Tribulation will start, or my opinion is that the Second Coming of our Lord could happen that year. And if I’m on the right track then the seven-year tribulation has to begin next year and we are merely days or moments away from our Lord’s call to “Come up here!” It’s all speculation. No date setting here. But the possibility is intriguing. And perhaps just one more drop of water in the ocean of prophetic signs that are coming at us in huge waves now regularly! Watchers, we need to witness now like never before. While the rest of the world is busy rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic (so to speak) trying to get more comfortable on this sinking planet, we need to remain the salt for as many days as we have left. We are to call all people to salvation in the Lord Jesus before the judgment arrives just as Noah preached that judgment was coming and the ark was their hope. Man’s achievement is about to plunge humanity into a literal hell on earth just as that glorious human achievement known as the “Titanic” plunged its multicultural passengers into the depths of the Atlantic. Unlike that fateful ship, we have eyes (God’s Word) to see that the iceberg (judgment) is coming. We know this world is set for total destruction and we have the lifeboat that is sufficient to accommodate all passengers that will come for salvation. We need to be faithful watchers and ring the bell loudly of the horror that lies just ahead. The Titanic survivors were jubilant to see the coming of the RMS Carpathia to rescue those who remained after the disaster. We have the blessed hope to be rescued before the coming global disaster happens. Warn everyone you know! Come Lord Jesus! “For I am the LORD your God, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the LORD Almighty is his name.” - Isaiah 51:15 PROPHECY UPDATE VIDEOS

Everything we’re seeing on the mainstream media is just a show manipulated by the Globalists/Satanists in the darkness behind the scenes. YouTube just informed us they took down our Steeling the Mind Conference videos from March 2022. The reason they gave us is that it violated their Medical Misinformation Policy: “Content that poses a serious risk of egregious harm by spreading medical misinformation about currently administered vaccines that are approved and confirmed to be safe and effective by local health authorities and the World Health Organization isn't allowed on YouTube.” The specific objection to the conference video was a comment by Dr. Peter McCullough, who's probably the most knowledgeable and credentialed physician of our day. He simply quoted facts that showed the va((ine was dangerous. So we were censored... they took it down. Despite the fact millions of people have died or are disabled from taking the va((ine, the Globalists/Satanists are still insisting the Covid mRNA va((ines are “safe and effective.” The fake show ruse runs deep. These dark shadows have gained total control of the mainstream news, and what’s being presented is basically 100% lies. [the devil is] a liar and the father of lies. John 8:44 For instance we’re now finding out that they’re now revising downward the job numbers that Biden has been touting for a year to be lies—as much a million too high.(1) Not only were they not real jobs (they were part-time jobs that were being mostly filled by illegal aliens), but now we’re finding out that even most of those were fake numbers. Up to a million jobs too many were reported by the Bureau of Labor (Jeff Childers says it should be called the “Bureau of Lies.”) To read more info on Biden's job lies CLICK HERE Every month we hear rosy figures about jobs created by the Biden Administration, then later they “revise” them down. We’re simply watching a show of perpetual lies. So is this their show’s "final act"? We know they’ll do whatever they have to do to keep from losing power—the sky’s the limit. We just saw the bad guys try to murder their chief opposition in broad daylight in front of tens of thousands physically present and cameras rolling—missing by less than an inch. As Believers, we know that in the end we win. And the bad guys will all eventually burn in the lake of fire for eternity. But if we’re in the last act of their worldwide show, what’s their current end-game? They can’t lie like this forever. From a Biblical perspective there’s a major question we should ask ourselves…how much detail does Satan know about the future? The answer could be a major clue as to what's going on. Matthew, Mark and Luke all record a fascinating account of Jesus dealing with demons on the east side (Gentile side) of the Sea of Galilee. During this interaction, the demons made a profound remark to Jesus: And they cried out, saying, “What business do we have with each other, Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?” Matt. 8:29 Wow! The demons knew it was not time for them to be thrown into torment. They knew when their lake of fire confinement was scheduled by God to take place… and it was not at that time. This proves demons know a lot about Bible prophecy and what happens to them in the future. So let’s think about this… Satan's the head demon and he’s definitely a lot wiser than his minions. You had the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. Ezek. 28:12b So if Satan’s underlings know the future, how much more would he know? Hey, he went toe-to-toe with Jesus in the desert arguing over the meaning of scripture. And he [Satan] led Him to Jerusalem and had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here; for it is written, [quoting from Ps. 91] ‘HE WILL COMMAND HIS ANGELS CONCERNING YOU TO GUARD YOU,’ and ‘ON their HANDS THEY WILL BEAR YOU UP, SO THAT YOU WILL NOT STRIKE YOUR FOOT AGAINST A STONE.’” Luke 4:9-11 Obviously Satan was quoting scripture out of context, and Jesus set him straight. But the point is, Satan knows scripture very, very well. There's some insight into Satan's scriptural knowledge in the account of him being thrown to earth: Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time. Rev. 12:12b That means, like his demon followers, he knows Bible prophecy. And has even more understanding than those demons in Matthew 8. Satan’s had 6000 years to study God, God's Word, and learn about His timelines. He’s way ahead of us. He knows dispensational truth and where we are on the 7000 years of God’s human timeline. Therefore, if Believers can read scripture and see the signs of Jesus’ soon arrival, Satan also knows the signs, and he would even know the timing of the Rapture. (*See notes below) Satan knows when God’s restraining Holy Spirit is removed from the earth that he’s off to the races with all his death and destruction. And you know what restrains [Satan] now, so that in his time he will be revealed. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He [God’s Holy Spirit] who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 2Thes. 2:6-7 Satan knows that once God rescues us prior to the 7 years of wrath, he'll be unrestrained—too late for those left behind to stop him. So Satan just continues to lie to keep humans distracted, worried, mis-taught and in the dark—until after the Rapture. He wants us to pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. If Satan knows the Rapture will be this October, he would be spreading the lie that it's possible Trump can be elected as a political savior. He would want us confused and distracted by all the wokeness, border problems, Israel & Iran, bank failures, inflation, va((ines, etc. He would start warming up for the death and destruction to follow by attacking the world’s food distribution and the access to water and energy. But thankfully, according to the Bible, Satan will remain on his leash for now. God will continue to hold him back from unbridled evil. And right up to our exhilarating exit there will be food, drink, construction and social events (Matt. 24 / Luke 17). The starvation, lack of water, economy collapsing and the lights going out doesn’t happen until AFTER the Rapture (Rev. 18). Satan's also the master sorcerer...so much so that God even points to his worldwide drug distribution as a major reason for his wrath against the USA. because all the nations were deceived by your [drugs/va((ines]. Rev. 18:23b Have you noticed any worldwide distribution of drugs recently? If so, it’s a sign we’re getting close to our stupendous exit. Bottom line is that if Satan knew the Rapture was going to happen in October 2024 (not a prediction), and immediately after the Rapture he would then receive total control of the earth, then all he would need to do was keep everyone confused and in the dark until October. Again, I did not say that the Rapture was in October of THIS year. We don’t know. It could be ten years from now. Or more. I just think it’s highly likely that Satan knows when it will happen. Regarding Rosh Hashanah this year, if Israel doesn’t discover Solomon’s treasures to tempt Russia, Iran and others to invade Israel(2), this is not likely going to be the year of God’s magnificent global rescue. So regardless of when the Rapture takes place, we’re not worried but are at peace. We can enjoy the show of lies knowing we’ve already won the prize. So be bold as lions sharing what’s dead ahead when the Lord opens a door of opportunity. praying... that God will open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ, Col. 4:3a Your rewards will be eternal! There are always people who quote scripture to me that no one knows the day or the hour of Jesus’ return. So to save time, here’s why that is not applicable to us Believers: “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. Matt. 24:36 When Jesus said this He was speaking to the Jews who were under the law. He was NOT addressing Believers in the Church Age. He was NOT addressing you and me. We live in a different dispensation, a different time period referred to as the Church Age. Things are different after the cross. When Jesus made the statement that no one knows the day, He also said He didn’t know the date either. It was a true statement at the time. But He could not make that same statement today. Do you think Jesus knows today when He’s returning? Yes, of course He does because post-cross we see in Rev. 5 Jesus qualifying to receive all knowledge. If you’re new to Compass or not familiar with dispensations, here are some resources: Satan's Lie: Do What Jesus Says Biblical Dispensations The Desire of Your Heart - Nathele Graham - [email protected] “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.” Psalm 37:4. What do you desire? Many people will answer that question saying they desire something more out of life, such as more money. Worldly things aren’t necessarily bad to desire, but Jesus said. “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” Matthew 6:21. As Christians, we need to take a good look at what we desire and what we treasure. Keep in mind you’ll never have enough money. When I was in the working world, we had a saying that the outgo will always grow to fit the income. That was true then and it’s true now. I can tell you that trying to find ways to stretch a dollar is very challenging, but God always provides. Many Christians look at prayer as a magic way to get what you want. Name it and claim it, blab it and grab it, tell God what He can do for you in order to make you happy. That seems to be the way some Christians look at prayer. Prayer is an important part of a Christian’s life, but it’s not an order to a catalog store listing what you desire today. Jesus said, “After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be they name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” Matthew 6:9-13. Most of us know this prayer by heart and can repeat it without thinking. It might be a good idea to take a closer look. First, God is honored. There’s peace that comes from worshipping God. Then, we are to desire that His kingdom come and His will be done just like it is done in Heaven. If our desire is for God’s will to be done, we will humble ourselves before Him and desire what He desires. The only personal request is for our daily needs to be met, such as food. No worldly desires for fame and fortune, but for daily bread. Then we are to acknowledge that not only do we need to be forgiven, but that we are also to forgive others. Finally, praise God. If we would truly pray this way and mean it, the desires of our heart just might change. We will begin to desire what God desires. Later, Jesus said “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33. What things? Food, water, clothing. If we desire simple things, our desire will draw closer to God’s desire for us. If we step away from the rat race. the desires of our heart will change. If God allows you to have lots of money, draw close to Him to see how He desires for you to use that blessing. We have many examples of how some people are irresponsible with their fortunes, instead of using it for Lord’s work. Instead of desiring what pleases God, money can easily become your god. I have a friend who has been blessed and is so willing to use her finances to serve the Lord. I admire her. When we desire what God desires, we are blessed. When we come to know Christ, we need to turn from the sin that has plagued mankind since Adam chose to sin. Jesus gave His life for our salvation, and we owe Him everything. There is nothing we can do to earn salvation, it’s a free gift from God. The only way we can show gratitude is to seek His will and humbly submit to it. “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:1-2. Let your desires be His desires. As we go through life, our desires change. Peter is an example of changing desires. He was a fisherman, and his desire was to catch more fish. The more fish he caught and sold, the more money he would have. He had a wife, and Scripture is silent as to any children he may have had, but every Jewish man wanted sons and daughters. Then Peter met Jesus. Or, maybe it was that Jesus found Peter. “And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.” Matthew 4:18-20. I’m sure there’s many Hollywood ideas of all that transpired, but the fact is, Peter’s life was changed. He no longer desired to catch more fish, but he was going to be a “fisher of men”. Jesus had a lot of teaching to do with Peter, but Peter followed and was changed. If he had decided to remain a fisherman, he would have had a good job and people would have food to satisfy them for a short time. Because Peter chose to follow Jesus, he was able to share the Bread of Life, which satisfies for eternity. Because Peter realized the desire of his heart was more than fishing, he has left a lasting influence on the world. Paul was another man who was changed by Jesus. Paul desired to be the greatest Pharisee who ever lived. He just might have accomplished his goal if Jesus hadn’t changed Paul’s desire. Paul thought he was serving God by hunting down anybody who turned from the Jewish faith to follow the Good News of Jesus. Paul (then called Saul) was on his way to Damascus to arrest those who had fled to escape his persecution, and he went after them with a deadly purpose. “And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined around about him a light from heaven: and he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutes thou me?” Acts 9:3-4. This happened many years after Jesus’ resurrection, so it’s no wonder Saul was confused. His life and desires changed dramatically. Instead of tyrannical power, he only wanted to serve Jesus and share love and forgiveness with everybody. It was Paul who knew about spiritual gifts and encourages us to desire them. He especially encouraged us to desire to prophesy. “Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the Spirit he speaketh mysteries.” 1 Corinthians 14:1-2. We need to desire what God desires for us. Paul became a man who truly served God. His missionary journeys should be the standard of missionaries today. He gave everything to serve Jesus. Yet, was he given the desire of his heart? He desired that God remove a “thorn in his flesh”. Whatever that was, we aren’t told, but it was a true problem for Paul. “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:7-9. God knows so much more that we know, and somehow this “thorn in the flesh” was necessary. Instead of pouting because God didn’t jump through hoops for him, Paul humbly submitted to God. Solomon was very wise. Sometimes he wasn’t very smart, but his errors in life taught him some hard lessons. He often desired worldly things in life, and found out that there was no happiness in having lots of wives and lots of money. These worldly desires led to pagan worship. He learned that there is a greater treasure than anything this world has to offer. “There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise, but a foolish man spendeth it up. He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour.” Proverbs 21;20-21. It’s too bad Solomon didn’t learn this truth at a young age and follow his own advice. Most of us are guilty of desiring the wrong treasure, but Jesus spoke about how valuable the desire for the kingdom of heaven is. “Again the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.” Matthew 13:44. Do you desire the kingdom of heaven enough to give up your worldly desires and desire the things of God? This doesn’t mean we cannot have food, shelter, and clothing. It’s not a bad thing to have money in the bank. The question you need to answer is what do you do with your wealth? Do you use what you have to spread the Gospel, or do you hoard your wealth? What about your physical desires? A Christian should submit to Christ. As Paul said, “…that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” Romans 12:1b. When you desire what God desires, you’ll find it easier to let go of the desires of your flesh and live for Christ. The way to know what God desires for you is to get to know Him. The more you know His will, the more you’ll desire His will for life. Temptation will always tug at your flesh, but if you are tempted to sin, that isn’t a desire of God. “Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.” James 1:13-14. The word “lust” is translated from the Greek word “epithymia” which means “desire for what is forbidden”. When temptation comes your way, if the thing you desire isn’t godly, then your desire is at odds with God’s desire for you. He won’t give you the desire of your heart if your heart desires to sin. God doesn’t want anybody to sin. He desires the best things for you. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.’ James 1:17. The gifts from God are perfect. “Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.” James 4:3. Desire what God desires, and He will give you the desire of your heart. Then, use the desire of your heart to serve Him. Daily Jot: Plymouth Visit – Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com Chris and I were excited to see Plymouth village and rediscover the history, knowing now what I didn’t know when I first visited Plymouth—(I know, here we go again) that I was descended from two Mayflower voyagers—William Bradford on my father’s side and Richard Warren on my mother’s line. The night before, we made camp outside of Plymouth. We always try to keep a regular schedule while we are camping. I made a campfire while Chris took Service Dog Charlie on his regular evening walk. Imagine our eager anticipation as we wound through the narrow streets of modern Plymouth, MA, following the GPS navigation on our RV. Then finally, the voice declared, “You have arrived.” But we were on a road outside of Plymouth with the ocean on our left and trees on our right. No sign of Plymouth Village. Every have that happen? After a half-hour, and both of our phone “Maps” aps, we actually “arrived.” Whatever happened to good old-fashioned maps? Walking down to the Plymouth village, there were signs and displays that seemed to overcompensate about the presence of the Native Americans—a lot about the tribes and their way of life. Not so much about their interactions with the Pilgrims, which from the historic documents would demonstrate how they helped one another and got along as good neighbors. But that doesn’t match with the politically-correct versions that tend to give people reason to be divisive. From our perspective, and having read up on the relationships, there was a lot of cooperation and goodwill after an initial cautious beginning. But we dutifully followed the path, trying to imagine the real history along the way. We were fortunate to strike up a conversation with one of the off-duty docents as we walked to the village. Having been a student of Bradford and the colony, we were actually able to talk about some of the more intricate details of the settlement. He even had a story that Service Dog Charlie loved. There was a Mastiff and a Spaniel aboard the Mayflower. As recalled in Mourt’s Relation, a journal of the Pilgrims, written by Bradford and fellow voyager Edward Winslow, the spaniel was chased by two wolves and sought safety between the legs of John Goodman, who was lame from frozen feet. Goodman couldn’t run, but “took up a stick, and threw at one of them and hit him, and they presently ran both away.” Throughout our stroll in the village Charlie walked with celebrity as people remarked about the spaniel on the Mayflower. As we toured through the replica of the buildings, we were impressed with the difficulty of living conditions and how much dedication it took to carve out a meager existence in a hostile environment where some 45 of the 102 Mayflower passengers died during the first winter. We walked through the rebuilt fort on the hill that also served as a court, meeting hall, and place of worship. We saw the humble reconstructed home of William Bradford. We saw their gardens and how they prepared their food. The toys their kids played with. All this, the start of a great nation. Through death and sorrow, through hunger and famine, through the harsh weather, they persevered. As Bradford recalled Psalm 126:3, “The Lord has done great things for us; whereof we are glad.” As should we, too, be. For what they had sown in faith past, we reap today. But beware of the wolves and woke history! Daily Devotion: With Your Whole Heart - by Greg Laurie – www.harvest.org Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts. —Psalm 119:2 https://harvest.org/resources/devotion/with-your-whole-heart/ - Listen If you want to be holy (and happy as a result), then you must actively walk in God’s ways. But what does it mean to walk in God’s ways? According to Scripture, it means walking in the law of the Lord. And the law of the Lord is not something that we should fear or shun. Some Christians say, “I’m not under the law; I’m under grace.” Now, in a sense, that is true. As believers, we are no longer under the curse of the law, which we were unable to keep with our own strength. But also understand that Jesus said, “I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose” (Matthew 5:17 NLT). We don’t keep the law to earn the approval of God. That, however, doesn’t mean we disregard it. It doesn’t mean that we say, “I’m not under the law anymore, so I can do whatever I want.” The principles of the law, the Ten Commandments, certainly still apply in our lives. The difference is we don’t obey because we have to; we obey because we want to. That law, instead of being a list of rules that we can never follow perfectly in our own strength, is now written on the tablets of our hearts, as the Bible says (see 2 Corinthians 3:3). God’s rules become our delight. They become our joy. We obey them because it’s our desire to obey them. We don’t see these principles as restrictive; we see them as protective. It reminds me of the day years ago when a little finch landed in our backyard. I saw the little brightly colored bird just sitting there, and I walked over to it, expecting it to flutter away. But it stayed where it was. Then I bent down and held out my finger, and it hopped right on. I walked inside with the little finch still sitting on my finger and said, “Hey, Cathe, look what I just found in the yard!” “Where did you get that?” she asked. “It was just sitting in the yard.” “Well, what do we do with it?” “I don’t know,” I said. “It looks sort of miserable. It won’t move.” Then, I asked my son Jonathan to see if we could borrow a birdcage from one of our neighbors. When he brought one back, I opened the door to the cage, and the little bird hopped in and started chirping. It was jumping from perch to perch. It was the happiest bird I’d ever seen. What I found interesting about that bird is that it enjoyed captivity. Some would see a cage as restrictive. But for that little finch, the cage represented protection that kept the predators away. Some people look at the law of God and see it as restrictive, as something that stops them from really enjoying life. But it is protecting us from things that can harm us. It’s the way to live life to its fullest. Thus, the law of God is something that we should want to wholeheartedly keep.
