The Road from Damascus - J.L. Robb - http://www.omegaletter.com/articles/articles.asp?ArticleID=8374
There are not many ancient cities still standing, though there are remnants of several. When it comes to the oldest cities remaining that have been continuously populated since birth, 7 of the top 10 remain in biblical territories. Damascus remains against all odds. Jerusalem, estimated to be about 5,000 years old, is generally ranked #10 or #11 among the oldest, by those in-the-know, and has a place predicted in the future history of the world, a burdensome place for all mankind. In the last days, the world's armies are to surround Jerusalem in a final apocalyptic war among mankind but will suffer disaster and defeat. God is speaking: "And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it." Zechariah 12:3 KJV Jerusalem is known in the Bible as the City of David. Islamic centers of education (madrassas) usually teach that Jerusalem was never a part of Israel, Solomon's Temple never existed, that Israel is basically a lost and defiled mistake and should not exist. In essence, the Muslims are really God's chosen; not the Jews. None the less, there is plenty of archaeology that tells the truth, though facts often seem to be unimportant. Jerusalem during ancient times was the capital city of Israel, the location of Solomon's Temple and Holiest of Holies, the City of David the King of Israel. So it is interesting that just this week the United Nations met on whether Jews should even be allowed to be in Jerusalem or the mount where Solomon's Temple is believed to have existed. That would be the place that Muslim conquerors of Jerusalem built al Aqsa Mosque, Dome of the Rock. Right on top of the temple they say never existed. The banishment of Jews from Jerusalem was delayed in the United Nations vote, but the lobbying goes on. Jerusalem was recaptured in 1967 when Muslim nations once again attacked the reborn nation of Israel. Prophets proclaimed that God would one day restore Israel to all her ancient land. That would include Jerusalem. According to sixdaywar.org: On June 7, 1967, IDF paratroopers advanced through the Old City toward the Temple Mount and the Western Wall, bringing Jerusalem's holiest site under Jewish control for the first time in 2000 years. There are sound recordings of the scene, as the commander of the brigade, Lt. General Mordechai (Motta) Gur, approaches the Old City and announces to his company commanders, "We're sitting right now on the ridge and we're seeing the Old City. Shortly we're going to go in to the Old City of Jerusalem, that all generations have dreamed about. We will be the first to enter the Old City..." and shortly afterwards, "The Temple Mount is in our hands! I repeat, the Temple Mount is in our hands!" General Rabbi Shlomo Goren, chief chaplain of the IDF, sounded the Shofar at the Western Wall to signify its liberation. To Israelis and Jews all over the world, this was a joyous and momentous occasion. Many considered it a gift from God. After the recapture of Jerusalem, the Israeli military and rabbis knew that prophecy was being fulfilled and they were the witnesses. "For some two thousand years the Temple Mount was forbidden to the Jews. Until you came- you, the paratroopers- and returned it to the bosom of the nation. The Western Wall, for which every heart beats, is ours once again. Many Jews have taken their lives into their hands throughout our long history, in order to reach Jerusalem and live here. Endless words of longing have expressed the deep yearning for Jerusalem that beats within the Jewish heart. You have been given the great privilege of completing the circle, of returning to the nation its capital and its holy center...Jerusalem is yours forever." Commander Motta Gur Now the world is in a tizzy, all because of Jerusalem. It has become a burdensome stone. President elect Trump claims he will recognize Jerusalem and move the United States Embassy from Tel Aviv (the capital of Israel according to the world) to Jerusalem (the capital according to God), a first. Never has there been a U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem or recognition that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. October 23, 1995, the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 was passed overwhelmingly by the United States Congress. By 1999, the embassy was to be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem; and Jerusalem would be recognized as the proper capital of Israel. Never happened. Too burdensome. Former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, because of the war the move and recognition may cause, ignored the public law. National security interests at risk. Enabling the devil's work is a better description. If God said Israel would be restored to its ancient borders in the end times, the world cannot prevent it. That does not mean the world will not go to war because of it. Jerusalem is burdensome, indeed; and has become more so since 1967. The prophecy about Jerusalem becoming a burden for the entire world has come to fruition right in front of many of our own eyes. A small, walled city, a city where Jesus was tortured and killed and the prophets were stoned to death for telling truth is still turning the gears of civilization, like it or not. There is another prophecy concerning Damascus, Syria and the last days. This has not come to fruition. Damascus is arguably the #1 oldest, continuously-occupied city in the world. Archaeological discoveries indicate the city has been populated for more than 11,000 years, continuously. It also awaits destiny, a prophecy that Damascus would be utterly destroyed, never to be rebuilt again. Though this prediction has not been fulfilled, as Syria's war grows more brutal, the possibilities of destruction are increasing. Look at Aleppo. Look at Palmyra. "See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins. The cities of Aroer will be deserted and left to flocks, which will lie down, with no one to make them afraid. The fortified city will disappear from Ephraim, and royal power from Damascus; the remnant of Aram will be like the glory of the Israelites," declares the Lord Almighty. Isaiah 17:1-2 NIV A heap of ruins is what has become of two other Syrian cities with very long histories: Aleppo, Syria's largest city before the war, and Palmyra. Both cities are in ruins and are less than 200 miles from Damascus. Saul, who became Paul, was blinded on the road to Damascus nearly 2,000 years ago while on his way to persecute and kill the followers of Jesus. It is ironic that Damascus, because of the road to Damascus and Paul's blindness, became the largest Christian city of its time. If President elect Trump moves the embassy, which he should, to Jerusalem, it may well be the catalyst that leads to the fulfillment of the many prophecies pertaining to this era. The story is getting pretty difficult to deny. With the departure, in essence, of the United States from the arena of the Middle East, the void has been filled by Russia. This has evolved in less than 8 years. The possible scenarios of Damascus' destruction are many, but my guess is that Israel will carry out the prophecy's fulfillment. The prophecy was given to Israel as a warning. When the troops of Israel's enemies congregate in Damascus, preparing for war; they will get it. I do not believe Donald Trump has any idea the role he is getting to play in the history of the world and the change of things. On Inauguration Day, some thoughts on Obama's disastrous legacy, the Trump-Pence approach towards Israel & the Arab world, and prayers for safety - Joel C. Rosenberg - https://flashtrafficblog.wordpress.com/2017/01/20/on-inauguration-day-some-thoughts-on-obamas-disastrous-legacy-the-trump-pence-approach-towards-israel-the-arab-world-and-prayers-for-safety/
Today is Inauguration Day in Washington. As the nations watch the world's oldest democracy in action, let us pray for the safe and peaceful transition of power. Let us pray the Lord shows great mercy to the American people by granting wisdom and discernment to the new President and Vice President and their families and team. America is in trouble. She is on the wrong track. She is at risk of implosion. A great turnaround is needed spiritually, politically, economically, and militarily. Americans, and the world, need this new administration to get the country back on track, to steer in the right direction, to stand tall with our allies and confront our enemies. An encouraging note: I understand that Mike Pence will be taking the oath of office on President Ronald Reagan's Bible, and that the Bible will be open to 2 Chronicles 7:14. Good for him. This is one of my favorite verses, and one we need to embrace. "If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land," said the Lord. To be clear: this verse is not a promise to America. It's actually a promise to Israel, and one I pray all Israelis will embrace. But 2 Chronicles 7:14 is based on a principle that is echoed in Jeremiah 18:8 for all nations. "If at any time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be uprooted, torn down and destroyed, and if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent and not inflict on it the disaster I had planned," said the Lord. God wants the people of every nation to turn to Him for forgiveness, wisdom and blessing, and if a nation says yes to Him, He promises to be gracious. Let's say yes to that wonderful offer. At the same time, let us pray for the Lord to show mercy on the outgoing President and his family. I believe Barack Obama has done great damage to our country and our world. This damage needs to be identified, corrected, and healed, and lessons learned. But I don't wish the Obamas ill will. I want the Lord to be very gracious to this couple and their daughters and draw them close to Him in their post-White House life. A few thoughts as we make this transition from one administration to the next:
NOTE: here are links to the two new polls I referenced in yesterday's Jerusalem Post column, "Liberals Are Turning Against The Jewish State". Trump Doubles Down on Jerusalem Embassy Promise; City's Mayor Welcomes Him with Open Arms - By Valerie Locke January - https://www.breakingisraelnews.com
"At that time they shall call Yerushalayim the throne of Hashem; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Hashem, to Yerushalayim; neither shall they walk any more after the stubbornness of their evil heart." Jeremiah 3:17 (The Israel Bible™) President-elect Donald Trump reassured supporters on Tuesday that he does not intend to go back on his campaign promise to move the American embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, saying, "You know that I am not a person who breaks promises." Speaking from the Chairman's Global Dinner in Washington DC, Trump said that he "clearly did not forget" his guarantee to move the embassy, an act which has come to represent Trump's pro-Israel stance and enjoys wide bipartisan support from Congress. While a number of past presidents have promised to make the momentous move while campaigning, none have ever followed through, wary of stirring tensions in a city which both Israelis and Palestinians claim as their capital. Trump, however, remained adamant throughout the race that upon taking office, he would "move the American embassy to the eternal capital of the Jewish people, Jerusalem." He has appointed as ambassador to Israel right-winger David Friedman, who has said he is "eager to begin work from the US embassy" in Jerusalem. Until now, the US has been unwilling to officially recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel for fear of angering Palestinians. In fact, many American officials - including President Barack Obama - have refused to even acknowledge that Jerusalem is physically located in Israel. Trump's pro-Jerusalem sentiments have been cheered by Israeli politicians across the spectrum, including the capital's mayor Nir Barkat, who launched a campaign on Thursday to show support for Trump from the holy city. "This week Donald Trump will enter the White House as president. Let's together welcome him as a friend and thank him for his intention to move the US embassy to Jerusalem," urged Barkat in a video filmed from his office in Jerusalem. Barkat also suggested a quick and easy way to move the embassy with very little fuss. "You can move the embassy in one morning by a small change: Take the plaque of the consulate [in Jerusalem] and replace it with one that says 'embassy'," he proposed to Israel Radio on Wednesday. "That can be done in five minutes, and afterwards you can move the ambassador and then move the rest of the staff and services." Such a move would "change the whole dynamic around Jerusalem and Israel," Barkat said. He criticized outgoing President Obama's attitude towards Israel, saying that for "eight challenging years" Jerusalem has had to deal with "demands for building freezes, surrenders to radical Islam, surrenders to the Iranians. "I hope that we are at the beginning of a new era of eight good years," he concluded. Iran promises to 'surprise' Trump if he cancels nuclear deal - Elad Benari - http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/223577
Iran's Foreign Minister says Trump will be surprised by his country if he annuls the nuclear agreement. U.S. president-elect Donald Trump will be "surprised" by Iran if he annuls the nuclear deal between the Islamic Republic, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Thursday, according to the Trend news agency. "As I said earlier, Trump will be surprised if he tries to renegotiate the deal," Zarif was quoted as having told the Iranian IRNA news agency. "We believe that nuclear deal is an international one and we are not worried about it at all," he continued. "We are not going to be wary of what Trump does and we will have our options," Zarif added, noting that the nuclear deal is an international accord and all parties should comply with it. During his election campaign Trump publicly spoke out against the Iran deal, calling it "disastrous" and vowing to "rip it up" as president. One of Trump's foreign policy advisers, Walid Phares, recently indicated that while Trump might not actually rip up the agreement, he would act to change it. Iranian officials, however, have downplayed Trump's threats to annul the nuclear deal, insisting he cannot do so even if he wishes. Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchi, made clear this week that his country will not renegotiate its nuclear agreement with world powers, even if it faces new sanctions from the U.S. after Trump becomes president. Good News, Not Fake News - By Dale V. Nobbman - http://raptureready.com/soap2/nobbman43.html
Fake news reporting by the politically left-leaning American mass media today is at a new unprecedented high level. The purpose of fake news is to spread "untruths" about anyone who does not agree with the liberal agenda of the Democrat political party. This Satanic tactic has actually been in use for some time, formerly known as just plain lies, but the new "fake news" term has become increasingly used by the liberal media ever since the recent presidential election defeat of Hillary Clinton by Donald Trump. I guess "tabloid" news (gossip) is no longer sufficient enough to "tickle the ears" of people. Now we must have "fake" news created out of thin air to help console the hurt feelings of the Democrat political party and stir up the angry liberal supporters as retaliation for yet another crushing defeat of their nationally damaging political agenda. These days it is very difficult for citizens to discern what is true in the news, or what is distorted truth or what is outright lies. Lies are very effective weapons used by Satan, because he is the "father of lies" as he is referred to in the biblical Scripture of John 8:44. In contrast to secular fake news, there is no "fake news" in the Holy Bible. Biblical Scripture has never lied or been wrong about ANYTHING in the past or present, and it will never be wrong about anything in the future! Why? The Bible is the actual Word of God and contains nothing but truth. All past prophecies found in the Bible have come to pass and so will all the prophecies pertaining to the future of mankind and the world. The Bible is our 'answer' book, supplied to us by God. Why more people don't read it to find out the truth about things to come in this troubled world is truly very, very sad. The Bible says "if anyone advocates a different doctrine, and does not agree with sound words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, and with the doctrine conforming to godliness, he is conceited and understands nothing; but he has a morbid interest in controversial questions and disputes about words, out of which arise envy, strife, abusive language, evil suspicions, and constant friction between men of depraved mind and deprived of the truth" (1 Timothy 6:3-5) "The [Holy] Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron" (1 Timothy 4:1-2) Unfortunately, unbelievers are prone to follow the deception of wickedness "because they do not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. And for this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they might believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness." (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12) In contrast to fake news, the only world news that ultimately matters for people is the true 'Good News' [gospel] of Jesus Christ. "God desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, for there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all." (1 Timothy 2:3-6) "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16) Do not be deceived by fake news. Open a Bible and discover for yourself the "Good News" of our Savior Jesus Christ! Scripture contained in the Bible was written by about 40 authors over a period of 1,500 years. God superintended the human authors and used their own individual personalities to compose and record, without error, His revelation to man. In the Bible we learn that Jesus died in the place of sinners (all of us) and then was resurrected from the dead to redeem all believers (Christians) from their sins. God's grace, mercy, and peace are awaiting your acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior. God says "now is the day for salvation!" (2 Corinthians 6:2) Don't put it off. Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me. I once was lost, but now I am found Was blind, but now I see. ![]()
My Review of "Rapture Ready...Or Not?" Over the last 35 years, I have literally read hundreds of books on Bible Prophecy and End Time signs. I especially enjoy books on the Rapture, and I have read almost every Rapture-related book published. In all those years, devouring thousands of pages, and millions of words, I have not read a better book on the Rapture than, Rapture Ready...Or Not? Terry James might be physically blind, but he is spiritually sharp and well discerning beyond most authors. In "Rapture Ready...Or Not?" Terry has nailed the pre-trib Rapture, and removed any doubt what so ever about the Church going through the Tribulation. With great insight and Godly discernment, Terry explains with simple, yet profound words, why and how that he has come to believe the ways he does about the Rapture, the Tribulation, and the End Times scenario. I think after reading "Rapture Ready...Or Not?" you too will believe as Terry does, and be Ready for the Rapture like never before! - Randy Thomas - Publisher / Editor - Prophecy Update For more information and or to get your copy of "Rapture Ready...Or Not?" use this link: http://www.raptureready.com/terry/book35.html News from Hal Lindsey Media Ministries - Hal Lindsey - www.hallindsey.com
This week, I will continue my two-part series with "The Prophetic Year in Review: 2016, Part 2" (PYIR). For those of you who are regular viewers of the program, you remember that at the beginning of each new year I look back on the previous one and highlight the developments and events that I believe hold particular prophetic significance. Two weeks ago, I devoted Part 1 of "PYIR: 2016" to Israel. In Part 2, I will take a look at some of the major prophetic developments across the rest of the world. Perhaps the most dramatic prophetic development of the past year has been the rise of Russia on the global scene, particularly in the Middle East. It has become the dominant power in Middle Eastern geopolitics. Under Barack Obama, the United States ceded its traditional role there. On the world scene, Russian President Vladimir Putin has loudly reminded the world that Russia is the other nuclear superpower, even tacitly threatening to use his weapons if Russia doesn't get its way. One prominent national security analyst noted that, "Russia is getting ready for a big war which they assume will go nuclear, with them launching the first attacks." At the same time, Russia is warming its relations with Turkey. And it's doing so in spite of the fact that during 2016, Turkey shot down one of Russia's warplanes and Russia's ambassador to Turkey was assassinated in Ankara. Either of those events would normally cause Russia to freeze its relationship with Turkey, or even retaliate. But bigger things were happening in 2016. The Bible predicts that in the last days, Russia will be part of a coalition that includes Iran and modern-day Turkey, who are normally enemies. Headlines just this week declare that Russia, Iran, and Turkey are joining together to defeat the rebel forces opposing the Assad regime in Syria. Coincidence? No. The Bible predicts that this very coalition will one day attack Israel. Until now, this coalition has not existed, nor even been possible. The Syrian civil war has brought them together, just as the prophets predicted. At the same time, the European Union appeared on the verge of collapse in 2016. The massive migrant invasion of Europe from the Middle East has triggered the rise of nationalist movements in many EU member nations. Most notably, citizens of the United Kingdom shocked the world when they voted to leave the European Union. The referendum was known as "Brexit." That's loosely an abbreviation of the phrase, "British Exit from the EU." Interestingly, they did so despite the fact that American President Barack Obama went to England and tried to influence the vote by campaigning against "Brexit." At least five other nations are considering withdrawing from the EU. Mostly because the unchecked migrant invasion has strained their resources and the EU and other globalist powers have usurped their sovereignty, thus their power to protect themselves. But never fear, the European Union is not dead. In fact, The Express of London reports that the dominant members of the EU are now revealing a blueprint to do away with individual European states. It will create a "superstate" that will have its own "army, criminal law, taxation system or central bank, with all of these powers being transferred to Brussels." That sounds eerily like the Bible's description of the Antichrist's European power base! Across the world, the persecution of Christians continued unabated during 2016. Though the social stigma of being a Christian in America has increased of late, many of our brothers and sisters around the world are paying for their convictions with their homes and lives. Never stop praying for them, for God's mercy, strength, and peace to be upon them. Our time is not far off. Also in 2016, we saw a steady rise in lawlessness across the world, but particularly in the United States. It was especially dramatic in the way respect for law and the officers who enforce the law hit a new low. An alarming number of officers were specifically targeted and assassinated. And support for the "thin blue line" from the highest levels of our government was glaringly sparse. Jesus warned that lawlessness would be a hallmark of the last days of this Age. Another prophesied hallmark of these days is the dizzying increase in knowledge and technical prowess. But that isn't all good. It brings with it an increased ability to regulate our behavior. Three of the dominant forces in social networking (the exploding phenomenon of the last few years), are Facebook, Twitter, and Google. They have each signaled that they will begin to place more restrictions on the public expression of ideas. Their excuse is that they want to stop terror and "fake news." And even though it is true that there are purveyors of "fake news" on the internet, the ultimate result will definitely be that the "fake news" label will be used against any ideas that differ from left-wing academic and political orthodoxy. And that will someday include anyone who presses the claims of Jesus Christ in the public square. There were many other developments over the last year that have definite prophetic significance. Among them we could list the "superbug apocalypse," North Korea's continued threat to the world, China's increasing belligerence, the turmoil engulfing Central and South America, and the rise of drug abuse and occult practices in America. Jesus personally warned us that in the last days, deception would be a great danger. I have never seen a time in my lifetime that so perfectly needed that warning. Because Satan has so permeated the thinking of man and captured his imagination, it seems that everything we once knew and believed has been turned on its head. It feels like we can trust no institution and no leader. The Bible also says that because man will reject God and accept the lies, He will give them over to that delusion and allow them to believe it. Only God could write such a perfect description of what we are seeing around us on a daily basis. Folks, that means that time is short. Christ's return to snatch away His true believers cannot be far away. One thing is sure, it grows closer with every passing day. So get ready! Maranatha! Heavenly Father, we praise your holy name and thank you for your mercy, your discipline, your lovingkindness. Thank you that you gave your only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Thank you that through Jesus Christ the world might be saved. Thank you that you intervene on our behalf that we are not destroyed by the evil one, that you protect us in troubled times, and you are our very present help and refuge. Thank you that we may abide beneath your almighty shadow and you are our shield and buckler. You have delivered us even slightly from the dark work of a stranger's hands and you have covered us with your feathers and under your wings a remnant trusts. We ask your forgiveness for our disobedience as a nation. Please forgive the trespasses of those who have transgressed your Word and have been an offense to righteousness. They claim strongly that they know what is best and they beat their chests with iniquity, saying their truth is greater than yours. Please forgive us for allowing their rebelliousness and wicked abominations to darken our nation. Please forgive us as a people for twisting your word and making it what is isn't. We ask your hand upon us as like a father to a disobedient son who has repented from his rebellious ways. We beg your forgiveness though we know we are not deserving of it. May our remnant stand in the breech and make the hedge that you may save our nation. We pray Lord for your Peace to return to our land, for the peace of Jerusalem and your protection of her. Lord we ask that you strengthen us to stand for your righteousness. We seek your wisdom as witnesses to your glory. We pray that perilous days ahead would be met with the strength and boldness of the saints, guided by your Holy Spirit and girded by your full armor that we may know how to stand on the courage you give us through the power of your word. That we are able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all that we stand confident in your presence. We pray that we may speak boldly as we ought to speak and quench all the fiery darts of the wicked using the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit, your holy word. We ask protection over our leaders and that they may lead wisely and in the admonition of your ways. We pray that your righteousness becomes their righteousness; that they seek the desires of your heart and act rightly. We pray that they know your justice and raise it from its fallen state and set it upright; that your truth and equity enters our nation's house and abides there. We pray that you restore us as that city that is set on the hill and cannot be hid; that we are led to be the light of the world and restore your name on our housetops. Let us be at peace with our neighbors and lead the nations by our example in your good name, that your prosperity be no longer a stranger to us. And as Jesus said in Matthew 6:13, "Deliver us from evil: For yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever. Amen." Daily Devotion: Eternity in Our Hearts - Greg Laurie - www.harvest.org
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. -Ecclesiastes 3:11 I read a story about a little dog named Mugsy, who was crossing the street one day and was tragically hit by a truck. His heartbroken owners buried him in the pet cemetery. They were sad they would never see their precious little pooch again. But much to their surprise three days later, Mugsy was scratching at the back door. They could hardly believe their eyes. They opened the door and Mugsy came in, covered with dirt but breathing. They had buried him alive, but the industrious little pooch clawed his way out and found his way home. Then I read another story about a cat named Clem. He left home one day, and his owners thought that was the end of him. But eight years later, Clem showed up, walked inside the house, and jumped into his favorite chair. They thought it couldn't possibly be Clem. But when they pulled out old pictures of Clem for comparison, there was no question. Clem had returned home. God has built a homing instinct into the animal kingdom, but He also has put this inside every human being as well. It's a sense there is something more to life. You see, mankind has been created uniquely in the image of God. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says that He put eternity in our hearts. Because of this, we never will be fully satisfied in this life. No matter what we achieve, no matter how many of our goals we reach, there always will be something missing. When you put your faith in Jesus Christ, not only will you have a life that is worth living, not only will you find the meaning of life, but you also will have the hope of life beyond the grave. That is life during life-and life after death. FROM THE HEART
