The Mark of the Beast Last week I got to thinking about the true purpose (the why) behind the Antichrist's need for a system like the Mark of the Beast. Aside from the already stated economic and religious reasons given in Scripture (Revelation 13), my opinion, is that there is also a very practical reason for it. By the time, he begins to come to power; the war on truth will have reached a crescendo of sorts. So much fake news and information leaks will be ongoing everywhere, it would seem that in order for him to secure his position of authority, he would require a plan that demands absolute loyalty. Much in the same way Nazis had to wear the swastika as a symbol of political loyalty to the Reich; this mark will also be a symbol of allegiance to the Beast. Not only that, but will also likely influence the bearer's ability to reason to such an extent, that once you receive it, you will have permanently abdicated your right to free will. That will be the ultimate form of sacrifice this man will require. Therefore, while we do not know who this Antichrist is, nor do we know what exactly how the number 666 fits into this technology, we know it is coming because the technology is already here. From Deep-brain neurostimulators to electronic tattoos, there are numerous types of wirelessly controlled implantable technology. While most of this technology is being used benignly for medical purposes, this man will conceive of a way to use them as a form of control. He will figure out a way to tie this into the new form of digital currency that will arise once our current fiat system has collapsed. Interestingly, both regimes (the Nazis and the Beast) will have only truly ruled for seven years. While it is true that Adolph Hitler came to power in 1933, he really did not get around to his true intentions until 1938, when he invaded Czechoslovakia. From 1933 until 1938, Hitler seemed like a great man of peace and enterprise. He was praised all over Europe and even in America by many political leaders and captains of industry for bringing Germany back from the economic brink with his Four Year Plan. However, from 1938 until 1945, Hitler's true colors came out and he was bent on conquering everyone he could, at whatever price. Similarly, the Antichrist will first come out as a man of peace; riding on a white horse, as a man on a mission (Dan. 8:23-25, 9:27; Rev. 6:1-2). As outlined in my Volume I, after the Rapture, the world will be thrown into chaos. This rider on the white horse will seemingly have all the answers to the issues that will be plaguing mankind at that time. Since Satan is the defacto ruler of this earth and age (Luke 4:5-7, 1st John 5:19), he is the primary instigator of all the problems which have always plagued mankind. As such, Satan will hand over the keys of the earth (metaphorically speaking) to this man and he will do the impossible. The world will marvel after him, and for the briefest of moments, he will seem like the answer to their godless prayers. So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?" Revelation 13:4 What gets lost in translation here, is the timing of all this. So as a bit of a recap, allow me to list out how I believe things will transpire.
This season of conquest is why Antichrist will require unwavering loyalty by use of this permanent mark with his name. Much like the current Social Credit System China is currently employing, the Mark of the Beast will be everything, and without it, you cannot do anything. Furthermore, to deny receiving it, will mean a forfeiture of all property and certain execution. The mark itself will most likely genetically alter your DNA, and will corrupt your mind (loss of free will) possibly causing the bearer to enter into some form of demonic possession that never lets go. I personally believe that demonic forces can possess technology. Just think about all the creepy things Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already saying these days with simple systems like Alexa and Siri. My theory is that the Antichrist will be a man who is embedded with some form of quantum-powered (quantum dot), AI infused, technology that will give him unfettered and immediate access to all the digitized information stored around the world. Perhaps this is why places like the Utah NSA Data Center exists. This data center (one of many) can hold upwards of five zettabytes of data [a zettabyte equals a billion terabytes]. Furthermore, our DNA itself can hold massive amounts of information (around 700 terabytes in a single gram of DNA), which may also be how he accesses it. Imagine how powerful a man could be, if he could perfectly recall any information ever conceived of in mere milliseconds by accessing this data with assistance of AI. Now imagine that same man who is embedded with a form of quantum-based AI that is also possessed by Satan himself. Satan and his fallen angels were here before Creation, so they certainly understand how everything works down to a molecular level. He will know where all the hidden treasure is buried. He will know every dark secret conceived of on earth. He will be able to manipulate everyone whose name is not written in the Lamb's book of Life, simply by knowing all their dirty secrets. Francis Bacon once noted that knowledge is power. If that is the case, then this man will be the smartest unredeemed man to have ever lived. Not only will he have access to all the conventional knowledge in the world, but he will also be able to access the secret (multi-dimensional) knowledge that is hidden from our reality. He will have the dutiful support of the False Prophet, who can summon up supernatural demonic powers. The world at this time, will want to worship this man. He will be for all intents and purposes, the world's first superhero. This is why a supernaturally charged False Prophet, who can do signs and wonders, directs all worship towards him. Antichrist will be (my opinion) the physical embodiment of the Singularity, or at least, that is what people will think of him as being. Nevertheless, by worshipping this man for temporary respite, he or she will be condemning themselves to an eternity in hell. Whatever temporary enjoyments they have here on earth, will be extremely fleeting because before hell, they will endure the divine judgments increasingly compounding upon the earth. From cataclysmic natural disasters, to the bloodying of the waters, scorching the earth, devastating heat, and tongue-gnawing darkness. Their messiah will not be able to stop the wrath of God from being poured out upon the earth. Even still, the mark of the beast will so pollute their minds, that they will be incapable of repenting. All they can do is curse and blaspheme God. If the mark of the beast involves some form of neuro-engineering, those who bear it will not be able to reverse it. Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name." Revelation 14:9-11 Palestinians: No Peace or Reconciliation with the 'Infidels' - by Khaled Abu Toameh - https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/13827/palestinians-peace-infidels In a recent move, Palestinians have begun resorting to Islam to justify their vehement opposition to normalization of relations with Israel. Palestinian leaders and activists have long cited political and nationalist reasons to explain their opposition to any form of normalization with Israel -- but Islam is a new factor in the mix. The increased talk about the possibility of some Arab countries normalizing their relations with Israel has prompted the Palestinians to wage a campaign aimed at pressuring Arab leaders to refrain from embarking on such a move. The most recent campaign is titled: "Normalization is a Crime." Palestinian Authority officials who are not known as particularly religious have been warning Arab states that normalization with Israel is tantamount to treachery. Mahmoud al-Aloul, Deputy Chairman of the Palestinian Authority's ruling Fatah faction (headed by Mahmoud Abbas), went as far as describing Arab normalization with Israel as a "stab in the back of the Palestinians." Aloul and other Palestinian officials say they are opposed to Arab normalization with Israel because the Palestinians are afraid of being abandoned by their Arab bothers. Their main argument is that normalization with Israel should take place only after, and not before, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is resolved. PLO Secretary-General Saeb Erekat urged the Arab states to abide by the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative, which states that Arab countries would establish normal relations with Israel after a complete Israeli withdrawal to the pre-1967 lines, including the Golan Heights, and the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state. The Palestinians, however, apparently feel that their appeals to the Arab countries are falling on deaf ears. They are convinced that the US administration is continuing with its efforts to persuade some Arab states to establish normal ties with Israel before solving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Last week, these Palestinian fears were reinforced when the US administration envoys Jason Greenblatt and Jared Kushner visited the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The Palestinians perceive this tour as part of the US administration's upcoming plan for peace in the Middle East which, they claim, is mainly aimed at promoting normalization between the Arabs and Israel "at the expense of the Palestinians." Apparently as part of their effort to thwart the prospective, but as yet unseen, plan, also known as the "Deal of the Century," and to prevent Arabs from establishing normal relations with Israel, a group of Palestinian Islamic scholars issued yet another fatwa (Islamic religious opinion) on March 3 warning against any form of normalization with the "Zionist entity." The scholars are hoping that their fatwa will rally Muslims worldwide to the Palestinian campaign against normalization with Israel. By issuing such fatwas, the Palestinians are clearly hoping to turn the conflict with Israel into a religious one. The Gaza-based group, called Palestinian Scholars' Association, said in its fatwa that according to the rulings of Islam, "normalization with the Zionist enemy, and accepting it in the region, is one of the most dangerous penetrations of the Muslim community and a threat to its security, as well as a corruption of its doctrine and a loss of its youths." The scholars go on to explain that "normalization and reconciliation means empowerment of Jews over the land of the Muslims, surrender to the infidels and loss of religion and Islamic lands." Nothing new here: these Palestinian scholars are simply reminding the Arab leaders and governments of what Hamas lays out clearly in its charter: "The land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Muslim generations until Judgement Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up. Neither a single Arab country nor all Arab countries, neither any king or president, nor all the kings and presidents, neither any organization nor all of them, be they Palestinian or Arab, possess the right to do that. Palestine is an Islamic Waqf land consecrated for Muslim generations until Judgement Day." The Palestinian scholars also warn the Arabs that reconciliation and normalization with the Jews contradicts the Koran, especially Surah An-Nisa (4:74), which says: "How is it that you do not fight in the way of Allah and in support of the helpless -- men, women and children -- who pray: 'Our Lord, bring us out of this land whose people are oppressors?'" Addressing Arab leaders and governments, the scholars ask, in wake of this Koran verse: "If God makes it a duty to fight to save the helpless, how can we make peace with the Zionist occupiers and allow them to be superior over the Muslims in Palestine?" The scholars are also sending a warning to the Arabs who have already signed agreements with Israel, including the PLO, Jordan and Egypt. The scholars' warning said that the Arabs who signed agreements with Israel have "reaped only disappointment and humiliation and did not liberate the Islamic holy sites." The current peace and the current normalization with Israel "represents injustice and aggression against the Palestinian people," the scholars added. "It denies the right of the Palestinian people to its land and falsely recognizes the right of the Jews to it. Reconciliation and normalization with the Zionist enemy is considered null and void and an explicit violation of the provisions of Sharia [Islamic religious law]." The ruling by the Palestinian Scholars' Association is also aimed at sending a message to the US administration that Palestinians and the Muslims will have nothing to do with the "Deal of the Century." Moreover, it serves as a reminder that even if some Arabs do sign peace treaties with Israel, there will always be those Muslims who will denounce them as "traitors" and accuse them of acting against the Koran and the rulings of Islam. In light of this threat, it is hard to see how Abbas or any Palestinian leader would be able to agree to any form of reconciliation and normalization with the "Zionist enemy." Abbas, meanwhile, is acutely aware that Muslims will condemn him -- and perhaps issue a fatwa calling for his death -- if he ever dares to make peace with the Jews. That suspicion might explain his recent comment during a visit to Egypt, when he was reported to have said that he does not intend to end his life as a traitor by making concessions to Israel. It now remains to be seen whether the Arab and Islamic world will endorse Abbas's stance and allow themselves to be intimidated by Palestinian Islamic clerics. One, according to the Bible, Israel will go back under the Law, rebuild the Temple, and resume the animal sacrifices, etc., during the Tribulation Period. On July 19, 2018, Israel's Knesset passed the 15th Basic Law of Israel that, among other things, recognizes the feasts of the Lord as national holidays. Doing that was a giant step toward going back under the Law. Two, on Feb. 21, 2019, Pope Francis opened a summit at the Vatican to discuss the sexual abuse of children, nuns and others in the Roman Catholic Church. An open letter by two prominent cardinals, Burke and Brandmuller, struck a note with me. They said the Church is being accused of an abuse of power (and that is happening and it is very serious), but the issue is greater than an abuse of power. The greatest sin is that the clergy that are committing these sins have abandoned "the truth of the gospel." It seems to me that "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" is a very appropriate title for the religious fornicators that are doing these things (Rev. 17:5). If these sick men aren't a fulfillment of II Tim. 3:1-7 (unholy, without natural affection, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, form of godliness, etc.), I don't know what that passage of Scripture means. Three, I was recently honored to speak at a Church that had a visiting pastor in the congregation who had just returned from a trip to Israel. The visiting pastor told me, "Buildings are going up all over Jerusalem. There were construction cranes sticking up in the air everywhere I looked." Jerusalem is growing in every direction, and that is a literal fulfillment of Bible prophecy. Four, on Feb. 20, 2019, the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Nikolay Mladenoy, told the UN Security Council "the risk of war between Israel and the Palestinians continues to loom large." According to this UN official, several factors are pushing the situation to a "breaking point." Along this same line, on Feb. 17, 2019, Iran's Foreign Minister said, "The chances of war with Israel are great." In fact, Iran has just announced that U.S. sanctions on Iran are having a major impact and causing the Iranian people to suffer. The Battle of Gog and Magog won't happen until God sets the hook, but God can trigger events to bring that on and set the hook anytime He wants. We know that there will be war (possibly Psa. 83, Isa. 17, etc.) before Gog and Magog, but they (and Gog and Magog) could take place in rapid succession. There could be an extended period of time between them, but we don't know that it will be that way. Five, since former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's interview on CBS News, there should be no more questions about the existence of a shadow government in the U.S. McCabe admitted on video that officials in the FBI and DOJ discussed ways to bring down Pres. Trump. His admission reveals real collusion. Six, I have been asked if Pres. Trump's faith advisers are warning him about dividing Israel and if I think he will be re-elected. On Feb. 26, 2019, it was reported that Pres. Trump's proposed peace plan is facing fierce opposition from Evangelicals in the U.S. Pres. Trump's faith advisers and several other church leaders have made it clear to him that they will oppose any proposal that endangers Israel (Praise God). They told Mr. Trump that they supported him because of his strong support for Israel. But if his position on Israel has changed, their position on him has changed. The article didn't say it, but I believe that there is a strong possibility that he cannot win the election in 2020, if he puts forth a plan to divide Israel and Jerusalem. This will put Evangelicals in the middle, throw the door wide open on the next election and bring the judgment of God on America (This needs prayer). Seven, in recent weeks, several states have rushed to remove all limits on abortion. Some of the statements and proposals about killing babies are appalling. Two signs of the last days are people without natural affection, and people who are lovers of their own selves (II Tim. 3:1-5). In my opinion, among other things, any person that can kill a normal newborn baby is without natural affection. Any mother that can kill her normal newborn baby under the pretense of protecting the mother's own health is a lover of her own self. 42 million abortions worldwide in 2018 is 42 million reasons to believe the last days have arrived Prophecy Plus Ministries, Inc. As Egypt's current president (from a 2012 coup that toppled the diabolical Muslim Brotherhood chieftain Mohammed Morsi), al-Sisi is perhaps the most Western-friendly leader from this legendary country. Recently, it came to light that al-Sisi is far more open to the Jewish community than any previous Egyptian leader. New York political consultant Ezra Friedlander met with al-Sisi during a gathering to present an award to the widow of former Egyptian leader Anwar Sadat. From news reports: "'President Sisi spoke fondly not only of Egypt's past vibrant Jewish community, but also said that should there be a resurgence of the Jewish community in Egypt, the government will provide every religious necessity required... that was a very warm embrace,' he said. 'He [Sisi] basically said that should there be a resurgence of the Jewish community, the government will build synagogues and other related services.'" This is in keeping with a thawing of relations between Israel and Mideast states in the past few years. "Sisi's comments came a couple of weeks after the United Arab Emirates officially recognized its small Jewish community, in a move seen as an effort to present itself to the West as a country that is tolerant of other religions. While there was never a historical Jewish community in the UAE - although there is now a small synagogue in Dubai - the Jewish community in Egypt extends back to antiquity. Before the establishment of Israel in 1948, an estimated 75,000 Jews lived in the country. "They were expelled in the 1950s, and only a handful of Jews are believed to live in Egypt today. "The commission's founder said that Sisi also promised to clean up the ancient Bassatine Cemetery in Cairo, a cemetery dating back to the ninth century and believed to be the second-oldest Jewish cemetery in the world. In December, Sisi also announced a multi-million-dollar project to restore Jewish heritage sites in Egypt." So is all this prophetic in nature? Well, the Bible does have things to say about future Egypt: "And the LORD will strike Egypt, He will strike and heal it; they will return to the LORD, and He will be entreated by them and heal them" (Isaiah 19:22). "Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance" (Isaiah 19:25). One of the most awe-inspiring aspects of God's love is that He loves all people. All nations. Today, we live in a fallen world that is disintegrating, it seems. Humans cannot/will not solve their problems. Sin is the problem. Yet God gives us the big picture and the future picture by letting us know that one glorious day, He will bring in righteousness and heal relationships. Let us hope that al-Sisi's changing heart is genuine. We do know that he opposes the Muslim Brotherhood. Let us pray fervently that the Lord is beginning that redemptive work, as we look greatly forward to a future that is bright and holy unto the Lord. Daily Jot: The gun amendment that exposed communists in Congress - Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com A closed-door meeting of House Democratic Congressmen revealed a stark and decisive move by the party toward communism as supported by Democratic Socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). Ocasio-Cortez was outraged by Democrats who sided with Republicans in amending a bill to require undocumented immigrants (illegal aliens) who try to buy guns to be reported to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). She threatened to put the wayward Democrat moderates (who are leftists in the first place) on a list to be challenged by Democratic Socialists in the next election. Think about this-Democrats are for gun control, yet they want illegal immigrants to be armed. In an atmosphere where Democrats are accusing Republicans of not wanting to work together to solve the nations problems, behind closed doors, the Dems are arguing that none of them should be allowed to support any Republican initiative. Those who do should be disciplined, they say. BUT THIS IS NOT THE REAL STORY. The real story is that there is a tremendous shift toward communism in the Democratic Party, led by Democratic Socialists such as Senator Bernie Sanders (D-VT), Ocasio-Cortez and others. They are supporting aggressive disruption, revolution and even violence. The idea that they want illegals crossing the border to be able to buy guns in America is a sure sign of what's ahead. Look no further than the Democratic Socialists plans to elect Sanders president and to support congressional candidates of their party, which is a communist party offshoot. Quoting from their now public campaign strategy document, the Democratic Socialists plan to organize youth into radical platoons "intended to help imbue the (Sanders) campaign with an organized socialist, anti-racist, and anti-imperialist contingent as well as connecting YDSA (Young Democratic Socialists of America) militants to a genuine mass movement through which they can organize alongside a broader layer of progressive and working class youth." Can anyone say Antifa, La Raza, New Black Panthers or name other violent radical militant organizations? According to the leftists, guns in the hands of people who resist communism is a bad thing; guns in the hands of people who want to foment revolution as manipulated by the communists is a good thing. This is the dangerous hypocrisy of the progressive (socialist, communist) movement in America that has blossomed as mainstream in the Democratic Party. Obstruction, disruption, hate-bating, and even violence, are all part of the plan we see playing out every day in the media. As Ephesians 5:11-says, "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." Every action and intention of these evil-doers needs to be reproved, not giving them any benefit of the doubt. Now that's commitment. In the race of life, the motive that will keep us going, even when we are at times discouraged, is Jesus. We keep running for Him, because one day we will stand before Him and see Him face to face. Hebrews 12:1 tells us, "Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us . . . run with endurance the race God has set before us" (NLT). I have often said that whenever you see the word therefore in the Bible, find out what it's there for. It's always drawing upon what has been previously said. The author of Hebrews is saying, "In light of what we have just learned from these heroes of faith in Hebrews 11, because of this example, let us run with endurance." All of these great people of faith ran the race of life so well. They weren't perfect. They messed up. They had flaws. Yet they changed their world. The world changers of Hebrews 11 opposed the Pharaoh and counseled King Nebuchadnezzar. They passed through the Red Sea. They shouted down the walls of Jericho. They shut the mouths of lions. They called down fire and walked through fire. Now, the author of Hebrews is saying, run like they did. Live like they did. This can be done. The world changers of Hebrews 11 did not know all that we know, yet they pressed on. The same God who was their God is also our God. The God of yesterday is the God of both today and tomorrow.
