I want to start this post by stating right up front that I am not a date setter when it comes to events. However, I invite you to examine this on your own and prayerfully come to your own conclusions as the Spirit of God speaks to you...... Revelation 12: 1-7--And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. 7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, On September 23rd, 2017, an unprecedented astronomical (note: I said astronomical , NOT astrological) alignment will appear in the sky over Israel that seemingly fulfills a literal word-for-word fulfillment of Revelation 12:1-5. The passage describes a heavenly sign where a pregnant woman appears covered in the sun, with the moon at her feet, and crowned with 12 stars. The woman gives birth to a male child who is "caught up" to God. A literal reading of the text tells us seven things that must all be true for a proper and complete fulfillment of the prophecy: 1. It is a heavenly sign, not an earthly occurrence. 2. The sign includes a woman. 3. The woman is pregnant and giving birth to a male child. 4. The male child is royalty. 5. The woman is clothed with the sun. 6. The moon is under the woman's feet. 7. The woman is crowned with 12 stars. Looking at the above passages reveals the following: The woman here is the constellation Virgo, the Virgin, who every Biblical scholar says represents Israel. In fact, Israel in Biblical days was well aware of these constellations and their meanings. The Dragon of course, alludes to none other then Satan, our adversary. For years theologians believed this child was Jesus and this Scripture referred to His birth and how satan attempted to kill Jesus through Herod. However, recently theologians have been looking deeper at the greek meanings behind the words. The Greek word for male child as mentioned in verse 5 is different from the other word for child used in the passages. Child = Greek word : Teknon (Strong's 5043) Meaning: daughter, son, figuratively used as children of God This word in the Greek means a child, offspring, a child as respects to descent and age. Therefore, the child whom the woman is about to give birth to is not Jesus as most early scholars believed. but it is the collective children of God, i.e.. believers in Jesus, who were "birthed" from the chosen people, Israel. When it comes to the word for "man child," it is a different Greek word: Child = Greek Word: huios (Strong's 5207) Meaning: son, kingship, Son of Man, Son of God, Son of David, my beloved Son. This word stressed the quality and essence of one so resembling another that distinctions between the two are indistinct. It is also used of male offspring, legitimate as opposed to illegitimate, a son who acts a certain way, who manifests a certain character whether evil of good Remember that Jesus is the Son of God. The Church has been adopted and/or grafted in and share the same characteristics by virtue of salvation and the New Birth through the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross! Keep in mind that however, that when the Apostle John , penned these passages in the Book of revelation as inspired by the Holy Spirit never uses "huios" of the believer; he reserves that title for the Lord. Thus, there are TWO separate meanings to the "child" words in the above Scripture in Revelation 12. One set of them refer to the church, wheras the other refers to Jesus. When one studies the Book of Revelation you have to understand the Book is arranged in somewhat of a chronological fashion but also with parenthetical interludes as well. The woman in Revelation 12 is ready to give birth. But there are two different children referenced. One is a male child who is to rule all the nations with a rod of Iron. The Greek word used to describe Him ("hulios")is also used whenever Jesus is called Son of Man, Son of God, etc. So, it has to be none other than Jesus Christ Himself.) The other child ("teknon")that the woman gives birth to, based on the references and meanings where the same word is used, has got to be the church, children of God, believers in Jesus. If this is all correct than when the woman gives birth to the second child (The Body of Christ???), the dragon tries to destroy it, but the child is quickly caught up to heaven. This is he same word Paul used when referencing the rapture of the church. Remember that after His Resurrection, Jesus Christ was not caught up or snatched away to heaven. He rather ascended up to Heaven after His resurrection. Could this possibly mean then that the Rapture of the Church may take place when the Sign described in Revelation 12 occurs in the heavens????? Now if all this sounds new to you then I invite you to continue reading and take note of the following passages as well: 1 Thessalonians 5: 1-5-But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 BUT YE BRETHREN ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, THAT THAT DAY SHOULD OVERTAKE YOU AS THIEF, 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, It amazes me that so many believers in the Body of Christ completely ignore the last part of Thessalonians 5:1-9 and think and say, "Christ will come like a thief in the night! No one knows when," Scripture clearly contrasts that view point. God set the stars, moon, and sun in the sky for seasons and for signs for us. What is a sign? It is something that points us to something else or points us in the right direction, or gives us important information. Let's look at a few scriptures that allude to that... Genesis 1:14-Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years Psalms 19:1-4-The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. Originally, God set up the constellations to reflect the Gospel. The constellations were then perverted by satan who used people to create the astrological signs we know today and are warned to stay away from. I believe this may have been an attempt by Satan to prevent us from seeing the heavenly signs God wanted us to see. Let me give you another example: If you recall, according to the Bible in the Old Testament, it was the Magi followed a SIGN in the heavens to determine His loction. They were gentile men who came out of the Parthian (Persian) Empire and made this journey of 1,900 miles or so through mountainous terrain and deserts. This was done after their reading and holding to the prophet Daniel's detailed prophecy (given by the angel Gabriel in Daniel 9:24-26: Daniel 9:24-26-24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. This prophecy was concerning the coming of the Messiah and the Magi knew it. So for over 600 years, and after waiting generation after generation for a very specific sign in the skies, and all the while knowing the precise number of days until the Messiah's birth because of the details given in the prophecy, the Magi began their journey towards Jerusalem when they saw the sign in the sky. They knew how to count Hebrew years, and exactly how many days each year had. They know precisely when to look for the star. Let's continue...... Leviticus 23:1-4- And the Lord spake unto Moses , saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts. 3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings. 4 These are the feasts of the Lord, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. Another meaning for "holy convocations" is 'divine appointments." or "appointed times" remember, God is never late. We must also understand this very important truth: Jesus Christ did not come at any time at His first advent. He came at the appointed time according to the Word of God anfd in alignment with the Feasts of Israel. He died, was buried and resurrected all on the Feasts of Passover, Feasts of Unleaven Bread and the Feasts of First Fruits. Furthermore, He sent the Holy Spirit at an appointed time, and that was the Feast of Pentecost. Is this a coincidence??? There are only 7 feasts, and they are literally God's "appointed times." The Hebrew word is "moadim." The 7 feast all occur year after year within a 7-month period. The first four occur in the spring, and the final three occur within a 15 day period in the fall each year. Each set time for each feast occurs at the time set by God (thus they are "appointed times"). As mentioned above, the first four feasts (Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Weeks/Pentecost) were fulfilled by Christ during His ministry. The final 3 feasts (Trumpets, Day of Atonement and Tabernacles) will be fulfilled in the events of Christ's second coming and this clearly reveals shows that they do not deviate from the Lord's already established "appointed times." 70 weeks was appointed unto Israel. 69 weeks have passed and only the 70th week or exactly 7 years reamins, hence the 7 year tribulation period which commences after the Rapture of the Church. That being said, then the Rapture of the Church and His second coming will be at an appointed time. Whether or not these upcoming events will occur on the Feasts of Trumpets , the Feasts of Tabernacles remais to be seen. God has his own timetable and will not in any way deviate from it. This sign is so rare that if Biblical chronologies are accurate and the earth is roughly six thousand years old then the sign has actually NEVER occurred before. And in fact it won't happen again supposing a future 1,000 year reign of Christ on earth, which is yet to happen and is preceded by the rapture, the seven Year Trubulation period and the Second Coming of Christ. Thus the sign of Revelation 12 along with every thing else that is transpiring in the world should definitely get your attention. On a final note, September 23, 2017 also falls on Rosh Hashana, an important Jewish feast day also called the Feast of Trumpets. (Sept 23-24 of this year!) The feast started at the first sighting of the new moon. Once the new moon was sighted, trumpets were blown to let everyone know the feast had begun. Therefore, in regards to the feast, people would say "No one knew the day or the hour". The feast is also called Yom Teruah which means the awakening blast, wakening those who have died. It is known by the Jews as the resurrection of the righteous dead. During the feast 99 trumpet blasts were blown. The 100th and final trumpet blast was known as "The Last Trump" 1 Corinthians 15:51-52-Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

President Trump has pledged to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. While the Old City of Jerusalem is the center of biblical events, Tel Aviv has become Israel's economic and hi-tech center. As CBN News' Scott Ross found out, the bustling city also fulfills biblical prophecy. Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean, Tel Aviv could be described as Israel's New York City. In just over 100 years, it's become one of the world's leading startup cities. Issac Dror, who serves as education manager at Independence Hall, told CBN News it was a bunch of sand dunes not so very long ago. "Tel Aviv was established in 1909," Dror said. "It is a very young city. All this was sand here in 1909. Asked what the vision was for the city, Dror said it was to establish a modern Jewish city that speaks the Hebrew language - a foundation for a Jewish life. "And the idea was to realize the dreams, the hopes, the prophecies of our prophets and the dreams of the Jews all over the world," he continued. "You know the most amazing thing about the Jewish people ... is the fact that we keep dreaming the same dream, wherever we are in the same time through the centuries: next year in Jerusalem; next year in Jerusalem." Dror explained that at first there were 66 Jewish families living in the Old City of Jaffa. "You know...narrow alleyways, sewage in the street, an oriental city struggling, and Jews in Jaffa dream about ...breaking from the walls of Jaffa and establishing a Jewish neighborhood," he continued. "We paid in gold for every inch here and the money was paid to whom? To the Ottomans? Who are the Ottomans? That's not their land," he said. "This was redeeming the land of Israel," Dror said. Tel Aviv's Independence Hall is where David Ben-Gurion declared Israel's statehood and its founding fathers signed the Jewish nation-state's Declaration of Independence. "This is a significant place," said Ross, as the two sat in front of the building. "It is significant. It is really significant," Dror agreed. "It is the place where Israel was born, but it is also the place where Tel Aviv was established. It was the home of the founder of Tel Aviv. It was the first art museum of the city." "In the book of Ezekiel, Ezekiel lived in a place called Tel Aviv, a Jewish city in Babylon where he was prophet, a tiny Jewish community in the desert of Iraq, exiled Jews," Dror continued. In 1950, Tel Aviv and Jaffa merged to form Tel Aviv-Yafo. It's also where the prophet Jonah caught a ship to flee from the Lord and ended up in the belly of a large fish. Today, it's Israel's second largest city and though it's home to all foreign embassies, Tel Aviv is clearly not the biblical capital of Israel and the Jewish people. "Jerusalem has a more religious environment," Ross said. "This city does not have to bear a heavy load that Jerusalem is carrying. It is the holiness of Jerusalem," Dror explained. "And Tel Aviv does not have to carry all this history, but Tel Aviv is very, very special in a different way." Israel's founders sensed they were fulfilling prophecy when Tel Aviv was established. In the middle of this secular city, surrounded by construction cranes, one monument says it all. "This is from the Bible - Jeremiah. And it says here, 'I shall rebuild you and you will be built, O, virgin of Israel.' This is the motto of the people who established Tel Aviv. This is what's going on (over) there," he said, pointing to the construction. "As we stand here now, the prophecy's being fulfilled right in front of your eyes," Ross said. "It is the first time after 2,000 years, the Jewish people building the Jewish land, speaking Hebrew with their Bible in their hand, in the land of Israel," said Dror. Ross met with Jerusalem University Director of Education Zeev Ben-Shachar who gave him a modern comparison to the founding of Israel and Tel Aviv, today known as Israel's Silicon Wadi. "What is it about Tel Aviv that so much creativity, innovativeness has come out of this area?" Ross asked Ben-Shachar. "There are more than 700 startup companies concentrated in this city. There's venture capital that is being invested in Israel, which is the highest per capita in the world...combined, of course, with Israel's culture and with Israel's circumstances have made Tel Aviv what it is today, the second Silicon Valley of the world," he explained. "And I think the whole venture of Israel is a startup venture. You can see this miracle around us today. It's not all theoretical. It affects our lives every day and I'll just give you an example," Ben-Shachar continued. "Yesterday, I was chatting with my wife on Facebook, using instant messenger technology, which was developed here in Israel," he said. "I came here using Waze, which is a community-based navigation and GPS system that saves me dozens of hours every month. I parked using Pango, which is an app that allows me to park wherever I want without any difficulty...." Ross asked some Tel Aviv residents why they live here and what the city means to them. "The architecture is very nice. And the people are making the city what it is. It's the best city. You can do whatever you want, whenever you want. You have the beach of course that you can go. I think the people are amazing, the most amazing," an enthusiastic Tel Avivan responded. "Do you like the life here?" Ross asked a couple of ladies. "Yeah, I like the way that people are open-minded and this is a creative place here, which is completely different than in Paris and completely different than in U.S.," one French woman who now lives in Tel Aviv said. A second woman said she liked Tel Aviv "...because it's the most exciting city in Israel. Everything happens here, all the cafes. All the cultural activities are happening here. "Tel Aviv it's the center of Israel, of business, of life, of families, of real estate of everything," a man named Hadar said. Ross asked Ben-Shahar about Tel Aviv's future. "I think it's going to explode, not literally," he responded. "It is going to explode the amount of high-tech companies, the amount of innovations that are developed here - that are crucial to making the world a better place are going to come out of Tel Aviv and more research and more funding is going to come into this city and hopefully create a better future, not just for Jews, but for Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, around the world."

"So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today...then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and olive oil. I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied." Deuteronomy 11:13-15 (The Israel Bible™) Water levels at Sea of Galilee are at a record low, the lowest since measurements began nearly a century ago, the Israel Water Authority announced on Monday. The dangerously falling water level is raising serious concerns about Israel's largest single source of fresh water. For some, the spiritual implications of the lack of rain are at least as important as the drought itself. "The Kinneret level's location under the red line toward the end of the rainy season is an unusual situation that has not occurred in about a decade," a statement from the Water Authority said. The water level in the Kinneret rose 8.7 inches last month, as compared to the February average of 23.6 inches. Water levels are 16 cm below the red line, but these low levels in the Kinneret pose a greater danger than just water shortages. Underneath the large lake run subterranean saltwater streams. Pressure from the fresh water in the lake prevents this saltwater from entering the lake. It is feared that if the water level drops too much, the saltwater will mix with the fresh, making the entire lake unsuitable for general use. Lowering levels in the Kinneret take on a deeper meaning when seen in the light of the Zohar, the foundational work of Jewish mysticism. The Zohar states the Messiah will first appear in the Galilee. The Messiah... will arise in the land of Galilee... the Messiah shall reveal himself in the land of Galilee because in this part of the Holy Land the desolation (Babylonian exile) first began, therefore he will manifest himself there first. [Zohar III, Shemoth 7b, 8b, 220a; Otzar Midrashim, 466] The Bible clearly describes rain as a sign of the ongoing relationship between God and Israel that can be affected by prayer. When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, when they do sin against Thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess Thy name, and turn from their sin, when Thou dost afflict them. I Kings 8:35 Jews begin praying for rain on the first day of the festival of Sukkot. A request for rain is inserted in the section of the thrice daily prayer dealing with livelihood. Rain is Israel can also indicate the nature the manner in which the Messiah will arrive. The Talmud (Sanhedrin 98a) describes how the appearance the Messiah will take is expressed through rainfall in Israel. The Talmud quotes Rabbi Alexandri, who cites two conflicting Biblical verses describing how the Messiah will arrive. He notes that the Prophet Daniel describes the Messiah as arriving on clouds. I saw in the night visions, and, behold, there came with the clouds of heaven one like unto a son of man, and he came even to the Ancient of days, and he was brought near before Him. Daniel 7:13 The second verse, in Zechariah, describes the Messiah as a king arriving on a white donkey. Rejoice greatly O daughter of Tzion shout O daughter of Yerushalayim; behold thy king cometh unto thee he is triumphant and victorious lowly and riding upon an ass even upon a colt the foal of an ass. Zechariah 9:9 The Talmud explains this seeming contradiction, saying that the manner in which the Messiah arrives is dependent upon Israel's actions: If the Jews are righteous and full of mitzvot (Torah commandments), then the Messiah will arrive on rain clouds. But, the Talmud warns, if the Jews are not righteous, then there will be a drought and the Messiah will arrive on a white donkey, a symbol of poverty.

" But you, Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase" (Dan. 12:4). The prophet Daniel was given many powerful revelations from God. One revelation of the end times that he received had to do with people traveling to and fro and that knowledge would increase. The Hebrew word translated as "increase" in Daniel 12:4 is rabah. According to the Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon, this word means to greatly increase or to multiply. This word does not convey a slow, gradual increase of knowledge but an explosion of knowledge. Rabah is also used of the flood waters rapidly rising on the earth in Noah's day (see Gen. 7:18). In the last 10 to 15 years, technological discoveries in Israel confirm that we are truly in the last days. These discoveries have world-wide implications. 1. USB Flash Drives (also called Jump Drives): Believe it or not, flash drive technology was first developed in Israel. These have become common usage in the United States, but also in other parts of the world. In the 1990s, floppy disks, which held about 1.4 megabytes (MB) of information, were common. CD' also became possible, as they can hold up to 700 MB. Jump drives are small, portable and can hold up to hundreds of gigabytes (GB). This means they can hold over a thousand times more information than previous forms of portable storage. This technology is prophetic in itself as it allows us to take large amounts of information to and fro. It allows for the amount of knowledge a person has available to increase suddenly. 2. The Pill Cam: This pill is swallowed and subsequently records images of the digestive tract. This safe and effective method of examining the digestive tract will save money and poses less risk to patients with digestive problems. 3. Water Technology: In 2008, an Israeli company developed technology that can make water out of thin air. This has the capacity to help regions of the world that do not have access to ground water. Israel has developed other water technologies, which why countries such as Romania and Peru are reaching out to Israel for help (3, 4). 4. Solar Technology: In March 2016, the Jerusalem Post reported solar technology developed by a company called 3G Solar. This company believes it can replace batteries using solar technology that utilizes indoor lighting in addition to sunlight. This means many of our small accessories such as the computer mouse and smart watch will never need a battery or a recharge. They are also looking for ways to apply this technology on a larger scale. Solar technology is environmentally friendly and can impact the daily lives of people worldwide. Click here to watch a video on this discovery. 5. Self-Driving Cars: Israeli companies are also at the forefront of technology that enables self-driving cars. Many traditional car manufacturers, such as Volkswagen, are reaching out to Israeli-based companies for assistance in developing this technology. The hope is that self-driving cars will make the roads safer and reduce accidents, as human drivers can make poor decisions while driving and may suffer from fatigue or road rage. The Jewish people have been a major part of other technological innovations that will greatly impact our world. We hope to bring you further technological updates in the future as they happen. Just as the waters increased greatly upon the earth, so the technological knowledge from Israel is filling the earth today. This knowledge is changing lives. But remember, it was foretold by God over 2,000 years ago.

There continues to be anxiety over the political chasm now dividing this nation. And the schism involves much more than politics. There has developed a separation of worldview unlike any yet known in this nation. We have all heard, particularly as of late, Lincoln's words reflecting off Jesus' declaration that "a house divided cannot stand." Yet these United States, clearly a house not so united, as this presidential election showed, continues to not only stand, but seemingly is on the brink of entering boom-times, economically speaking at least. For a number of years leading up to the 2016 presidential election, America appeared to be a nation more and more moving toward unification. From our perspective on the Christian right, however, that coming together looked to be leading to disaster for religious freedom. Not only was religious liberty being cast aside, we thought, but all vestiges of morality and constitutional principles were being trashed at every turn. The libertines were having their way and hope to ever regain our national sanity seemed all but lost. Those who prefer America detached from moorings the founding fathers provided, like most of those of us who love this nation as founded, thought the political left had won the presidency-that is, they thought they had won right up until late that night when poll results proved the opposite. The rage-the insanity-hasn't stopped since that moment of epiphany. The progressives were certain they had won the day and that now Bob Dylan's lyrics, taken from the poetry of his self-chosen namesake, Dylan Thomas, were proving prophetic. Come mothers and fathers Throughout the land And don't criticize What you can't understand Your sons and your daughters Are beyond your command Your old road is Rapidly agin'. Please get out of the new one If you can't lend your hand For the times they are a-changin'. The oft-quoted mantra during the Woodstock era was about to find its declaration chiseled upon the marbled, governmental walls of earth's only superpower. "Do not go gentle into that sweet goodnight. Rage, rage, for the times they are a-changin'." The "rage," as I said, is still raging. The losers of the election-the principals, Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Obama-are reportedly leading the charge from the shadows with their opposition community organization efforts, in collusion with the so-called deep state. The manufactured, paid-for, rage is manifest in Republican town hall meetings across the nation. I continue to maintain that it is the satanically engendered, globalist agenda that is driving the rage. George Soros funding is unabashedly admitted by the liberal side to be adding inspirational fire to the vitriol and anger. America must be brought under control of the one-world minions. The Trump victory jolted the new world architects' incessant drive to knock America off its constitutional foundation. The new president, with each mention of rolling back regulations, of reformulating tax structures to make things more friendly to the business world and to middle class taxpayers, inspires the financial markets to record heights. Rather than America and the world collapsing into the deepest depression in history like many experts were predicting, the economic indicators are soaring in the opposite direction. We are now heading into fiscal territory that is like that prophesied by Jesus. The Lord said the buying, selling, building, etc., would be going along quite nicely at the time he next catastrophically intervenes into the wicked affairs of mankind. I'm convinced that those times of buying, selling, building, etc., were referring not to just "business as usual," but to a coming boom that is unprecedented. So, we have all of the major elements in view that Jesus predicted when foretelling what the times of His next intervention into human affairs would involve. He said the nations would be "in distress with perplexity." The "seas and waves" (people of the nations) would be "roaring." He said that people will, at the same time, be buying, selling, building, planting, and marrying. It will be a "think not" generation at the time of Christ's sudden intervention, according to Matthew 24:44. World conditions will be just like in the days of Noah and the days of Lot. It will be in the midst of this time of both anxiety and apparent affluence that He will suddenly and catastrophically break in on an unsuspecting world. We are, I firmly believe, swiftly entering into just such a time. The Rapture of the Church will be, I'm convinced, the catalyst for cataclysm for those left behind.

The mainstream media is all in an uproar over Donald Trump's claim that Barack Obama personally ordered the phones in Trump Tower to be "wiretapped" just before the election. But nobody should really be surprised that the government was listening to Donald Trump's phone calls. After all, the truth is that they systematically collect the content of all forms of digital communication, and this has been going on for many years. During Obama's presidency, nobody really got too upset when it was revealed that the Obama administration was spying on friendly foreign leaders (including Angela Merkel), nobody got too upset when it was revealed that the Obama administration was spying on journalists, and nobody got too upset when it was revealed that the NSA was grabbing baby photos and nude selfies off of the Internet. But now that Trump has gotten extremely angry because the government was listening to his calls, maybe something will finally be done about all of this unconstitutional surveillance. Before I discuss how the government is systematically monitoring all of us, first let's talk about Trump. Back on January 11th, the Guardian reported that before the election the FBI applied for a warrant two separate times to monitor the communications of members of Trump's political team... The Guardian has learned that the FBI applied for a warrant from the foreign intelligence surveillance (Fisa) court over the summer in order to monitor four members of the Trump team suspected of irregular contacts with Russian officials. The Fisa court turned down the application asking FBI counter-intelligence investigators to narrow its focus. According to one report, the FBI was finally granted a warrant in October, but that has not been confirmed, and it is not clear whether any warrant led to a full investigation. The warrant was needed to get access to the digital communications of those individuals and to use those communications in a criminal investigation. As is the case with all other Americans, the digital communications of those individuals were already being gathered on a systematic basis, and the FBI wanted to dig in to those communications to see if anything illegal was going on. Former Bush Attorney General Michael Mukasey made headlines all over the country on Sunday when he admitted that it was probably true that there was ongoing surveillance of Trump and his team... Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey on Sunday said that President Trump is likely correct that there was surveillance on Trump Tower for intelligence purposes, but incorrect in accusing former President Barack Obama of ordering the wiretapping. "I think he's right in that there was surveillance and that it was conducted at the behest of the attorney general -- at the Justice Department," Mukasey told ABC's "This Week." But once again, it is vital to understand that nothing special was done to any of their phones. The truth is that government spooks can listen to any of our phones any time that they would like, and in a classified briefing to Congress the NSA even admitted "that it does not need court authorization to listen to domestic phone calls"... Rep. Jerrold Nadler, a New York Democrat, disclosed on Thursday that during a secret briefing to members of Congress, he was told that the contents of a phone call could be accessed "simply based on an analyst deciding that." If the NSA wants "to listen to the phone," an analyst's decision is sufficient, without any other legal authorization required, Nadler said he learned. "I was rather startled," said Nadler, an attorney and congressman who serves on the House Judiciary committee. Most Americans simply do not realize that the content of every single call that they make is recorded and stored indefinitely. Once in a while this even gets mentioned on the mainstream news. For example, the following is a from a transcript of an exchange that took place when Erin Burnett of CNN interviewed former FBI counterterrorism agent Tim Clemente... BURNETT: Tim, is there any way, obviously, there is a voice mail they can try to get the phone companies to give that up at this point. It's not a voice mail. It's just a conversation. There's no way they actually can find out what happened, right, unless she tells them? CLEMENTE: No, there is a way. We certainly have ways in national security investigations to find out exactly what was said in that conversation. It's not necessarily something that the FBI is going to want to present in court, but it may help lead the investigation and/or lead to questioning of her. We certainly can find that out. BURNETT: So they can actually get that? People are saying, look, that is incredible. CLEMENTE: No, welcome to America. All of that stuff is being captured as we speak whether we know it or like it or not. When asked about this systematic collection of material, the former chief technology officer of the CIA once made the following statement: "We fundamentally try to collect everything and hang onto it forever." So you should never do anything on the phone or on the Internet that you would not want to be made public. And no, I am not exaggerating whatsoever. If you doubt what I am saying, just consider the following example... And the NSA would never abuse its awesome surveillance power, right? Wrong. In 2008, NSA workers told ABC News that they routinely eavesdropped on phone sex between troops serving overseas and their loved ones in America. They listened in on both satellite phone calls and calls from the phone banks in Iraq's Green Zone where soldiers call home. Former Navy Arab linguist, David Murfee Faulk described how a coworker would say, "Hey, check this out... there's good phone sex or there's some pillow talk, pull up this call, it's really funny, go check it out." Faulk explained they would gossip about the best calls during breaks. "It would be some colonel making pillow talk and we would say, 'Wow, this was crazy.'" Every intimate conversation that you have ever had on the telephone in recent years is stored in a government server somewhere. And the same thing is true regarding pretty much everything that you have done on the Internet in recent years. According to the Washington Post, the federal government is "tapping directly into the central servers" of nine top Internet companies... The National Security Agency and the FBI are tapping directly into the central servers of nine leading U.S. Internet companies, extracting audio, video, photographs, e-mails, documents and connection logs that enable analysts to track a person's movements and contacts over time. The highly classified program, code-named PRISM, has not been disclosed publicly before. Its establishment in 2007 and six years of exponential growth took place beneath the surface of a roiling debate over the boundaries of surveillance and privacy. Even late last year, when critics of the foreign intelligence statute argued for changes, the only members of Congress who knew about PRISM were bound by oaths of office to hold their tongues. So don't do anything on the Internet that you would not like the government to see, because they are watching. Many of the very large technology companies that are involved in this data collection effort are probably very familiar to you. Here is more from the article quoted above... The technology companies, which participate knowingly in PRISM operations, include most of the dominant global players of Silicon Valley. They are listed on a roster that bears their logos in order of entry into the program: "Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple." And as I mentioned above, the government is systematically scooping up and recording baby photos, selfies, medical records and a whole host of other data without our permission. The following comes from CNN... Heaps of baby photos, fitness selfies, medical records and resumes are among thousands of private communications scooped up and stored by NSA spy programs. That's according to new disclosures based on documents Edward Snowden, the former National Security Agency contractor, gave to The Washington Post -- disclosures that show just how easy it is for Americans' private conversations to be swept into the spy agency's traps. Snowden provided the Post with what it said were 160,000 intercepted conversations, including e-mails, instant messages, photographs, social network posts and other documents. The trove included messages exchanged from 2009 through 2012, and some were hundreds of pages long. To store this vast amount of information, the NSA has constructed the largest data center on the entire planet in Utah. It has about a million square feet of storage space, it cost approximately two billion dollars to construct, and it takes about 40 million dollars a year to pay the energy bill for this ridiculously oversized facility. And according to Fox News, this data center has the capability of storing 5 zettabytes of data... The NSA says the Utah Data Center is a facility for the intelligence community that will have a major focus on cyber security. The agency will neither confirm nor deny specifics. Some published reports suggest it could hold 5 zettabytes of data. (Just one zettabyte is the equivalent of about 62 billion stacked iPhones 52s- that stretches past the moon. Sadly, they aren't exactly respectful of our data once they have gathered it. It has been reported that "nude photographs picked up of people in 'sexually compromising' situations are routinely passed around", and it has also been reported that the NSA even has the ability to remotely activate the cameras and microphones on your digital devices. We have become a "Big Brother society" where literally nobody is safe from government surveillance. One survey that was conducted by Pew Research found that 64 percent of all investigative journalists believe that the government is spying on them. And in her book entitled "Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama's Washington", former CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson claimed that she actually has evidence that government spooks remotely activated her personal computer numerous times, monitored her keystrokes and even buried incriminating documents on her hard drive. For years this kind of unconstitutional surveillance has been talked about, but no action has ever been taken to try to stop it. But now that the president of the United States himself has potentially been a victim, perhaps something will finally be done.

President Donald Trump accused the ex-"president" of wire-tapping his campaign, setting off a barrage of sanctimonious denials from Democrats and from the ex "president." The former "president's" spokesman Kevin Lewis said, "A cardinal rule of the [sic] Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice. As part of that practice, neither the [sic] "president" nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any US citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false." The facts, dating back to the 2012 campaign, however, indicate just the opposite. In fact, the White House had routinely ordered surveillance on US citizens. In June 2013, the UK Guardian released an investigative story on how the White House used the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to bypass the Patriot Act. The Guardian published documents submitted to the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), signed by Attorney General Eric Holder July 29, 2009. The documents indicate the White House used this court to back door "authority" to collect information on American citizens. The Guardian reported that the broad scope of the court orders and nature of the procedures established in the documents appeared "to clash" with assurances from the White House that our telephone and email information could not be accessed without warrants. Also in June 2013, The ACLU filed a lawsuit in the US District Court against James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence, National Security Agency Director Keith Alexander, Defense Secretary Charles Hagel, Attorney General Eric Holder, and FBI Director Robert Mueller III for spying on Americans. The suit claimed these agencies illegally obtained "a comprehensive record" of citizens' "familial, political, professional, religious, and intimate associations." On May 13, 2013, AP reported that the DOJ had secretly obtained two months of telephone records of Associated Press reporters and editors during the 2012 campaign. Wire-tapping was routine at the previous White House. CBS and Fox News reporters were also confirmed to be targets of the Administration's surveillance. The story that tipped off Trump to the ex-"president's" wiretapping hobby was found in the New York Times January 19 article, stating "Numerous news outlets, including The New York Times, have reported on the F.B.I. investigations into Mr. Trump's advisers. BBC and then McClatchy revealed the existence of a multiagency working group to coordinate investigations across the government." There is also documentation that in June 2016 the ex-"president" submitted a request to the FISC to monitor communications by Trump, which was denied. In November 2016, HeatStreet reported "that the FBI sought, and was granted, a FISA court warrant in October, giving counter-intelligence permission to examine the activities of 'US persons' in Donald Trump's campaign with ties to Russia." No evidence was found, but the wire-taps were continued, according to HeatStreet and the New York Times, under the pretext of national security. While the ex "president" himself may or may not have ordered wire taps and surveillance on Trump, even after he was elected, evidence suggests the ex "president's" Administration did spy on Trump and numerous other US citizens during his two terms in office. It is reported, documented and was considered routine. They are lying to cover it up. In John 3:20, Jesus said, "For everyone that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed." We need to continue to expose these deeds and demand accountability, otherwise your freedom of religion and of speech will be crushed in darkness.

For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. -1 Corinthians 2:2 I like to hear how people came to Christ. But to be quite honest, I don't like it when people go into the gory details of their past. I have listened to some Christians share their testimonies who seem a little more excited about the way they were as nonbelievers than the way they are today. Then there are others who talk about how much they have given up for Jesus. They gave up this. They gave up that. Don't tell me about what you gave up for Jesus; tell me what He gave up for you. Don't tell me what you have done for Jesus; tell me what Jesus has done for you. It is Jesus who has done the work. It is Jesus who matters. It is Jesus whom we are proclaiming. A good, strong testimony will lift up what Christ has done for us. The fact of the matter is that all of us were sinners hopelessly separated from God, on our way to Hell. The same gospel came and transformed us. So we all have a testimony. When the apostle Paul, who was a great intellect and a brilliant orator, stood before the great Roman leaders and other people of his day to present the message of the gospel, he often began with his testimony. Why? Because it builds common ground. It helps people to see there is a bridge for them, there is a way for them, and that they, too, can change. You may not be a great theologian. You may not know all of the verses in the Bible. But you do have a testimony. You have enough that has happened in your life that you can say, "Here is what Jesus did for me." And that is a good place to start.
