President Trump Is Cleaning Up the Mess He Inherited

The challenges President Trump faces are far reaching, extending to all aspects of governing this great nation-issues that touch our lives in one way or another. They consist of deconstructing radical job killing regulations; repatriating multinational corporations; reforming the complex tax system; repealing the abomination of Obamacare; improving our domestic infrastructure by lifting restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars worth of job-producing American energy reserves like shale, oil, coal, and natural gas; lifting the Obama-Clinton roadblocks and completing energy infrastructure projects such as the Keystone Pipeline. Rebuilding our military is high on President Trump's list of making America great again (which includes taking care of and honoring our great veterans). He is also working to undo the damage done by the former Obama Administration's crusade to undermine the police. Additionally, the following issues are also being addressed: crushing militant Islamic terrorism; arresting and deporting illegal alien criminals; securing our borders (which includes building the wall across the southern border), eliminating lawless sanctuary cities, scaling down government overreach imposed by the so-called environmental laws and regulations; strengthening our economy by identifying and ending all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers; dealing with numerous domestic and foreign policies, and restoring America's leadership in the world. These are just some of issues our new president is addressing. President Trump is encountering intense opposition from many members in Congress when it comes to actually moving forward with various aspects of his pro-America agenda. Many members of Congress are controlled by people who have been never voted into office, primarily unelected bureaucrats (the "swamp"). These special interest groups and lobbyists have a strong hold on Democrats and far too many Republicans. It is too early in Trump's presidency to see how this simmering battle between him and the official "Washington insiders" will play out. Nonetheless, progress is being made; overall our country is already in much better shape than it was before President Trump took office. In 2016 the Huffington Post, known for its anti-Israel bias predicted that Hillary Clinton had a 98.1% chance of winning the presidency, which would have meant a mere 1.6% chance for Donald Trump to be victorious. The incessant attempts to demoralize the population and stop votes for candidate Trump fizzled-despite the media's all-out blitzkrieg against him. They failed then and as we can see, they are failing today. Despite the brazen ongoing circulation of fake news, overwhelming numbers of patriotic Americans are not buying into the media's hysterical anti-Trump propaganda. Previous liberal administrations, especially the deceptive lawless Obama Administration have greatly harmed and betrayed our nation-creating so many serious problems that they seem insurmountable. With the stroke of a pen on his way out the door at the end of his term, Obama seized land from Utah and Nevada to add to his total land grab of over 553 million land and sea acreage, making it all unavailable to the American people-declaring it all government property. He also smugly declared that the action he took cannot be undone; that it is irreversible. Obama was allowed to simply snatch land from under the feet of the American people because of the Antiquities Act of 1906. The Act was initially intended to set aside small portions of land for monuments and national parks, but has since been abused by lawmakers to control large quantities of property. President Trump is already taking steps to stop this excessive land-grab and find a way to reverse this abuse of government power. He has ordered the Interior Department to review national monument designations dating back twenty years for millions of acres of land, pointing out that former presidents have abused the system. He has vowed to return such authority to citizens and state lawmakers. At issue is the 1906 Antiquities Act, which gives president's authority to "protect" land. President Trump said the law also gives the federal government "unlimited power to lock up millions of acres of land and water" and that it has been used on hundreds of millions of acres. He has vowed to "end these abuses." Government land grabs hinder economic growth by denying the exploration and use of our natural resources-which would ultimately result in energy independence. This government overreach of land confiscation also prohibits human settlement in those specific areas, wasting good land which could be used to build new homes and create thriving communities and businesses. Government abuses against the American people seem unending. But God still intervenes in our lives and we have a new president who loves and respects this country. He is a great advocate for liberty, individual freedoms and prosperity-the basic tenets upon which this nation was founded-as documented in the Constitution of the United States. Rogue government officials in every state throughout the U.S.A. are working to undermine the constitutional rights of the American people. Activist liberal judges use their power to abrogate our constitutional system; they wrap their judicial tyranny around the lives of the American people. Judges are not appointed to conduct foreign policy undermining federal laws and the constitutional powers of the president of the United States. But Obama appointees are doing exactly that (for the time being until they can be stopped by the United States Supreme Court). We can see a concentrated effort by corrupt leftist activist judges trying to stop President Trump from enforcing existing laws and succeeding as president. A pattern has been established over the years by liberal Democratic presidents appointing biased leftist judges to actively work against the rule of law, which in turn helps facilitate the implementation of lawless global tyranny. When liberals lose at the ballot box they turn to judicial activists to get their way. Political espionage is another unconstitutional weapon being used to try to take down our new president. The tentacles of the globalist criminals are strategically woven into all aspects of government, education, business, you name it-their evil presence can be found nearly everywhere. The Scriptures encourage Christians to be aware of what is going on around them, to watch for signs leading to the end of the Church Age and Jesus' return. By being aware of what is going on politically and globally we can better discern the times in which we live, and better reinforce to others the many reasons why the need to accept Jesus' free gift of salvation is so necessary. "But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober " (1 Thessalonians 5:1-6). President Trump is obviously for the American people, and our new pro-life president does not shy away from acknowledging Almighty God. He is taking deliberate steps to undo the damage done by the enemies of American sovereignty. President Trump is working to strengthen our God-given rights for the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. On April 18, 2017, the same day President Trump signed his "Buy American, Hire American" executive order, Adam Credo reported in the Washington Free Beacon that federal authorities have opened investigations into radical Islamic terrorists in all 50 states, according to the Department of Homeland Security. The DHS warned that the threat of terrorism in the United States has reached an all time high with radicalized individuals in the country plotting to strike "each and every single day." This effort to make our country safer, identify and weed out dangerous people would have never happened under Obama's watch. We can thank the previous Obama Administration, former presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton for keeping our borders wide open for decades. Many enemies of this country have already invaded our country. The Trump Administration has been able to dramatically slow down the flow of illegal aliens entering our nation, but it will take more time and effort to firmly secure the borders, and to find ways to carefully vet those who seek to enter the USA. We can also credit former president, Bill Clinton for enabling North Korea to have nuclear weapons; a very delicate and dangerous situation threatening the world at this very moment. "The North Korean deal of 1994 is the prototype for why open societies should not negotiate arms control agreements with rogue regimes," said Robert Kaufman, professor of public policy at Pepperdine University. "The North Koreans duped Jimmy Carter-an emissary of Clinton, and the Clinton Administration to subsidize the North Korean nuclear program in exchange for the counterfeit promise that North Korea would limit itself to civilian nuclear power." Obama made the same terrible mistake with his Iran deal. He made a deal with the number one terrorist state, essentially enabling it to eventually create nuclear weapons. Whenever Obama tried to undermine Israel during his tenure as president, his anti-Semitic bias and hatred of God's chosen nation was loud and clear. The disastrous deal he made with Iran is most dangerous for Israel. These reckless liberal presidents need to be held accountable for the damage they have done to the security of our nation and others. President Trump's call for "extreme vetting" is greatly needed and methods to investigate those who are already here illegally or legally must be a priority-in order to identify and stop those who intend to cause us harm. We can be sure those who comprise the fascist left-the irrational hate-filled hostile Democrats, the leftist lapdog media along with some turncoat Republicans, rogue Washington insiders, liberal lawless activist judges and the paid loony activist protestors (agitators) will continue to oppose President Trump's administration as they work to stop the efforts of the globalists-the godless tyrants who are trying to takeover our sovereign nation. With God's help, positive inroads will be made by President Trump to investigate and bring to justice those who pose a threat to our country. We know one of the methods of the fascist left is to target good people and try to take them down. When it comes to President Trump, they have outdone themselves and yet he remains standing. His pro-America agenda is moving forward. He has made a lot of progress in a very short time. An example of how deranged and brainwashed some people have become can be seen in this "news" headline recently posted on a number of websites: "Cry Baby Students Say Truth Is a Tool of White Supremacists." I am unable to come up with any words to adequately comment on such a ridiculous statement and belief. But it makes perfect sense when analyzing the ongoing demise of any kind of common sense to be found amongst the dumbed-down, brainwashed population. The politically correct days of not investigating mosques and other possible terrorist hideouts may be over, thanks to the Trump Administration's new policies of stopping terrorism full-force, and not appeasing the enemy. According to DHS Secretary John Kelly there have been at least 37 "ISIS-linked plots to attack our country" since 2013, a number that shows no signs of diminishing. Even with the recent slow-down of illegal aliens entering our country, our borders still need to be effectively secured. Secretary Kelly, in his first wide-ranging public address on the threat of terrorism in America since taking office, warned that there is evidence terror-linked individuals continue to exploit our national security weaknesses and are entering the United States. All of these security weaknesses can be attributed to the previous presidents who took a weak stance on enforcing immigration laws. I will never forget when George W. Bush made this gushing doe-eyed statement, "Family values don't stop at the Rio Grande River." He was (is) all for illegal aliens getting into and staying in our country under the guise of "charitable" amnesty. I knew then for sure that he is a sell-out open borders globalist just like Obama and the Clinton's. To add fuel to the fire of Islamic terrorism, in May of 2011, the former administration of Barack Hussein Obama eliminated the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS) program requiring non-citizens from high risk countries to register in a federal database-primarily Arab and Muslim men from many high risk countries. How progressive of Obama to make it easy for Muslim terrorists to penetrate our borders and place the lives of Americans at risk. "We don't know their intentions," John Kelly said during an address at George Washington University. "We don't know why they're here or why they're coming. We are completely blind to what they're capable of." The United States, he continued, is "under attack" from a wide variety of bad actors, including "failed states, cyber-terrorists, vicious smugglers, and sadistic radicals." President Trump said those very same things again and again during his presidential campaign, warning Americans that the flood of illegal aliens into the U.S. must stop; that many dangerous people with bad intentions are living amongst us with many more trying to get in. He also stressed that many individuals come into our country legally through various Visa programs posing as students or any number of legally accepted identities; but their true intentions to cause Americans harm could be masked. This type of assessment from the current Department of Homeland Security should cause every American to support stronger immigration policies, and at the very least-support the strict enforcement of immigration laws that already exist. Yet we continue to find willfully ignorant people in every aspect of government, media and in all walks of life-dismissing the truth of terrorist threats and other serious problems that work against the safety and wellbeing of the American people. President Trump has tried to awaken people to the dangers around us but as the saying goes, "The patients are running the asylum." The arrogant cynics refuse to listen. Instead they relentlessly mock our president and anyone who holds to conservative principles and a virtuous way of life. When a major terrorist attack hits the U.S. the same psychotic people who have ignored the president's warnings will blame him. I see all these issues as a strong indication of the end-times; so many people are self-absorbed, deceived and so full of hate that they have no common sense. A demonic rage is seething from so many people that we can be sure that the "father of lies" (John 8:44) is working overtime in the spiritual realm to keep his useful stooges actively participating in anything dark and sinister. When the Tribulation begins, these same people will line up to support the Antichrist and the False Prophet. I don't see that the spiritual apathy of the majority of these gullible naysayers and opponents of God and individual liberty dissipating. They are far too self-righteous and fully committed to bringing down our Judeo-Christian way of life. President Trump has said many times over that he has inherited "A mess." The "mess" is enormous. It is evident that he has a huge number of issues to deal with, far beyond what any of us can fully know. Most believers understand that we are living in a spiritual war zone. We can see that the battles fought in the spiritual realm are manifesting in the physical world through the hostile irrational behavior of individuals and groups. Evil is well represented and its advocates are increasing in number. The hatred for President Trump is very similar to the hatred toward Israel. Both President Trump and Israel are treated with great disdain by much of the world. The ongoing efforts to delegitimize Trump's presidency and deny Israel's right to exist are very telling of growing satanic strongholds. Every day we can see evidence and signs of thousands, if not millions of demonically oppressed people behaving in ways that can only be explained in spiritual terms. We see it in the crazed anti-Trump brigades. We see it in the anti-Semitic, anti-Israel mantras and threats; and of course in many other aspects of this life. Some of these lost souls serve phantom gods that don't exist; some proudly profess atheism. The only "safe zone" is with Jesus. We must trust Him completely and keep His words close to our hearts, and share the gospel with those willing to listen. The broad road to eternal destruction is getting very crowded (Matthew 7:13). "Let not your heart be troubled: believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also" (John 14:2-4). In lightning offensive, Iraqi forces carve out strategic corridor from Baghdad to Syria. raqi militias which are close to the Iranian regime have been able to reach a strategically situated village on the Syria-Iraq border. For Israel it means forces that are close to Tehran pose a risk of linking up through Syria The Hashd al-Shaabi, or Popular Mobilization Units (PMU), reached the village of Um Jaris on the border in northwestern Iraq on Monday. The PMU's Badr Brigade militia, which spearheaded the dash over 40km. to the border, is close to the Iranian regime. This represents a major strategic shift in northern Iraq as Islamic State loses power and a corridor stretching from the Iranian border to Syria is opened up, dividing the Shi'ite - who are powerful in the south - from the Kurds in the north. The PMU was organized in 2014 to fight Islamic State. It consists of several large, mostly Shi'ite militias, with differing backgrounds. In December 2016, they were officially incorporated into the Iraqi government as a paramilitary force, raising alarms about their influence over a post-ISIS Iraq. According to Jonathan Spyer, director of the Rubin Center for Research in International Affairs at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, "Badr is one of the best organized and most veteran Iran-supported Shi'ite militias in Iraq. Their leader, Hadi al-Amiri, is closely linked to the Quds Force Commander Qassem Soleimani." They are an effective and well-organized military unit with armored vehicles and artillery, he said. It was their armored vehicles that helped them cross quickly to the Syrian border, cutting off ISIS and liberating villages from ISIS near Sinjar along the way. The PMU now controls territory south of the Kurdish Peshmerga and this has caused tensions. Rudaw, a Kurdish media outlet, reported that "the Hashd could soon resemble the Iraqi version of Hezbollah in Lebanon, or the powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Iran." A Kurdish commander told Rudaw that he fears, "they have come here to fight the Peshmerga when ISIS is gone." However, according to another Rudaw report, Shi'ite militia leader Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis said his men were liberating Yazidi villages where ISIS carried out atrocities in 2014. "We feel happy and sad of the liberation of this village [Kocho] that faced the murder of its entire people at the hands of ISIS." Muhandis said the PMU would remain to protect the Yazidis and hand over local control to Yazidi units affiliated with the PMU. Other Yazidis serve with the Peshmerga and their area is now divided. The dash for the border comes amid a final offensive in Mosul against ISIS, which has been confined to a few square kilometers in the old city. Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi, decked out in desert camouflage, flew to Mosul on Monday where he met with Muhandis and vows to oversee the final battle. He tweeted that he met with the Shi'ite militias, a stamp of approval for their role. With Iran's influence now stretching from Tehran, via Baghdad to the Syrian border several analysts and reports have argued that Iran is forming a "Shi'ite crescent" as part of a wider strategy to construct a corridor to the sea. In April, Kurdish experts I interviewed in Erbil sketched out a map and presented it, showing a line of Shi'ite villages and militia influence pointing past Sinjar to the border. Fabrice Balanche, at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, wrote on May 26 there was "concern [this] reflects the broader regional contest that the [Syria] war has become, with the [Syrian] regime racing to establish an east-west 'Shi'ite axis' from Iran to Lebanon." The next move that can be expected from the Shi'ite militias is to strike south along the Iraqi border and clear ISIS toward Qaim and Al-Bukamal, which could link them up with Syrian regime forces moving east from Damascus. This is not a foregone conclusion as there are US-supported Syrian rebel groups on the Iraq-Syrian border near Jordan. But it's clearly a concern for those in the region that oppose Iran. Kurdistan24, a Kurdish news channel, reports that the PMU "has previously said it is ready to move inside Syrian territories to continue the fight against [ISIS]." That would be a security concern for Israel, because Hezbollah is present in Syria and uses Syria as a corridor for weapons transfers. Linking up with Shi'ite militias in Iraq that have been compared to Hezbollah and openly show posters of Ayatollah Khamenei, poses a challenge to Jerusalem and the region.

Tuesday, May 30 at 7 p.m., we celebrated Shavuot (Pentecost). We counted the omer and anxiously waited for this moment. Each day brought us closer to the expectation of God's promised revelation and renewal. We believed for echoes of the first Shavuot at Mount Sinai and the first Shavuot at the Temple in Jerusalem, ten days after Yeshua (Jesus) had ascended to heaven. Both events included heavenly fire, noise and extraordinary phenomena. At the original Shavuot, the people of Israel stood before the Lord at Sinai, and the Lord called them to be a holy nation before Him: "All the people answered together and said, "We will do everything that the Lord has spoken'" (Ex. 19:8). The instructions to count seven complete weeks (fifty days) "from the day after the Sabbath, from the day when you brought in the sheaf (tied bundle of grain) of the wave offering", to the day after the seventh week, are found in Leviticus 23:15-16. The omer (sheaf) counting began as an agricultural commandment to wave the first fruits of the barley harvest. Symbolically, it points to Yeshua who is the first fruit of the dead through His resurrection. Spiritually, it is a time of "cheshbon" or spiritual accounting. For 50 days, we elevate to God all the different attributes of our personality and examine our ways to see if we are truly following the commandment to "love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind" and to "love your neighbor as yourself." Shavuot (Weeks) is one of the most important times in Jewish history. It is one of the three major religious and agricultural festivals (Passover, Shavuot and Sukkot, or Tabernacles) of which, the Lord has commanded us to make the pilgrimage to the temple in Jerusalem and bring a special sacrifice offering to Him. It is the time, 3500 years ago, that God gave the Torah to the Jewish people (and those of the nations that feared God and wanted to stand at Mt. Sinai with His people), and it is the time 2,000 years ago that God gave the Holy Spirit (Ruach ha-Kodesh) to the Jewish people (and those of the nations) who believed that Yeshua (Jesus) was the Messiah. At this appointed time (moed), a new grain offering was presented to the Lord, and two loaves of bread were waved before Him (Lev. 23:17). Many believe that the two leavened loaves represent the Jew and the Gentile. After Yeshua ascended to the heavens on the 40th day of the counting of the omer, His followers returned to Jerusalem. There they continued in prayer and supplication "with one accord" (Acts 1:14). Ten days later, when Shavuot arrived, they were still "with one accord" in one place (Acts 2:1). There, the Spirit was poured out upon the disciples in the sight of all the Jewish people gathered for the festival. Simon Peter declared this outpouring to be the work of Yeshua, the risen Messiah. Thousands of Jewish worshipers repented of their sins and became followers of Yeshua. They joined the messianic community and continued daily "with one accord," worshiping in the temple and meeting together from house to house (Acts 2:46). "When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. 2 Suddenly a sound like a mighty rushing wind came from heaven, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 There appeared to them tongues as of fire, being distributed and resting on each of them, 4 and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit enabled them to speak" (Acts 2:1-4) "Peter said to them, 'Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far away, as many as the Lord our God will call.'" (Acts 2:38-39) The story of Ruth is read at this special time. Rabbinic writings of antiquity believe that King David was born and died on Shavuot so it makes sense that we would read and study about his ancestry. Nevertheless, the book of Ruth speaks about the beautiful relationships between Ruth and Naomi and Ruth and Boaz. This presents a symbolic and prophetic story of the dispersion of the Jewish people into the diaspora generations ago, followed by the redemption of Israel. As Yeshua spreads out his tallit upon all who believe in Him, there will be a crossing over of cultures, languages and traditions. Under His tallit we will come together as one. He will look with favor upon us and transform us unto dynamos of spiritual impact. Together we will become the "one new man" prophesied by Rabbi Shaul (Paul, Eph. 2:15). As Biblical Lake's Salinity Reaches Record High, Sea of Galilee in Need of Prayer

Deuteronomy 28:23 (The Israel Bible™) The Regional Council of the Jordan Valley published its annual report with the disturbing finding that the salinity of the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) is 30 percent higher than it was just five years ago and the highest it has been in 50 years. This dire situation may be remedied by prayers and good acts, and is described in Jewish sources as an aspect of the pre-Messianic age. The salinity of the large lake has been rising due to the inflow of saline springs located on its shore and offshore springs at the bottom of the lake. This is normally offset by precipitation, which has been seriously under-average for several years. In February of 2017, only ten percent of the average monthly norm of precipitation fell, and at the end of the winter rainy season, the level of the lake was still below the red line. This lack of rain has been especially apparent in the North of Israel, from where the rainwaters flow down into the Kinneret. The Kinneret is Israel's most important surface water resource, providing approximately 35 percent of the country's drinking water. The rises in salinity has led to a decrease in the lake's fish populations and an increase in the price of water for agricultural purposes. These matters are essential to farmers in Israel, but rain and the state of the Sea of Galilee are also relevant to the spiritually-minded. Water and rain in Israel are described in the Bible as being a result of prayer and performing mitzvoth (Torah commandments), as warned in the Book of Deuteronomy. Hashem will make the rain of thy land powder and dust; from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed. Deuteronomy 28:24 In the Bible, there are several cases of droughts ending after righteous prayer, such as the Prophet Elijah. And it came to pass in a little while, that the heaven grew black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel. I Kings 18:45 According to the Talmud, the manner in which the Messiah arrives will be expressed through the rain: If the Jews are righteous and full of mitzvot (Torah commandments), then the Messiah will arrive on rain clouds. But, the Talmud warns, if the Jews are not righteous, then there will be a drought and the Messiah will arrive on a white donkey, a symbol of poverty. The Zohar, the the foundational work in Jewish esoteric learning, states that this pre-Messiah desolation will first become apparent in the Galilee region, presaging the arrival of the Messiah. The Messiah... will arise in the land of Galilee... the Messiah shall reveal himself in the land of Galilee because in this part of the Holy Land the desolation (Babylonian exile) first began, therefore he will manifest himself there first. No other nation on earth spends more money on intelligence agencies than the United States. The Department of Homeland Security and its related departments boast a budget of $80 billion; which is more than what Russia spends on its entire military. The current state of our intelligence gathering can only be described as total chaos. The CIA is riddled with people who constantly leak information for economic or political gain. The Russians and Chinese have broken into most key databases. (The personal information of 40 million people was stolen under Obama's watch.) Today, a foreign national has virtually signed his own death warrant whenever he provides secret information to the U.S. The New York Times recently reported that our spying operations in China have been systematically dismantled by the killing or imprisoning of more than a dozen sources. It will now take us decades to restore confidence in the CIA. Beijing is obviously proud of its intelligence triumph. China's Global Times, gave a "Thank you comrades" reply to the NYT article when it said in an editorial that, if the report was true, it was a victory for China. The paper stated: "If this article is telling the truth, we would like to applaud China's anti-espionage activities. Not only was the CIA's spy network dismantled, but Washington had no idea what happened and which part of the spy network had gone wrong." Some people think that a mole within the CIA has betrayed the United States. Others believe that the Chinese hacked the covert system used to communicate with its foreign sources. Our spy agencies have so many problems we may never know what went wrong. Our allies are quickly learning that we cannot be trusted with any amount of sensitive information. After the Islamic terrorist bombing in Manchester, the American media leaked the number of dead, the name of the bomber, and the country he last visited. The UK's home secretary rebuked the U.S. for leaking information that was vital to the ongoing investigation. The liberal media is a huge part of the problem. The press is hypocritical about the leaking of classified information. The Washington Post condemned President Trump for divulging secrets to the Russia, while at the same time it cited Israel as a source of information about ISIS trying to use laptops to smuggle bombs onto airplanes. Where in the Constitution or U.S. law did the press get the right to reveal state secrets which every U.S. citizen is duty bound to protect? If during the World War II era we had the same problem with intelligence leaks as we have today, all the papers on the eve of D-Day would have screamed, "We're Going Ashore at Normandy." The damage from faulty intelligence is not always easy to spot. It's not until we realize that China's new stealth fighter looks a lot like ours that it becomes clear that our secrets are leaking out. The quickest way to fix our intelligence problem is to severely punish anyone who is found to have shared classified information. If a dozen people get the electric chair or life in prison, the leaks will quickly dry up. The only thing positive about these agencies is that they produce such a large amount of information that the Russians and Chinese have to spend vast amounts of time sorting through this data to find something useful. I see little chance of reform coming to the intelligence services. Just like the military industrial complex, a government agency only grows in size. But the intelligence industrial complex is more dangerous because it will come after our liberties. The National Security Agency under former President Barack Hussein Obama routinely violated the rights of Americans. Thanks to some of the leaked top-secret documents, some of the most serious constitutional abuses by the U.S. intelligence community are only now being revealed. By the time our intelligence agencies straighten out their problems, these same agencies will likely be used to aid the Antichrist in creating his one world police state. The good news for all believers is that we will soon be in a place that is beyond Big Brother's reach. "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Jerusalem Day this year marks the 50th anniversary of the reunification of the holiest city in the world. Free activities in the Old City and surrounding areas will include musical performances, a parade, a prayer service at the Western Wall and free tours of different historical sites. Israelis and Jews worldwide viewed the reunification of Jerusalem as a momentous event, if not a divinely orchestrated occurrence - a gift to the Chosen People from God. But despite the city's continued growth and development, there are still thousands of needy residents in the city. TheMeir Panim charity organization was established ten years ago to keep those disadvantaged people from going hungry. Jerusalem has always been a city under siege, falling into the hands of many rulers and governments for thousands of years. After the State of Israel was established in 1948, the holy city was still under Jordanian control. And then, for six harrowing days in 1967, the very existence of Israel was again at risk when Egyptian, Jordanian, and Syrian military attacked the young country. Against all odds, Israelis were victorious, and along with the Golan Heights, the Sinai Peninsula, and the West Bank, Jerusalem was captured and once again safely in possession of the Jewish People - after they had been denied access to the site of the Holy Temple for 2,000 years. The Temple Mount is in our hands! These were the famous words exclaimed by Commander Motta Gur upon reaching the Dome of the Rock. In fulfillment of the Biblical prophecy, General Rabbi Shlomo Goren, chief chaplain of the IDF, heralded the liberation of the Western Wall by triumphantly sounding a shofar. Soon afterwards, Captain Yoram Zamosh hung an Israeli flag from the top of the wall. The Hebrew date of this miraculous event was the 28th day of Iyar, and this year the festivities will take place on the eve of May 23rd. When the war ended, much of the city was left in a state of disrepair. While Jews in the Diaspora lived in modern conditions with all of the common comforts of the Western World, many Jerusalemites received their household water from wells or street vendors. Food was also scarce in the Holy City. In the decade following the reunification of Jerusalem the Israeli government made a concentrated effort to attract more Jews to move into the city. New housing projects were constructed, and waves of new immigrants were settled in Jerusalem. The city also drew ultra-orthodox Jews, who sought a holy environment when setting up their homes. However, finding work in a city that was relatively far from Tel Aviv and other central cities meant that the population as a whole was - and still is - less affluent than Israelis living elsewhere. In 2007 Meir Panim began its lifesaving work. The organization set up a network of Free Restaurants that feed people of all ages and ethnicities. In addition to the bustling soup kitchen in the Holy City, there are similar facilities in Tzfat, Tiberias, Dimona, Haifa, and Or Akiva. The clients who visit receive freshly prepared, healthy, hot meals every day. Everybody is served without question, and is treated with dignity, respect and warmth. Thousands of disadvantaged people, including manyHolocaust survivors, depend on Meir Panim for their only meal of the day. Today Meir Panim serves over 390,000 hot meals annually, with almost half of those meals feeding hungry children. Thesoup kitchens, food packages, andfood shopping cards that Meir Panim provides ensure that countless men, women, and children have enough to eat. While living conditions have greatly improved since the times of British, Jordanian, and Turkish control, the city is still a work in progress and there is still much to be done to help its residents. Jerusalemites came together to volunteer during the Six Day War in makeshift hospitals to care for wounded soldiers and civilians, with people of all walks of life working together to ensure the survival of their city. Today, the same atmosphere of alliance still exists among the volunteers who prepare the food for Meir Panim. Senior citizens, prisoners undergoing rehabilitation, and national service volunteers stand alongside each other peeling and cutting vegetable in preparation for each day's lunch. This Jerusalem Day, Jews across Israel will come together to celebrate their unending love for the Holy City. Two thousand years ago when the Holy Temple stood, Jews brought tithes of their first fruits as offerings to the God who provided for all their needs. Today, the city is once again in Jewish hands, and Meir Panim is working hard everyday to ensure the well-being of the city's neediest residents, making it possible for them to continue living in a reunified Jerusalem.

- Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com In one of the most disgusting and vulgar of the many disgusting and vulgar antics of the radical left-which really means the Democratic Party-comedian, critic of President Donald Trump, and CNN mainstay Cathy Griffin did a photo-shoot and video depicting her beheading the President. I was aghast at the picture of Griffin holding up a blood-stained likeness of Trump, not unlike what we have seen with the publicity photos of the Islamic State. Somehow Griffin thought this would be appropriate for America. She planned it, did a photo and video shoot around it, and posted it. It was offensive in every meaning of the word. But this is just the atmosphere of the "Resistance Summer" these revolutionaries are promising. Griffin's un-American and offensive stunt comes on the heels of radical Islamist Congressman, disciple of Louis Farrakhan, Deputy Chair of the Democratic National Committee, Hakim Mohammed's (aka Keith Ellison, D-MN) announcement of "Resistance Summer." Ellison is leading the Democratic Party's version of Arab Spring, saying, "This summer, we're investing in all 50 states and connecting with every single voter in real life on the issues that matter to them-from healthcare to education to jobs and economic opportunity." Ellison says the resistance will be training volunteers and mobilizing against Trump all summer long. This is where people like Griffin get the boldness to do some of the offensive and unthinkable things they do. Just imagine how offensive it is for grown adults and their children to march around Washington, DC wearing stocking caps that are supposed to be vaginas. They did it. And they are bullying and beating Trump supporters across America, yet have the audacity to say they want to "peacefully" stop the "violent" agenda of Trump (this is on the Moveon.org website). The vulgar things spoken by celebrities and their actions are over the top. Even the rank and file of the Democratic Party should be repulsed by these radical hatemongers, but they defend them or refuse to believe stories about their actions. Moreover, if one does not agree with these revolutionary extremists, a label is applied and free speech-the ability to express an opinion-is not only discouraged, it is shut down by the radical noise. They are trying to overthrow the government and make America into an anarchist Marxist state that can be taken over by iron-fisted tyrants. Cathy Griffin and her ilk should be ashamed. Americans need to boycott these people by not patronizing them. Jesus said in Matthew 7:15-16, "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. You shall know them by their fruits." These radicals are prophets of darkness. Their fruit is evil. Griffin's act is an intent of the heart.

Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. -Acts 8:5 I was listening to a Christian radio broadcast the other day, and someone said he had come up with a lot of new conversation starters to turn a dialogue toward evangelism-clever little things we can say to get a person interested in hearing the gospel. That is all good, but none of it matters if we don't care about people. People can tell whether we care about them. (Even a dog can tell.) And people know whether we're sharing with them out of sincerity or doing it out of a mere sense of duty. Philip had a heart for nonbelievers. We read in the book of Acts that Philip, along with Stephen and others, were called to be deacons in the church. Stephen was martyred, and Saul of Tarsus began to attack Christians, so they spread out. And where did Philip go? He went to Samaria. That is significant because Philip was a Jew. Jews hated Samaritans, and Samaritans hated Jews. They had a conflict that never ended, which was passed on from generation to generation. Yet Philip went to Samaria. He went to these people, the untouchables, that a Jew normally would not even have a conversation with, much less want to reach. If we want to be effective communicators of the gospel, we need to be willing to go to people who are different from us. We tend to want to hang around people who are just like us, people who look like us, talk like us, and have the same interests as us. Are you willing to leave your comfort zone and go to a person completely different from you with the message of the gospel? Everyone needs Jesus. May God give us a sense of compassion for people who do not yet know the Lord.
