Dancing with the Scoffers - By Jonathan Brentner -
https://www.raptureready.com/2019/06/04/dancing-scoffers-jonathan-brentner/ Scripture tells us the last days will be marked by those who mock our hope in Jesus' imminent return. The apostle Peter reveals that in the last days scoffers will appear, ridiculing such hope with this question, "Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation" (2 Pet. 3:3-4). JD Farag, in his May 26, 2019 prophecy update, listed the presence of scoffers as the number one sign that we now live in the last days. Sadly, many Christian leaders have joined the ranks of those who mock our eager anticipation. How can we recognize these modern-day scoffers? Below I list five ways they make themselves known: 1. Scoffers Discount the Words of the Prophets Peter begins his warning about scoffers by instructing his readers to "remember the words spoken beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior spoken by your apostles" (2 Pet. 3:2, NASB). Notice the emphasis on words; the apostle tells us to remember the words of the Old Testament prophets. The words that prophets such as Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Zechariah wrote regarding the future have great significance. When Isaiah says the Messiah will rule over His kingdom seated "on the throne of David," (9:7), he means exactly that. I do not understand why so many regard the opening lines of Isaiah 9:6 as literal but apply a much different meaning to Isaiah's words regarding Jesus' future reign on the throne of David. Has the meaning of Isaiah's words changed over the many centuries? Scoffers also reduce much of the book of Revelation to allegory. The problem is this: If one claims that John's prophecies of the millennial reign and New Jerusalem must be taken allegorically, as many do, then who decides what these passages mean (the opinions vary widely)? Furthermore, who decides what passages in the apocalypse are symbolic and which ones represent the intent of the author? Of course, the writers of Scripture use imagery, symbolism, and metaphors. Scoffers, however, go beyond the original intent of the authors and change the plain meaning of prophetic texts into allegory, into something unrecognizable at the time of the writing. 2. Scoffers Ignore Jesus' Command to Watch Peter also urges us to "remember the commandment of the Lord and Savior spoken by your apostles" (2 Pet. 3:2). The Lord gave many commands though the apostles, but here Peter refers to one in particular that relates to His coming. Is it not the Lord's instruction that fits best the context that of watchfulness and readiness (Matt. 24:42, 44; 25:13)? The Didache, which means "teaching" in the Greek, is a brief document from the early church. Many scholars date it to the first century, perhaps as early as AD 70, although it may not have been formally compiled until around AD 300. The first sentence of the document states, "The Lord's Teaching Through the Twelve Apostles to the Nations." Chapter 16 of The Didache contains instructions regarding watching for the coming of the Lord, "Watch for your life's sake. Let not your lamps be quenched, nor your loins unloosed; but be ready, for you know not the hour in which our Lord will come."[i] With The Didache we have a document from early in the life of the church that prescribes the same watchfulness as Jesus commanded in Matthew. If nothing else, The Didache demonstrates the importance the early church placed on readiness for Jesus' return. Modern-day scoffers never emphasize Jesus' command to watch for His coming. 3. Scoffers Question the "Promise" of Jesus' "Coming" What exactly are the scoffers questioning in 2 Peter 3? The word for "coming" (v. 4) in the Greek is "parousia." In 1 Thessalonians 4:15, the word denotes the rapture of the church as it does in 2 Thessalonians 2:1. However, in 2 Thessalonians 2:8 the word refers to the second coming of Jesus. Context decides whether "parousia" refers to the rapture or to the second coming. The context in 2 Peter 3 indicates that the apostle is referring to the rapture rather than the second coming. The denial of this "coming" coincides with a denial of the time of tribulation (3:4-7, 10). We see this same sequence in 1 Thessalonians 5:1-9; the rapture delivers believers from the destruction of the day of the Lord that will come upon others "like a thief in the night." More than anything else, modern-day scoffers target our hope in the pretribulation rapture. Most of them acknowledge the second coming in some way or another, but it's the rapture that brings out their rage. Anyone who writes about the rapture will attest to the heated and demeaning attacks by those who ridicule the rapture. Sadly, this comes mostly from professing believers. 4. Scoffers Negate the Warnings of Scripture Concerning the Tribulation In 3:4-7, Peter tells us that these scoffers deny the reality of the Genesis 6-8 flood; in so doing, they deny the reality of the tribulation. Of course, we see this denial of the Genesis account both inside and outside the church today. It's commonplace today to mock the reality of Noah's flood. A more subtle form of such scoffing, however, retains the validity of Noah's flood while denying the reality of the "day of the Lord" or a future time of great tribulation as Jesus predicted (Matt. 24:21-22). In keeping with the scoffer's dismissal of the words of Scripture, they regard most of Revelation 6-19 as allegory and deny the reality of God's coming judgment on the world. In doing so, modern-day scoffers negate the Lord's warning of what lies ahead for our world. 5. Scoffers Misinterpret God' Patience In 2 Peter 3:8-9 the apostle says, "But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." Scoffers twist God's patience into signifying that the Lord is not returning for His church while some deny the importance of the second coming. Mockers fail to understand the Lord's patience in waiting for people to repent before He sends the horrific judgments of the tribulation. Instead, they see it as an indication He is not returning at all for His church, or even claim that Jesus already returned in AD 70. Why am I warning believers to refuse the appealing invitation to dance with the scoffers? I do so because so many Bible-believing church leaders today deny the reality of both the rapture and the tribulation. Many eloquent preachers and exceptionally gifted writers teach there is no rapture, no tribulation, nor even a millennial reign of Jesus ahead of the eternal state. I also write because the scoffers' invite to dance comes with much appeal; on the surface, their teaching sounds scholarly and intellectual. So many great Christian theologians of our day as well as in the past deny the reality of a tribulation and a future kingdom for the nation of Israel. Those "in the know" regarding these things see what those who take a more literal approach to God's Word cannot see. If we would only dance with them, we would see how New Testament revelation changes the original intent of the Old Testament prophets. My appeal is for you to run the race as did the apostle Paul who never ceased watching for (and loving) Jesus' appearing. He wrote this to Timothy shortly before his martyrdom: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing" (2 Tim. 4:7-8). In Philippians 3:20 he adds, "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ." Endure in watchfulness! Do not dance with the scoffers! E-mail: [email protected] [i] The Didache, Chapter 16, as translated on the Early Christian Writings website: http://www.earlychristianwritings.com/text/didache-roberts.html Palestinians say 'hell no' to Trump economic parley - By Joel C. Rosenberg - https://www.jpost.com/Opinion/Palestinians-say-hell-no-to-Trump-economic-parley-591326 But three Arab states say yes. This is a very big deal. Here's why. Historic, tectonic shifts are underway in the Middle East. Many Americans and Europeans are convinced President Donald Trump's long-awaited and highly controversial peace plan has no chance of success. But they are utterly missing the point. Yes, the Palestinians are hardening their position against peace with Israel, but the Gulf Arab states are steadily warming toward peace with the Jewish state. Consider the latest developments. On June 25 and 26, Trump's advisers will host a conference to roll out the first section of their peace plan. Specifically, they will unveil their proposals to vastly improve the Palestinian economy and the living conditions of every Arab - Muslim and Christian - in the West Bank and Gaza. No foreign ministers are invited, only finance ministers. This session isn't about boundaries, capitals, flags and anthems. It's about creating more jobs, rising wages, good schools, better roads, more trade, clean water and uninterrupted electricity. Sadly, Palestinian leaders are saying "no" to attending. Actually, they're saying, "hell, no!" Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh said, "Any solution to the conflict in Palestine must be political... and based on ending the occupation. The current financial crisis is a result of a financial war waged against us and we will not succumb to blackmailing and extortion and will not trade our national rights for money." Nabil Shaath, an adviser to PA President Mahmoud Abbas, said, "We will inform Bahrain that we will not take part in such a conference. We will not sell our conference based on an economic project." PA Social Development Minister Ahmed Majdalani said, "There will be no Palestinian participation in the Manama workshop... Any Palestinian who would take part would be nothing but a collaborator for the Americans and Israel." Hamas official Fawzi Barhoum said, "We reject any economic and political steps that implement the deal of the century or normalize ties with the Israeli enemy." Historically, the rest of the Arab world would follow the Palestinians' led. Yet moderate, thoughtful people throughout the Arab world are no longer buying such self-defeating anger. The editors of The Jordan Times, the leading English-language newspaper in the Hashemite Kingdom whose editorials are widely believed to reflect the official government position, offered this week rare but wise criticism of Palestinian leaders. "This premature negativism is unwarranted and has become a familiar pattern in the Palestinian thought that made things worse for the Palestinian people," noted an unsigned editorial. "For starters, no one, including the Palestinians, knows for sure what this suspicious 'Deal of the Century' really looks like. Without having an inkling of what the US proposal for peace between the Palestinians and Israelis would look like, the Palestinians have rushed to reject it in toto. "Besides, a meeting to promote the economy of the Palestinian territories by inviting investments from the US, Europe and Asia could be as benign as it sounds," the editors observed. "The Palestinians may welcome this initiative after all without endorsing the wider political implications. The Palestinian side would be better advised not to rush into taking positions that may hurt them, especially when the projected Manama conference as such is only a forum for considering improving the Palestinian economies in the West Bank and Gaza." In conclusion, the editors wrote: "Welcoming the conference, or at least not impeding it, would provide the Palestinians with an opportunity to test the full implications of the initiative. Breathing life into the lifeless Palestinian economy cannot in itself be so bad after all. The Palestinian leadership cannot go on saying 'no' to everything offered to them before examining the full implications." Even more noteworthy, three Gulf Arab states - Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia - are saying "yes," they would be happy to attend the American conference. Indeed, the leaders of Bahrain are actually making the bold move of hosting the conference. Israel has also said, "yes," - Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon is very much looking forward to participating, his spokesman said. Such developments are a very big deal for several reasons. First, while the suffering of the Palestinian people rightly merits sympathy within the Arab world, it is becoming clear that more and more Arab leaders, journalists and opinion makers are losing patience with the perennial rejectionism of the Palestinian leadership to any peace deal or economic improvement plan of almost any kind. Second, this conference on how to create "economic growth for peace" in the Middle East comes on the heels of a US-organized conference on how to create lasting security in the Middle East, which was held in Warsaw in February. Foreign ministers from 60 countries - including the Saudis, Emiratis, Bahrainis, the Yemenis and Israelis - participated, yet the Palestinians also refused to attend. What's more, they urged their fellow Arabs not to attend either. Yet they were notably unsuccessful. Third, while Bahrain, the UAE and the Saudis do not currently have any formal diplomatic relationship with the State of Israel, they are once again publicly stepping forward to meet with senior officials from the Jewish state. And this time it won't be in Warsaw or at Camp David but in the heart of the Arab world. All this underscores a point I have been making for several months, though I find few who (yet) share my view: those who say the "Deal of the Century" is "dead on arrival" are misreading the entire situation. Yes, the Palestinian leadership will almost undoubtedly reject the Trump peace plan. But rather than kill the peace process, such rejectionism could actually jump start it. How? By convincing Gulf Arab leaders and their citizens that while it would be wonderful if Abu Mazen was ready to negotiate in good faith, they need not wait forever. Egyptian president Anwar Sadat didn't wait for the Palestinians to sign a final peace treaty with Israel before deciding it was in Egypt's national interest to do so. Thus, he signed his own treaty with Israel in 1979 and granted his people 40 years of peace. Likewise, Jordan's King Hussein didn't wait for the Palestinians to complete a final treaty with Israel before he concluded it was in Jordan's national interest to do so. He, too, moved forward on his own in 1994 and granted his people 25 years of peace. The Gulf states would benefit enormously by making peace with Israel now, rather than waiting. They could start buying and investing in Israeli technology and hiring Israeli scientists and engineers. They could open the floodgates of religious tourism in both directions. They could also build a far-stronger and more durable economic and security alliance with Israel and the US against the rising threats of Iran, the Muslim Brotherhood and other violent extremists. Such historic breakthroughs for peace and prosperity are possible, and may very well be closer to coming to pass than any of the cynics realize. The Iranian-Palestinian Plan to Thwart Trump's Peace Plan - by Khaled Abu Toameh - https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/14324/iran-palestinians-trump-peace-plan As the US administration prepares to roll out its long-awaited plan for peace in the Middle East, also known as the "Deal of the Century," Iran appears to be increasing its efforts to help its allies in the region try to thwart the plan. Recently, Iran seems to have stepped up its political and military support for radical Palestinian groups that are staunchly opposed to any peace agreement with Israel. These groups, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad, do not recognize Israel's right to exist and are publicly committed to its destruction and replacement by an Iranian-backed Islamic state. Iran, of course, has long shared the same ambition of destroying Israel and has never hesitated to make its position known to the world. In several statements during the past few decades, Iranian leaders have been frank about their wish that Israel be "a one-bomb country." Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has several times referred to Israel as a "cancer" and threatened to "annihilate" the cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa. He has also taken to Twitter to denounce Israel as a "barbaric, wolf-like and infanticidal regime." Israel, he added, "Has no cure but to be annihilated." Earlier this year, the chief of Iran's Air Force, Gen. Aziz Nassirzadeh, was quoted as saying that his forces are "impatient and ready to fight against the Zionist regime to wipe it off the Earth." Such threats by Iranian leaders and officials are not uncommon or new. In fact, they accurately reflect Iran's long-standing policy of incitement against Israel and recurring threats to "annihilate the Zionist regime." To achieve their goal, the leaders of Iran have been providing financial and military support to their proxies in the Middle East, specifically Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah -- three groups committed to Israel's obliteration. Now, the Iranians are focusing their efforts on foiling US President Donald J. Trump's peace plan. The Iranians also appear to be angry with some Arab countries for allegedly colluding with the Trump administration to facilitate the implementation of the "Deal of the Century." On May 29, Khamenei told a group of university professors, academic elites and researchers that some Arabs were committing an act of treason by collaborating with the Trump administration. Although he did not mention the countries by name, it is clear that he was referring to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. Referring to the "Deal of the Century," Khamenei said: "Of course, it will never be accepted and it will never be realized. The US and its cohorts will certainly face failure on this matter." The leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip are now offering themselves as a weapon in the hands of Iran to foil Trump's plan. "No one should blame us for thanking Iran," said Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. "It is our duty to thank anyone who supports the goals of our people. Without Iran's support, we would not have such military capabilities. We will continue to develop our weapons to face the occupation. Iran has provided us with rockets and money and helped us develop missiles that hit Tel Aviv. Those who support the resistance and Jerusalem are our friends, while those who want to sell Jerusalem are our enemies." Last year, Iran announced its decision to "endorse" all the families of Palestinians killed and injured in the weekly protests along the Gaza-Israel border. The protests, called the Great March of Return, were launched in March 2018. The endorsement means that Iran will provide financial aid to the families. Walid Awad, a senior official with the Palestinian People's Party, formerly the Palestinian Communist Party, praised the Iranian financial aid to the families. "We salute Iran for standing with the Palestinians and Arabs," he said. "The option of resistance is needed to foil the Deal of the Century." Sources in the Gaza Strip revealed this week that Iran is also planning to provide financial aid to Palestinian employees who stopped receiving salaries from the Palestinian Authority (PA). In the past few months, the Palestinian Authority has cut the salaries of hundreds of employees in the Gaza Strip, including physicians and schoolteachers. The punitive measure comes in the context of the Palestinian Authority leadership's efforts to undermine its rivals in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip. Iran's increased financial and military support for radical Palestinian groups is hardly the result of love for the Palestinians: rather, it is out of a desire to advance its own goals in the region. These include not only foiling Trump's peace plan, but also seeing Israel destroyed. That is why it is supporting Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the two Gaza-based groups that are committed to the annihilation of the "Zionist entity." Iran is also supporting radical Palestinian groups because it seeks to undermine the Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and his regime in the West Bank, whom they consider traitors for their perceived moderate policies towards Israel. Iran's support for Hamas and Islamic Jihad also needs to be seen in the context of Tehran's effort to undermine Arab states that have close relations with the Trump administration. Iran and its Palestinian allies are worried about the apparent rapprochement between Israel and some Arab countries. Nasser Abu Sharif, the Islamic Jihad representative in Iran, said this week that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have become enemies of the Palestinians. Trump's "Deal of the Century," he added, "aims to pave the way for normalization" between the Arabs and Israel. The Trump administration is planning to unveil the economic portion of the "Deal of the Century" during a "workshop" in Bahrain in late June or "when the timing is right." The Palestinians have called on all Arabs to boycott the US-led "workshop" on the pretext that it is part of a scheme to "eliminate the Palestinian cause." This view is shared by the leaders of Iran, who are now calling on the Arabs to boycott the "workshop" and the Trump administration. "Regrettably, a number of Persian Gulf states are cooperating [with the US] because they are hoping that America will protect them in return for their betrayal of the Muslims," said Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammed Javad Zarif. By boycotting the US-led conference in Bahrain, Mahmoud Abbas and his Palestinian Authority in the West Bank have placed themselves in the same league as Iran -- a country that despises them, deems them traitors and bankrolls their rivals, Hamas and Islamic Jihad, in the Gaza Strip. Even so, Abbas and Palestinian Authority officials match Iran's incendiary rhetoric of violence at the US administration and its "Deal of the Century" by denouncing it as a conspiracy against Arabs and Muslims. The Palestinian Authority's actions and words serve to support Iran's self-appointed task of meddling in Palestinian affairs and strengthening radical Arabs and Muslims in the region. Iran's leaders have every reason to be satisfied with Abbas, whose every remark indirectly bolsters the Ayatollahs in their campaign to undermine any Arab and Muslim who wants to work with the US or make peace with Israel. Nearing Midnight: The Greatest Con-Artist Lawyer of All Time - Todd Strandberg - https://www.raptureready.com/category/nearing-midnight/ Attorney Michael Avenatti is the most evil and corrupt lawyer I've ever read about. I thought He had reached maximum sleaze when I knew him as the 'Creepy Porn Lawyer' who was the legal pimp for porn star Stormy Daniels. Avenatti may well go down as the greatest huckster lawyer in American history, considering the absolute number of people he has hoodwinked. The whole time he has gone before the cameras and presenting himself as a nobleman, he was robbing his clients blind. Among the clients Avenatti allegedly cheated was Geoffrey Ernest Johnson, a mentally ill paraplegic on disability. In 2015, after Johnson won a $4 million lawsuit against Los Angeles County, the money was wired to Avenatti, who kept it for himself, according to the indictment. After he won another case in 2017, Avenatti allegedly concealed $2.75 million in proceeds from that client's settlement. He is accused of stealing $300,000 from Stormy Daniels. He had money from her book deal sent directly to his account. He forged checks made out to her. When Daniels asked about the royalties, Avenatti said there was no money coming because of poor book sales. "Michael Avenatti allegedly stole from his clients, and he stole from the IRS," said Ryan L. Korner, the chief of IRS criminal investigations in Los Angeles. "The money was used to fuel a lavish lifestyle that had no limits, including making mortgage payments on a multimillion-dollar home in Laguna Beach and purchasing a private plane." In April, a federal grand jury has indicted embattled lawyer Michael Avenatti on "36 counts of fraud, extortion, perjury, failure to pay taxes, embezzlement and other financial crimes." He is facing 400 years in prison if convicted on all counts of his alleged crimes. In a series of tweets, he has protested his innocence. He seems to be someone incapable of showing remorse by the way he parrots standard lawyer-talk statements: "For 20 years, I have represented Davids vs. Goliaths and relied on due process and our system of justice. Along the way, I have made many powerful enemies. I am entitled to a FULL presumption of innocence and am confident that justice will be done once ALL of the facts are known." - Michael Avenatti (@MichaelAvenatti) "I intend to fully fight all charges and plead NOT GUILTY. I look forward to the entire truth being known as opposed to a one-sided version meant to sideline me." - Michael Avenatti (@MichaelAvenatti) The so-called news media were completely fooled by this con artist. Avenatti has appeared on CNN a whopping 74 times. He has made a total of 254 TV news appearances. The 47-year-old attorney has also appeared on broadcast network programs, including NBC's "Megyn Kelly Today" and "Today," ABC's "The View" and "Good Morning America," HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher," and CBS's "Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and "60 Minutes." Michael Avenatti proves that the liberal media will give coverage to anyone who has something negative to say about President Trump. As long as they have fresh dirt to add to the pile, they don't care who is making the claim. Russ Vaughn at American Thinker made me laugh with his description of Avenatti's relationship with the liberal media: "Avenatti might as well have been on the back of a safari Land Rover throwing out chicken entrails while traversing a hyena preserve. The slavering pack of lefty talking heads greedily gorged themselves on every fetid tidbit, nodding in smug agreement, smacking their feral lips for more." The press had almost no reflection of the poor investment it made into this weasel. They just suddenly dropped him like they did a dozen other discredited Trump critics. The New Avenatti doesn't have to be of any higher moral character because the liberal media are solely guided by a leftist agenda. A few years ago, it would be easy to predict that Michael Avenatti would likely be spending several years behind bars. Since people like Hillary Clinton and actor Jussie Smollett walked free from similar charges of obvious wrongdoing, I'm unsure if this criminal will ever face justice. We have simply degraded into the time of lawlessness that Jesus warned would be a sign of the end. Since it's hard to conceive of a greater reprobate than Avenatti, I would cite him as evidence of the nearness of our promised salvation from this corrupt world. "And because lawlessness is increased, most people's love will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end, he shall be saved" (Matthew 24:12-13). Daily Jot: Lo, the poor "journalists" - Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com The Save Journalism Project has been launched by Laura Bassett, a former culture and political reporter at HuffPost, and John Stanton, a former BuzzFeed News Washington bureau chief. The Save Journalism Project web site claims, "High-quality journalism has been recognized since America's founding as fundamental to the functioning of our democracy. But now, journalism in America is facing an existential threat from the monopolistic control of tech giants like Google, Facebook, and Apple. Big tech's dominance over the digital advertising market and their unrivaled capacity to monetize its platforms are having drastic effects on journalism as a whole." This is partially true, but as with journalism these days, not totally true. The site says that "over the last 10 years, newspaper newsrooms have declined in size by 45%, and in 2019 so far media has shed more than 2,400 jobs." It puts the blame on big technology, "Google, Apple, and Facebook are using their tech muscles to monetize news for their own profit, but at the expense of journalists." The Save Journalism Project states that it is "an effort to educate and activate journalists across the country to tell the story of big tech's threat to journalism. We are news publishers, news gatherers, journalists, content creators, media influencers, activists, advocates, and organizers. We are defending democracy, fighting to preserve free press, and working to save journalism in the age of big tech. If these are issues you care about too, become an ally." The site claims that 75% of digital ad revenue is controlled by Google, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Snapchat, Microsoft, and Oath. It says that some 1,300 local communities have lost local news coverage. It says that fake news is created by the income disparity between those who can afford to pay for news digital content and those who can only afford free content that "incentivizes sensationalism and outrage over accuracy." Yes, big tech posing as free speech platforms and at the same time censoring speech that the corporate Marxists disagree with, is a huge threat to the free republic. But to claim that because big tech controls ad revenue is shifting the blame and crying foul because of capitalism. There is a deeper problem here. So-called "journalists" are their own worse enemy. They are not the victims. They are the perpetrators. They are unable to put aside their political intolerance and ideological bigotry long enough to write a truthful and accurate account of the news without editorializing on their personal beliefs. This is what has caused people to flock to "click bait" headlines and seek out non-traditional news sources. The decade-plus landslide of advocacy journalism (antithetical as it is) is taking its toll on the industry and these little Marxists want to blame those who are making money at the expense of their jobs. As Christ said in Matthew 7:5, "You hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of your own eye; and then shall you see clearly to cast out the speck out of your brother's eye." Saving journalism will entail cleaning up truth and accuracy not attacking capitalism. FROM THE HEART
