This is taking place globally in an intense unprecedented coordinated manner. It is becoming common knowledge that those who are rioting and relentlessly spreading hatred and violence are controlled by key players of the global elite-the criminal cabal determined to rule the entire world and destroy national sovereignty at any cost. Watching the efforts and behavior of these frantic robotic-like agitators brings to mind another group of robotic-like beings described by the prophet Joel. I wrote about that prophecy in my book, Israel's Guaranteed Future Glory (updated and expanded in May of 2017 and is in its third printing), documenting historical events which will surely affect the United States, Israel and the entire world. In Joel 2 we learn that an army of robotic-like beings, the "overflowing scourge" will strike terror in Israel and throughout the Middle East. The prophet Joel saw and described these very peculiar creatures and their tactics which will take place, it seems-shortly before the Tribulation begins. Keep in mind that in the following verse Joel stated: "For day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand" [certain]. The "day of the Lord" is in reference to the Tribulation. Joel 2:1-11: "Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound the alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the LORD is coming, for it is at hand: A day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, like the morning clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, the like of whom has never been; nor will there ever be any such after them, even for many successive generations. A fire devours before them and behind them a flame burns; the land is like the Garden of Eden before them. And behind them a desolate wilderness; surely nothing shall escape them. Their appearance is like the appearance of horses; and like swift steeds so they run. With a noise like chariots over mountaintops they leap, like the noise of flaming fire that devours the stubble. Like a strong people set in battle array. Before them the people writhe in pain; all faces are drained of color. They run like mighty men, they climb the wall like men of war; every one marches in formation, and they do not break ranks. They do not push one another; everyone marches in his own column. Though they lunge between the weapons, they are not cut down, they run to and fro in the city, they run on the wall; they climb into the houses, they enter at the windows like a thief. The earth quakes before them, the heavens tremble; the sun and the moon grow dark, and the stars diminish their brightness. The LORD gives voice before His army. For His camp is very great; for strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; who can endure it?" The army of freakish beings described by Joel continues into the Tribulation for an unspecified period of time. (This army is not related to the demonic hordes referenced in Revelation chapters nine or sixteen.) When the Antichrist advances to power he may very likely dominate and take control of the overflowing scourge, promising to stop the onslaughts of the robotic-like beings, which may lead to Israel signing the prophesied covenant. It seems that the Antichrist will keep the overflowing scourge tame but for only a limited time. When the nation of Israel signs the covenant with the Antichrist, they may be given the impression that he will hold back the overflowing scourge: "Because ye have said, 'We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us; for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves'" (Isaiah 28:15). "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week [7 years]; but in the middle of the week [3.5 years] he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate" (Daniel 9:27). It is the signing of this covenant that actually begins the Tribulation. The Antichrist adheres to the stipulations in the covenant for a time, but then allows the overflowing scourge to take up its crusade of terrifying and brutalizing Israel as well as other Middle Eastern nations: "Your covenant with death will be annulled, and your agreement with Sheol will not stand; when the overflowing scourge passes through you will be trampled down by it" (Isaiah 28:18). Today we are witnessing the steady rise of demonic activity manifesting itself in various ways. An infusion of lawlessness tyranny and ruthless atrocious criminal activities are undeniably present, becoming more commonplace-a frightening picture of a world moving toward the coming Antichrist's reign of terror. It is only a matter of time until the Tribulation years begin. Even some secular analysts are chiming in and commenting that never before in their lives have they seen such extreme anti-American hatred; such intensified lynching of traditional Judeo-Christian values and constant vilification of an American president. Never in American history has a president been subjected to such incessant ridicule, disrespect, vicious vulgarities and death threats. Many good people can see this is all part of the globalists' plan to take down America. President Trump stands in the way of these obstructionists, and we must stand behind him and give him our full support. I find it remarkable that people from socialist-infested countries inject themselves into our nation's affairs, expressing their hatred to those of us who we want our president to succeed. What business is it of theirs? In addition to the aggressive left in this country, people from socialist/Marxist leaning countries are saturating the Internet with ridiculous hateful tirades toward President Trump, and against all others who want our country to be free of unconstitutional rules and regulations. How dare we be Americans in our own country with a president who is actually working for the betterment of our country, and not working deceptively behind the scenes against the American people? The easily manipulated weak-kneed masses and defenders of globalism are trying to shame our pro-American president and all patriotic Americans into buying into their one world order "utopia" scheme. They want to shame us for holding onto and believing in "One nation under God" and rejecting the growing dangers that come with a nation with open borders and unruly criminal politicians. Irrational rants abound, trying to destroy our way of life. But the American spirit and God's Spirit cannot be quenched. Our American way of life does not include going along with government overreach, and giving the fruits of our labor to others who are not willing to work (wealth redistribution). Our American way of life means that every American citizen or legal resident has a chance to get an education, work and build a life based on one's own efforts, commitments and abilities. And when we mess up we deal with it by taking responsibility for our errors, and not blame others for our own missteps. We pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, stand up tall and get going again. Our American way of life does not mean that hard working people must be financially on the hook to support those who have an entitlement mentality and want (expect) a free ride-which includes the millions who have entered our country illegally, with no intention of assimilating into our culture. But that is exactly what the Democratic Party, sold-out Republicans and other globalists want for America; and they want to implement these same dynamics worldwide. This is something that President Trump understands very well and the socialists/Marxists in this country and throughout the world are having a fit about it. They want our money and the power that comes with it. When people are independent of government handouts and can fend for themselves they cannot be controlled by unscrupulous politicians. Withdrawing from the Paris Climate Accord on June 1, 2017 reinstated the message of American sovereignty and leadership. It sent a message loud and clear throughout world that America is no longer willing to be used and drained of its resources while other countries, and primarily the select elitists of those nations-flourish-at our expense. President Trump made that point very clearly when he gave his speech, spelling out the problems with participating in such an unfair alliance-which places an excessive, very unfair economic burden on Americans far above the other "participating" nations. The Paris Climate Accord (like many other globalist causes) is nothing less than another way of trying to rob resources from Americans-which would enable the globalist elite and other nation states to line their pockets with money that should be used for benefitting the citizens of the United States. Obama was all too willing to take our country down the path of financial ruin (in many ways). He was doing a great job of "fundamentally transforming" (destroying) America. But God and the American people intervened and gave him and his godless Marxist comrades a going away present wrapped in the person of Donald Trump, our new president. While he was still in the White House, Obama alone, without any discussion with or consent from Congress, made a deal with other foreign nations that the USA would be part of the Paris Climate Accord. But his shoddy attempt to railroad Americans for his globalist cause, for the lie of the so-called "greater good" of the entire world, was halted by President Trump. Finally, we have a president who is for the American people and is not afraid to stand up against intimidation and coercion. The globalists, which includes the previous "president" and other leftist politicians are furious that President Trump put a stop to their attempts to siphon Americans of their taxpayer money under the false notion that the rules, and regulations in the Paris Climate Accord would "save" the world from ecological disaster. Al Gore became extremely rich using similar lies to scare people into thinking the world was going to burn up if they did not hand over their money to his cause. Notice the hypocrisy of the diehard "climate change" advocates-the celebrities and politicians who frequently fuel up their private jets and yachts, and travel in entourages of gas guzzling limousines and SUVs. I have not heard of any green-friendly economical tiny little "smart cars" replacing those prized possessions. Savvy students of Bible prophecy understand what we now see taking place is moving us closer to the rise of that prophesied world leader (Antichrist), who will deceive the world for a time. That means the Rapture/Tribulation are drawing near. We are living at a time when dangerous threats are being made against those who do not go along with the leftist lunacy, the (progressive) Marxist agenda. Some of the threats are coming from paid "protestors," who are essentially doing the devil's bidding through the orders of their corrupt globalist bosses. We see growing numbers of liberal activists from all walks of life (who comprise the maniacal left); they all contribute to the feeding frenzy of disinformation and character assassinations by spewing their venom daily. The anti-Trump propaganda, the attempts to shut down free speech are like nothing we have ever seen before in this country. We must be careful not to jump to conclusions when we see our president dealing with nations like Saudi Arabia and assume he is suddenly working on the dark side, and accuse him of waltzing with the devil. Cautiously navigating his way in a dicey situation, assessing how to best handle a given circumstance to benefit of our country, would be a more discerning and accurate assessment. When President Trump was surrounded by dozens of Arab men engaged in their cultural customs holding swords, was he supposed shout out loud?: "You are all of the devil, you Allah loving maniacs!" He may think that-but as the leader of the free world there is a certain amount of decorum he wisely displayed. When President Trump gave his speech in Saudi Arabia he very boldly called on Arab leaders to condemn terrorist killings; to get it out of their culture. He firmly stated a biblical principle, that the ultimate end for those who participate in death and destruction would be judgment from God and that their souls would be condemned. (Not exactly the Paradise supposedly awaiting terrorist martyrs as taught in their Muslim culture.) We cannot know all the details of what was going on in Saudi Arabia, and how our president was reading the situation while he was on their turf. But we can be sure he was on the side of liberty and working to protect Americans and all of humanity from the death cult of jihadist tyranny. The same day President Trump withdrew our nation from the Paris Climate Accord, the White House issued a statement saying that President Trump was still committed to his promise to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, but had made a decision to delay the move (to maximize the chances of successfully negotiating a deal between Israel and the Palestinians), fulfilling his solemn obligation to defend America's national security interests. The statement also emphasized that he has repeatedly stated his intention to move the embassy; the question is not if that move happens, but only when. Yet already some people are blasting President Trump's decision accusing him of going back on his word-without having a clue as to what his strategy is, and why he is delaying the move. Our president has many times over expressed his intense desire and intention to quash Islamic terror. While in Saudi Arabia he appealed to the Muslim world to cooperate and help in the fight against radical Islamic terrorism. Moving the embassy to Jerusalem will cause intense opposition from many in the Muslim world. Wouldn't it be wise to eliminate as many demonically infested Islamic terror cells as possible with the cooperation of some Muslim allies while the embassy is still in Tel Aviv, and then make the move? That could very well be what our president is thinking. Donald J. Trump is a seasoned negotiator and deal maker. It seems to me he has thought through the best approach to moving the embassy; it sounds like it is a timing and strategy issue. We cannot be sure what is going on behind the scenes and we should not jump to conclusions. Of course it is possible that President Trump is very hopeful that a peace" deal could be successfully negotiated between Israel and the so-called Palestinians. This should not be a surprise; he is in a very powerful position as the president of the United States and his intentions of good will should not be ridiculed. But our president may soon find out that no matter what he tries to say or do, such a peace deal will fail to take hold. We don't know how much he understands about Bible prophecy or why he makes certain decisions; but it would be irresponsible and unfair to assume the reasons for the choices he makes, and even worse-generate unfounded assumptive accusations. The intense evil behind the escalating chaos we see each day cannot be taken lightly; the spiritual warzone in which we live is plagued with the stench of the underworld-Satan's kingdom; a frighteningly brutal landscape of genocide. If it were not for Christ's blood sacrifice on the cross we would all be hopelessly lost. Although we are observing unprecedented attempts to openly destroy our great nation and our patriotic president, we can rest assured that we are edging closer to the miraculous time when Christ calls us home to glory (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). If The World Hates President Trump, What About The Coming Two Witnesses of Revelation!

Dear friends, I have NEVER seen such a united national and global push against one man in my life via the politicians, heads of state, the media, Hollywood, the United Nations and Washington D.C. The hatred, rage, violence and abhorrence pouring out from primarily secular western globalist is at a fever pitch! The recent Kathy Griffin beheading of president Trump brought cheers of jubilant joy from far leftist radicals in Hollywood, the drive- by media, college professors and students across this nation. President Trump is just a man that believes in the majority of U.S. constitutional issues, common sense issues, U.S. sovereignty, real authentic science, a strong growing U.S. economy and American exceptionalism, but to many Americans and Western leaders Trump is the devil and the antiChrist who is a super threat to all secular globalist aspirations and a threat to global elitist and their power grab for global tyrannical rule. Let me throw this out there. What "if" president Trump is assassinated? What do you think those in the United States and the world's reaction would be? Dear friends I truly believe (especially in this hour) that the world would greatly rejoice and give gifts to each other and celebrate that humanistic globalism can now move forward and global utopia is just around the corner. O these delusional dreamers! Lawless and godless men and women seeking a utopia through lawless and godless means will destroy any who stand in the way and who hold the littlest of right and light (Psalm 2, Rom. 1:18-32, Jude 1:10). My dear friends, we are so close to the Rapture of the body of Christ and the Day of the Lord as all global events so forth! Again, If this evil world hates president Trump - who does not even represent a TRUE biblical position in ETERNAL RIGHTEOUSNESS nor Almighty God in Spirit and TRUTH - what then when Almighty God's Two Witnesses stand in Jerusalem in black sackcloth as burning lamp stands of Divine light before the God of ALL the earth (Rev. 11:3-7)? When the Rapture of the Church takes place and America finally implodes upon herself; the Day of the Lord will begin and nothing will be able to stop the EXPONENTIAL CATACLYSMIC TSUNAMI of events that will OVERTAKE the entire world (Rev. 6-9)! At that time Israel will then secured "her peace" through the arrival of the Two Witnesses (Moses and Elijah) who will make the scene and will provide supernatural protection for Israel while they (the Two Witnesses) execute their Divine assignments from Almighty God (Ezek 38, 39:26, Rev. 11:2-7). Moses and Elijah with miracles, signs and wonders will powerfully complete their Divine assignment from Almighty God during their 3 1/2 year ministry. (Dan 9:24, Mal 4:4-6, Matt. 17:11). They will begin to re-establish the altar and sacrificial offerings and begin to rebuild the temple in Israel (which will point back to the Lamb of God - Lev. 1-8. Isa. 53, Dan. 9:26-27, 12:11, Rev. 7; 11:1-2). They will also re-establish the Levitical priesthood, begin training 144,000 Jewish male virgins for their future ministry (Dan. 9:27, 12:11, Mal. 3:1-3, Matt. 24: 14. Rev.7, 11:1) and preach the glorious Gospel message of Jesus Messiah to Israel and the entire world (Isa. 53, 1 Cor. 15:1-4, Rev. 11:2-6). They will preach of a truth that the Kingdom of Heaven and Messiah's return and reign are at hand and the world will be absolutely enraged (Rev. 11:3-12)! They will have SUPERNATURAL powers to protect Almighty God's and Israel's interest during this time and plague all opposing and hostile nations that seek their and Israel's utter destruction; including Gog's confederate invasion from the north (Ezek. 38-39, Rev. 11:3-7). So POWERFUL will these two patriarchs of old be during this first 3 ½ years of the tribulation that their authority from Almighty God, their burning light of RIGHTEOUSNESS and call to Divine repentance will absolutely terrorize and torment the godless world in the throws of the Four Horsemen, Trumpet Judgments including the Quad Demonic War (Rev. 6-9, 11:4-6). Their amazing global Divine witness will leave a frightful and fearful imprint in the hearts and minds of the world's souls. It will be after the completion of the Two Witnesses 3 ½ year ministry that the resuscitated Man of Lawlessness will rise up out of the abyss (Rev. 11:7, 13:1-4, 17:8,11) to world domination and slay Moses and Elijah before the entire world and leave their dead bodies in the street in shame for all to see (Rev. 11:7-9). He will then establish himself as God and then institute Lucifer's worship and his 666 global state (Dan. 11:36-39, 2 Thess. 2:3-12, Rev. 13). The godless Messiah rejecting world seeing what the Beast has done unto the Two Witnesses will be so absolutely amazed that they will say, "Who can make war with the Beast (Rev. 13:4)?!; for he alone has done what the world superpowers of that time could not do! He has destroyed Moses and Elijah, broken Israel's Divine protective hedge (Ezek. 38:8,11,14,39:26, Matt 24:15-21, Rev. 12:6) and put out the burning light of Life in Israel (Rev. 11:3-7)! For 3 ½ days (Rev. 11:9) the remaining godless world in their demonic drunken stupor will be absolutely ecstatic and jubilant that this man has destroyed these two invincible messengers of Almighty God and has removed their RIGHTEOUS torment and godly tyranny from them (Isa. 5:20, Matt.6:22-23, John 3:19-21, Rom. 1:18-32)! So depraved are these unbelieving Jews and gentiles that they will celebrate in Jerusalem (spiritual Sodom and Egypt) Almighty God's chosen city - 2 Kings 21:4Rev. 11:8 and give gifts to each other and rejoice and celebrate the Beast and exalt him and receive him as god (Dan. 7:25, 11:35-39, Matt. 24:15, Thess. 2:8-12, Rev. 11:9-10, 13:1-4). As the remaining world's nations (Rev. 6-9) are at the height of their celebrations there is movement in the square where the two dead brutally disfigured bodies of Moses and Elijah lie. Before the presence of the entire world - 3 ½ days later - the world's godly tormentors arise and stand up on their feet (Rev. 11:11)! The breath of life has entered back into Almighty God's Two Witnesses and horror of all horrors strikes the hearts of a demonic world, the world's RIGHTEOUS speaking tormentors live again (Rev. 11:7-13)! Such horrendous fear re-enters the godless world's hearts and minds and they now know without a shadow of a doubt that all that these Two Witnesses have stated will come to be and of a truth Almighty God is indeed the Ruler in the affairs of men and the Sovereign King of all ETERNITY (Dan. 4:17, Rev. 11:12-18). It is at this moment that a voice from Heaven speaks before the world and commands the Two Witnesses to come up to Almighty God's presence and they ascend in a cloud out of their enemies' site into glory (Rev. 11:12)! As their enemies once rejoiced greatly at Moses and Elijah's murder they now are completely horrified by their ascension; FOR THEY NOW KNOW without a doubt that Almighty God is TRUE and His messengers are TRUE! In their unregenerate state, hardness of heart and godless demonically controlled minds these have fully set themselves against Almighty God's saving grace and have become completely unrepentant (2 Thess. 2:8-12)! They will now openly and very publicly enter into a covenant with Death and Hell in which there is absolutely no deliverance. In their hatred and hardness of heart they will willingly align themselves with the Beast, make war with the saints and take his mark fully comprehending what they are doing (2 Thess. 2:8-12, Rev 14:9-11). These have fully doubled down on ETERNAL damnation, lawlessness, Satan, the Beast, godlessness and full blown rebellion (2 Thess. 2:8-12, Rev. 13:1-4, 14:9-11). It will be this group of demonically control global rebels that the Beast will use to terrorize the world and seek to destroy Israel and those who follow the Lamb (Rev. 12:8-17, 17:11-14). These slaves of lawlessness will rage and rebel against Almighty God with violent barbarity, cruelty and infamy like none before them. They are completely sold out and fully hardened to make war against Almighty God and His followers all the way to Armageddon (the climax of their vain existence) and then into ETERNAL destruction (Rev.20:10-15). My friends, the hardness of the unrepentant human heart knows no limits (Jer. 17:9, Rom. 1:18-32). It will continue to rebel against Almighty God and His moral and ETERNAL RIGHTEOUSNESS unto the end. Almighty God loves you and sent His Son to be the propitiation for your soul (John 3:16-17, 1 John 4:10). Harden not your hearts towards Him, but have an ear to hear what wonderful things Almighty God has for you in RIGHTEOUSNESS. When one receives His pardon and salvation, which is found in Jesus Christ the Savior of the world, one will only find Almighty God's ETERNAL LOVE waiting for them and a glorious ETERNAL destiny with Him FOREVER (1 Cor. 2:9, Rev. 21; 22:1-5). Kingdom of Heaven is at hand! 
Nearing Midnight: Freedom and a Civil Society

When plantation owner, Charles Dickinson, accused future president, Andrew Jackson, of cheating on a horse race bet and committing adultery by marrying Rachel Jackson (who had been abandoned by her previous husband), the matter was resolved by a duel to the death. Another example of violence is when Preston Brooks severely beat Charles Sumner with a cane on the floor of the U.S. Senate. We may be living in a time of little bloodshed in politics, but the verbal strife is clearly at an all-time-high. In the last exchange between Jackson and Dickinson one was called a poltroon (a spiritless coward), while the other a blackguard (the lowest kitchen servant of a household). Today, we have people willing to say any form of profanity their minds can conceive about President Trump. So-called comedians have saturated their public venues with crude remarks about our president, which include having sexual relations with his daughter; that his son is mentally challenged, and he is Putin's homosexual lover. What is stunning is how once sophisticated news organizations have stooped to the low standards of tabloid publications. The endless cycle of printing anything that is negative about President Trump has resulted in headlines that read like schoolyard taunts: Germany Can't Stop Marveling at How Dumb Donald Trump Is Even Trump Senior Staff Believes He's a "Complete Moron" Bernie Sanders: Trump's Budget Is Immoral President Trump Is Thought to be an Idiot George R. R. Martin Likens Donald Trump To His Most Sadistic 'Game Of Thrones' Character Robert Reich: Our European Allies Are Appalled by Trump Taran Killam Says Trump was a "Moron" as SNL Host Members of the media are not allowed to be pacifists in the war against President Trump. The Tonight Show's host, Jimmy Fallon, had Trump on his show last year. After a very long period of contemplation, the press decided that Fallon made a horrible mistake in not being confrontational with Trump. Network executives have badgered Fallon into apologizing for his past sin. If you tune into the program and hear the president being mocked in the monologue, that is the result of Jimmy doing penance to save his job. There are times when someone is scolded for going too far in mocking President Trump. Third-rate comedian, Kathy Griffin, was rebuked when she posed for a photo shoot holding an effigy of Donald Trump's bloody and detached head. During the photo shoot, Kathy joked that she would need to move to Mexico once the picture was released, for fear she would be thrown in prison. Griffin lost a New Year's Eve gig on CNN over the photo, but I doubt there will be any lasting impact on her career. She was rebuked for cursing at Jesus during the 2007 Emmy Awards ceremony, but within a few months the blasphemy issue was totally forgotten. I think these occasional outrages are used to try to maintain credibility with the public. The media will throw someone like Griffin under the bus as a convenient scapegoat, and then continue their attacks. It is a very dangerous thing to have open hostility between the media and the head of state. When you have a battle between the media and government, the politicians always win because they have the guns, and federal prosecution power. The effectiveness of the hostile tactics of the press fall completely flat when opposition reporters are rotting in jail. The press has the attitude that President Trump does not have any power to ward off their attacks against him. If they already have him pegged as the new Hitler, things can hardly get any worse for him. When you have a country become totally polarized, media harassment can emerge from many sources. In most South American nations, upsetting the police, the military, local politicians, or drug lords can be hazardous to a reporter's health. There are signs that the verbal warfare between the right and left are veering toward physical clashes. A Republican leader in Oregon says the party may use private militias to protect GOP officials. Jonathan Cahn: At the 2017 Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast, I made the following speech (watch on YouTube). President Obama, with all respect that is due, as you approach the last hour of the presidency, you are shocked by the outcome of the election. And now it appears that your legacy will largely will be undone. You came to the presidency claiming as a Christian you could not support the ending of marriage as it had been known, and then you did everything in your power to end that very thing. And then you sought to force believers to take part in that very thing you said a believer could not take part in. If one believes that God is real, how can one do such things? You came to the presidency speaking of tolerance, and yet you showed no tolerance for the lives of the unborn. You zealously fought to defend the carrying out of their murder and expanded it around the world. And, you went further, you sought to force God's people to fund their killing. President Obama, on the day when marriage as we know it - ordained by God - was with your help struck down in this land, you celebrated by lighting up the White House in the colors of the rainbow. Did you not know that the rainbow does not belong to man or to any movement? The rainbow belongs to God! It is the sacred sign of God's covenant, and the sacred colors of His throne. If you believe that God is real, how could you use the sign of God to celebrate the striking down of the Word of God? If you overturn the edicts of God, should you be surprised that your own edicts will be overturned? And, if you strike down the precepts of God, will not your own precepts be struck down? You launched accusations against the leader of Israel in a way you have never done to any leader of any enemy nation. You took part in isolating and condemning Israel before the world and advancing a resolution proclaiming Israel had no right to Jerusalem. If one has ever read the Bible, how can one foster such a thing? Did you miss what the Word of God says concerning Jerusalem? There is only One who has authority over Jerusalem, and it is not the United Nations. It is not the European Union. It is not you! There is only One and His name is the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Holy One of Israel. Long before there was a United Nations, or United States, or any of the nations that cast this vote, the Lord issued His own resolution concerning Jerusalem, and no law, no executive order, no UN vote will ever overturn it. And, concerning that UN resolution, the Almighty has issued His own response - He vetoes it! Four thousand years ago God made a covenant with Abraham that states whatever you do to Israel shall be done to you. President Obama, you sought to intervene in an election held within the borders of a sovereign nation - Israel. Therefore, should you now be surprised if God intervenes in the election of your own nation? You sought through Israel's elections to nullify the stance and legacy of its leader, Benjamin Netanyahu. So, should you now be surprised if God intervenes now to nullify your own legacy? Despite how you treated the name of God, the Word of God, and the ways of God, the hand of God; this is the inconvenient truth: God is real, His Word is true, His ways are eternal, His hand is mighty, His kingdom is without end, and the darkness shall not overcome it. Mr. President, I am here to report to you good news - the God of Israel is alive and well, and His arm is strong to the rising up and casting down of kings and kingdoms, and governments and administrations. If you don't think He can, to paraphrase your own words, "Yes, He can!" Situation Critical As powerful a summary that was of the Obama legacy, I can summarize America's condition today as remaining critical and dangerous. And yet, this is of little surprise to us right now. We have watched in the last eight years an acceleration of America's fall. It didn't start with Obama, but it accelerated during his tenure. One of the truths found in the Bible is that before judgment comes there is often an act of desecration. For example, like in Babylon when Belshazzar took the cups of the Temple and used them to celebrate the gods of Ba'al and of the other pagan nations, the handwriting was written on the wall. So, the act of judgment follows an act of desecration. Likewise, in America not so long ago, we crossed the line. Our nation committed an act of desecration by striking down the divine order of God concerning marriage. Then President Obama does this, he lights up the White House like a rainbow. That act becomes another desecration. The rainbow stands as a sign of God. It doesn't belong to man. It belongs to God. The White House turns God's sign of peace into a sign of desecration. That was a major offense to God. There's a day on the Hebrew calendar called the 9th of Tammuz, and that day has historically been a day of judgment. That's when the Babylonians breached the protective walls of Jerusalem, opening the nation to judgment. That day remains for the Jewish people a mourning day, lasting for more than 2,000 years. That is the day when the hedge of Israel's protection was removed. Interestingly enough, the 9th of Tammuz fell on June 26, 2015, which is the very day that the Supreme Court struck down the hedge of marriage by legalizing same-sex marriage. And the 9th of Tammuz stands as the day of God removing the hedge of protection around America. This vulnerability is a most dangerous situation. We have in this nation watched good be called evil and evil called good. Romans 1 teaches that when a nation sets its jaw against God and begins to rebel and shake its fist at God, God steps back and lowers the hedge of protection and allows evil to multiply, resulting in a sexual revolution to occur. If the nation refuses again, God steps back a second time, lowers the hedge, and sexual perversions such as homosexuality will run rampant. The third time the nation refuses to repent, God steps back yet again and He delivers the nation over to a depraved mind. I think that is where we are today. It is crazy what we are seeing! We are seeing levels of immorality that we could never have ever imagined years before. Even children's programming on Disney and other networks are pushing this agenda to destroy gender identity. And so, these are the signs of apostasy and also the last days. Template of the Harbinger The template of the harbinger demonstrates that in the last days Israel turned away from God. They went on to promote immorality and they worshiped Ba'al by offering up their children in human sacrifice. Well, America has also done all those things. We have driven God out of our public squares. We have called good evil and evil good. We have begun to persecute Christians. We have promoted immorality at the same time. I'll tell you something else, the sign of Ba'al worship has emerged again today. Do you know what Israel was worshiping when judgment came? They were worshiping the god Ba'al. Could the sign of Ba'al actually have reappeared in America? Well, it did. This last September, New York City erected the Arch of Ba'al. This is the arch that literally led the worshipers of Ba'al to the Temple of Ba'al. I was there and I witnessed it firsthand (watch on YouTube). There was this big unveiling and the event played Middle Eastern music. The Deputy Mayor of New York proclaimed the city was erecting the arch as an act of defiance, just like the harbingers. Did you know that the harbingers have not stopped? So, here we have this sign of a nation that has known God, but now has turned away from God. We have been seeing this falling away from God rapidly happening. This is the template of the harbinger. And now for the surprise - the results of the 2016 Presidential Election. And what an election! It's an amazing thing what has happened in this country. We've had the most ungodly presidency in the history of our nation this past eight years, and yet, President Obama left office with a 60% approval rating. His designated heir, Hillary Clinton, received some three million more votes than Donald Trump. The Millennials supported a socialist, and when he didn't get the nomination, they supported Hillary overwhelmingly. The heart of the nation has shifted. We no longer have a Christian consensus in this country. It's not just the leader, though. The leader is representing the people. It's the people who are as guilty as well. If there is no revival, then we are heading rapidly to national dissolution. One of the templates of the harbinger based on the last days of Israel is that the people didn't realize God gave them reprieves. He provided His people with moments of grace so that they could come back to Him. I believe President Trump is a reprieve. We have a short window of time available in order to repent as a nation. But, sadly, the overall progression has not stopped. We are not going to be saved by politics. Politics can open a window at best, but without revival, without the changing of hearts and minds back to Christ, then our future is not going to change. The harbingers have not stopped. That template has not stopped, but we have a window right now to repent as a nation. The God-haters are entrenched. They will fight to the death. There is no toleration on their part. They only want Christians to surrender. If we don't take full advantage of the temporary reprieve God has granted this nation, our national morality and rights will continue to disintegrate through decisions by the courts. That is exactly what is happening each and every day. Remember, we cannot put our trust in man or in politics. God will grant us windows of opportunity to repent that we must as a nation seize, or we die. We had such a reprieve under President Ronald Reagan. I remember during his first election believers in Christ had gathered in Washington. I myself was there. The rally was called "Washington for Jesus" and its theme was, "If my people who are called by My name..." And we prayed, "If my people... please, God, release the American hostages held by Iran and do just that." Well, what happened was that the Carter/Reagan election surprised everybody. At that time it was amazing! Reagan had changed the place where he held his inauguration. For over a century, Presidents were inaugurated in one location, but he moved it to the Western Terrace, which faces the same place where we were all praying. And so, we all put our hands toward that terrace praying, "God, put who you want in power." Well, Ronald Reagan came into power, and on that day the hostages were released, which was our first prayer. President-elect Reagan held his Bible in his hands and bookmarked the Scripture, "If my people who are called by My Name..." God's grace is bigger than all our sins! The threat from Tehran's growing strength in Syria should be the number one focus of concern for Israel and the West, a top Israeli intelligence official said on Tuesday. "The Iranian nuclear issue will of course always be a very high priority," Intelligence Ministry director-general Chagai Tzuriel told The Jerusalem Post on the sidelines of the 8th annual Israel Defense Exhibition in Tel Aviv. "But the negative potential built-in in the nuclear agreement will become more threatening as time goes by, while the threat of Iranian dominance in the region is immediate." Developments in Syria have created "a strong imbalance in the region to Iran's benefit," Tzuriel told the global gathering of military and defense professionals. "Iran's strengthening in Syria is an issue that must be addressed right now." Concern among officials about Iran's influence - and what is believed to be its goal of forming a land corridor from Tehran to Beirut - has grown. This is particularly true since Iranian-backed Iraqi militias recently reached strategically situated villages on the Syria-Iraq border, which according to Tzuriel is today's location of greatest urgency. "There is no doubt that Iran has a strategic plan to make a continuous land bridge," Tzuriel told the Post, and if Tehran succeeds in creating a continuous land bridge from Iran to Lebanon, he said, "it would be a strategic game-changer." Maj.-Gen. Qassem Soleimani, a senior figure in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, was photographed on a scouting tour of the northwest Iraqi countryside near the Syrian border. Tzuriel, who served in the Mossad for 28 years, said the presence of Soleimani, a top player in external Iranian operations as well as internal politics, was "a significant" message from Iran. "Having Iran on the Iraq-Syria border is a new chapter," he said. "We may be entering the final stretch of Islamic State militancy in those countries... but we must then ask ourselves what are we paving the way for? What is the next threat? A mutation of global jihad or Iran, or both?" Tzuriel said the West and Israel must prevent the threat posed by Iran from maturing. "If Iran and Hezbollah manage to base themselves in Syria, it would be a permanent source of instability in the entire region. Even Moscow understands this," he explained. It requires what the ancient Greeks and Macedonians insightfully called a victory of "mind over mind," as distinguished from mere "mind over matter." To most plausibly achieve such an indispensable victory, the Jewish State will first need to acknowledge that "time" is not only the dynamic process within which its national power must always be fashioned. It also represents a critically meaningful source of power unto itself. Although generally unrecognized, time is power. In Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv (political and military centers), vital conceptual linkages between time and power now warrant more serious examination. On the surface, the core struggle between Israel and its enemies is about space. Largely ignored, however, is that this conflict is also about chronology. Indeed, while seemingly counter-intuitive, the chronological dimension of this relentless conflict is distinctly central to war and peace in the region. For Israel, time matters in different but still-intersecting ways. In order to survive, the country's protracted fight against war and terror will always have to be conducted with far greater subtlety than can be offered by narrowly standard military intelligence; and with much greater imagination than can generally be supplied by any weapon system and doctrine. In essence, this indisputably existential fight will demand more persistent and discerning attentiveness to various chronology-based determinants of enemy power. For Israel, history takes no sharp turns. By rejecting all measurable chronologies as little more than linear a progression, the early Hebrews had already approached time with a commendably refined intellectual sophistication. That is, they fully embraced an approach accepting the idea of time as a qualitative experience. For these early Hebrews, therefore, chronology was normally understood as something subjective, as a manifestly living human property, and thereby as one logically inseparable from any personally infused content. The Jewish prophetic vision, which ultimately gave birth to Christianity and also to much of the modern world, identified a viable community existing under a transcendent God, and, significantly, in time. Political space in this system was also important, but not because of territoriality as such. Here, the importance of space - today we would speak both politically and operationally of land - had stemmed from something markedly less concrete. This true and tangible source of meaning was the nexus of sacred events that had taken place within ancient Israel's geographic boundaries. These physical boundaries, in turn, were taken as important, not because of any spatial requirements per se, but rather because they had been of a presumptively divine origin. Then, the Jewish community's valuation of space had little or nothing to do with providing any measurably operational protection for the conspicuously-vulnerable Jewish Commonwealth. There are lessons to be learned. For present-day Israel, the conceptual space-time relationship has two basic dimensions. These need to be clarified and better understood. First, and utterly axiomatic, is a logically incontestable determination: Further territorial surrenders by Israel would reduce the amount of measurable time that Israel has left to resist catastrophic war, terrorism, and conceivably genocide. Most obvious, in this regard, is that a Palestinian state - any Palestinian state - would more-or-less quickly support a variety of Islamist insurgents determined to absorb "Occupied Palestine" (the rest of Israel) into the new Arab state. One growing prospect, in this particular regard, would concern expected ISIS inroads across eastern Jordan. By definition, such inroads would bring fiercely fanatical Jihadist forces directly into the West Bank (Judea & Samaria). The pertinent scenario is already quite easy to decipher. In time, ISIS could effectively overrun "Palestine," an ominous narrative suggesting that the principal impediment to Palestinian statehood is not really Israel, but instead a competing band of Sunni Arab terrorists. Credo quia absurdum. "I believe because it is absurd." Sometimes, let us be candid, absurdity triumphs in world politics. Second, any further Israeli territorial surrenders, especially when considered together, cumulatively, would provide additional time for Israel's myriad enemies to await a perfect attack opportunity. Determining precisely when such an optimal moment would become recognizable to Israel's relevant adversaries could ultimately depend upon the different terror groups' own selected and personalized ideas of time. For Israel, time is always power. "Yesterday," warned Samuel Beckett, in his oft-cited analysis of Proust, "is not a milestone that has been passed, but a daystone on the beaten track of the years, and irremediably a part of us, heavy and dangerous." Beckett, the prescient playwright creator of Godot, would likely have understood Israel's current chronology-based risks, and also its corollary policy obligations. Sometimes, military imperatives are actually better understood by the poet than by the strategist. Credo quia absurdum. At times, the poet may supply better intellectual defenses than even the most capable military thinker. In this connection, it is worth mentioning, too, that there exists not a single military planner on earth who has acquired any specifically nuclear conflict-related skills. Ironically, however, we can be of two minds on this experiential absence, and thus also be grateful for it. Going forward, a subjective metaphysics of time, a complex reality that is based not on clocks and sequentially-numbered increments, but instead upon felt representations, of time as lived, should more seriously influence Israel's defense policy. The proposed task here is largely intellectual, not narrowly operational or political. Among other things, Israel must soon try to better understand the many different ways in which individual enemy countries and terror groups might choose to live within time. For example, if certain Jihadist terror organizations were judged willing to accept identifiably short time horizons in their search for bringing Israel to a cataclysmic end, the Israeli military response to these anticipated enemy aggressions would then have to be correspondingly swift. Plausibly, and even more concretely, any such perceived enemy willingness could heighten Israel's incentive to undertake certain defensive first-strikes. In the language of international law, these strikes, if judged permissible, would be a legitimate expression of anticipatory self-defense. This preemptive posture could correctly represent a binding portion of customary jurisprudence, one that has its formal origins in an 1837 case called The Caroline. If, however, it would seem that this enemy apocalyptic time horizon were actually "long," Israel's policy response could then afford to be appropriately less urgent. Here, Israel could choose to rely more upon the relatively passive and problematic strategic dynamics of deterrence and defense. To wit, in addition to ISIS and related Sunni terrorist fighters, Hezbollah, and its own kindred Shi'ite militia forces will need to be studied for their prevailing and expected views of time and power. In consequence, the starkly apocalyptic elements of enemy policy or policies could emerge as still more worrisome. In the Middle East, inter alia, eschatology must remain genuinely central to Israeli strategic understanding and military planning. While very difficult to fathom, "last things" can never be minimized or disregarded. Of very special interest to Israel should be the hidden time horizon of the Jihadist suicide bomber. Contrary to conventional wisdom, this adversary is deeply afraid of death, so afraid, in fact, that he or she is enthusiastically willing to "kill" himself or herself as a "sacred" means of overcoming personal mortality. To extrapolate from the telling imagery of Kurt Vonnegut, the late great Indiana author, any such strategy of transcending death could offer certain susceptible terrorists a convenient way to "unstop time." In world politics, there can never be any greater promise of power than power over death. Inevitably, such ultimate power must be firmly based upon an antecedent power over time. Accordingly, Israel could benefit from finally "decoding" a growing and paradoxical enemy mindset, one that stubbornly identifies "suicide" with eternal life. Such an effort would need to focus upon a plainly primary Islamist idea. Apropos of writer Vonnegut, this idea is the unambiguously seductive notion that time need not always have a "stop." Israel's primary defense task must always be intellectual. To survive, Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv must first learn how to transform a widespread enemy understanding that expressly links heroic "martyrdom" to a personal conquest of time. For now, at least, many of Israel's adversaries still regard "Death for Allah" as the very best way to soar ecstatically above ordinary chronology, that is, high above "profane time." In this way, these enemies reason, authentic believers may choose rationally to "live forever." Could there possibly be any more inviting choice? In Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv, key decision-makers must finally realize that the Islamic suicide bomber typically sees himself or herself as a religious sacrificer. Each such adversary, whether Sunni or Shi'ite, consciously aims to escape from profane time, or time without meaning, to a time that is perpetual and consequently sacred. By willfully abandoning the ticking clock increments that imprison ordinary mortals, and thereby condemn them to a death everlasting, the suicide bomber slaughters both "heathen" and "infidel" in an eternally grateful exchange for personal immortality. There is more. Israel must soon acknowledge, more explicitly, that there can also be "suicide states." Today, the most obvious candidate for any such designation would be Iran. Doctrinally, at least, this still prospectively nuclear Islamic Republic is committed to a plainly apocalyptic narrative of Shi'ite theology. Again, eschatology matters. Jerusalem's immediate policy response to all this should be clear and purposeful. More precisely, Israel must somehow convince likely suicide bombers, both individuals and states, that any intended "sacrifice" of Jews or the Jewish State could never elevate them above the fixedly mortal limits of time. For this complex process of convincing to work, however, the anticipated enemy "sacrificers" would first need to be assured that: (1) they are not now living in profane time; and (2) that every sacrificial killing must actually represent a profanation (not a sanctification) of their allegedly "one true faith." To be sure, accomplishing this untested sort of persuasion will not be easy. It may even require the transnational cooperation of certain leading Islamic clerics. More immediately, however, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will need to affirm certain core enemy perceptions of chronology as genuine threats to Israel's basic security. Thereafter, Jerusalem's task should be to systematically "de-link" any such wishful perceptions from long-held enemy dispositions to war and terror. In May, 2016, the citizens of London, which is approximately 14% Islamic, elected the first Islamic Mayor of a major Western City. Sadiq Khan has since seen his city subjected to three Islamic terrorist attacks-North Greewich in October 2016 (bomb failed to explode), Westminster in March and the recent London Bridge attack on June 3, all killing some 16 people and injuring scores more. These were the first such Islamic terror attacks in London since 2013. Yet the mayor said in the wake of the London Bridge attack that people in the city should not be alarmed by the additional police. This statement is indicative of a tyranny that should alarm every citizen of Western civilization. The exact quote by Kahn was: "Londoners should be aware that there will be additional armed and unarmed police officers on our streets from tonight in order to keep Londoners, and all those visiting our city safe. I want to reassure all Londoners, and all our visitors, not to be alarmed. Our city remains one of the safest in the world." The context is that there are armed police in the streets of London because they don't know where the next Islamist is going to strike. Quite frankly, there is even more reason to be alarmed because of the soft tyranny oppressing freedom of speech and thought in London because of the presence of Islam. A Jot subscriber recently wrote, " Sorry-I cannot give my name and address-being called an Islamophobe is a serious matter in England." This oppression is a threat to freedom of religion and speech worldwide. As our anonymous friend writes: "I am reminded of the poster saying, "Behead those who say that Islam is not a religion of peace." Another question that comes to mind is 'How have we allowed millions of people to follow a religion based on the unsubstantiated claims of one violent pedophile?'" He recalled that professor C John Summerville demonstrated how Christianized students were, even if they were atheistic or pagan, by listing the values of shame and honor cultures. He continued: "His point was that much of what is good and unique about Western civilization is actually "borrowed capital" from a Christian faith, even though the supernatural elements of the faith have been otherwise neglected of late in the public sphere. Islamic influence causes us to regress to a shame and honor culture." He said we should be better equipped to deal with 1 Peter 3:15 opportunities. I couldn't agree more. 1 Peter 3:15-17 says, "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that's asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: Having a good conscience; that whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. For it is better, if the will of God be so, that you suffer for well doing than for evil doing." If we do not stand for good, evil prevails--just as our kin in London have learned the hard way by submitting to the deliberate model of tyranny invoked by political correctness and Islam.

- Greg Laurie - www.harvest.org Then Peter replied, "I see very clearly that God shows no favoritism." -Acts 10:34 Some fifty years ago there was a pastor named Charles, known by his friends as Chuck, who felt God had called him to teach the Bible in an understandable way. He became the pastor of a small church in Orange County, California, known as Calvary Chapel. The counterculture revolution was in full swing, and kids were collectively losing their minds. Sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll was the mantra of the day. Parents thought an entire generation was lost. Chuck looked at these hippies and, for the most part, didn't want that much to do with them. But his wife, Kay, one of the unsung heroes of the Jesus Movement, had a real heart for these kids, and she prayed for them. Then one day their daughter brought home a living, breathing hippie. It turns out this hippie was a Christian, and he talked about how his friends were coming to faith in Christ. Chuck and Kay wanted to open up Calvary Chapel to these hippies, and Chuck shared this with his board of elders. The elders, however, didn't want hippies in the church because their bare feet would soil the new carpet. So the next Sunday morning, Chuck was at the front door with a basin of water and a rag, ready to wash the hippies' feet so they could come to church. Chuck won that battle. The hippies started coming in, and this became part of a modern revival known as the Jesus Movement, the impact of which continues to this day. Chuck Smith was willing to overcome personal prejudice and say, "Yes, Lord." Is there someone in your life who is different from you, someone you don't necessarily want to reach out to? Are you willing to overcome personal prejudice? Are you willing to say, "Yes, Lord"?
