(Romans 11:25-27) (I have spoken of this subject in times past, but as the times grow closer to the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, these events become more apparent on the horizon. It was reported that Hezbollah in Lebanon would attack Israel this summer..it hasn't happened yet, but it will happen in God's timing. It could happen before I post this message on my blog and on Prophecy Update) THE MIRACLE THAT IS ISRAEL Have you ever stopped to consider in this fast paced world we live in, the miracle this is the nation of Israel? Of all people on earth, the Israelites, the Jewish people have been the whipping boy for the entire world. They have been persecuted wherever they went. The Gentiles around them abused and destroyed many of the members of this race, God called Israelites, or Hebrew in the Old Testament during the time of Abraham. I see what the history of Israel has been since I've been alive, and all you can say, God has worked a miracle when it comes to Israel. Let us examine for a bit, the quick history of the establishment of Israel and the fight she has had to bring to her enemies who only wish to destroy her. ISRAEL REBORN In 1948, the tiny nation of Israel declared her independence and was recognized by our president at the time, Harry S. Truman, which gave them immediate credibility on the world stage. But it also brought about the swift action of the surrounding Arab neighbors who wished to drive them into the sea. Israel should not have won. Their military assets were grossly inferior to the blood thirsty Arabs who wished only to destroy this fledging nation and remove her from the face of the earth once and for all...but that is not what happened. Anyone who wants to read about the unheard of "miracle" of the first war of survival that Israel was faced with can only come away with one impression., that is, God was on the side of Israel. No one can explain how Israel won the 1948 War of Independence. The US Army War College at West Point doesn't even study Israel's victory. When asked why, they replied, "We don't teach miracles here."...Even our military realized that it was an impossibility for Israel to win against such odds, but she did. She has been the recipient of God's blessings, and many of those who fought did not realize that they were a part of the Divine intervention of God Almighty. Fast forward to the war that developed in 1967, or the Six Day War. ISRAEL RECLAIMS THE TEMPLE MOUNT In May, 1967, Egyptian and Syrian troops began massing along Israel's borders. Egypt closed the Straits of Tiran to Israeli shipping. Egyptian President Gamel Abdul Nasser filled the airwaves with calls to drive the Jews into the sea. Facing five well-equipped, Soviet trained Arab armies, Israel's defeat was virtually a foregone conclusion. But instead of defeat, Israel managed to achieve a stunning victory. In just six days, Israel doubled its territory, capturing the Sinai Peninsula, the Golan Heights, Gaza, the West Bank and the Old City and Temple Mount. This lightning speed war that gave Israel the victory against all odds, was called a miraculous victory, but it wasn't Israel's first miracle on the battlefield and it would not be her last. Every single battle that Israel has fought with her Arab neighbors has resulted in their victory in every single one of them and they all were miraculous. There was a man that I was reading about during this Six Day War, that has a miraculous story to tell. The man Gershon Salamon tells a story of battling Jordanians forces just outside of his home in Israel. The man is a tenth generation "Sabra" or "native born Jerusalemite" who fought in every war since the 1948 war of Independence. The man was reported to had to have use of a cane to walk, and from that he told his story. The man's back was bowed and you would think he had some type of genetic defect that he was born with, such as Spina Bifida, or some similar defect that left him in this condition. His wife reported that she stood on her balcony and saw the fighting in a field just behind their house. She pointed out that the Jordanians were "right there" as she pointed off into the near distance. She knew her husband was probably fighting in that field Backing up, it was told in 1958, during a battle on the Golan hights, that her husband was wounded by an Israeli tank. Salamon told of how the tank accidentally rolled over him and ran him over. The tank caught his collar of his shirt and folded him over backwards, snapping his spine in two. The Jordanians overran their position and were shooting wounded Israeli soldiers as they lay on the ground. As they were about to shoot Gershon Salamon, he told that they suddenly dropped their weapons and ran away. Later, it was reported to UN officers these enemy soldiers had seen thousands of soldiers surrounding the crippled IDF officer and had, therefore, fled believing they were outnumbered..The event was corroborated by a UN document filed by a UN observer, as he went to see the injured Salamon because he witnessed the retreat and was mystified to its cause. DIVINE MIRACLES FILL YOUR BIBLE Gershon Salamon's story of angelic warriors is not the first I'd heard -- it was merely the first time I'd heard the story from an eyewitness. The bible speaks of another time, when Angelic host came to fight on the side of Israel. In 2nd Kings, there is a recorded miracle of Divine intervention when the enemies of Israel surrounded the city and God provided a miracle that Elisha saw and told his servant "Fear not". : 14 "Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night, and compassed the city about. 15 And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? 16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. 18 And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed unto the Lord, and said, Smite this people, I pray thee, with blindness. And he smote them with blindness according to the word of Elisha." (2nd Kings 6:14-18) REPORTS FROM THE BATTLEFIELD Soldiers have reported seeing angelic being on the the battlefield and this has happened in all of Israel's wars. There is an example of a Colonel Uri Ram that was welcomed into Shecham by enemy Jordanian troops during the Six Day War. Somehow the Jordanians inadvertently mistook the Israelis for Iraqis and by the time they realized their mistake they had no choice but to surrender. Another instance recalls of a lone Israeli soldier stumbling into a Jordanian trench where he single handed captured Ammunition Hill which led to the capture of the Old City of Jerusalem the following day. And an Egyptian tank commander in the Sinai surrendered his entire column to less than a dozen Israeli tanks on the second day of the Six Days War. He later said that he saw thousands of them. Remember the scripture that Elisha opened the eyes of his servant to the hills being filled with chariots of fire all about them? 17 "The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place. 18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LordGod might dwell among them" (Psalms 68:17-18) THE LIST GOES ON AND ON Need a few more miracles that cannot be explained? I saw this on TV that was a depiction of this next miracle, when a group of Israel commandos were trapped in a minefield in the dark and they could not move, unless they trip a mine and kill them all. So they stayed where they were not knowing what to do. Suddenly, a strong wind came up and surrounded them and blew very hard for several minutes. When they finally opened their closed eyes from the blowing sand being expired, they could not believe their eyes. The wind had blown away all the sand around each land mine, and exposed them all to the soldiers and they were able to escape the mine field safely. An Israeli documentary series entitled "Against All Odds - Israel Survives: The Complete First Season" details miracles a lot harder to explain, like strange beings with flaming swords defending a Jewish farming community from marauding Arabs. And the list just goes on and on. I guess with any reported miracle, you could take it apart and try and explain it away as some natural cause rather than a supernatural cause. The Egyptian tank commander who lost his whole column could have been seeing only a "mirage" . Maybe the Jordanians had never seen an Iraqi tank and could not tell the difference between it and a Israeli tank. Maybe the lone Israeli soldier was just "lucky" when he captured a whole host of Jordanian soldiers and the capturing of Ammunition Hill and the retaking their Holy City of Jerusalem. I don't know what you could come up with to explain why the man Gershon Salamon survived and the enemy ran away seeing thousands of soldiers around him. I choose to believe that God has got Israel's back and will not let them be destroyed. Could it be coincidence? I don't believe God works in coincidence. The Bible identifies the archangel Michael as Israel's guardian angel. (Daniel 10:13) Daniel specifically notes that at the time of the end: "And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. 2 "And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever." (Daniel 12:1-3) The prophet Zechariah prophesied that in the last days, God would send His angels to fight alongside Israel. 6 "In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem. 7 The Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah. 8 In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them. 9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem."(Zechariah 12:6-9) The war of Independence that Israel fought in 1948 is no less a miracle than the preservation of the Hebrew children in the desert when they took flight from Egypt under the command of their mortal shepherd, Moses. Or the miracles that Joshua commanded Israel to reclaim the land of Canaan for their promised land. God has been doing miracle after miracle when it comes to the land of Israel, as God said that they would never be uprooted again. 20 "and when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the Lord, and are gone forth out of his land. 21 But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went. 22 Therefore say unto the house of Israel, thus saith the Lord God; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went. 23 And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. 24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. 25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you." (Ezekiel 36:20-25) Israel has had to fight for her very life, since she came back into her own land, that God gave to her descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob for a perpetual inheritance...meaning it will never end. Remember in the recent past when Saddam Hussein fired thirty Scud missiles in to Israel during the first Gulf War, hoping to divide the UN coalition? Most of the missiles landed in the inhabited portions of Tel Aviv to name one, where in comparison, a single Scud missile fired at the US barracks in Saudi Arabia killed 28 National Guardsman from Pennsylvania. But not one missile killed one Jewish resident of these major cities of Israel. Only two injuries were reported..a Saudi security guard, and an Israeli-Arab. During this war, Israel had nothing to do with the conflict between Kuwait and Iraq, but Israel is always the ultimate goal and target of those who wish to do her harm in any war in the Middle East. IN RECENT NEWS CLIPS I have been reading the developments in the nations surrounding Israel and from all reports, the Syrians and the Lebanese are trying to create a noose around Israel's neck. I have reported this in the recent past, but the enemies of Israel are growing more bold, since they have as their junkyard Dog, the nation of Russia to give them confidence of their ability to wage war in the area. I note that Hezbollah has upwards of 150,000 short, medium, and long range guided missiles that in the next war will cause much devastation for the Israeli-Arab citizens. To the east, the Golan Heights are being enforced with Iranian Revolutionary Guards and their troops that are building bases right at Israel's front door. The likelihood of another war involving Lebanon, or/and Syria is not if, but when will the fighting start. PSALMS 83 WAR IMMINENT It doesn't take much imagination to see that the next war is shaping up to be fought very soon. I have been watching and wondering when the prophesied war of Psalms 83 would be coming forth, and I feel we are on the cusp of its fulfillment. Never has this prophecy been completed, even though Israel has fought many wars since her birth in 1948. God has promised Israel that they will possess all of the land promised to their forefather Abraham, and this war just might do it. When Israel is cornered and her existence is in doubt, the "Samson Option" will be put in place. I believe it might include a nuclear hit on the capital of Damascus, Syria and the fulfillment of the Oracle of Damascus being destroyed as prophesied. FROM ONE WAR TO ANOTHER As I have preached in the past, this coming Psalms 83 war sets the table for the next big war that will cause the earth to tremble when God will come down to defend Israel in all His fury and there will be no doubt who is doing the miracle here. 16 "And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes. 17 Thus saith the Lord God; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them? 18 And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord God, that my fury shall come up in my face. 19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel; 20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground. 21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord God: every man's sword shall be against his brother. 22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord." (Ezekiel 38:17-23) Does it give you pause to know that each war is a domino, that when it falls, the next one is set up to be knocked over as well? What will the coming Ezekiel War produce? It will produce profound desolation of the invading armies that will destroy 85% or 5/6 of the invading army. The plague that will be produced will follow the survivors back to their home countries and the destruction continues in their own land, family, and countrymen. I believe Islam will take a powerful devastating hit, as the armies of this invading hoard are near total Islamic. What is coming will be swift. It won't take many years before Gog-Magog will be brought down into Israel like a fish with a hook in his mouth and be destroyed on the mountains of Israel. When this happens, look for a charismatic man to arise who will attempt to prevent such a total disaster from happening again in this part of the world. The world has always been focusing on Israel as the problem with everything, including terrorism, the plight of the so called "Palestinians", and every ill they can conceive to cast upon Israel. Anti-Semitism is and will grow to make Nazi Germany look like a school yard picnic compared to what is coming. As you know, this man will "confirm" a pre-existing covenant to fulfill the coming 70th week of Daniel's prophecy concerning the people of Israel. I see the whole scenario coming very quickly in our end of days, which we live in. But not to worry, if you be found in Jesus Christ, for that man will not be revealed until one thing happens. Can you say it before I do? THE RAPTURE OF THE BRIDE OF CHRIST. The removal of the Church from this planet, as that covenant confirmed will not be ratified before that time, and God will reveal that "man of sin" which we only can wonder who he is at the present time. He will be revealed at God's timing, and only God knows when He will remove the church from out of the way to bring His Holy Wrath upon this earth, and it starts with the signing of this 7 year "peace treaty" by the Anti-Christ and the government of Israel. 6 "And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved." (2nd Thessalonians 2:6-10) The Holy Spirit will be drawn back, and we who have a deposit, or earnest of His Spirit residing within us, will leave at that same time. THEN the Anti-Christ will be revealed sometime after that glorious event. But, Israel still has a long "row to hoe" as she will face untold persecution in the foreseeable future. But God will bring a remnant through much suffering, and will come and fight for them, as Zechariah prophesied, and it is just over the horizon, just out of sight for us, but grows closer with each passing day. 2 "For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. 3 "Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. 4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. 5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee." (Zechariah 14:3-5) Israel will realize their Messiah through much death and persecution, where the Bible says 2/3 of the people will be slain, but a remnant will be saved. 8" And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. 9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God."(Zechariah 13:8-9) Believe my reader, Israel's existence is a daily miracle, punctuated at times by a whole set of miracles, but you have not seen anything yet. Those who are still on this planet, will see much happening in the nation of Israel. They will see Divine Protection, but also Divine judgment to bring Israel to the realization of her Messiah. "And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn." (Zechariah 12:10) This Divine protection over Israel, even their refining as silver is refined in the fire (Malachi 3:3), is not conditional. God will not remove His Hand from the protection of Israel, unlike what is happening in America. God cannot withdraw His hand from Israel, but it doesn't apply to the USA, as we do not have a covenant with God, as Israel does and ratified in the time of Abraham. America could collapse and go the way of the Roman Empire, but Israel cannot. Israel is on the exact real estate that the Roman Empire evicted them from in 70 AD. Restoration began in 1948 and will never be annulled. God will not allow Israel to be destroyed and restored again. These are the final days of the end for this earth, and the fulfillment of Daniel's 70 weeks prophecy. COUNTDOWN BEGAN WITH ISRAEL BECOMING A NATION The restoration of Israel marks the beginning of the countdown to the return of Christ within that generation. Israel can only be restored for the first time once. "Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is His name: If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever." (Jeremiah 31:35-36) Note that the word 'ordinance' means 'law.' God has decreed the existence of Israel forever as a matter of Divinely-settled law. Israel's miracles aren't over. Not by a long shot. If anything, they are just beginning. WHAT ABOUT YOU? Israel has all kinds of Divine promises to protect, and restore her. You and I cannot say the same thing. We are a Gentile nation that God has a plan for us as well. Israel are a special people in His eyes, but He has another special people that He desires to be in His family, just as Israel are His chosen people. God has been working with a "people who were not His people" We the chosen of this age are called "His people" His bride... 7 "Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, 8 'And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. 9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light; 10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy." (1st Peter 2:7-10) God has chosen a people, who will become part of His family..the Family of God YAHWEH. We who accepted Jesus as personal Savior will not see much of what I have spoken of near the end. It is designed for the future after the church is gone. I invite you to become part of this family...The Family of God. It only takes belief in two scripture passages, as there are many more, but this two passages seal the gift of eternal life for all who believe. 16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." (John 3:16-18) and the other passage I like to include in any message I write beside the above, is the following: 8 "But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. ." (Roman 10:8-13) Make that decision for Christ today, as Israel has a promise, you do not have. The use of "the law" as a tool for injecting tyranny into a culture is the first tactic of all totalitarians. The idea is that by simply writing government criminality into the law books, that criminality somehow becomes justified by virtue of legal recognition. It's all very circular. Whenever government abuse of the people is initiated, it's always initiated in the name of what's "best for society as a whole". To save society, the individuals that make up a society must be sublimated or destroyed. This mentality is the complete opposite of what the Founding Fathers in America fought and died for, but as Thomas Jefferson once said: Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual. In countries like Australia, which claim to value Western democratic principles of liberty and rule by the people, the perception is that civil rights are codified into the legal framework just as they are in the US. However, there are some glaring differences and issues; specifically, Australian citizens (like many European citizens) have absolutely no means to compel their government or the elites that influence their government to limit themselves. It is these nations, in which the populations have been mostly disarmed and pacified, that any agenda for tyranny will first be established. But we will get to that in a moment... Make no mistake, there is a very OPEN and easily identifiable agenda on the part of globalists to establish a heavily centralized police state system in every country they are able. This is not "conspiracy theory", this is conspiracy fact. For many years now there have been numerous analysts, economists and geopolitical experts in the alternative media that have predicted and warned the public about the globalist strategy of "order out of chaos". In other words, the ultra-wealthy power brokers that hold influence over most governments on Earth seek to "reshape" the existing social order through the creation of crisis and disaster. By engineering public desperation, they hope to lure us into accepting restrictions on our freedoms that we would have never considered otherwise. The goal of a single global economy and government has been spoken of by elites time and time again, yet it is still to this day called "conspiracy theory" or "paranoid delusion". I could quote these elites and their organizations all day long, but I'll cite a few choice statements to make my point. As former Deputy Secretary of State under Clinton and Council on Foreign Relations member Strobe Talbot wrote in an article for Time Magazine in 1992 titled 'America Abroad: The Birth Of The Global Nation': In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn't such a great idea after all. As elitist and Fabian Socialist HG Wells outlines in his non-fiction treatise titled The New World Order: ...When the struggle seems to be drifting definitely towards a world social democracy, there may still be very great delays and disappointments before it becomes an efficient and beneficent world system. Countless people ... will hate the new world order ... and will die protesting against it. When we attempt to evaluate its promise, we have to bear in mind the distress of a generation or so of malcontents, many of them quite gallant and graceful-looking people. And how about one of my favorite revealing quotes from Trilateral Commission member Richard N. Gardner, former deputy assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations under Kennedy and Johnson? He wrote in the April, 1974 issue of the Council on Foreign Relation's (CFR) journal Foreign Affairs (pg. 558) in an article titled 'The Hard Road To World Order': In short, the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down. It will look like a great 'booming, buzzing confusion,' to use William James' famous description of reality, but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault. Members of globalist foundations and think-tanks like the CFR have inhabited nearly every US government office and presidential cabinet for the past several decades. This includes the two dozen or so CFR members in Donald Trump's cabinet. Draining the swamp? Not going to happen. As Harper's Magazine candidly revealed in a 1958 expose titled 'School For Statesmen': The most powerful clique in these (CFR) groups have one objective in common, they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and the national independence of the U.S. They want to end national boundaries and racial and ethnic loyalties supposedly to increase business and ensure world peace. What they strive for would inevitably lead to dictatorship and loss of freedoms by the people. The CFR was founded for "the purpose of promoting disarmament and submergence of U.S. sovereignty and national independence into an all powerful one world government. The easiest method for the globalists to get what they openly say they want is to either conjure a crisis or exploit an existing crisis in order to "erode sovereignty". The current pandemic fits this plan perfectly, but before sovereignty can be eliminated on a national level they need to undermine sovereignty on an individual level first. Actions within the US and nations allied to the US suggest an accelerated attack on personal liberties is at hand. There are sister foundations to the CFR in many other countries. For example, in Australia they have the highly embedded and influential Strategic Policy Institute, which has been consistently advocating for complete centralization of government power in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Their stated plan is to concentrate policy administration in the hands of a new "commission" or "department" made up of the "brightest minds". This commission would not be tasked with getting Australia back to normal, but convincing the public to ACCEPT the "new normal" beyond the pandemic. The ASPI enthusiastically heralds the idea in an article titled 'Coronavirus Response A Chance To Reimagine Future For Australia': The agenda of such a department now is not about getting Australia back to normal after the pandemic. It's about re-imagining what Australia can be and how we can thrive and prosper in our future beyond the coronavirus and in light of drought, bushfires and climate change. Think about the kind of new economy we can have after the forced, rapid adoption of dispersed home working and schooling through digital means. We can be the leading digital economy the prime minister desired before the pandemic, not by 2030 but much earlier. This reminds me immediately of the post 9/11 push to rapidly remove constitutional protections while the public was blinded by fear and confusion. As US globalist Rahm Emanuel would say: You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before. The ASPI reveals the true agenda, which is the complete federalization and unilateral implementation of law without public approval. The plan is to do this by exploiting the pandemic event to its full potential and then applying the rapid societal changes in government structure. This will then be carried on long after the coronavirus disappears in the name of the economy, welfare programs and so-called "global warming". The pandemic response is just a means to an end, and the end game is total dominance of the population. I focus on Australia and the surrounding regions in particular because this seems to be the place where globalists are enforcing technocratic policies first. Or at the very least, they are test-running their strategy and using Australians as guinea pigs. When the ASPI says they plan to keep the pandemic changes in place well after the virus is gone, they aren't just talking about shifting into a digital economy. Right now, Australia and New Zealand are slamming citizens with perhaps the most draconian measures yet in the Western world. These are policies that the elites want to introduce everywhere, but they are going full bore in Australia, and it just keeps getting worse. In various areas of Australia "Level 4" response measures have been enforced for at least the next six weeks, including curfews, strict mask policies including people being forced to wear masks OUTSIDE (contrary to everything science and virology has to say about low possibility of transmission in sunlight and open air), residents are not allowed to travel more than 3 miles from their homes and only one person from a household is allowed to leave at any given time. Citizens violating these rules are subject to $10,000 fines or arrest. And, yes, people are being arrested simply for not wearing mask or being too far from home. In New Zealand, the situation has become exceedingly grim and I think it should be treated as a warning to Americans specifically as to our potential future is we allow the narrative of "public health security" to be turned into a vehicle for tyranny. While Australia has been using quarantine facilities to force people considered high risk to isolate, NZ quarantine camps are now fully under the control of the military, and ALL citizens who test positive or are suspected to have Covid can be separated from their families and placed in the camps, which are hotels converted into prisons. It is the complete erasure of personal liberties all because of an increase in cases which has amounted to 525 deaths in Australia and 22 deaths in New Zealand. I believe the reason Australia and New Zealand have been targeted with this level of restrictions first is because they have been almost fully disarmed and have no means to defend themselves from government overstep. That said, I see signs that similar measures will be attempted in the US as well. In states like New York, there are low-key programs to set up Covid checkpoints stopping and checking vehicles coming into the state. This is where heavier restrictions start. First, checkpoints will be established in the name of keeping infected people out of a state or city. Then, those same checkpoints will be used to keep people from leaving a state or city. Then, checkpoints will be set up at random to test people for fever or symptoms of illness. If allowed to continue, the natural progression of checkpoints is to terrify the population into not traveling anywhere for any reason. Like in Australia and NZ, people will effectively be imprisoned in their homes. At this stage, bringing in laws or executive orders punishing people for leaving home will be easier; they will have already acclimated to being trapped at home anyway. Furthermore, elites and globalists within the US are calling for hard lockdowns for at least six weeks, just like the Level 4 lockdowns in Australia. Federal Reserve member Neel Kashkari recently asserted that Americans are saving more, thus they should be subjected to hard lockdowns "because they can afford it". Virginia is planning mandatory Covid vaccinations, even though vaccines for SARS like viruses have proven impossible to develop in the past, and rushed vaccines have a history of harming or killing people rather than protecting them. Set aside the issue that giving government the power to force citizens to inject anything into their bodies is immoral. What's next? Covid camps? Well, yes, unless Americans make a hard stand. Mainstream media outlets have been suggesting this strategy for months. The Washington Post applauded the use of forced isolation camps in other nations and asks why the US has not yet used them beyond ports for foreign travelers? The reason is this: Many Americans will not go along with such measures, and will use force in-kind against anyone trying to lock them up because of a virus that is a moderate threat at most to a small percentage of the population. That said, don't assume that the establishment will not eventually try it here. They will. Be ready when they do so. Look to the actions in places like Australia and NZ and ask yourself, am I willing to go along with that? And if so, for how long? Because the globalists intend for these restrictions to become the "new normal" worldwide. He parked that truck in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, ignited two fuses, then got into a pre-positioned "getaway" car and left the scene. At 9:02 AM, the bomb went off, destroying the Murrah Building, damaging another 300 buildings in the vicinity, and killing 168 people including 19 children. That act pushed the United States went into a mode of hypervigilance against domestic terrorism, often focusing on military-style militia groups. On September 11, 2001 terrorists struck again. This time foreign terrorists hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, killing almost 3,000 people. The focus shifted to terror threats from abroad. And Americans came to a dramatic realization. We are not invincible. We are vulnerable. Within a short time, officials were checking our shoes at airports, and it seemed like the world had utterly changed. And then came 2020. The first US Covid-19 death occurred on February 6th. By the end of August, that number will have risen past 180,000. Suddenly, the other challenges of the last few decades seem like small potatoes. Science and technology had become a de facto religion for many, but Covid exposed their inadequacy. The United States spends a staggering 18% of its Gross Domestic Product on health care. That's twice what most developed nations spend. But Covid hit here harder than anywhere. I'm not saying that God sent Covid-19, but I am saying that we should view it as a warning. Our military is filled with some of the most extraordinary people our nation has to offer. But our military is not enough. Our institutions of higher learning are not enough. Our gadgets and conveniences are not enough. We must turn again to the timeless wisdom of God's word. "Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the Lord guards the city, The watchman keeps awake in vain." (Psalms 127:1) In 1 Samuel 14:24, King Saul made a thoughtless and rash oath. He said that no one could eat in Israel's current battle "until I have avenged myself on my enemies." The Bible says this put his soldiers in "distress." They labored without sustenance. Meanwhile, his amazing son, Jonathon had not heard his father's oath. Jonathon and his armourbearer were great heroes in the battle. Afterward, Jonathon ate some honey. When Saul learned of it, he pronounced the death sentence over his son. Then, in verse 45, something remarkable happened. "But the people said to Saul, 'Must Jonathan die, who has brought about this great deliverance in Israel? Far from it! As the Lord lives, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground, for he has worked with God this day.' So the people rescued Jonathan and he did not die." Notice their astute assessment of the king's son. "He has worked with God this day." More than anything, America needs to work with God. We need builders who will build with God and watchmen who will watch with God. We need parents who will raise their children in partnership with God. We need everyday people across the land who will work with God this day. I'm primarily talking about followers of Christ. We who are called by His name need to "walk in a manner worthy of the calling" of God. (Ephesians 4:1) 1 Corinthians 3:9 says, "For we are God's fellow workers." We are part of an amazing partnership. We just need to remember that He is the Senior Partner! In John 15:5, Jesus said, "Apart from Me you can do nothing." Philippians 4:13 shows us the other side of the same coin. "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." Trouble in this World - Nathele Graham - [email protected] There's a lot of trouble in this world. We don't have to think very hard to come up with some very troublesome things that have been occurring more frequently in recent years. Wars and rumors of wars fill the news. Nations are fighting each other, but there's also fighting within nations. Men's hearts are growing cold and hatred is pouring out into the streets. Families are falling apart. Single mothers, dead-beat dads, and kids rebelling because the family unit is broken, there's little discipline, and certainly honoring God is marginalized at best. Corrupt liberal governments pass ungodly laws, right is called wrong and wrong is called right. Pestilence is in the headlines and people hide in fear because of an enemy we can't see. What is a Christian to do? Do we sit back, watch TV, and allow evil to invade, or do we study Scripture and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in a spiritual fight? These troubling times in which we live should bring every Christian before God Almighty in humble prayer and repentance. Many are praying for America as hatred, fanned by liberal media and liberal politicians, rampages in the streets. Prayer is good, but remember, we need to look at our own sin and repent before we can expect God to do anything about our nation. It's not only in America, but every nation. God is not at all pleased with the sin that grips Christians and non-Christians alike. "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?" 1 Peter 4:17. There's a lot to be fixed within the Christian community. We seem to think we can embrace sin and God will turn a blind eye. Maybe the evil that's permeating society is happening because Christians embrace the world and God's ready to judge. Many people blame God when turmoil happens, but you need to put the blame where it belongs. Choices not made with God's guidance will always bring trouble. If the voice you're following leads you into sin, then it's not God's voice you're hearing. Quite often, things go wrong because of our own actions and choices, and because we listen to the lust of the flesh instead of the prompting of the Holy Spirit. If you choose to live against God's ways, you have to accept responsibility for the trouble that follows. When tribulation besets you because of worldly choices, that's when many cry out in anger "God, why did You do this?" Your own choice brought your trouble, but you still expect God's blessing on your actions. "Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation." Judges 10:14. If you choose to follow the gods of lust, greed, and pride you cannot blame God Almighty for the outcome. Satanic evil is behind all hatred and wickedness in this world. Your own poor choices cannot be blamed on God Almighty. Even if you've made choices and decisions which are based on Scripture, you'll still have trouble in this world. Jesus didn't promise Christians a bed of roses. We do live in a fallen world and there are many people who are ruled by Satan. If we happen to cross their path and don't bow to their god, we may be victims of their wickedness. When we choose to follow Christ, Satan and his minions don't give up their efforts to pull you away from the path of righteousness. Jesus did warn us. "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." John 16:33. In other translations, the word "tribulation" is translated "trouble and suffering" (NET), or "trials and sorrows" (NLT). It simply means that on this side of Heaven Christians will face troubles. Jesus said that the fact that we follow Him will cause conflict. "For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law." Matthew 10:35. He didn't mean that it has to be this way, but if a son chooses to follow Jesus rather than follow his father along a path of sin, conflict will happen. What if a student in public school stands upon God's word and rejects evolution or believes in a Godly moral code? There's a professor at Iowa State University who has threatened discipline against students who "undertook projects that oppose Black Lives Matter and abortion" (https://www.foxnews.com/us/iowa-state-professor-black-lives-matter-abortion). Christian's know that all lives matter to God (not just black ones) and that He calls murder a sin (even when condoned by law and called abortion). Would you take that class and just go along with what's on that teacher's agenda? If you stand firm upon God's word, you will face tribulation. Jesus didn't sugar-coat His words to His disciples about what it meant to follow Him. He told them that it would take a person of strong character to follow Him in a world filled with Satan's influence. "And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow me." Mark 8:34. What did He mean "...take up his cross"? It doesn't take much research to understand what carrying a cross meant in those days. Just look through the Gospels and you learn carrying a cross meant crucifixion and death. It meant that your life was over. Does that mean that when we accept Christ we are to end our life? In a way it does, but Jesus meant the lust of the flesh and self-centered attitudes are to be put to death. We are to make decisions and choices based upon Scriptural facts regardless of the trials and suffering we may face. Paul is a good example of a man who was drastically changed when he met Jesus. He had once led a life of privilege, but gave up all luxury and comfort to live his life for Christ. He understood what Jesus had meant when He said to take up your cross. "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." Romans 12:1. Christian choices need to be based upon Christ's example, even if that choice causes us trouble in this world or moves us away from the sin we once found so pleasurable, Christians must follow Christ. Why do we have to face troubles? If you're an athlete and want to win a race, what do you do? Do you just sit on the couch watching TV until the day of the big race? No, you train. You begin by jogging a short distance, then as you get stronger you go farther. The struggle you faced at first, disciplining yourself to make healthy choices in food and exercise, make you stronger later. Christians face trials in order to make us stronger in our faith and teach us to rely upon God. "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patienc; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us." Romans 5:3-5. It's never enjoyable to face troubles, but if you allow God to work in your life, you'll come through all things stronger in your faith and God will be glorified. You'll also be able to help others in their times of conflict and tribulation. "Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God." 2 Corinthians 1:4. A person who has faced tribulation in life and has come through it stronger in faith can help another Christian come through a crisis better than someone who hasn't had many trials in life or has made ungodly choices. Brothers and sisters, nobody enjoys going through trials. Whether those trials are in our own life or in the conflicts of the world, trust God. The riots are reprehensible and are causing distress for us who watch the lunacy, but those people filled with such hate need to learn about the saving grace of Jesus. Pray for them. Wars in the Middle East seem to never end. Personal tragedies will always cause us tribulation. Remember, it isn't God who's to blame. Satan is the prince of this world right now. He's behind the turmoil and hatred. When you face illness or the death of a loved one, don't blame God. He created a perfect place but Satan deceived Eve and Adam sinned by disobeying God. That's when sin and death became real. If you need to blame anybody for the tribulation in the world and in your life, blame Satan. "And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness." 1 John 5:19. That wickedness is from Satan. Satan controls the world and the people in it. Christians are of God and we need to start acting like we belong to Him. Choices, decisions, and lifestyles all need to reflect God. That won't stop the tribulation in our life, but it will strengthen us and draw us closer to our Lord. Things will continue to become more violent, evil, and full of tribulation. We are swiftly coming to the end of days, and prophecy is being fulfilled. As Christians we need to recognize the signs of the times and do all we can to keep ourselves right with Jesus. Christian men and women need to put Christ in the center of the family and be sure the children are being taught God's truth instead of the lies taught in public schools. Tribulation will continue to spiral out of control, but Jesus Christ is still our individual Saviour. Serve Him instead of the principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and the wickedness in high places, which are the evil entities behind the tribulations we face. Daily Jot: Convention contrasts - Bill Wilson - www.dailyjot.com The coverage of the Republican National Convention continues to be skewed and misrepresented by the news media and Democrats who are having apoplexy over the "God and Country" approach from mainstream America speakers providing a positive view of our country along with warnings against Democratic Party socialism. There is story after story that establish a false fact and then fact-checking the GOP speakers against the false fact. The media and Democrats are assuming their opinions as fact and anything that disagrees with their opinions is a lie. This misrepresentation of events is incredible. Seeing the convention first-hand and observing the reports on it are as if you didn't see the same thing. The Democrats are calling the convention a "dark" portrayal of America. This is once again, them making an accusation of exactly what they did or are doing. Convention speakers are heralding the unique and positive characteristics of America and warning that our way of life is facing a clear and present danger in the blatant socialism advocated by the Democrats and the Biden/Harris presidential candidacy. For example, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said that Republicans opposing "vote by mail" are "doing everything they can [to] suppress the vote with their actions, scare people, intimidate by saying law enforcement will be there, diminish the role of the postal system in all of this. It's really actually shameful. Enemies of the state." In reality, it's just the opposite. They are trying to ensure voting integrity. But this is indicative of the political intolerance and ideological bigotry of the socialists. It is exactly what speaker after speaker, from farmers to loggers to fishermen to walk away Democrats to elected officials, are warning about. Never in history has there been such a socialist-advocating presidential ticket by a major political party as is Biden/Harris. From the acceptance of socialist Bernie Sanders (D-VT) healthcare to Alexandria Casio-Cortez's (D-NY) Green New Deal, these people want to release prisoners, defund police, provide healthcare to noncitizens, open borders, mandate the closing of businesses that do not support their positions, and cancel the fee speech and freedom of worship by anyone who disagrees with them. You don't have to speculate on these things, they are saying them and doing them. We have some very difficult challenges in this country. It is not perfect. We are seeing first-hand the outcome of leaving education of our children to people who do not reflect Judeo-Christian values. We are witnessing the results of electing career politicians and checking that box off that we don't have to participate. We are experiencing the consequences of self indulgent, emotional and extra-biblical church. Sadly, these things took a long time to get in place, they will take even longer to correct. But it truly starts with Christ's new commandment (John 13:34), "that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another." Love is not always easy. It can't be easy and still conquer all. There is a time for accountability in love, and that time is long spent for repentance and accountability. This convention is exposing it all. People didn't like to hear that sort of thing. In a way I see the point. But here's my question: When is the last time you saw a hellfire-and-brimstone preacher? Maybe you saw such a person on a street corner somewhere, but I doubt you saw one on television or heard one on the radio. Understand, I'm not advocating hellfire-and-brimstone preachers, in the sense of condescending, self-righteous people yelling at other people. But if we're talking about preachers who tell the truth about both Heaven and Hell, then I think we could use a few more of those. Hell was not made for bad people. Hell was created for the Devil and his angels. Jesus described it that way in Matthew 25: "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels'" (verse 41 NKJV). In fact, Jesus spoke more about Hell than all the preachers of the Bible put together. So, if Jesus, the very author of grace, spoke about Hell more often than anyone else (and did so in a vivid, bloodcurdling manner), then it must be a crucial truth. If Jesus took the time to address it again and again, then clearly it matters. So, here's my question to you: If you died today, where would you go? You decide where you'll spend eternity by what you do with Jesus Christ. He died on the cross for you. He paid the price for your sin and rose from the dead. Now He stands at the door of your life and knocks. And He says that if you'll hear His voice and open the door, He will come in.
