It would seem that with each passing election cycle, true born-again evangelical Christians are being forced to make further and broader conciliation's about who we will accept as the next president. This has popularly been framed as having to choose between the lesser of two evils. Will this continual acquiescence to having to choose between two, less-than-stellar candidates finally lower our threshold of what we understand as righteousness? In keeping with the doctrine of demons and the duplicitous nature of our enemy, Satan, I believe that the question itself has been high-jacked, and purposely so. Given the fallen nature of our world, there aren't many true, born-again believers who stand a chance in the political arena of these final days. That is of course, should they really stand on their Christian convictions. The best we can hope for then, and given our knowledge of where the Bible says the world is heading in these last days, is that whoever is elected, will include in his or her circle of influence, men and women of faith who can help guide their decisions to rule rightly. One party seems open to this, while the other, not so much. Meanwhile, there is a counterargument that our activity, political or otherwise, should not be watered-down, or compromised in any fashion. So by either voting, not voting, or voting third party, we might lose the election, but we will still have our principles. The American Thinker has a well-written article even citing Charles Spurgeon as a source of hopefully prompting evangelical Christians to never compromise principles by voting for anyone who doesn't perfectly align themselves with their beliefs. The article writer cited Spurgeon, who then cited Moses, as the catalyst for not compromising, and showed how he aligned himself with the enslaved and impoverished Hebrews rather than with the supreme power of their day, the Pharaoh. Thus, evangelicals should vote (or not) per their convictions, and not on what's best for the nation as a whole. Assessment The real decision isn't between which candidates to vote for, but rather are we, as citizens of a nation that is supposed to be built on laws and a constitution going to uphold our end of our duties, that is, to vote. The real lesser of two evils, is deciding whether we vote, or not vote. It is easy to despair, given our current choices, but we must remember that we aren't electing the next 'pastor-in-chief,' but a politician - a politician who ultimately, will steer this nation in one direction or the other, for better or worse. Furthermore, citing Moses as an example of uncompromising piety is in my mind, a misnomer. The Pharaoh was worshipped as a god-man, thus if Moses aligned himself with Pharaoh in any way he would lend credence to just such a false claim of divinity. The President of the United States on the other hand, is not divine. He is simply supposed to be a public steward of the common-wealth of our nation and its resources. Our voluntary silence by not solidifying our vote behind the candidate who 'best' represents our values, must be seen not as a means to an end but in its end-state itself. To not do so, is an acquiescence to the greater evil. A small, but growing number of Christians feel that increased persecution and trials are a good thing. Their view is that the climate in America over the last 100 years, minus tribulation and persecution, has weakened and made soft our testimony making it virtually worthless. For them, even though persecution and tribulation aren't good, it ultimately will refine the remnant here and now, further separating the wheat from the tares. Political boycotts centered on moral principles sound good in theory, but I would add that this repeated call for political inactivity has already been tried in the 2012 election. A great many evangelicals sat it out because they refused to vote for a Mormon, ultimately costing Romney the White House. What did that gain evangelicals? Four more years of Barak Obama, along with all the progressive-liberal agendas he could manage to cram down our throats. It also expedited the rise of the transgender and homosexual agenda, along with many other issues that directly assault our Judeo-Christian values. Furthermore, we aren't saved as "Americans." We are saved as individuals, and individually, God moves in mighty ways in our lives. It is true that for the better part of 200 years Christians have not had to suffer for their faith in the United States. But for all our faults as a nation, the United States still has had the greatest number of evangelists and missionaries of any nation in the world. We were the world's largest exporter of Christianity. We also exited WWII as victors who were the first to recognize Israel as a nation again after surviving almost 2,000 years in diaspora. On a national level, we served a purpose, but America isn't Christian, because nations can't be. What America can be, is a conduit for Christians to either do good or not in a world that is in its final stages of entropy. Besides, enduring persecution doesn't confirm our testimony any more than not having any condemns it. Where was the tribulation in the 18th-20th centuries when the great evangelists like Moody, Sunday, Spurgeon, and Graham were going from coast to coast, nation to nation, and across the oceans, winning countless millions of souls for Christ? They weren't doing it under threat of torture and death but because liberty prevailed and afforded them the opportunity to do so, and because God was doing it through them. They were simply tools in the hand of an almighty God, and He didn't need massive, wide-scale persecution to accomplish this did He? But that point aside, if tribulation comes for the church, it's only because God has already allowed it, and in truth, it could happen under any political party; but it's virtually guaranteed under one. Jesus stated in the Upper Room discourse, "in this life you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer because I have overcome the world" (John 16:33). That is an acceptance of the reality of life in this world, not a calling for us to go and seek tribulation. For Christians, the vast majority of time in the last two millennia has already been spent in persecution and misery, and the fact that we here in the west are not now suffering terribly is also by God's design. There is a persecuted Church, and has been in every age, and there has arisen in the west those who aren't persecuted. The fact that this has already been foretold is fulfilling what God's Word has said. We know that the Bible is largely prophetic in nature. God declares the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:9-10), and has deemed that these final days of human history mimic another period of time long before Christianity ever came into existence- the days of Noah and Lot (Luke 17:26-30). The Bible says the world would be- Wicked and violent-check Hearts would wax cold-check People, lovers of money and themselves-check Many false prophets would arise and lead many astray-check Churches would fall into apostasy-check The church would become lukewarm-check And yet there is in this fallen state, a sense of normalcy as people come to accept whatever state they're in as the normal state of affairs-check. If Trump wins, it too is because God allows it so as to fulfill some plan not yet understood by us. There is one unique thing about Donald Trump that gets overshadowed by most of the other political noise, and it is, that should he win, and should he keep his word, he would be the first president in the modern history of Israel to finally accept Jerusalem as the undivided capital of the state of Israel. We know according to Scripture that the world will unify and come against Israel in the last days, so maybe his willingness to finally recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital is the last straw that triggers the final day events. Conclusion No doubt we are living in trying and perilous times. Trying to live this life without salvation from Jesus Christ, especially with the way the world is today, is not just an act of rebellion, it's an act of lunacy. For the non-believer, this might seem like religious hyperbole given the current fact that there are billions of people in the world going about their everyday life without a thought or care as to Christianity. To that degree, an ignorance of truth is not a protective shield guarding one from destruction, but a darkened pathway one must feel their way down without the benefit of light and whose end drops into eternal damnation. The reality is that the world is in a mess and people across all ethnic, religious, economic, and political boundaries are all wondering the same thing: who can fix this? We might consider Trump as one last act of desperation in fighting for the soul of a nation, but we already know where this all ends...we just don't know when. And since none of us knows when Jesus Christ will return (as no man knows the day or hour), we must live in this world in whatever state it is in until that time comes. But if we are going to wait for THE perfect candidate to come along before we finally cast our vote, that ain't gonna happen until Jesus Christ returns at the Second Coming to finally usher in His perfect, and eternal kingdom. A non-Christian can't even begin to name the evil which faces all mankind. A non-Christian has this inability to call the true nature of evil what it is, chiefly that sin has infected this world, causing it to exist in a fallen state, governed by dark spiritual powers and principalities, who themselves answer to the "god of this age." In these regards, it is not all that dissimilar to the liberal democrats' inability to call recent global terrorist attacks for what it is, radical Islamic terror. Donald Trump isn't going to ultimately save this world any more than Hillary can destroy it. The United States and subsequently any nation tied to her well-being, will either thrive or collapse not because of peak oil or fiat currency, but whether or not God allows it to. This is the fine-line that the Christian must walk, in both accepting the sovereignty of The Almighty and trying to coexist in a world that is in its final moments before it actually does collapse. But there is also nothing wrong with exercising your God-given right to not vote for voluntary tyranny and oppression. The Lord isn't guaranteed to come back tomorrow. It might be ten years from now, but that doesn't mean I want to leverage my principles by allowing evil to have more of a foothold than it already does. Many now feel that Christians should welcome persecution, because in that we will somehow find purification in the process. They invite this by doing nothing. Perhaps the Christian citizens of Germany in 1932 would think differently now with hindsight, given the chance to go back and change things. They didn't get involved, and in that vacuum they got a little man with a funny mustache. Like the old saying says, the first country Hitler invaded was Germany. If nothing else, set aside the man, and look at the agenda. Which party stands a better chance of reducing, restricting, or abolishing abortion on demand? Which party stands to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's undivided capital? Which party has the potential to roll-back the aggressive homosexual agenda being forced upon us and our children? Which party will support freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to bear arms, etc.? As Governor Mike Pence stated, "the choice isn't between two persons, but between two futures". What form of government are you willing to subjugate yourself under...until I might add, that Day comes? We can't stop the rise in evil that is foretold to come, but I don't have to help it along either. So do you choose between the lesser of two evils, well, that is a question you have to ask yourself? "Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore, whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same." Romans 13:1-3 NKJV

(Proverbs 6:16-19) "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,4Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." (2nd Timothy 3:2) As we approach the end of this age, the American dream has all but been extinguished. In no other time of our history has the foundation of our once great country been chipped away at, as it has been in the last almost 8 years of the rule of the "king" of the USA, the current POTUS. BUT saying that, let us face it, folks, the current two political parties are anathema to our way of life as fashioned by the signers of the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and our Constitution. They have sold their very souls for their own personal wealth and have not fulfilled even a hint of what we sent them to Washington D.C. to do for us, what asked them to do, and that is, represent the best interest of us, "We the People". The current political landscape is awash with charges of character assassinations and little to do with our current problems that face this nation, leading us to an approaching crisis of unsurmountable destruction that needs a strong leader to address the problems we face as a people. Many of the Christian community have all but thrown up their hands and will not vote in this coming election, or think they can soothe their conscience by voting for a third party candidate that has no chance of winning, but an all but absentee vote for the Democratic candidate. I have read an article by Hal Lindsey, who I respect as a prophecy student who is looking upon this situation as we all are and he had a great response to those who sit on their hands and will abstain from voting this coming election. On this weeks "Hal Lindsey Report" he made the following statements: "In my lifetime, I cannot remember an election season like this one. One where the stakes have been higher or the choices so -- shall I say -- unexpected. I know that many of you feel the same way. I know, too, that some of you are so discouraged by the situation, and by what is obviously a stacked deck, that you are considering sitting out this election. I certainly understand, but I pray you will change your mind. Like it or not, one of these candidates will be the next President of the United States. He or she will play a direct role in our lives and in the lives of our children and grandchildren. He or she may well determine whether our republic survives a while longer or quickly becomes merely a territory or region under the rule of a global regime." (end quote) Sadly, and most sincerely, the man speaks the hard, unvarnished truth. Our nation has fallen into an obvious ditch with its immorality, its violence between races, rampant illegal immigration leading even to possible terrorist attacks (not to mention the ones that have already taken place), an economy that teeters on the edge of collapse by internal implosion. We incapable of even defending ourselves or our allies with a military that has been decimated to pre-WW2 levels by the "usurper in chief" who has been anything but strong in leadership, but has been calculating to the point of criminality to the planned demise of the United States of America. Now you may say that this is a political message and you would be right to a point. During the American Revolution, the group that propelled this nation to victory was the "Black Robe Regiment" that filled the pulpits of our nation and spoke the truth of the seriousness of their plight against England, and the need to return to the faith of our fathers. In the 1950s, then Congressman Lyndon B. Johnson passed a bill where is was "outlawed" for a religious leader to address political problems of our country, due to their tax exempt status of 501(c)(3) which put a muzzle on their ministers of this country to speak out against moral and political issues of the day that affect the moral behavior of this country. Too long, ministers have been afraid to speak "truth to power" of what this country faces in the knowledge of their loss of the tax exempt status. I say "Black Robe Regiment" rise up again and speak out and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ that will save this country from her eventual demise. No minister should be afraid to speak to the problems that face the moral and civil decline of this nation, and this minister will NOT be silent!! Our country has enormous problems, but if we were able to repent, then God in His mercy, would spare of what is inevitable, the downfall of the USA to a third world country and being absorbed into a one world conglomerate run by the elite, and we being their slaves. "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." 2nd Chronicales 7:14 Head up, my fellow Americans and brother and sisters in Christ, this nation is faced with two imperfect choices for the POTUS for at least the next four years. Neither is perfect....one is as Bill Wilson said so eloquently in his message from the Daily Jot: "We do not know how Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will govern. We do know that he has promised to appoint pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, pro-Constitutional judges to the Supreme Court. We know that he has repeatedly said he would promote freedom of speech and religious freedom. He has promised to improve the tax code by lowering taxes. He has promised to cut red-tape and unnecessary regulation on businesses. He said he would reset and improve relations with Israel. He said he would not continue the weak foreign policy of the current Administration against Islamic terrorism. He said he would secure the nation's borders, and try to stop terrorist infiltration through immigration. We know how Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will govern. We have seen her since the 1970s beginning with her Watergate prosecution scandal. There has been scandal after scandal with Clinton-big stuff, the kind most of us would go to jail for if we did it. She says she would appoint progressive, pro-choice judges to the Supreme Court. She wants to crack down on religious free speech, especially criticism of Islam. She will raise taxes by $2 trillion. She wants to effectively eliminate the Second Amendment. She will continue the current foreign policy, never effectively ending terror threats or Islamic persecution of Christians. She wants open borders and increased Islamic immigration. Her tough talk against Russia may lead to war. Her plans would increase government spending and the national debt." Each of us, being mortal men, are just as flawed as either of these candidates, although one is way more flawed than that of the other. One has multiple scandals and threats of indictment from the FBI, the Congress of the USA, and a failing health that is evident all over the news with her neurological disorder and collapses witnessed on video. She has a trail of dead bodies that have been associated with her, with four in the last couple of months that dared to threaten her bid for the highest office in the land. She has somehow, avoided prosecution for 30 years, but even a habitual criminal has their judgment day. The other is blasted by the media for "locker room" talk that all of us have heard, if we have been in the high school gym locker rooms in our younger days...so no surprise that the man is a "alpha" male, but he is not scandal ridden or facing possible jail time. TO A LIGHTER SIDE, BUT TRUE There's an old joke about a Christian man that was sitting on the roof top of his house during a devasting flood. The water kept rising from his 2nd story windows as a rowboat came along and offered their help. The man waved them away saying "No, I'm waiting for God to save me". Two more times a row boat came to offer deliverance and even a helicopter rescue team arrived, but the man waved them away with the same explanation. "No, I'm waiting for God to save me"... The man drowns and at the gate of heaven, the man asked God why "didn't you save me?". God says "Hey, I sent three lifeboats and a helicopter but you refused them all." Did you ever consider that God is sending us a lifeboat in one of our presidential candidates? Maybe God is trying to tell us something. I heard from another brother, that God revealed to him, that Donald Trump is likened to King Cyrus of Persia, that God used to save Israel and return her to her land. King Cyrus was a pagan, but God used even a pagan to do His will. Maybe we don't need a "Christian" to lead this country, not in the sense of a Billy Graham, because a committed Christian wouldn't be in politics with its sea of dirty tricks and less than stellar ethics...Point being, we are not electing a pastor, we are electing a leader of the free world...Maybe now is NOT the time for a "nice Christian guy", as they could lead us to a slaughter or the typical Republican "powder puff" we've been subjected to the last two election cycles. Maybe now is the time for a natural born killer, a ruthless fighter, a warrior, a fully grown lion with sharp teeth and claws, because right now we need a miracle, or America is finished!! We need a King David type to slay the giant, because we have GIANT problems that will NOT go away with the leadership we had. They will only get worse. Oh, some will say the man in unpolished, not a statesman, and sometimes no so politically correct, or he's not always a gentleman. Maybe the rules of being a gentleman don't apply here. Look at our last candidates that went down in flames. Did any of them effect any change on the moral decline of our country and the direction this country is heading to? Did any of these blokes lead us to the GOP "promise land"? No, because when you don't win, you have no say. Did you ever think that God is sending us a lifeboat, a King Cyrus and a "war leader" at this moment in time? We had "namby pamby" weakness in the last 8 years that has done nothing but make idol threats to our enemies and apologies for our very existence as an "Imperial Colonization" country that he must ask forgiveness for. NO..we need a strong leader who knows how to tackle hard problems in our economy, our infra-structures, and has plans to rebuild our military and enforce our safety through existing immigration laws. say a "war leader" as we in an undeclared war with Islam, radical or otherwise and we must win, or the American dream dies to the likes of Sharia Law. Otherwise, America is done, it's over. The greatest nation that world history ever saw will be gone, finished, Kaput, Adios. Make no mistake, judgment is coming to the rebellious world we live in. Judgment could fast be coming to the USA, but with one final breath, maybe we can save this land in the last second before her destruction for an undetermined amount of time. We need someone different. We need someone outside of the Washington elite who thinks only about themselves, not about the people of this land. We need someone who has experienced the rough and tumble world where nothing gets done, unless you are combative, aggressive and on the offense, all of the time. Someone like that would be thought of as somewhat arrogant, and not all politically correct. I see it like this. This nation can elect a Hillary Clinton (shudder) and know that the policies of the present administration will continue on steroids and this nation will go down in flames rather quickly. Or they can choose to go a different path with someone who speaks patriotism of "making America first" Making American great again" and this nation might...and emphasize might get a temporary reprieve from judgment, especially since he is an obvious friend of Israel. Note that four of his children are married to Jewish individuals...so he is sympathetic to the plight of the nation of Israel. As King Cyrus, this man, Donald Trump will return the blessings of God on this nation...for a season. How long?, that is in God's hands, not mine. "2 And I will make thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3, And I will bless those bless thee, and curse those who curseth thee, and in thee whall all the families of the earth be blessed." (Genesis 12:2-3) 2 "I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. 3And they have cast lots for my people; and have given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink. (Joel 3:2-3) Those who dare come against Israel, as this present administration, and the policies will continue if another Democrat is elected, will hasten the demise of this country. It was noted, that every time that some Bible ignorant politician tries to divide the land of israel, or comes against her and not support her, as we have since her birth in 1948, causes in retrospect environmental disaster in this country, hurricans, tornadoes, flooding and disasters that can only be attributed to divine wrath for not blessing the people of Israel, the apple of God's eye. ""For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye." (Zechariah 2:8) WHO APPEARS TO HAVE THE NATIONS BEST INTEREST AT HEART? Maybe you think God couldn't be associated with somebody so outlandish, even arrogant. Maybe you think God is nice and gentlemanly, Really? In God's wrath and judgment, He makes men go through pain and suffering, even death and destruction. God inflicts vengeance on a rebellious mankind. Remember when God was with us during WW2, was God "nice"? Was He gentlemanly when He allowed us to take out Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan. Was He gentlemanly when we dropped two atomic bombs on two cities in Japan killing everything within a 10-mile radius and poisoning and burning millions in an act to end the war? Does God send us "vicious" leaders like George S. Patton, or Dwight Eisenhower, or General Douglas McArthur because they are nice? Is God nice on the battlefield, even in the times when Israel conquered the land of Israel and killed everything in sight to rid the land of evil that He endured until their sinfulness in the land was fully complete in His eyes? No, God sends us leaders to defeat evil in the land, we called the "good guys". It is pretty evident to me that God is sending us unique people to be "war leaders" in this face of our total destruction at the hands of a one world governing body, or the hands of Islam. That's a different role that being a pastor or a church leader, and I believe God understands that. SO WHAT ARE WE TO DO? Do you feel weary with the situation of this world around you? Are you looking for someone to bring you out of this waste land you are seeing this country enter into? Make no mistake, no woman, no man can do this all by themselves...not a POTUS Donald Trump and surely not the likes of Clinton (two for the price of one) presidency. No, it will be the hand of God who will use men for His ultimate purpose and fulfill His will for this nation and the world we live in. Do I know God's will? No, but I believe maybe God is trying to give us strength and using men to bring us back to Him in repentance. Can this man bring us to repentance? Probably not, but he will point this nation in the right direction, if his promises are real.....The USA is nothing but a big corporation that needs a smart CEO...we have had nothing like that since Ronald Reagan....Can Trump be a new Reagan...I pray God is sending us that kind of man. Our choice is pretty clear, either continue the road we are on, to our utter destruction. Or change course and embrace the foundation that made this country great. Who will point us into that direction? We, as citizens of this nation and those who proclaim Jesus Christ as their Savior, must make a rational and conscious decision of where we want this country to go...are you happy with where we are now? Is it time to change course and save the Titanic before she hits the iceberg and there are no life boats to save us from extinction in the waters of annihilation! No one is saying Trump is perfect. No one is saying Trump is a perfect conservative. But he is a patriot. He is a warrior. He is a capitalist. He is the right man, at the right time. Yes, he's a bit rude and crude and offensive. But that may make him the perfect warrior to save America, American exceptionalism, capitalism and Judeo-Christian values. The choice should be easy for Christians. In light of an ever changing turbulent world and America, many today are pondering who is America's greatest threat? Is it the Democratic Party? Socialism? Marxism? ISIS? Obama? Hillary? Trump? The ACLU? Republicans? Immigration? Our 19 TRILLION national debt? Obama Care? Hollywood? The music industry? College institutions? The clueless idiot mobs of 99 percent-ers? Al-Qaeda? Islam? China? Terrorism? The national debt? Peanut Butter? Well... indeed all of these are looming threats but there is one demonic organization who exceeds all and is the engine behind all of these threats and has the EXPONENTIAL power to alter reality, change perception, mass market deception, slander and half-truths, use demonic euphemisms, scare, frighten, slander and destroy at will globally and nationally 24/7/365. Yes, my dear friend, it is none other than the American Main Stream Secular Media! The American Mainstream Media and the majority of Washington D.C. are dominated today by a demonic, relativistic, leftist, secular and godless mindset; and it is from this insane asylum that they seek to rule and lead. As Lucifer (Satan) controls more and more of the Media today - with these godless surrogates and talking heads - his agenda is moving along quite rapidly and increasing EXPONENTIALLY! Never in the history of this nation has the Main Stream Liberal Media pushed, covered and supported a President and communistic presidential candidate's lawless agenda as these do today. The godless/leftist media have used all of their efforts and countless media outlets to protected and defended Obama and his lawless secular agenda tooth and nail for the last eight years unto our nation's near collapse and ruin; and now they have passed this demonic protection unto Mrs. Clinton. These are a highly demonic organized complex (Eph. 6:10-12) dedicated, sold out to and passionate about promoting a lawless, secular world utopia (oxymoron) that despises REALITY, TRUTH, MORAL ABSOLUTES and ALMIGHTY GOD (John 3:19-21, Rom 1:18-32, Jude 1:10). They are America public enemy #1 and our nation's GREATEST EVIL and THREAT (John 8:44, Rom. 1:18-32, Eph. 2:1-2, Jude 1:10). He knows how to maneuver and appeal to our carnal (fleshly) fallen nature which is governed by the five physical senses (sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing). "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Eph. 6:12)." The secular liberal mindset is the most open to Satan's suggestions for a godless trend-setting agenda. They do his will quite readily because they are the most susceptible to it. Just by watching their actions you can see their puppet master at work. Jesus stated to the scoffers in his day: "Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it" (John 8:44-45). The Bible also states: "Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air (Lucifer), the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience" (Ephesians 2:2). The American Leftist Media's Ideology The ideology and philosophy of the American Leftist Media is based in the basest (lowest) form of thought and rationale. They use partial truths and follow their unbridled passions (lusts) and emotions (Psalm 14:1,3, Roms 1:18-32, Phil. 3:19, 2 Peter 2:12, Jude 1:10). They are narcissistic in their heart and subjective to the core. Their moral compass is all out-of-whack because of their complete and total rejection of absolutes (i.e., right and wrong). Since they also reject absolutes they hold themselves to no standard. They have no regard at all for morality, laws (natural/spiritual), personal accountability and responsibility (Gal. 5:19-12; 2 Peter 2:10, 18-19, Jude 10-13). In every way they are Machiavellian (i.e., believing that the end justifies the means), just like their father the Devil (John 8:44). Because of their base condition, those on the Left are the most susceptible to Lucifer's suggestions and will. This godless, base behavior is encouraged by the Father of Lies - Lucifer, or the Devil (John 8:44). His goal is to make humanity as base as possible in their thinking, and as callous (hardened) in their morality, so to despise what is right and wrong. His goal is to brainwash and dupe the masses into doing his bidding. What is Truth? It is imperative today that we see things from God's point of view - from an "outside of the box" objective analysis - and with a biblical perspective. Only Almighty God and His Word can expose the current trends and ever moving agenda of Lucifer. Only Almighty God can reveal to fallen humanity the realities at hand (Matt. 16:17, John 3:3-12, 14:26, 16:13, Col. 2:15). Conservatives also rejected this Divine revelation and are subject to the god of this world's dominion (Gal. 1:4, Eph. 2:1-2). Sad, that multitudes on the Right today - including the leaders of the New Media - reject ALSO Almighty God's revelation found ONLY in Almighty God's Word. These look at the Bible - Almighty God's revelation to mankind - as relative and powerless. They have a form of godliness, but they deny the power of it (2 Tim 3:5). They are "religious" not real. . As they fight tooth and nail to "save" America, they are oblivious that they are being taken away in the current flood of the devastating consequences and fall out of today's political and EXPONENTIAL social changes. Conservatism is at last minutes the Alamo. What the Conservatism and all other political ideologies need to do is to place their faith alone in Almighty God's redemptive plan and program for this fallen world. He is the only hope. An interesting event has taken place, but I need to set the stage before I reveal what it is. According to the Bible, the children of Israel will return to the Promised Land three times and no more. The first return was when God brought the out of Egypt in unbelief (about just a few years before 1400 B.C.). During their first return, God dealt with the unbelieving Jews by commanding 40 years of wandering in the wilderness. Several hundred years later, in the days of Isaiah, God said there will be two more returns (Isa. 11:11-12). There would be a return from Babylon in the days of Daniel (about 536 B.C.; Jer. 25:8-13). And there would be a later return that would take place in two phases. In phase one, some of the Jews would return in unbelief from all over the world before the Tribulation Period. That will set the stage for the Tribulation Period (a time of trouble and distress; Ezek. 22:17-22; Zeph. 1:15-16). And it will be after 69, but before the 70th of Daniel (9:24-27; Matt. 24:32-33). In phase two, the remainder of the Jews will return as believers from all over the world at the end of the Tribulation Period (after the 70th week of Daniel; Matt. 24:29-31). All Israel will be saved and this phase will set the stage for the Millennium (a time of blessings; Rom. 11:26). Following phase two of this third return, God will establish the tabernacle of David (restore the Davidic dynasty) and all of the Jews will never be removed from the Promised Land again (Amos 9:11-15; Acts 15:13-18). Now, let's get to the interesting event. On Sept. 27, 2016, it was reported that the Jewish Sanhedrin concluded several months of deliberation and ruled that Israel has returned as a nation not as a group of individuals. To clarify, one Jew or even 100 Jews returning to the Promised Land does not mean that Israel has returned as a nation. So the Sanhedrin turned to the Scriptures for an answer. And they learned that during the return from Egypt under the leadership of Joshua 601,730 Jewish adult males entered the Promised Land (Num. 26:51, 63). This was slightly more than Moses and Aaron counted while they were still in the wilderness (Num. 1:46). We see 601,730 adult males in the days of Joshua plus approximately the same number of women plus many children and teenagers under the age of 20 would probably be 1 ½ to 2 million people. Today, there are close to 7 million Jews in Israel. And this is the basis for the Sanhedrin ruling that Israel has officially possessed the Promised Land for the third time. This means the Jews are in the Promised Land for the last time. There won't be any more returns. And they won't be put off the Promised Land again. Everyone that tries to expel them will fail. There are not enough troops and weapons on earth to expel them. God is always watching over Israel. "He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep" (Psa. 121:4). Major American Jewish groups and top Israeli politicians reacted with outrage on Thursday after the UN's cultural body approved a resolution that ignores the Jewish people's ties with Jerusalem holy sites. "The theater of the absurd continues at the UN," Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement. "Today UNESCO adopted its second decision this year denying the Jewish people's connection to the Temple Mount, our holiest site for over three thousand years. What's next? A UNESCO decision denying the connection between peanut butter and jelly? Batman and Robin? Rock and roll?" "Is it any wonder the UN has become a moral farce when UNESCO, the UN body tasked with preserving history, denies and distorts history? Israel will continue to fight the lies, hatred and double standards at the UN. Israel will prevail because truth will prevail." 24 countries voted in favor of the UNESCO Executive Board resolution and six -- the US, UK, Germany, Holland, Lithuania and Estonia -- voted against. 26 countries abstained and two countries were missing from the vote. The vote on the resolution -- which was submitted by Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar and Sudan -- had been postponed from July. However, a previous similar resolution was approved in April. Rabbi Abraham Cooper - the associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles -- spoke with The Algemeiner from Jerusalem on Thursday following the resolution's approval and said, "This was a full-blown assault on Jewish history and the rights of the Jewish people. And it's something that we're going to have to do our best to combat and make sure that this false narrative isn't allowed to gain further traction around the world. I think this is one of those situations in which all Jewish groups have to join with the State of Israel in ensuring that the truth gets out." "The real problem is that the language of the resolution is much worse than the one that [was postponed in July]," Cooper said. "The language of the resolution does not mention the Temple Mount once, using just the Arab connotation. The Western Wall was only mentioned in quotes, using the Arabic designation, and it threw in the Cave of the Patriarchs and Rachel's Tomb for good measure." One piece of good news, Cooper said, was that no European country voted in favor of the resolution. Cooper also noted the irony of countries like Morocco, Qatar and Sudan -- "three paragons of human rights," as he sarcastically put it -- backing the resolution. Israeli opposition leader Isaac Herzog said in a statement, "Whoever wants to rewrite history, to distort fact, and to completely invent the fantasy that the Western Wall and Temple Mount have no connection to the Jewish people, is telling a terrible lie that only serves to increase hatred. On this matter there is no disagreement among the people of Israel, and I urge UNESCO to withdraw this bizarre resolution and to engage in protecting, not distorting, human history." Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat said in a statement, "I was outraged to hear of UNESCO's vote today which denies thousands of years of Jewish connection to Jerusalem's Western Wall. Would UNESCO vote to deny the Christian connection to the Vatican? Or the Muslim connection to Mecca?" "The UNESCO vote claims that there is no connection between the Jewish people and the Western Wall. In fact, it is the UNESCO vote that has no connection to reality." Ahead of the vote, the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations issued a statement calling the resolution a Palestinian bid to "rewrite the Judeo-Christian history of Jerusalem." The resolution "purposefully distorts, denigrates and ultimately seeks to deny the millennia long historical reality of the profound Jewish connection to sites which are among the holiest in Judaism, Christianity and other faith traditions," the statement said. In an interview with The Algemeiner last week, Malcolm Hoenlein -- the executive vice president of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations -- said UNESCO's disregard of the Jewish people's historic connection with Jerusalem represented a "war on Jewish history." "It's an attempt to deny our past in order to deny our future," he said. In a statement released on Thursday, World Jewish Congress President Ronald Lauder called the passage of the resolution "shameful." "What happened today in Paris is anti-Semitism on steroids," he said. "It is a total travesty and an insult to the Jewish people to pretend that the holy sites in Jerusalem are only Muslim sites, and to ignore the fact that the Temple Mount was already the holiest place of Judaism well before the advent of Islam... There are Hebrew names for the Temple Mount and the Western Wall, and they exist for a reason: because these are Jewish holy sites. One would expect a body like UNESCO, which was created to safeguard important sites like this, not to succumb to political pressure from governments that want to play politics with UN bodies." Furthermore, Lauder noted, "next year will mark the 50th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem. Since then, the State of Israel has protected that all major religions with ties to the city -- Judaism, Christianity and Islam -- enjoy access to their holy sites. The text adopted by UNESCO in Paris today shows that these sites cannot be entrusted to other governments." American Jewish Committee CEO David Harris said in a statement, "A minority of UNESCO members, led by the Palestinian Authority and Arab countries, has sought for a long time to exploit this body to castigate Israel. The United States, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Estonia have asserted moral leadership by firmly and unequivocally rejecting this blatant historical revisionism. Let's be clear what's at work here: This is another attempt to undermine the very foundation of the State of Israel and the documented, age-old historical Jewish connection to the land. And unlike previous such resolutions, notably, not one European nation lent its support this time." The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) characterized the UNESCO resolution as an "affront to the truth and a crude attempt to delegitimize the Jewish state." "By approving such an untruthful and one-sided resolution, UNESCO undermines efforts to seek a peaceful resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict by giving support to forces in the Palestinian community that reject reconciliation," the AIPAC statement said. "Unfortunately, this resolution is also demonstrative of Palestinian efforts to circumvent direct negotiations by manipulating international institutions." And in a congratulatory message to Antonio Guterres of Portugal on his election as the next UN secretary general on Thursday, Israel's UN envoy Danny Danon said, "On a day when UN agencies have again chosen to slander Israel and UNESCO adopted a resolution which attempts to sever the historical connection between the Jewish people and Jerusalem, I expect the new secretary general to be a fair leader. We hope that he will end the obsession with Israel, and will work together with us against the antisemitic and anti-Israel forces in the UN."

Sunday night, Oct. 16, Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi, supported by a bevy of generals, announced that the military operation to recapture Mosul from its two-year occupation by the Islamic State had begun. Three formally approved participants are taking part in the operation, debkafile's military sources report: 1. American special operations, artillery and engineering units - equipped with floating bridges for crossing the Tigris River - plus the US air force for massive bombardment to crush enemy resistance. 2. Iraqi army armored divisions, special ops forces, regular troops and anti-terror police units. 3. The Iraqi Kurds' Peshmerga. The Iraqi prime minister pledged formally that only Iraqi fighters would enter Mosul, i.e. no Americans, Kurds or other non-Iraqi forces. It was a pledge that neither the Iraqi Sunni and Shiite combatants nor the Kurdish and Turkmen fighters trusted him to uphold, after similar promises went by the wayside in the US-led coalition battles fought in the past two years to retake the Iraqi towns of Ramadi, Tikirit, Baiji and Fallujah from ISIS. The first forces to enter those cities were by and large pro-Iranian Iraqi Shiite militias, especially the Bader Brigades and the Popular Mobilization Units, under Iran's supreme Middle East commander Gen. Qassem Soleimani. Nonetheless, despite the ravages they wrought in those Sunni cities, US air support was forthcoming for their advance, while in Washington US officials pretended they were helping Iraqi government army units. With regard to the Mosul campaign, Obama administration officials and military officers, like the Iraqi prime minister, insist there will be no repetition of the Iranian-backed Shiite invasion and conquest of yet another Sunni city, where a million inhabitants still remain. They don't explain how this will be prevented when those same pro-Iranian Iraqi Shiite forces are already massing northeast of Mosul, near the Iraqi-Syria border, and standing by for the order to advance into the city. Tehran quite obviously has no intention of being left out of the epic capture of Mosul. Neither is another uninvited party, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan. He too has positioned a Turkish military concentration in Iraq, in defiance of strong objections from Washington and Baghdad. Turkish troops stand ready to move forward to do Erdogan's will and achieve three strategic goals: a) To actively frustrate Kurdish Peshmerga entry to Mosul, although its 15,000 fighters out of the 25,000 invasion force are a vital element of the spearhead thrust into the city. Ankara has warned that if Kurds set foot in Mosul, Turkish troops will follow. b) To block the path of Syrian Kurdish YPG militiamen from entering Iraq and linking up with their Iraqi brothers-in-arms. c) To provide backing, including Turkish air support, for the Iraqi Turkmen militias still present in the Turkmen quarter of Mosul. debkafile's military sources count six assorted military groupings taking part in the liberation of Mosul. They have nothing in common aside from their determination to drive the Islamic State out. They are utterly divided on the two main aspects of the offensive: How to achieve their common goal and what happens to Mosul after the Islamist invaders are gone. The underlying US rationale for embarking on this high-wire operation is President Barack Obama's aspiration to achieve Mosul's liberation before his departure from the White House in January, in the hope that this landmark success will provide a major distraction from his administration's failed policies in Syria. The Islamic State might have been expected to take advantage of the prior warning of the offensive for a stand in defense of the Iraqi capital of Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi's caliphate and so exploit the conflicting interests of the invading force. But ISIS leaders decided against waiting for the combined offensive. Indeed, according to debkafile's sources, thousands of jihadis made tracks out of the city two or three months ago, relocating the bulk of their combat strength and institutions in two new locations: in the western Iraqi desert province of Anbar at a site between the Jordanian and Saudi borders and eastern Syria. Several hundred fighters were left behind in Mosul to harass the US-Iraq-Kurdish armies as they advance into the city and exploit the invaders' discord to retain a foothold in Mosul.

According to the Washington Post, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is already the winner in the November presidential elections. The Post says that "Clinton is ahead in nearly all of the key battleground states where her campaign has directed the most resources, according to many recent polls...Clinton aides said they see advantages to running up the score in the electoral college, where 270 votes wins the White House. Victories in unexpected places could boost that total, hand her more of a mandate come January and decreasing the potency of Trump's complaints of a "rigged" election." So how do you like a newspaper quoting some political hacks declaring a victor without a vote? Better get used to it if you don't want to exercise your power to change the election and the nation. You will be told by the media lapdogs that you are not allowed to think on your own because that's hate speech. You will be going underground with any form of Christian evangelism because it is offensive to Islam. You will be told that you are mentally ill because you might want to own a gun for self-defense. You will be told that your children can get abortions and smoke marijuana without your consent. And you will pay the government your hard earned money for the privilege. Is this the type of America you want because you may be too pious to pull the lever for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump? Some people are resigned to say that we are going to get the president we deserve. This may be true. When you consider that Christians are a vast and overwhelming majority in this nation at about 80% or more, and we sit on our hands decrying that we can't vote for an ungodly candidate. Think of the logic here: As a Christian, we can't vote for Trump, so by throwing a vote away either by not voting or voting for someone who can't win, we are voting for a transforming knight of the dark side, where all the things we say we stand for from a Biblical perspective will be held in great contempt by the victor. This kind of logic is no logic at all. It's like giving up and taking a knee when all you have to do is cross the goal line. Think of the greater good. For those of you who do, and I know there are many out there, be strong. Speak boldly as you ought to speak. Educate others on the stakes of this election. If you are rejected, just keep trying. Don't lose heart. You have the power to speak truth. Romans 13:11-12 says, "And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light." We need to quit listening to the noise, and focus on the source. If 80% of the population, the Christians, were unified and voted together, there would be no question the victor.

I'm thankful God never does that with us. He always completes what He starts. In Hebrews 12:2 we are told we should be "looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith." God finishes what He begins. But sometimes the Devil whispers into a believer's ear, "You're not going to make it as a Christian. You're going to crash and burn." That is a lie. The Bible says that God "is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy" (Jude 24). And we are told in Philippians 1:6, "Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ." Storms will come into every life, into the lives of both believers and nonbelievers. The rain will fall and the winds will blow. But it is only the child of God who can lay hold of Romans 8:28, which says, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." Nonbelievers can quote that verse if they'd like, but it has no relevance to them whatsoever. Only Christians can lay hold of that promise. Storms come and storms go. For some, life itself is one long storm. They may be facing very difficult circumstances. It could be a disability. It could be some tragedy that has befallen them and has altered their very existence. There is hope, because no matter what you are going through right now, storms don't last forever. God is in control. You will get to the other side.
