A Growing Number of People Recognize Something Is Very Wrong With The Global Increase In Sudden Deaths For the past two years, it’s been happening across the world, but now millions have seen it on live TV during a Monday night NFL game. The sight of Damar Hamlin suddenly collapsing on the playing field shocked a great many people, including me. Fortunately, emergency response personnel were able to get his heart beating again, although he remains in critical condition at the present time. Our prayers go out to him, his family, and his teammates. Dr. Peter A. McCullough, one of the most prominent cardiologists in America, believes that doctors treating Hamlin should seriously consider myocarditis as the cause of Hamlin’s sudden heart attack. Since January of 2021, instances of this heart condition have risen exponentially among teenagers and young adults, which in some cases has led to death. A GLOBAL INCREASE IN DEATHS A growing number of people recognize that something is very wrong with the excessive number of sudden deaths across the world. Although Hamlin is still alive, his cardiac arrest highlights this matter. A Rasmussen poll, released on January 2, 2023, reveals that nearly half of Americans suspect that COVID-19 shots may be to blame for the significant increase in unexplained deaths. About one in four believe they know someone who died from them.[i] Hamlin received a booster injection on December 26, six days before collapsing on the field. Almost every day, I read of someone under the age of 45 having a severe stroke or dying from a heart attack. It’s far too often that I see an account of a teenager suddenly dying in this way. THE DEPOPULATION AGENDA OF THE ELITE In several previous posts, I have written about the depopulation plans of the globalists. Yet many believers and pastors believe such a matter is far too extreme to even consider as true. The elite, however, have no problem openly admitting their deadly agenda. Some time ago, I listened to a talk that Bill Gates gave several years ago in which he clearly stated that a fifteen percent fatality result of a vaccine would be acceptable. If you apply that percentage to the number of people in the U.S. that have taken the now famous injection, you arrive at thirty million deaths. Just yesterday, I watched a lady via social media tell Klaus Schwab, the head of the World Economic Forum, that the world needs to get back to the population of five hundred years ago because only that low number will be sustainable for the future. Several months ago, I heard another globalist set the goal of America’s population for the year 2025 at one hundred million. That stunned me! Such depopulation talk is all too common among the elite powerbrokers, but very few people are paying attention. A WAKE-UP CALL FOR US AND FOR PASTORS Regardless of what caused Hamlin’s sudden heart attack, it should be a wakeup call for all of us, and especially for those tasked with caring for the body of Christ. Pastors can no longer deny the reality of the rapidly approaching fulfillment of Revelation 4-18. The words of the Apostle John in these chapters are not symbolic or past history; they represent prophecy regarding the future of the world. We see the precursors of these judgments all throughout the world. We may have mere hours left before Jesus’ appearing or it may be days, weeks, months, or even much longer. A myriad of signs points to the fact that normal as we know it is rapidly coming to an end. The spirit of the antichrist is already hard at work in advance of his unveiling to the world, which cannot happen until after the Rapture. The words of Romans 13:11-12 apply to us today perhaps better than at any previous day: Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. The saints need repeated reminders of their imminent and joyous hope in Jesus’ appearing during this dark age in history. Yet many pastors never mention the “blessed hope” of the Gospel with even more denying its biblical basis. A TIME FOR LOOKING UP With all my heart, I believe the prophetic signs of today point to the nearness of the Rapture; I say this because everything I see shouts to the closeness of the seven-year Tribulation. I also know that the Lord is both sovereign and all-powerful. From our perspective, He may forestall the start of this horrific time on the earth for a longer time than we can imagine and with it His return to take us home to glory. Regardless, now is the time for looking up and holding the things of this life loosely in our hands. I cannot forget the sight of Hamlin suddenly dropping dead with a rapid emergency response required to bring him back to life; I pray he fully recovers. If this had happened sixty years ago, it still would’ve gotten our attention in a dramatic way. But now, how much more should it alert us to the perilous times in which we live? Although many things in our world often shock us, as believers we have a joyous and glorious hope. We are ever so close to the fulfillment of the prophetic words that Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 15:50-57 the words below from 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17: For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. In these passages and in many others, the Bible describes the biblical event we call the “Rapture” and tells of a day in which not all believers will die, but the Lord will transform their bodies and catch them up to meet Him in the air. My hope is to be alive at the time of the Rapture and I believe it’s a valid expectation given the closeness of the Day of the Lord. Both the PA and Jordan seek to be known among the Arabs and Muslims as “defenders” of the Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem, including the Aqsa Mosque compound. So do other parties, such as Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. According to the PA, Ben-Gvir’s visit was part of Israel’s policy to change the “historical status quo” at the site by allowing Jews to pray there on a regular basis. The PA is convinced that Israel is working to divide the Temple Mount in time and space between Muslim and Jewish worshipers. The PA believes that Israeli plans concerning al-Aqsa Mosque compound are within the context of a larger scheme to “Judaize” the site and the entire city of Jerusalem. Although the PA has no official status at the site, it has been acting behind the scenes over the past few years to establish a foothold there. The PA’s efforts intensified in the aftermath of recurring attempts by Hamas and Islamic Jihad to present themselves as the main “defenders” of Aqsa Mosque against alleged Jewish schemes and conspiracies. For Jordan, the most important thing is to ensure that the Hashemite custodianship over the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem (including al-Aqsa Mosque compound) not be undermined or eliminated. This custodianship is crucial for the Jordanian monarch and the royal family because, they believe, it bolsters their political and religious standing among many Arabs and Muslims. Relations between Israel and Jordan appeared to have improved significantly under the former government headed by Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid. This was in sharp contrast to the tensions that existed between the kingdom and the previous government headed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. At that time, tensions reached a peak when reports in some media outlets suggested that the Netanyahu government was seeking to give other Arabs, specifically Saudi Arabia, a role in administering the Aqsa Mosque compound, which has long been controlled by Jordan’s Wakf Islamic religious trust in east Jerusalem. The return of Netanyahu to power has revived the fears of the Jordanians. Like the Palestinians, Jordan also believes that Israel is seeking to change the status quo at the holy site. The Jordanians fear that Israel is not only trying to pave the way for Jewish prayers, but it also wants to end the Hashemite custodianship over the site. The strong condemnations emanating from Ramallah and Amman in response to Ben-Gvir’s visit aim to send a warning to the new Netanyahu government not to tamper with the Islamic holy site. Global response The condemnations are also directed toward the US administration and other countries with the hope that they will pressure Netanyahu to refrain from “imposing a new reality” at the site. PA Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh denounced the visit as “a dangerous challenge to the feelings of all Palestinians.” He called on Palestinians to “thwart” the purported Israeli attempt to turn the mosque into a synagogue. PA presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh said Ben-Gvir’s visit was “a challenge to our Palestinian people, the Arab nation and the international community.” The continuation of these “provocations against our Islamic and Christian holy sites will lead to more tension and violence,” he said. Abu Rudeineh said the Israeli government was responsible for any repercussions regarding its “racist policies.” Attempts by Israel “to change the historical and legal status quo reality at al-Aqsa Mosque are rejected and doomed to failure,” he said. Abu Rudeineh called on the US administration to assume its responsibilities and force Israel to stop its “escalation and storming of al-Aqsa Mosque before it is too late.” Jordan also condemned the “storming” of the Aqsa Mosque compound by Ben-Gvir. The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it had summoned the Israeli ambassador in Amman and conveyed to him a message of protest against Ben-Gvir’s “storming” of the Aqsa Mosque. The “storming of al-Aqsa Mosque by an Israeli cabinet member and violating its sanctity is a condemned and provocative act and amounts to a flagrant violation of international law, as well as of the historical and legal status quo in Jerusalem and its sanctities,” Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Sinan Majali said in a statement. The international community should take swift and decisive action to put an end to the Israeli practices, he said. Israel was solely accountable for the grave consequences of this escalation, which threatens undermining all efforts made to prevent an upsurge in violence that endangers security and peace, he added. Majali demanded that Israel immediately cease all efforts to alter the legal and historical status quo and impose spatial or temporal divisions. Israel captured most of the areas disputed by the Palestinians in the 1967 Six Day War, when it conquered the east side of a then-divided Jerusalem and parts of the West Bank from Jordan; in addition to the Golan Heights from Syria and Gaza from Egypt. The Palestinians, rejected a peace plan proposed by former-United States President Donald Trump, demanding the captured territories for a future state. The Hague-based ICJ, also known as the World Court, is the top UN court dealing with disputes between states. While its rulings are considered binding, the ICJ has no power to enforce them. The measure passed 87 in favor, 26 including Israel and the United States against, with 53 abstentions. “No international body can decide that the Jewish people are ‘occupiers’ in their own homeland. Any decision from a judicial body which receives its mandate from the morally bankrupt and politicized UN is completely illegitimate,” stressed Israel’s UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan ahead of the vote. Former Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid – who was replaced last Thursday by Benjamin Netanyahu – last month sent a letter to more than 50 heads of state, urging them to exert their influence to oppose the resolution saying that bringing the matter to the court would “only play into the hands of extremists.” In his Saturday statement, Netanyahu revealed that he had also appealed to world leaders for support against the measure in a joint effort with Israeli President Isaac Herzog, Ambassador Erdan and the personnel at the Foreign Ministry. “We have achieved something important,” he said, pointing out that the November resolution passed by “an absolute majority,” whereas, “after our intervention, 11 countries changed how they voted and as a result there has been a turnaround: the countries that supported the Palestinian initiative were a minority of UN members and those that did not support the Palestinians were a majority of UN member states.” The Israeli Premier further vowed, “We will continue to fight for the truth.” Palestinians predictably welcomed the UN measure. “The time has come for Israel to be a state subject to law, and to be held accountable for its ongoing crimes against our people,” said Nabil Abu Rudeineh, Spokesman for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. The Palestinian leader slammed the new Israeli government, claiming that its “motto is extremism and apartheid.” An official with the Islamist terror group that controls Gaza, Basem Naim, said this marks “an important step toward confining and isolating the state of occupation (Israel).” Hamas, which seized control of Gaza from its Fatah rival in a brutal Palestinian internecine war in 2007, has waged three wars against the Jewish State, which it denies has the right to exist. The Friday vote presents a challenge for the Israeli leader, who returned to office 29 December 2022 at the head of a government which has set settlement expansion as a priority and includes members advocating formal annexation of the disputed territories. Noting the ICJ vote came just one day after the Netanyahu government was sworn in, Palestinian UN Envoy Riyad Mansour told the UNGA, “We trust that, regardless of your vote today, if you believe in international law and peace, you will uphold the opinion of the International Court of Justice when delivered and you will stand up to this Israeli government right now.” The ICJ last intervened in the conflict in 2004 by ruling that Israel’s separation barrier with the West Bank was illegal. The security fence was built to prevent Palestinian terror attacks on Israeli citizens during the Second Intifada, September 2000 – February 2005. Suicide bombings in Israel emanating from the West Bank dropped from 73 between 2000 to July 2003 to 12 between August 2003 and the end of 2006, upon completion of the first continuous portion of the fence. HD Editor’s Note: Why Is This News Biblically Relevant? The United Nations has been less than shy about the bias against Israel. From 2012-2020 the UN condemned Israel a total of 180 times, in contrast to 45 times for all other nations combined. The Bible has a great deal to say about supporting and blessing Israel. In Genesis, we read that those who despise and work against Israel place themselves at enmity with God. Genesis 12:3 KJV – “I will bless them that bless [Israel], and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” This warning also, if not especially, applies to nations. In the Book of Numbers, a man named Balaam was hired to curse the people of Israel. However, despite his best efforts, God insisted Balaam bless the Jews instead. When explaining to the king why he could only bless Isreal, he told him that God shall “eat up” nations who make themselves enemies of the Jews (Num. 24:8). He then echoed Genesis 12:3, saying, “Who shall stir [God] up? Blessed is he that blesseth [Israel], and cursed is he that curseth thee” (Num. 24:9). God sent disaster and pestilence. The land was plagued with frogs, gnats and flies. The livestock died of disease. Egyptians were covered with boils. A hailstorm killed people and animals, as well as destroyed their crops. Swarming locusts destroyed all the vegetation throughout the land. Darkness was sent so thick the people said they could feel it. Finally came the death of every firstborn son in Egypt. With each terrible catastrophe, Pharoah was allowed several opportunities to acknowledge God and repent. However, the Bible says he hardened his heart and spurned each chance he was given. Melody Rossi, in May I Walk You Home? has written: “It is heartbreaking to watch someone we love suffer from illness. Sometimes it raises difficult questions for us and can even make us feel angry with, or abandoned by, God. Though we can’t always know why he chooses a certain path for us, we can trust him based on what we know of his character. If the situation seems unbearable, [we should] reflect on what these hardships are purchasing … No matter how deep the suffering, the cost is nothing compared to the joy that will be experienced if your loved ones come to know Jesus through this ordeal.” In Revelation chapter 6, the apostle John is permitted to see how God intends to wrap up human history. The apostle has seen Christ given a scroll with seven seals, the title deed to the earth. Each seal broken on the scroll reveals an action God plans to take. When the first seal was broken, John saw a rider on a white horse representing a great world leader who would deceive the nations. When the second seal was broken, John saw a rider on a red horse who was given the power to take peace from the earth. When the third seal was broken, John saw a black horse rider carrying a pair of scales, bringing great famine. When the fourth seal was broken, this is what John said he witnessed: “When the Lamb broke the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living being say, ‘Come!’ I looked up and saw a horse whose color was pale green. Its rider was named Death, and his companion was the Grave. These two were given authority over one-fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword and famine and disease and wild animals” (Revelation 6:7-8). This rider is on a pale, or what might be deemed a “livid,” greenish horse — a horse the same color as a corpse. Its rider is named “Death,” and “Hell” or the “Grave” follows him. Behind Death, the Grave acts like a street sweeper that follows behind the carnage, sweeping masses of souls who have died without knowing Christ into the pit of Hell. The rider on the corpse-colored horse rides throughout the earth and destroys one-fourth of the world’s population with war, famine, pestilence (disease), and wild beasts. This event is more significant and intense than anything this world has ever experienced. Millions, even billions, will die from disaster and disease. Interestingly, when the late Dr. H.A. Ironside wrote his classic Lectures on the Revelation and described the fourth horseman, he said it was a picture of “pestilence,” which “always follows war and famine.” Then he added, “We have known something of that in this last year, but the complete fulfillment awaits a not far-distant day.” What was Ironside referencing? A footnote in his lectures says, “The reader will understand” [his lectures on Revelation] were “delivered during the armistice year, and while the influenza plague was still in progress.” Here’s what the National Archives and Records Administration says about that particular worldwide pestilence, the influenza epidemic: “The influenza epidemic that swept the world in 1918 killed an estimated 50 million people. One-fifth of the world’s population was attacked by this deadly virus. Within months, it had killed more people than any other illness in recorded history. “The plague emerged in two phases. In late spring of 1918, the first phase, known as the ‘three-day fever,’ appeared without warning. Few deaths were reported. Victims recovered after a few days. When the disease surfaced again that fall, it was far more severe. Scientists, doctors, and health officials could not identify this disease which was striking so fast and so viciously, eluding treatment and defying control. Some victims died within hours of their first symptoms. Others succumbed after a few days; their lungs filled with fluid, and they suffocated to death. “The plague did not discriminate. It was rampant in urban and rural areas, from the densely populated East coast to the remotest parts of Alaska. Young adults, usually unaffected by these types of infectious diseases, were among the hardest hit groups, along with the elderly and young children. The flu afflicted over 25% of the U.S. population. In one year, the average life expectancy in the United States dropped by 12 years.” Of course, like Ironside, we have known something of this kind of pestilence, most recently. The Coronavirus worldwide epidemic is an ongoing crisis. According to the World Health Organization, the most current statistics show the virus has been contracted by nearly 652 million people and killed over 6.5 million globally. But the epidemic hasn’t just affected world health; it’s also demonstrated the fragility of our entire system of public health, food production, delivery, and labor. The social disruption has had the means to destroy millions of enterprises and exacerbate the problem of extreme poverty. Lockdowns have presented their own serious challenges, preventing people from earning wages and, therefore, being unable to purchase food or forced to buy less food or nutritious food. This is to say nothing about the profound negative impact of the epidemic on mental and emotional health worldwide. Something that has puzzled Bible scholars is John’s account of the fourth horsemen’s authority to kill by “wild animals.” Dying by the sword, famine, and disease are easy enough to understand, but what is meant when the Scriptures prophetically describe a period of mass death by “the beasts of the earth,” as some translations render it, or by “wild animals”? It isn’t easy to nail this down, but it could be referring precisely to what it says. Perhaps there is such chaos at this point societal controls are primarily broken down, and God puts it into the heart of predatory animals ferociously hungry to hunt and kill humanity. We might be looking at something akin to a real-life scenario of Alfred Hitchcock’s movie, “The Birds,” except it would probably include other animals, too. Perhaps what’s being foretold is a future when humankind, which has been such a poor steward of the planet and corrupted it so severely by sin, the animal world rebels against its master in the same way man has rebelled against his master, God. Animals are permitted with divine authority to slaughter people everywhere. It could be, however, that what is being conveyed is something more natural such as disease-carrying vermin like the rat. Science says rats carry as many as 35 different diseases. The fleas from rats spread the bubonic plague during the 14th Century, killing anywhere from 75 to 200 million people. It should be remembered the Coronavirus has allegedly been connected to horseshoe bats in China. Zoonotic diseases are illnesses that can be transferred from animals to humans, but they are rare. Still, another possibility is that the text or the phrase “wild animals” describes bestial persons who rise under the power of the anti-Christ to plague the nations. It might be that they use biochemical warfare. These scenarios are admittedly conjecture but not necessarily beyond the realm of possibility. Much of life’s experiences seem to make such circumstances entirely plausible. Moreover, nothing is impossible with God. He can do whatever he desires. Now let’s revert to the subject matter or theme of the first two paragraphs of this commentary. In his marvelous book, Approaching Hoofbeats, the late Dr. Billy Graham provides a word of clarity regarding all of this. He asks, “Why would God allow such suffering to take place?” He continues: “John’s vision is consistent with ancient biblical pictures describing what happens when God sends his wrath upon men who disobey him. William Barclay, the late great Scottish professor at Glasgow University, warned that ‘at the back of it all there is the permanent truth that no man and no nation can escape the consequences of their sin.’ And Lynn Howard Hough explains that Death, here, does not bring meaningless destruction ‘but destruction which serves the purposes of the justice of God. [Death] is part of the divine administration. A fourth of the earth feels his power that the rest may see and have the opportunity to repent’ … It was not God’s intent that any should perish, but man defiantly refused God’s plan, the consequence of his disobedience being that he followed the way of death. Now, as the rider on the pale horse, Death is only taking his due … Still, in this vision, God reaches out in love. He [God] demonstrated his great love by giving his Son to die on the Cross — the most horrible death a person can die. God hopes that through this evidence of love and this warning of the fourth horseman before the final judgment, the rest of the world might see the wages of sin, turn from their sinfulness, seek God’s forgiveness, and be saved from the jaws of Hell.” An old saying often quoted by Christians of yesteryear claims, “Sometimes God has to knock you flat on your back to get you to look up.” It’s very true. It’s then we are often humbled and feel the need for him. Calamity, tragedy, catastrophe, wars, famine, and disease are sometimes how God troubles the waters to push our boats safely to shore. In these situations, there can be an opportunity for reconciliation with him. And, “[n]o matter how deep the suffering, the cost is nothing compared to the joy that will be experienced if” we “come to know Jesus through” the “ordeal.” Daily Jot: Stupidocrisy: Centers for Disease Control and Wokeness - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com The Centers for Disease Control Division of Adolescent and School Health is calling on all school administrators to take its LGBTQ inclusivity self-assessment tool to help them “quickly gauge inclusivity at your school.” The 32-page assessment says in its overview, “Schools play a critical role in supporting the health and academic development of all youth, including the success of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/ questioning (LGBTQ) youth. Creating and sustaining inclusive school environments, policies, programs, and practices that include LGBTQ youth is one strategy for improving the health and academic success of all youth.” So now its CDC science that justifies sexual predation of school children? As pointed out by a long-time Jot subscriber, this is incredible CDC mission drift. CDC’s mission, posted on its website says, “CDC works 24/7 to protect America from health, safety and security threats, both foreign and in the U.S. Whether diseases start at home or abroad, are chronic or acute, curable or preventable, human error or deliberate attack, CDC fights disease and supports communities and citizens to do the same. CDC increases the health security of our nation. As the nation’s health protection agency, CDC saves lives and protects people from health threats. To accomplish our mission, CDC conducts critical science and provides health information that protects our nation against expensive and dangerous health threats, and responds when these arise.” By this, CDC should be working to prevent the impact of LGBTQ predation. A 2019 study published in the Journal of Adolescent Health analyzed 10,311 suicides ages 12-29 using information from the National Violent Death Reporting System (NVDRS) found that adolescents aged 12 to 14 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and/or transgender are more likely to die by suicide than heterosexual teens of the same age. The researchers concluded that one out of four pre- and early teen suicides were among LGBTQ youth. Moreover, suicide rates among older LGBTQ youth are also higher than rates among heterosexual teens. A 2018 study also found that LGBTQ teenagers are three times as likely—that’s 75% more likely–to attempt suicide as their heterosexual peers. Promoting and protecting this behavior in schools, as the CDC is suggesting with its assessment tool, is counter to good health. But don’t worry, CDC doesn’t stand behind its assessment tool. This is the disclaimer provided in the overview: “Please note that this document includes many resources from non-governmental organizations focused on improving school inclusivity, and the ideas and opinions expressed within them do not represent the official opinion of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).” So what is CDC’s official opinion? I’m sure it has nothing to do with promoting God’s formula for good sexual health found in Leviticus 18:22: “Thou shall not lie with mankind as with womankind: It is abomination.” Romans 1 also condemns this specific sexual behavior. Schools should be prohibited from encouraging it. And the CDC’s twisted endorsement of the LGBTQ+ community preying on school children is extreme, say it with me…Stupidocrisy. Our enemies aren’t our brothers and sisters in Christ. Rather, our enemy is the devil. The most important aim in running this race is to hear Jesus say in that final day, “Well done, good and faithful servant” (Matthew 25:21, 23). Sometimes we will be discouraged. Sometimes we will be overwhelmed. But we want to keep our eyes on Christ and finish this race with joy. The apostle Paul said to the elders of the church at Ephesus, “But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy” (Acts 20:24 NKJV). Can you look back on your life so far and say, “Up to this point, I have finished my race with joy”? If not, then make a change while you can.
