Satan/Lucifer is the master of delusion. Whosoever rejects the Word of God will, for a certainty, become deluded in one way or another. When the Prince of Darkness casts his black magic spells of delusion on unsuspecting rejectors of the Word of God, he does not inform them first. The delusions settle in with no awareness by the devil’s victims that they have been spellbound. Satan’s spellbinding delusions come in all shapes and sizes and yet have one thing in common. They who have been deluded began to believe in lies and call it truth. Worst case scenario is they begin to see everything in terms of evil as good and good as evil. Isaiah 5:20-21 says, “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil” “Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight.” Scripture reveals that when a rejector of God gets to a certain point of no return, God gives them over to a reprobate mind. Just what is a reprobate mind, some may ask? Some of the definitions are these: A morally corrupt person, shameless, depraved, rejected as worthless or not standing the test, foreordained to damnation. A mind that is no longer able to work properly. In Romans 1:28-32, Paul describes it like this: “And because they did not think it worthwhile to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate [a worthless] mind to do what is morally wrong. Being filled with unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity, whisperers.” These same evil traits apply also to those Paul spoke about to Timothy regarding reprobate minds in the end times, when in 2 Timothy 3:13, Paul declares this prophecy: “But evil people and imposters will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.” This also implies that when God gives an individual over to a reprobate mind, they don’t come back. They cannot be fixed. They only get worse from that point on. Whereas a person, even on the verge but not yet given over to a reprobate mind by God, still has a chance, through repentance, to recover. We who are watching can observe what Paul spoke of in regard to evil people going from bad to worse, happening in real-time here in the year 2023. Just when you think someone who demonstrates the characteristics of a reprobate can’t sink any lower, they do. Every day there are news stories on Rapture Ready News and other alternative news sights that prove this point again and again. When a person becomes born again, trusting 100% in Jesus, the Holy Spirit is able to open our eyes of discernment, and the lies of Lucifer are made transparent. Becoming born again, believing and trusting in Jesus, and filling the mind with the Word of God is the only sure way to break the spells of delusion cast by the Prince of Darkness. Rejectors of Jesus will remain spellbound by the devil’s delusions without ever realizing or even suspecting that anything has happened to them. It is not an easy task to convince a rejector of Jesus that they are spellbound by diabolic delusions from the devil. Especially if that poor soul has been convinced by Satan that there is no such thing as Satan. Rejectors of Jesus who have allowed Satan to convince them that he doesn’t even exist are issuing that devil a free pass to delude them in all kinds of other ways as well. Satan will cast all sorts of different wicked spells and delude people any way he can. Perhaps his most favorite topic to delude people with, however, is theology. The Prince of Darkness has developed false theologies to fit every culture and situation. He knows that if he can get a person, or better yet, a whole nation’s theology messed up, much evil will follow. False theologies cause great divisions. The strategy of “divide and conquer” was invented by the Father of Lies. False theologies also fulfill the number one goal from out of the satanic playbook, causing rejection of Jesus as The Way and the Truth and the Life. One thing that Lucifer, the fallen angel, seems to love at least as much if not more than false theologies is introducing heretical doctrines into the one true theology. What is the one true theology? Jesus said it best, “I am the way and the truth and the life, and no man comes to the Father except through me.” Born-again believers, and sometimes even whole churches, might forget to put on the “Armor of God” (Ephesians 6:10-18) and thus let down their guard by compromising with the world or getting lazy with God’s Word. If that happens, Satan always has one of his spawns waiting in their midst, primed and ready to tickle the ears with any number of ridiculous heresies. That ravenous wolf in sheep’s clothing called Satan is always on the lookout for compromised pastors and church leaders to pour some heretical garbage into, knowing they will pass it along to lazy and/or gullible congregations. When a church has bought into one of those clever diabolical heresies, it can be most difficult to dislodge it. Anyone that attempts to dislodge it is at risk of being labeled a heretic hunter. The term “heretic hunter” was born out of someone’s refusal to be held accountable. Dialogue, accountability, and prayer are essential for a Bible-based church to remain healthy. He who has a quick trigger in labeling someone to be a “heretic hunter” runs the risk of not only having to live with whatever heretical disease he has been inflicted with but also infecting others in the body of Christ. Whoever contracts a heretical disease and spreads it to others in the body of Christ will be held accountable — if not sooner by a brother or sister in the Lord than later by the Lord Himself. Heretical diseases in the church are both preventable and curable. Diligence is the recipe for avoidance, and humility is the cure for infection. The entire world today, here in the year 2023, is suffocating under a thick cloud of delusions and an onslaught of lies, some subtle and some beyond ludicrous. Some of the biggest liars of all are in positions of tremendous power. There are certain career politicians that have proven track records of lying and committing fraud for whole lifetimes. Some are so committed to lying and lie so often that it appears they actually believe their own lies. This is one of the major signs of a reprobate mind. They not only lie and view good as evil and evil as good but defend their twisted belief system vehemently. Some of the most accomplished liars, people who would make Pinocchio look like the truth fairy, become highly offended if someone calls them out on their lying, to the point where veins are popping out, and their head appears to be quite nearly ready to explode. So many politicians, international bankers, much of the medical profession and Big Pharma, the mainstream media, the government alphabet agencies that have been politicized, the U.N. and the WEF, the many evil globalist orgs and their committees and think tanks worldwide, and all who have been brainwashed and deluded by the Prince of the Power of the Air into believing that the liars are the good guys, together are making life on earth hard for all who love truth. Those evil Globalist Elitists and their minions can really suck the joy out of a room. Like rust, Satan never sleeps. That is why a Christian must put on and keep on all of the “Armor of Spirit” and never abandon the watchtower. In Ephesians 6:10-18, Paul conveys this message to Christians. “Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” The time is drawing closer by the day to a moment when our Heavenly Father will say, “Enough of this,” and He will send His Son to bring His bride home. Until then, hold on to your joy in the Lord and “Look up for your redemption draws nigh” (Luke 21:28). Do not believe the reprobate lying globalist tyrants who are attempting to create a new world order in their own image. And do not believe their bought-and-paid-for media lapdogs attempting to portray Klaus and Bill and the gang as benevolent philanthropists. Do not buy that delusion or any of the lies of the bent one. Instead, believe in and trust in the Son of the Living God, who spoke creation into existence. Live for the one who was willing to die in your place and my place, and become an heir to the eternal promises. Promises of eternal life in a resurrected body free of disease, death, and the temptations of sin. Promises of an amazing eternal paradise where evil and delusion and lying will be found nowhere at all. If you haven’t already done so, humble yourself and repent and call on Jesus today. US and Israel Hold Joint Naval Exercise A Sunday ceremony in Haifa signaled the commencement of Intrinsic Defender, a two-week joint drill between the Israeli Navy and the US 5th Fleet. Focused on operation readiness and cooperation, this exercise will take place on both land and sea. “Israel is one of our most capable maritime partners and these exercises further underscore historic military cooperation achieved in recent years,” stated V.-Adm. Brad Cooper, commander of US Naval Forces Central Command, US 5th Fleet, and Combined Maritime Forces. Gazans Protest Against Hamas Thousands of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip took to the streets on Sunday to protest the incompetent leadership of Hamas. Under the terror group, which rules the area, the cost of living has skyrocketed while supplies of electricity and gas have plummeted. Many of the Hamas leaders don’t experience these deprivations because they are living in luxurious exile in Qatar, Turkey, and Lebanon. Unfortunately, Hamas is so strongly entrenched that these protests will likely have little effect. Damascus Terror Attack Pits Sunnis Against Shiites A motorcycle bomb exploded near a Shiite shrine in the Damascus suburb of Sayyida Zaynab last Thursday killing seven and wounding numerous others. Soon after, ISIS claimed responsibility, prompting Hezbollah to send soldiers to secure the area. Thus, we now see a Shiite terror group offering protection from the attacks of a Sunni terror group. The Russia-Friendly Military Coup in Niger has Succeeded Russia loyalist General Abdourahmane Tchiani has declared himself to be the new leader of Niger after ousting President Mohamed Bazum in a coup. The country’s new leadership has shut down numerous institutions, suspended the constitution, and closed its borders, causing Europeans still in the country to scramble looking for ways to flee. The change of rule in Niger fits directly into Russia’s growing influence in Africa. Just last week, 43 African nations participated in the second Africa-Russia Summit in St. Petersburg. Currently, the deputy leader of Niger’s junta is visiting Mali, Niger’s neighbor to the west, in order to ask for a “rapid deployment of Wagner forces in the country” to reinforce the coup. Energy Consequences of Niger Coup The ramifications of the coup in Niger extend beyond the Sahel region of Africa to Europe and beyond. Many different sectors of government and economy will likely be affected, including energy. Niger exports approximately 25% of the uranium that the EU uses for its nuclear power plants. Already, the junta in Niamey is indicating that it will suspend its uranium exports to France. This is despite government-connected French companies owning 63% of uranium mines in Niger. As indicated in the previous story, many see Russia’s hand in Niger’s move and in that of Burkina Faso which has halted uranium exports to both France and the US. Also of grave concern is the future of the Trans-Saharan gas pipeline project (TGSP; also known as NIGAL). This planned pipeline will bring natural gas from Nigeria through Niger and into Algeria. From there it will be transported to Europe. If Niger pulls out of the project, it is dead in the water. Saudis to Host Russia/Ukraine Peace Talks as War Rages This week, Saudi Arabia will host peace discussions for the Russia/Ukraine conflict. Representatives from 30 countries will fly to Jeddah to discuss what can be done to reach a peace settlement. One country that will not be there, however, is Russia. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has promised to “keep an eye on this meeting” which raises the possibility of success at this summit from “not a chance” to “just fractionally more than not a chance”. Meanwhile, the war still rages with Ukrainian suicide drones reaching Moscow, and Russian missiles hitting Ukraine’s civilian targets. Belarusian Helicopters Violate Polish Airspace Two Belarusian helicopters crossed into Poland’s airspace on Tuesday sparking alarm and a Polish military buildup. Tensions were already high between Poland, an ardent supporter of Ukraine, and Belarus, a toady nation of Russia. I highly suspect that if you were to look around Belarus, you would find many Wagner Group soldiers stationed there ready to invade Poland. In other Belarus news, Iran is about to sign a production agreement which will provide for the building of an assembly plant for their Shahed-136 suicide drones in the country. This will be in addition to the factory in Russia. Deadly Clash in Egyptian Military Headquarters in Sinai At least four police were shot to death on Sunday and more than 21 more were wounded at a heavily fortified Egyptian security facility in the Sinai Peninsula. It is unclear what exactly happened or who was responsible for it, but the speculation is that it is another in a string of ISIS attacks. Pakistan Terror Blast Kills More Than 40 A Sunday political rally in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province was devastated when a suicide bomber set off explosives. At least 42 were killed and more than 130 more were injured, some very seriously. It is suspected that those responsible were part of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) or one of its affiliates. Former President Trump Indicted on Four Counts Former US President Donald Trump was indicted by the Justice Department Tuesday on four felony counts. The accusations include conspiracy to commit fraud, tampering with witness statements, conspiracy to prevent an official state procedure, and conspiracy against civil rights. It is nearly impossible to not see this for what it really is. I was witness of it in my own country as the radical left did all they could to keep Benjamin Netanyahu out of the Prime Minister’s position using bogus charges. The liberals failed in my country. I pray they will fail in the US, also. Meanwhile, the rating agency Fitch downgraded the US government’s credit rating from AAA to AA+. Way to go, Joe! As in the Days of Noah When Jesus described the events surrounding His second coming, He said, “And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all” (Luke 17:26-27). In the New Testament, Peter describes Noah as a preacher of righteousness (2 Peter 2:5), which means the people living in the days of Noah were warned. In the Luke 17 passage, Jesus pointed out how the people of Noah’s day were not concerned about their spiritual condition. They were living their lives without a single thought of the judgment of God. MSG Sphere in Las Vegas Have you seen or heard about the new MSG Sphere? It’s Las Vegas’ newest venue. Its official opening is set for September; however, it was taken for a test run for the Fourth of July. This is the world’s largest spherical structure standing 366 feet tall — 61 feet taller than the Statue of Liberty — and an unbelievable 516 feet wide. What is this structure? Its real function is to be an entertainment venue designed to hold nearly 20,000 in attendance. That’s on the inside. The real showstopper is the outside, where 1.2 million LED screens change color and graphics. One moment it is a huge eyeball looking over the Las Vegas strip, then it becomes the moon, then it turns into a basketball, and so on. According to local news reports, the cost of building this structure is said to be $3.44 billion. That’s a billion with a “B”! The world is heading towards a financial crisis if not an economic collapse, and yet we are spending billions of dollars on a nearly 40-story sphere that lights up the Las Vegas strip. I can safely assume that when this venue officially opens in September, people will be spending their dollars heading to watch whatever events this venue hosts. As in the days of Noah… Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an organization of 190 countries. Here is the link to the IMF website listing all of the member nations. An IMF staff report dated March 29, 2023, said, “The global central banking community is actively exploring Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), which may have a fundamental impact on both domestic and international economic and financial stability.” This report also said, “Over 40 countries have approached the IMF to request assistance through CBDC capacity development.” A recent CBDC survey “covered a record 81 central banks, representing close to 76 percent of the world’s population and 94 percent of global economic output. The survey found that nine out of 10 central banks are now exploring CBDCs, with half developing or running concrete experiments.” What does all this mean? Central banks are increasingly pondering whether to issue their digital currencies to the general public. Here is the scary part — the IMF announced that they would not allow national currencies for member nations. This means that no government can have its own digital currencies. Instead, the digital currency will be a global currency. Last month at a conference in Rabat, Morocco, IMF managing director Kristalina Georgieva told conference participants that the transnational agency is developing a global platform for central bank-controlled digital currencies. She publicly confirmed, “At the IMF, we are working on the concept of a global CBDC platform.” IMF member countries submit to annual “surveillance” (ie. monitoring) of their policies by the IMF. Each nation’s policies and goals should connect all nations with a global currency, not “fragment” the world by using their own currency. If one works backward from Revelation 13, one can see how the Antichrist system is being positioned right before our eyes. Digital Currencies and Digital Identification If (one could say when) this system is implemented, these Central Bank Digital Currencies will impact all the residents of each IMF country. All citizens will be required to possess proper “digital identification” or they will not be permitted to access the new global digital financial system. When central banks all over the globe roll out their new central bank international digital currencies, to use those currencies, you must “prove that you are who you say you are.” The only way to do that is with the new global system of digital identification which is currently in the process of being introduced. The gap from freedom to global control is shortening as the world is mesmerized by a forty-story sphere. That is not supposed to happen. But it is happening. In fact, we are witnessing some really freakish things happen all over the globe right now. The increasingly erratic behavior of the giant ball of fire that we revolve around is causing all sorts of problems. In recent months scientists have identified the most sunspots that we have seen in decades, and there have been extremely powerful solar storms. Whenever the sun becomes very active, temperatures on our planet tend to be higher, and that is precisely what we have been experiencing. South America is in the middle of winter at this moment, but it has literally felt like summer in recent weeks… It’s the middle of winter in South America, but that hasn’t kept the heat away in Chile, Argentina and surrounding locations. Multiple spells of oddly hot weather have roasted the region in recent weeks. The latest spell early this week has become the most intense, pushing the mercury above 100 degrees Fahrenheit, while setting an August record for Chile. In Buenos Aires, where the average high on Aug. 1 is 58 degrees (14 Celsius), it surpassed 86 (30 Celsius) on Tuesday. “South America is living one of the extreme events the world has ever seen,” weather historian Maximiliano Herrera tweeted, adding, “This event is rewriting all climatic books.” This isn’t normal. How would you feel if the high temperature where you live hit 100 degrees in January? In Buenos Aires, they have just experienced the hottest beginning to the month of August that they have ever recorded… It was an unusually scorching winter day in Buenos Aires Tuesday, with thermometers in Argentina’s capital crossing the 30-degree Celsius mark (86 degrees Fahrenheit), the hottest start of August in 117 years of records, according to the country’s National Meteorological Service. Temperatures in the South American country’s capital reached 30.1 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, beating the previous record for the first day of August by more than five degrees. The previous hottest Aug. 1 was set in 1942, when temperatures reached 24.6 degrees Celsius (76.3 degrees Fahrenheit). Meanwhile, it also continues to be unusually hot in the northern hemisphere. In fact, people have literally been dropping dead from the heat in South Korea and Japan… The extreme weather sweeping across Asia has claimed more victims, with South Korea and Japan reporting deaths from the sweltering heat and authorities in both countries issuing alerts this week. And in Iran, the heat has been so intense that the government decided to literally shut the entire country down for two days this week… Iran on Wednesday began a two-day nationwide shutdown because of soaring temperatures, shortly after the Islamic Republic’s health ministry warned of a possible increase in cases of heat exhaustion. Government spokesman Ali Bahadori Jahromi on Tuesday said that “unprecedented heat” had forced the closures of governmental offices, banks and schools, according to the state-owned Islamic Republic News Agency. When temperatures are unusually high, that also means that storms are going to be unusually intense. In China, the city of Beijing just experienced “the heaviest rain in the city in at least 140 years”… More than 80,000 people were relocated due to flooding in Beijing, where 29.3 inches (744.8 mm) of rain fell between Saturday and Wednesday, the heaviest rain in the city in at least 140 years, The Associated Press said. It is unclear how many people are still trapped due to the widespread flooding. Needless to say, farmers throughout that region have been absolutely devastated by that much rain, and the Chinese government is going to be distributing hundreds of millions of yuan in emergency assistance… China will allocate 432 million yuan ($60 million) in flood relief funds to support agricultural output hit by heavy rainfall in eight provinces including Hebei, the agriculture ministry said on Wednesday. The fund is for replanting crops in flooded areas and purchasing goods to resume agricultural production, said the notification on the ministry’s website. Here in the United States, drought is the big story right now. For months, farmers in the middle of the nation have been hoping for rain, but so far not enough has materialized. As a result, many corn and soybean farmers are really hurting… As of late July, approximately 55% of US corn production and 50% of soybean production areas were experiencing drought conditions. Without a letup in the current Midwest heatwave, the potential size of the upcoming crop is getting smaller by the day. What is the potential impact on final yields? WATCH: https://youtu.be/laxJINPJv_I Down in Mexico, officials have become so desperate to end drought conditions that they have decided to resort to widespread cloud seeding… As an extreme drought grips Mexico, leading to crop losses, a lack of water and higher food prices, the government is trying to bring desperately-needed rain by turning to a controversial technology: cloud seeding. In July, the country kicked off the latest phase of a cloud seeding project that aims to artificially stimulate rainfall. It is targeting 62 municipalities clustered in its north and northeast, with the aim of “combating the effects of drought and contributing to the recharge of aquifers,” according to a statement from the Ministry of Agriculture. Cloud seeding is a technology first discovered in the 1940s. Since then, it has been used in around 50 countries, including in the United States and China. Mexico has been experimenting with weather modification for more than seven decades. It isn’t a mystery why all of this is suddenly happening. This year, we have seen more sunspots than we have in decades. In fact, there were more than 160 during the month of June alone… The sun produced over 160 sunspots in June, the highest monthly number in more than two decades. The data confirm that the current solar cycle, the 25th since records began, is picking up intensity at a much quicker pace than NASA and the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) forecasted, sparking concerns of severe space weather events in the months and years to come. And the intensity of recent solar storms has really alarmed a lot of the experts. In the UK, special preparations are being made as we approach the peak of the current solar cycle… The UK is stepping up preparations for solar storms that could play havoc with satellites, planes and power grids as “space weather” nears an 11-year peak, The National has been told. A design is to be approved this week for a monitoring system to make Britain better at forecasting blasts of energy from the Sun. Six prediction models are being built as the military and the private sector ask scientists for an operational system to give them more warning. I wish that I could tell you that conditions will soon return to normal. But I can’t do that. In fact, I believe that what we have experienced so far is just the beginning. I believe that solar activity will become even more wild and even more unpredictable during the years ahead, and that is not good news for any of us. This younger generation just ain’t the same”? It seems like the older generation is often quick to say that the younger generation doesn’t have a work ethic; they are not motivated; they couldn’t pour water out of a boot if the directions were on the heel; they don’t know where they are going, or what they would do when they get there, and so on. It’s easy to criticize. Every generation faces that criticism from the previous one. I once heard it said that older generations are living proof that younger generations can survive their lunacy. It’s true. And each year around this time, I find renewed hope in America. Working in the sports industry, particularly in football, I see a different side of the upcoming American generation. I see the older generation working with the younger generation, coaching them up on athletic skills, but more importantly using football to teach the life skills and values needed to live a successful life. The last two weeks of July are really the kickoff of the football season. But it’s not all that you think it is. There were over 300 camps from April to August where current and former National Football League players taught these skills to kids in their various communities across the country. They are using the sport of football to transfer the character and leadership skills they have learned to the next generation. July 29th and 30th found us in Washington, DC in the shadows of the old RFK stadium attending an invitational NFL Flag football tournament for teens. All 32 NFL teams sponsored flag teams to compete in this first of its kind tournament featuring 14 and under girls and boys and 17 and under girls. Yes, girls. Flag football has opened up a whole new sport for women to take advantage of the values of football. Let me tell you, girls can play. I was talking to one of the referees during the tournament. He said that he refs football in New Jersey. His point was that the NFL Flag games were a joy to officiate because the kids and the parents were respectful and upbeat. In fact, he said that the kids playing sports these days have a fiercely competitive, yet considerate demeaner. He said worst problem was the parents. Imagine that? Moving on to Canton, Ohio to the Pro Football Hall of Fame game and induction ceremonies. We were camping in Chris’s sister’s and brother-in-law’s lakefront home about 15 minutes from the Hall. Many do not know it, but there are several youth activations during Hall of Fame week. One was the free Play Football camp for boys and girls where Hall of Fame players and local high school players team up to teach kids the proper Way to Play. Over 300 kids from all across the country receive some football instruction and a lot of encouragement from these football stars. Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” The training kids get from sports like football has numerous benefits and transferrable skills for a successful life. To me, it spells H-O-P-E for our country. The Holy Spirit is God and a member of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit has a distinct personality, a will, and a purpose. And the Holy Spirit has a specific work that He wants to do in our lives. Before we were Christians, the Holy Spirit convicted us of our sin and drew us to Christ. And once we believed in Christ, the Holy Spirit sealed us. The Holy Spirit also will lead us, empower us, and fill us each day as we seek to live the Christian life. Paul wrote to the believers in Ephesus, “Be filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts” (Ephesians 5:18–19 NLT). Being filled with the Spirit has nothing to do with our emotions. Unfortunately, some people take the work of the Spirit and make it look bizarre. But that has nothing to do with the Holy Spirit. Being filled with the Spirit simply means letting the Holy Spirit control us. When we ask God to fill us, we are asking Him to control our lives. In fact, the term “filled” that Ephesians 5:18 uses to describe the filling of the Holy Spirit also carries the meaning of permeation. For example, think of how people used salt in the first century. They didn’t have refrigeration, so they rubbed salt into meat to permeate it and, as a result, preserve it. Our closest modern comparison would be jerky. So, Paul was saying the Holy Spirit wants to permeate our lives. The Holy Spirit wants to be a part of every aspect of our daily living. It isn’t about trying harder. It’s about realizing the Holy Spirit will give us the power we need to live this Christian life.
