19 “And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them.
20 And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the Lord, and are gone forth out of his land.
21 But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went.
22 Therefore say unto the house of Israel, thus saith the Lord God; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.
23 And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.” (Ezekiel 36:19-23)
 
We live in an age of miracles. Who would have dreamed the advancements that have been created in a short, by comparison of the last 125 year, to the history of mankind. But science has made great advances in medicine on understanding genetic codes, some good, and some not so good. As it was in the days of Noah, mankind has mastered many secrets to life, but have done things that God destroyed the whole earth because of doing things against His Creation. Man attempts to merge DNA's of humans and animals in test tubes is an abomination before God. To create artificial intelligence and make man a hybrid of machine and humanity. Then man has been able to manipulate weather such as using HAARP but creates havoc using such devices to control the elements.
 
Then we see the advances in space travel and I remember the news coverage when we first landed a manned space craft on the moon. Man expects in the future to travel to distant stars, to Mars and other planets outside our atmosphere. It appears there is nothing that mankind cannot do....to a point, that God will allow. Mankind has limits that are in the bounds of time, which we cannot control. We see the past and learn from history, but we cannot see the future and make any type of predictions, as we can only guess.
 
ISRAEL, A MODERN DAY MIRACLE
 
Take for example the restoration of Israel as a modern day democracy after almost 2000 years of being destroyed as a nation on earth. No one would have believed 150 years ago OR even 80 years that Israel would ever come back to her native country as we have seen in the last 73 years. Israel was virtually uprooted in 702 BC by Sargon II who conquered the northern half of the nation we now know as Israel and carted the people to distant lands, scattering them to the four winds and placed other people conquered into the land to prevent an uprising and rebellion of nations they conquered and overran. It is how the Samaritans came to be in the northern half of the once great nation of Israel in the days of Jesus. Likewise, the southern half of Israel, know as Judah was taken captive by the Kingdom of Babylon and finally returned after 70 years of exile. But in 70AD Jerusalem was destroyed and the Temple burned and the nation of Israel was no more when in 135 AD the city was sown with salt and plowed under and the national name was changed to Palestine by the Roman Empire after the name of the Philistines in Gaza area.
 
Still the prophets wrote confidently by Holy Spirit moving them to write, that in the last days, Israel would again be reborn in her own land. Once again the Hebrew people would inhabit real estate from which they were displaced, seemingly forever.
 
"And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country." (Ezekiel 34:13)
 
 Writing of the Gog Magog invasion, God inspired Ezekiel to prophesy;
 
"After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them." (Ezekiel 38:8)
 
In this passage, we find a time frame in Ezekiel's prophecy that would come to pass as he said “after many days, in the latter years”. They would be brought forth from all the nations that they had wandered to and be brought to the ancestral lands to a land who had always been laid waste for near 2000 years. A place when Mark Twain visited called it the most desolate place he had ever seen on earth. Nothing grew and there were no trees, but only desert and barren hills.
 
For more than 2,500 years, this prophecy of Ezekiel remained dormant. Israel was destroyed by Sargon and never again existed as an independent nation. Until, on May 14, 1948, when the survivors of the Holocaust were 'brought forth' under the banner of 'never again' to the 'mountains of Israel' -- which 'had always been waste' as the nation of 'Israel'.
 
During the time before Israel became a nation again, they petitioned Great Britain to allow them a homeland in the African country of Uganda, as they would have settled for any country, but that is not what the prophets wrote and not what God had promised Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that Israel and the Jewish people would inhabit again the mountains of Israel and that is exactly what happened.
 
I say all that about how Israel in a brevity of statements how Israel is now a nation again, to say this.
 
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE TRIBULATION?
 
Understanding the purpose of the Tribulation in relationship to Israel would go a long way to helping us to understand whether the Church of the Living God will be raptured before the tribulation, out of it, or after it.
 
Let us go back to the prophet Daniel and explore a little more of the vision given to the prophet and how history would unfold. Daniel foretold the rise and fall of three great empires and the rise, fall and revival of the last great world empire -- that of Rome.
 
"Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy." (Daniel 9:24)
 
The main points of the prophecy given to Daniel fall into these categories:
 
A. 'Weeks' refer to 'weeks of years' – 70/ 7 year periods equalling 490 years using the Hebrew 'shabua' or 'heptad' the way we use the Greek 'decade' in our culture to divide years into groups of ten years each.
 
B. The angel specifically said this period was for Daniel's people (Jews) and Daniel's holy city (Jerusalem).
 
C. Within this time frame six things will be accomplished; 1) finish the transgression, 2) make an end of sin, 3) make reconcilation for sin, 4) bring in everlasting righteousness, 5) seal up the vision and prophecy and 6) anoint the Most Holy.
 
All of these points are clearly directed at Israel, as the Church had not been formed yet. Point 1-3 in numeral category C above have already been accomplished and were settled for the church at the cross of Calvary by our Lord and Savior. Points 4-6 occur at the end of the Tribulation, with the establishment of the Millennial Kingdom and the rule of the King of kings, Jesus Christ.
 
The first 69 weeks or 483 years (70x7=490 years) concluded with Jesus riding in on a donkey to to loud proclaims of “Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest ” and the people proclaiming Jesus as King. A few days later and Jesus would be crucified, as the text in Daniel says:
 
“And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.” (Daniel 9:26)
 
Thus, the prophecy was put on pause, as the points 4-6 could not be completed because the Temple was destroyed in 70AD. At that time, God turned His attention to building a people who were not His people, the Church of the Living God. Daniel is told that the 70th week will open when the “Anti-Christ” confirms a covenant between Israel and the many or nations of the world.
 
“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.” (Daniel 9:27)
 
Daniel indicates in the passages noted above, that the Tribulation period is for Israel's national redemption. That theme is picked up by the prophet Zechariah:
 
 “The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.” (Zechariah 12:1-3)
 
Zechariah goes into great detail in chapter 12-14 of the redemption of Israel and is further proven in Revelation chapter 4 all the way through to chapter 20.
 
Jeremiah states further, that this is the time of Jacob's trouble:
 
7 “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.
8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.” (Jeremiah 30:7-9)
 
"For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished." (Jeremiah 30:11)
 
THOSE THAT DWELL ON THE EARTH.
 
There is also a second group that go through the Tribulation, right along with Israel:
 
"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." (Revelation 3:10)
 
Remember me telling you in times past, that the phrase “Keep thee from” is found in the original Greek in the word “EK” or meaning to keep from the hour, to separate those from the time and space. To bring them out of, not through an event. In this case, Jesus is talking about the coming Tribulation that will try “them that dwell upon the earth”. And the Church is not part of the Tribulation, as Jesus will take us “out of” His coming wrath poured out.
 
Note the phrase, 'them that dwell upon the earth'. We find it six other times; in Revelation 6:10, 8:13, 11:10, 13:8, and 17;8.
 
These are the individuals that gloat over the death of God's two witnesses found in chapter 11 of Revelation. And those who are pronounced to endure the final three trumpets which are to come written in chp. 8 of this same book of your Bible. These “dwellers on the earth” are the people who are deceived by the beast rising up from the sea, makes an image of the first beast, and worships the beast which all speaks of the Anti-Christ:
 
 
6 “And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” (Revelation 13:6-8)
 
Those who dwell upon the earth will gaze in wonder at the scarlet beast:
 
7 “And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” (Revelation 17:7-8)
 
These are the people, those that dwell upon the earth, who do NOT have their names written down in the Book of Life and will take the mark of the beast.
 
In contrast to these earth dwellers, Jesus says of the Church in His prayer at Gethsemane;
 
14 “I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” (John 17:14-17)
 
Jesus is praying at the time for His apostles, and all who the Father would give Him. It is a blanket prayer for all the saints of God down through time from the time of the cross. Clearly, since the Tribulation period is the time of Jacob's Trouble, was pronounced upon Daniel's people and Daniel's city, and its purpose is to accomplish for Daniel's people in the last days the same thing accomplished for the Church at the Cross. The Tribulation period is for the Jews. As I have spoken of many times in the past, the two group of people found during the tribulation as noted above are the Jewish people, the nation of Israel, and those who are rebellious against God known as the “dwellers upon the earth” . Israel will be refined as silver is refined in the furnace, as Malachi tells us:
 
2 “But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:
3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.
4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years.” (Malachi 3:2-4)
 
Just as clearly, according to Jesus, it is also to judge the earth dwellers whose names are not written in the Book of Life.
 
14 “And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.” (Revelation 14:14-20)
 
If there is a purpose for the Church in the Tribulation Period, there is no express mention of that purpose in Scripture, although Scripture is clear regarding both Jews and 'earth-dwellers'. And the 'earth dwellers' can't be the Church, since their names are not written in the Book of Life.
 
Paul tells us through God's Holy Spirit that we are not appointed to the wrath that is befallen those who dwell upon the earth, that starts in chp. 6 of Revelation.
 
9 “For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;
10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.” (1st Thessalonians 1:9-10)
 
But what wrath to come? To those who will be delivered unto hell fire for their rejection of Jesus Christ as personal Savior. The wrath of God will fall on all earth dwellers in the Tribulation that have rejected the only propitiation or substitute for the wrath we deserve, which is death. Again in Romans chapter 8, Paul confirms that we are not part of God's fury, as the wrath of God is fallen on those who are condemned.
 
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” (Romans 8:1-4)
 
Now lets look at 1st Thessalonians of Paul has further to say:
 
 “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,” (1st Thessalonians 5:1-9)
 
Notice in verse 3 "For when THEY shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon THEM, as travail upon a woman with child; and THEY shall not escape." (Note the pronouns 'they' and 'them')
 
Then we read in verse 5: "Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: WE are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let US not sleep, as do others; but let US watch and be sober." (Note the change -- 'they'- 'them' become 'we'- 'us')
 
Then in verse 7, Paul tells us the difference in “we,us” in verse 5, by differentiating between those that sleep and are drunk:
 
"For THEY that sleep sleep in the night; and THEY that be drunken are drunken in the night."
 
And finally, tells us that we must be vigilant "But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation."
 
There is a clear distinction between Jewish people who are alive during this time, and earth dwellers who are also going through the Tribulation, and “US” the Church, but let me make a point here.
 
Look at verse 8 above. It refers to the “hope of salvation”. What does that mean?
 
Salvation from what?
 
 
My salvation comes with an iron-clad guarantee, signed in Blood. I don't 'hope' for salvation -- I am saved now.
 
17” For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.” (1st Peter 4:17-19)
 
The church is being judged now. We are saved by the Blood of Jesus and have salvation from eternal punishment that is found in hell and the Lake of Fire.
 
.But salvation from the 'wrath to come' is indicated by the context and consistent with the doctrine that says,
 
"I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them from my hand." (John 10:28)
 
And the 'wrath to come' is the Tribulation period - the time of Jacob's Trouble. The Church is not needing judgment as we have already been judged righteous clothed with the righteousness of Jesus our Lord, and that not of our own.
 
The argument for a pre-tribulation Rapture of the Church is consistent with Scripture. Keep in mind that the salient point is not so much 'when' as it is "Who" is coming.
 
ARE YOU READY?
 
Do you know who is coming? Are you ready to meet Him? Will you be clothed with His righteousness, or found wanting by being clothed with your own? Yours cannot stand in front of a Holy God who will not allow sin into His presence. There is only one Way back to God our Father and to be forgiven of all of our short comings in breaking the Laws of God, for if you have sinned in one point, you have sinned in them all. One sin is just as great as the other in God's eyes. What must you do to be forgiven and be able to escape what is coming?
 
The Remedy is found in One Name that is above every name. Jesus Christ is that Name...He stands at the door of any sinner's heart and knocks to be allowed entrance. He won't force His way in, but will accept your invitation to make Him Lord of your life.
 
16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:16-18)
 
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.” (Romans 10:8-11)
 
Who will you be identified with in the coming time of the return of Jesus Christ for His Church...will you be that church, the bride of Christ, or will you simply be a sin filled “earth dweller” that has to go through the most horrific time known to God's world. Jesus is coming. Now is the season of making that decision for Jesus Christ and get on the ark of safety, which is the Son of God. Do it today, as the time of that closing window of opportunity is closing fast.

The Biden administration has decided to extend for another year the "national emergency" (Executive Order 12957), issued in 1995 in response to the threat Iran posed to the national security, foreign policy and economy of the US.
 
The Executive Order imposed a series of sanctions against Iran in response to its support for international terrorism, its efforts to undermine the Middle East peace process between Israel and the Palestinians, and its acquisition of nuclear weapons.
 
Last week, the White House announced that the "national emergency" must continue beyond March 15, 2021. It quoted President Joe Biden as saying that Iran's actions continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the US. Iran, he added, continues to develop missiles and other asymmetric and conventional weapons capabilities. He also accused Iran of continuing to support terrorist groups throughout the world.
 
The U.S. president pointed out that Iran is continuing the "proliferation and development of missiles and other asymmetric and conventional weapons capabilities, its network and campaign of regional aggression, its support for terrorist groups, and the malign activities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and its surrogates."
 
President Biden's decision to pursue the sanctions against Iran, however, has failed to reduce the fears of many Arabs. They say that they remain skeptical about Washington's policy toward the threats posed by the mullahs in Tehran.
 
"President Biden should not tolerate Iran," warned Saudi newspaper editor and writer Khaled bin Hamad al-Malek.
 
"He [Biden] should not make any concessions [to Iran] that do not serve stability in the region. Iran will continue with its tricks and deception to avoid sanctions and attempts to stop it from possessing a nuclear bomb that would pose a danger to countries in the region."
 
Addressing the Biden administration, al-Malek wrote:
 
"Iran is an evil, terrorist, and rogue state, and it does not abide by what is agreed upon with it. Iran plants its proxies in most countries of the region to create chaos and consolidate its agenda and expansionist goals. There is no better option than using force with this terrorist state to force it to respect international conventions and obligating it not to harm its neighbors, which is what we expect from the Biden administration in order to maintain the security and stability of the region."
 
Emirati political analyst and academic Dr. Salem Hameed warned the Biden administration against allowing itself to be deceived by the mullahs in Tehran.
 
Hameed expressed fear that the Biden administration would return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), known commonly as the Iran nuclear deal, which was signed in 2015 only by the five permanent members of the United nations Security Council – China, Russia, Britain, France, the US – plus Germany and the European Union. The Iranians never signed the JCPOA deal.
 
"The current Iranian ploy aims to delude the American side into believing that Tehran wants to return to the agreement, but it cannot make concessions due to street pressure, so it needs Washington to drop the sanctions before starting any negotiations," according to Hameed. Referring to the countries that signed the deal, Hameed added:
 
"Perhaps these countries, in order not to plunge the region into chaos, should develop continuous, unchanging strategies, because countries such as Iran take advantage of the pre- and post-election transitional state to rearrange their plans. With regards to Iran, it wants to pursue its goal of achieving nuclear weapons that threaten the region and the world."
 
Prominent Saudi writer Mohamed al-Sheikh said he was doubtful whether Iran would change its policies now that Biden is in the White House.
 
"Iran's mullahs are like dangerous poisonous snakes," al-Sheikh cautioned. "The mullahs cannot be tamed unless their fangs are completely pulled out. President Biden does not seem to be aware of how dangerous they are."
 
Al-Sheikh said that the Biden administration was hoping that by turning a blind eye to the crimes and human rights violations of the mullahs, Washington would "win the mullahs into the US camp."
 
The Biden administration, "especially the left-wing of the Democratic Party, still hope to win the mullahs into their camp and pull them out of the Chinese-Russian camp," he remarked.
 
"The mullahs of Iran are still dreaming of establishing the Great Persian Empire, and for the sake of this goal they are not averse to harnessing all efforts and funds to reach this goal, even if they are forced to be patient."
 
Al-Sheikh added that he still could not understand why the Democrats were rushing to appease Iran while sacrificing Washington's historic allies such as Israel and the Gulf states, including Saudi Arabia.
 
Former Egyptian diplomat Amr Helmy lashed out at the Biden administration for "dropping" most of the 12 conditions that the Trump administration had set for returning to the nuclear agreement with Iran.
 
The conditions, announced in May 2020 by then US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, require Iran, among other things, to stop enrichment and never pursue plutonium reprocessing, provide the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) with unqualified access to all its sites, end its proliferation of ballistic missiles, halt support to Middle East terrorist groups and end its threatening behavior against its neighbors.
 
Helmy argued that by abandoning these conditions the Biden administration was sending the wrong message to Iran:
 
"Iran has stepped up its pressure to exploit the US eagerness to resume negotiations with it over its nuclear program... The message Iran has received: the Biden administration is focused on reviving the policy applied by [former US President Barack] Obama and is backing down from the [policies] of the Trump administration."
 
Iran, Helmy added, "will not stop the escalation in the region now that it understands that the new US administration will not hesitate to continue weakening Washington's allies and prioritize the most dangerous adversaries who may not return to the negotiating table unless the US sanctions [on Iran] are lifted."
 
Egyptian political analyst Dr. Tarek Fahmi said that Iran continues to pose a threat to the entire region, and not only Israel. Fahmi urged the Biden administration to review its policies and not rush into entering negotiations with Iran.
 
"Iran continues to threaten the security of the entire region, and not a specific country; this requires the US administration to re-examine its positions and not rush to enter into negotiations with Iran," Fahmi wrote in an article headlined, "The wrong path of Biden's policy toward Iran."
 
He said that Iran will continue its maneuvers to obtain concessions from the Biden administration.
 
"US begging for negotiations [with Iran] will lead to more Iranian intransigence and promote its extremism," Fahmi said. He warned that the US would be the "biggest loser" if Iran is allowed to continue with its maneuvers and threats against the security of the region.
 
"Despite all the negative positions of Iran, the US administration is still ready to re-engage in serious diplomacy to achieve a mutual return to compliance with the commitments of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action," he added.
 
These voices from the Arab world are unmistakably articulating a growing fear over the Biden administration's perceived weakness in dealing with the Iranian threat. Significantly, such voices seem to be shared by a large number of Arabs in different Arab countries -- not only the Gulf states. Tellingly, the voices are speaking in unison to the Biden administration: pacify the mullahs in Tehran today, pay for the appeasement in blood tomorrow.

In this article, I am going to share some things with you that defy “rational explanation”. As our society has become increasingly obsessed with the occult, experts that deal with cases of demonic possession report that they have seen a huge surge in demand in recent years. Many of those that reach out for help are absolutely desperate, because often the torment caused by the demons is almost unbearable. Unfortunately, the movies, television shows, books and video games that draw so many of our young people to the world of the occult just keep getting even darker and even more “realistic”. So it is quite likely that the surge in demonic activity in our society will only continue to escalate.
 
Of course a lot of people out there never spend too much time thinking about such things because they cannot see into that realm.
 
But once in a while, all of us have the opportunity to get a glimpse into what is happening on the other side.
 
For example, a grandmother named Tory McKenzie recently set up a motion-activated camera to try to determine what was causing her tw0-year-old granddaughter so much distress during the night.
 
It turns out that the camera did capture an image of what her two-year-old granddaughter was seeing, and when she saw what it was Tory McKenzie completely freaked out…
 
Tory McKenzie set up a motion-activated camera at her son’s house after complaints his two-year-old daughter Amber McKenzie was talking to something unseen in the middle of the night.
 
The 41-year-old checked her camera’s app four days later to find a bone-chilling image of a figure standing inches away from the sleeping tot and her seven-month-old brother Michael McKenzie, with ‘a horn on its head and long claws’.
 
In a desperate attempt to get it to leave, Tory McKenzie started “burning oils”, but that only stirred up the creature even more…
 
When she tried to rid the house, which was hers but is now owned by her son, of the ‘evil presence’ by burning oils, she claims cabinets and curtains opened and closed and music began to play by itself.
 
These things are very real, and as incidents become increasingly common throughout our society even the mainstream media is starting to pay attention.
 
In fact, a few years ago the Washington Post actually featured a guest article by a psychiatrist about his experiences with demonic possession…
 
Assaults upon individuals are classified either as “demonic possessions” or as the slightly more common but less intense attacks usually called “oppressions.” A possessed individual may suddenly, in a type of trance, voice statements of astonishing venom and contempt for religion, while understanding and speaking various foreign languages previously unknown to them. The subject might also exhibit enormous strength or even the extraordinarily rare phenomenon of levitation. (I have not witnessed a levitation myself, but half a dozen people I work with vow that they’ve seen it in the course of their exorcisms.) He or she might demonstrate “hidden knowledge” of all sorts of things — like how a stranger’s loved ones died, what secret sins she has committed, even where people are at a given moment. These are skills that cannot be explained except by special psychic or preternatural ability.
 
 
Of course many others have reported witnessing similar things. Just consider this quote from a Catholic priest named Vince Lampert…
 
“I’ve seen levitation, eyes rolled to the back of the head, foaming at the mouth, people falling on the floor and slither like a snake across the ground,” Lampert said. “Speaking languages otherwise unknown to an individual, exhibiting superhuman strength.”
 
What would you do if you suddenly saw someone levitate or start slithering around on the ground like a snake as they speak in Latin?
 
Another exorcist named James Cloud that has “performed hundreds of exorcisms” says that many people willingly open up doors to dark spirits…
 
He said drugs, ouija boards and a whole host of dark materials on the internet can open you up to dark spirits.
 
“As the years go by, the cases are getting darker.”
 
This is just one of the reasons why I encourage my readers to be very careful about what “entertainment” they bring into their homes.
 
As a teenager, Jenny Weaver was fascinated by the witchcraft that she saw practiced in a popular movie, and pretty soon she was deeply immersed in the occult…
 
Feeling powerless and unloved, Jenny started cutting and smoking pot. Then she saw a movie about teen witches that showed her a way to take charge of her life. Soon, she was pouring over books about witchcraft, Wicca, and the occult, and trying spells with her friends.
 
“Wiccan religion is, ‘Do what you want, but do no one any harm.’” says Jenny. “It’s kind of like, ‘Oh, it’s the good witch.’ I felt like I had power,” says Jenny. “And, so, I’m looking at this like, ‘Oh, this is the most amazing thing ever.’”
 
Unfortunately for Weaver, the fun did not last for very long. Pretty soon, the torment from the demon spirits that she had invited to be around her became quite nightmarish…
 
“You would feel demon spirits literally walking by you like a human being was walking by you,” says Jenny. “Touching you. Scraping the wall. It went from, ‘Oh, this is gonna be really fun,’” says Jenny, “into, ‘I’m gonna choke you out until you die. I’m gonna take your life.’ All the time. Constantly tormented.”
 
This sort of thing is far more common than most of us would like to admit.
 
In fact, many “mental health disorders” actually have a spiritual cause, and some mainstream scientists are starting to figure this out.
 
For instance, M. Kemal Irmak just had a paper published in the Journal of Religion and Health that explored the link between schizophrenia and demonic possession…
 
As seen above, there exist similarities between the clinical symptoms of schizophrenia and demonic possession. Common symptoms in schizophrenia and demonic possession such as hallucinations and delusions may be a result of the fact that demons in the vicinity of the brain may form the symptoms of schizophrenia. Delusions of schizophrenia such as “My feelings and movements are controlled by others in a certain way” and “They put thoughts in my head that are not mine” may be thoughts that stem from the effects of demons on the brain. In schizophrenia, the hallucination may be an auditory input also derived from demons, and the patient may hear these inputs not audible to the observer. The hallucination in schizophrenia may therefore be an illusion—a false interpretation of a real sensory image formed by demons. This input seems to be construed by the patient as “bad things,” reflecting the operation of the nervous system on the poorly structured sensory input to form an acceptable percept. On the other hand, auditory hallucinations expressed as voices arguing with one another and talking to the patient in the third person may be a result of the presence of more than one demon in the body. (p. 776)
 
So what should people do if they think that they have opened a door to demonic spirits?
 
Well, Jenny Weaver says that she finally got free when someone led her in a prayer to renounce witchcraft…
 
“I would say, ‘I renounce,’ and if I would try to say it at first, it was like ‘Wwww,’ and they wouldn’t let me,” says Jenny. “It was like my mouth was—I couldn’t even get the words, and they would say, ‘Rrrr, we’re not—we’re not leaving, no.’ And they would curse and spit,” says Jenny. “It was very, very, very crazy.”
 
Finally…
 
“I knew there was a release,” says Jenny. “I could tell, I could feel it. I knew. I was like, ‘Okay, I’m free. They’re gone. They’re gone.’ And I was just, ‘Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus,’” says Jenny.
 
As we get even deeper into the end times, supernatural manifestations will become increasingly common.
 
Hollywood has exported occult culture all over the globe, and on a daily basis millions upon millions of people are opening up spiritual doors that they shouldn’t be opening.
 
This is creating a massive worldwide spiritual crisis, but the vast majority of the people out there still do not understand what is happening.

It takes study to understand prophecy. To gain some understanding of it, it’s important to remember a very important rule: God is always right. That seems simple enough, but people tend to look at the future in terms of the present. George Washington could never have imagined weapons of today, so would have no idea how to interpret “And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.” Zechariah 14:12. Is this referring to a nuclear explosion? We also forget that God is all powerful. For instance, the prophet Isaiah said “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14. Because they didn’t believe God’s word, people who should have known better interpreted this as meaning God’s sign would be a young woman giving birth to the Messiah. Only women give birth and many are young, so nothing would be unusual about it. Mary, the mother of Jesus, was a young virgin when she gave birth to the Messiah. Now, that’s a sign! Although the Pharisees missed the Messiah, many other prophecies proved that Jesus was the long-expected Messiah . The men who should have recognized the Messiah, crucified Him instead. That also fulfilled prophecy.
 
John the Baptist knew who Jesus was. In fact, John fulfilled prophecy. The book of Isaiah contains many warnings to the people of Israel to return to the Lord or face judgment. It also contains many prophecies of comfort. One of those is found in Isaiah chapter 40. Israel is God’s chosen nation, but they spent many years ignoring Him and disobeying Him. The time had come for judgment and Isaiah had told of the coming Babylonian captivity. In spite of that, Isaiah was directed to speak of comfort to this rebellious nation. This would be a future comfort when the Messiah is finally accepted. “Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD’S hand double for all her sins.” Isaiah 40:1-2. Israel needs to stop fighting God for this to be fulfilled. One day soon they will stop their rebellion. Isaiah also said someone would announce the arrival of the King. “The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.” Isaiah 40:3. John the Baptist announced the Messiah and he called Israel to repentance. That would clear the way for the King of kings. The Jewish leaders knew of John’s ministry and sent “priests and Levites” to ask who he was. They wanted to know if he was the long-awaited Messiah. “And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.” John 1:20. These men who read Scripture were looking for the Messiah, but were looking in the wrong place. “Then said they unto him, Who art thou? That we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. And they which were sent were of the Pharisees.” John 1:22-24. They should have paid attention to John’s words and known he was the fulfillment of a prophecy and that meant the Messiah would soon be made known.
 
There were many more signs that Jesus was the Messiah and if the religious leaders had believed prophecy as God breathed it to the prophets of old, they would have recognized that Jesus Christ was the one they were looking for. An interesting prophecy is found in Daniel. It describes 70 weeks of years. Had the Pharisees paid attention to this prophecy they would have known exactly the day that the Messiah would ride into Jerusalem. Daniel was young when he was taken captive by the Babylonians when they captured Jerusalem. Although taken to a very pagan nation, Daniel never forgot that he was Jewish and first and foremost served God Almighty. He was given a prophecy of when the Messiah would appear. “Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of the sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.” Daniel 9:24-27. Daniel was Jewish and this prophecy is about “thy people” and “thy holy city”. This isn’t about Gentiles or Christians. The 70 weeks prophecy is about Israel.
 
When was the decree to restore and build Jerusalem issued? When the Babylonians conquered Judah, they had destroyed Jerusalem and the temple. They took many captives, but God had told Jeremiah the captivity would only last 70 years. When it was over, some returned to Jerusalem, but some stayed in Babylon. Time passed and when Artaxerxes had been king for 20 years, Nehemiah, cup bearer to the king, felt driven to return to Jerusalem and rebuild it. Many years after Daniel was given the prophecy, Artaxerxes issued the decree to rebuild. According to Daniel’s prophecy, 483 years would pass from that decree until the Messiah appeared. People who are smarter than me, Sir Robert Anderson for instance, have calculated the time from when Artaxerxes issued the decree to rebuild Jerusalem to the day Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, as 483 years. The prophet Zechariah spoke of the Triumphant entry into Jerusalem. “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.” Zechariah 9:9. The people cheered and sang from Psalm 118 “And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.” Matthew 21:9. The people praised their Messiah, but Jesus knew the Pharisees hadn’t paid attention to prophecy; He grieved over their ignorance. “And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! But now they are hid from thine eyes. For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, and shall lay thee even with the ground and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.” Luke 19:41-44. Prophecy had been very clear that these events would happen, but the Pharisees wouldn’t believe God’s word was being fulfilled and that Jesus was the Messiah. Because of their ignorance, the nation of Israel would face judgment.
 
Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem fulfilled Zechariah 9:9. “All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.” Matthew 21:4-5. Had the Pharisees believed God’s word, they would have known that they were watching prophecy being fulfilled. God knew they wouldn’t accept Jesus as the Messiah, and more prophecy describes the horrible things they did to Him. Daniel’s prophecy says that Messiah would be cut off…killed. He was. One of the men who had followed Jesus and was considered a disciple, betrayed Him. Jesus knew that Judas was the traitor. “When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.” John 13:21. During this final gathering with His disciples, they shared a last supper, and then Judas went off to betray Jesus. This betrayal fulfilled prophecy. “Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.” Psalm 41:9. Judas fulfilled the prophecy in this Psalm, but he also fulfilled one in Zechariah. “And I said unto them, if ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.” Zechariah 11:12. Brothers and sisters, we need to take warning from this. Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver, but let’s look to our own hearts. Every time we follow the way of the world rather than the way of our Lord, we betray Him. Are you filled with pride? Do you anger easily, feel that other people are beneath you, or gossip? Jesus said to love one another, and demonstrated that love by washing Judas’ feet even though He knew Judas would soon betray Him. Jesus knows that you’ll betray His love for you when you behave like the world dictates, but He loves you anyway and is willing to forgive you.
 
Prophecy continued to be fulfilled. Judas led the band of scoundrels to arrest Jesus, but then regretted his actions because he had betrayed an innocent Man. He threw the silver into the temple, and the Pharisees bought a “potter’s field” in which to bury strangers, fulfilling Zechariah 11:13. Jesus was arrested and tortured. He was tried by both the Jewish leaders and by the Gentiles. No one person or ethnic group can be blamed. The prophet Isaiah gives graphic detail of the torture. “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him: and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5. Isaiah said that He would be lead as a lamb to the slaughter and remain silent (Isaiah 53:7), he was “…cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people was he stricken.” Isaiah 53:8b. He made his grave with the wicked and the rich (Isaiah 53:9) and Jesus was buried in a rich man’s tomb. Psalm 22 also describes the crucifixion. “I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels. My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.” Psalm 22:14-15. This Psalm seems as if it’s an eyewitness account of Jesus on the cross.
 
I’ve just mentioned a few of the prophecies about Jesus’ life among men and His crucifixion. Fulfilled prophecy proves we can believe God, but many prophecies are yet to be fulfilled. When Daniel was given the 70-week prophecy, it says Messiah would be cut off (Daniel 9:26). When that happened, there was a “pause” in the prophetic timeline. This pause is where we are today. We live in the age of grace. If anyone today is convicted of their sin, they can turn to Jesus in repentance and accept His death, burial, and resurrection for salvation. “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.” Romans 11:25. People will continue to come to Jesus until the “fulness of the Gentiles be come in”. At that time, Christians will be called home in the Harpazō – the Rapture. The pre-trib rapture will fulfill prophecy. When that happens, the world will face tribulation like never seen before; God’s word says so. Many prophecies cover this time period and it would be wise for you to study them. We are very close to the Rapture and many things are swiftly falling into place. The books of Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Zechariah contain prophecies of the end times. Jesus told of the end times and Revelation, beginning in chapter 6, tells what will happen after the Rapture. The stage is being set, and if you have understanding of prophecy, you will be listening for the call to “Come up hither”.
 
It’s easy to look back in time and see the ignorance of the Pharisees, but many people today are just as ignorant of prophecy. Many prophecies are being fulfilled today. Study Biblical prophecy and you’ll be able to understand the times in which we live.

Department of Homeland Security data analyzed by Breitbart News reveals that between February 1 and March 22, the Biden Administration released nearly 23,430 border crossers into the US interior after apprehending them at the US-Mexico border, and another 130,000 escaped apprehension. Biden’s ending of Trump-era border security and publicizing an open border policy has created a humanitarian, sex and human trafficking, and national security crisis. Biden, while denying the situation is a crisis, put a gag on officials from talking about it to the news media. Senate Democrats Wednesday blocked a resolution stating the influx of migrants at the border constituted a crisis. Now Vice President Kamala Harris says otherwise.
 
After months of creating a crisis, denying it is a crisis, calling for volunteers to help, and refusing to discuss it with the news media, Biden is now appointing Harris to handle the issue. At the White House, Biden, in a rambling and delusional announcement behind a mask, blamed the Trump Administration for its draconian border policies and for separating children at the border, saying that despite these things, there was a surge of illegal border crossings that America is now experiencing. He said, “This new surge we’re dealing with now started with the last administration but it’s our responsibility to deal with it humanely and to stop what’s happening,” Harris accepted the job by saying that she can handle the “problem” at the border because she chew gum and walk at the same time.
 
Earlier on Wednesday’s “CBS This Morning,” Harris admitted, “Well, OK, look, it’s a huge problem. I’m not going to pretend it’s not. it’s a huge problem. Are we looking at overcrowding at the border in particular of these kids? Yes. Should these kids be in the custody of HHS, the Health and Human Services instead of the Border Patrol? Yes. Should we be processing these cases faster? Yes.” Then she pivoted to blaming the Trump Administration for the problem, saying “This is, however, not going to be solved overnight. There are things that we need to do, especially since there was a system in place previously, before the last administration, to allow us to process these kids in their country of origin, that was dismantled.”
 
Setting expectations low, Harris said, “We’ve got to reconstruct it. It’s not going to happen overnight…Look we’ve been in office less than a hundred days we’re addressing it, we’re dealing with it, but it’s going to take some time, and are we frustrated? Are you frustrated? Yes, we are.” Their solution appears is to pay other countries your hard-earned tax dollars to keep their people at home—this didn’t work in Obama-Biden Version 1.0 and it won’t work now. Biden invited this crisis and it benefits the globalist agenda, drug dealers and human traffickers at the expense of human pawns, including children, and tax-paying American citizens. Ephesians 5:6 says, “Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things comes the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.” Also, the consequences of unwise and scurrilous agendas.

When I was a brand-new believer, other Christians warned me, “Greg, you’re going to go through trials.”
 
“What do you mean by trials?”
 
“You’ll know,” they said.
 
And when the first trial hit, I knew.
 
Why does God allow trials, tribulation, and hardships in the lives of Christians? James 1:2–4 tells us, “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience haveits perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing” (verses 2–4 NKJV).
 
Trials are like God’s gym. When we’re out of shape, for instance, we go to the gym. We have to pace ourselves, and in time we’ll break down muscle and then build it up. And we’ll be stronger as a result.
 
In the same way, God lets us go through trials to strengthen us. We break down spiritual muscle to build it up.
 
For example, Moses went into exile for 40 long years. He was a hotheaded man who took matters into his own hands. Instead of waiting on the Lord’s timing, he killed an Egyptian.
 
But the Lord recommissioned him at the burning bush (see Exodus 3), and ultimately, Moses learned how to deal with people who opposed him.
 
Does that describe your life today? Are you dealing with people who are critical of you, who are making things hard for you? Have people treated you unfairly?
 
When this happens, our natural reaction is to hit back—and hit back even harder.
 
But that isn’t what the Bible tells us to do. Jesus said, “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you” (Luke 6:27–28 NKJV).
 
When you do that, you’re acting like true children of your Father in Heaven.
