You’ve seen them. I’ve seen them. Bumper stickers and internet banners, indicating that in case of rapture, this car/profile/website will be abandoned. Part of it is a witnessing tool; the other part though is a warning. Either way, those who post or put them on their vehicles and websites, sincerely want those left behind to know why. This, coincidently, brings to mind something Vice President Harris recently said on her East Asian “please dear God hide me from Joe Biden’s Afghanistan disaster” official visit. In Singapore she said -
 
"The stories that we are now hearing about the caution that if you want to have Christmas toys for your children it might be the time to start buying them because the delay may be many, many months," the Vice President of the United States advised.
 
It is interesting to me how she, an “elected” official, has come to acquire this economic insight by giving us her own cryptic prophetic warning. Even more interesting to me is how she fails to share with the rest of us what she knows, and how exactly this will play out for us commoners.
 
This got me thinking.
 
We’ve all heard rumors that another lockdown was coming for the United States this fall. Granted, I understand certain socialist states (California, Washington, etc.), cities, counties, and countries around the world are currently experiencing, to varying degrees, Orwellian-styled lockdowns. But why are the city, state, and world leaders pushing these draconian lockdowns as a solution? At present, we have three vaccines (technically these are mRNA modifications, not vaccines).
 
Nevertheless, in addition to those three, we have effectively tested numerous preventative prophylactics such as hydroxychloroquine, Regeneron, and Ivermectin. We have our own immune systems. We have increased our collective safety measures such as handwashing, social distancing, and mask-wearing. We know these last three are effective because the "experts" have told us flu numbers have plummeted this past season.
 
So again…why another global lockdown?
 
Oh, wait, the Delta-variant. You can bet that if the Delta doesn't scare people, the subsequent follow-on strains will be. As of 25 August, we are still waiting with bated breath to hear the results of a Top Secret briefing to Pres. Biden on the “origins of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,” which the rest of us have known all along as the China Virus.
 
But why are the current governments so eager to do something so suicidal to their economies, to the global economy, to their societies, and to the mental and physical welfare of their citizens by imposing another completely unnecessary lockdown?
 
Assessment
 
Satan knows the rapture is soon. Granted, he’s known it was coming for nearly two thousand years, he just never knew when. However, after the supernatural rebirth of Israel, the explosion (pun intended) of nuclear weapons, the opening of the digital Pandora’s Box called the Internet, and the governmental embracement of she-men like Caitlyn Jenner, Satan’s gotta know it’s all coming to a head.
 
The blood of a billion aborted babies soaks the ground. The cry of the martyrs has filled God's ears now for two thousand years. The prayers of millions of saints crying out now for healing, justice, and freedom stream forth to Him by the second. Yes, Satan knows something is about to change because he knows a just God is not going to continue to tolerate the blasphemous lunacy of this world for much longer.
 
As the world continues to unravel faster and faster, it seems like Kamala Harris’s ominous projection seems to make sense then (from a strategic perspective). If Satan knows everything is about to come crashing down, it would be in his best interest to thwart that fallout as best as he can. The little bit of extra leash Satan does have, he uses to selfishly steer the nations to align to his dream of a single, global, empire.
 
My theory is that old Lucifer is attempting to minimize the fallout from the Rapture by getting his minions to push these lockdowns. In a way, he can kill two birds with one stone. First, he can minimize the public fallout from millions of missing persons. Second, he can crash the economies of the world forcing everyone to go under one currency. He knows that once the Rapture occurs, he will have very little time to get his agenda online. Thus, the manmade COVID19 virus, the total global lockdowns, and the mandatory pharmaceutical conditionings are outcroppings of his desperation. These are the "break in case of Rapture" options he has left, and this is why, despite the options, the world is locking down again and again.
 
For those who think this is a little too conspiratorial, we can see even now how this world system is effectively shutting down access to the truth, the Gospel, and Bible prophecy. While the governments are increasingly labeling anything conservative or Christian, as “hate speech” or “extremist,” they are using private and public corporations to enforce their mandates. This new fascism (i.e., the merging of private corporations into government service) is at the beginning stages of limiting who can work, who can travel, who can buy and sell based on who takes the covid shots, claiming it’s all for public health. The new beast system is likely the merger of powerful corporations (ex. Twitter, Google, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Apple, Amazon, etc.), and totalitarian governments.
 
The Rapture will be the world’s greatest calamity (to date). The Rapture will decimate what little remains (after covid lockdowns) the world’s greatest economy (the United States), but our collapse will trigger a global economic collapse, unlike the world, has ever seen. The ramifications will be felt throughout every logistic, financial, and business market throughout the world.
 
This economic collapse will trigger great political, societal, and military unrest around the world. If you think the collapse of Afghanistan was bad, imagine every nation and major city in the world undergoing the same thing. With the collapse of the US and the global stability she brings (or used to bring), the vacuum we leave will attempt to be filled by every tinpot despot, criminal and terrorist organization, and totalitarian power in the world.
 
The last and most devastating effect of the Rapture will be that all children under the age of accountability will be raptured. So while there might be varying Christian opinions on the subject, they do so because Scripture is largely silent on the subject. However, we must take into consideration where the Bible does speak regarding the status of children from God’s perspective:
 
1. Christ stated that children were worthy of the Kingdom of heaven (Matt. 18:3, 19:13-14, 21:15-16, Luke 18:15-17)
 
2. God told Moses those under the age of 20, need not pay the Ransom Money to atone for their sins (Exodus 30:11-16)
 
3. Only those under the age of 20 were allowed to enter into the Promised Land (Num. 32:11)
 
While these are not “silver bullet” passages that absolutely say all children must go up in the Rapture, it at least shows a consistent perspective from God that children under a certain age, are not fully competent to make eternal decisions. This makes sense, given that we (mere mortals) recognize e children are not even competent to make earthly decisions since they lack both the mental acuity (brain development) and experiential knowledge to do so.
 
If we (mere humans) can legislate what age children can vote, drive, enter military service, and drink alcohol, etc., then how much more just is a God that fully understands the young lack understanding? After all, He created us to physically and mentally mature at the rate that we do; He fully understands at what point people should be competent to answer for their own sins. Therefore, if we had to assign an age of accountability, the only Biblical reference we have to point to is found in Exodus and Numbers. It would seem that those under the age of 20 are kept in a state of innocence until they pass the age of 20. If that is true, then innocence, whether one was a baby or a 19-year-old, is still under the same category of innocence.
 
The two future prophetic events that Satan fears and hates the most- the Rapture, and the Second Coming. At the Rapture, Satan understands he will be condemned to executing his plan under an extremely compressed window of time. At the Second Coming, Satan understands he will be chained and cast into the abyss for 1,000 years.
 
This is why Satan has worked so hard, for so long, to discredit the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. The Apostle Paul taught a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. This was given to him by God. The early disciples of the Apostles believed that in a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. The early church fathers largely believed this, and this view did not begin to change until Augustine’s amillennialism began to move men’s focus off of the “Kingdom Come” to the “Kingdom Now.” Satan began to successfully exploit this divergence in orthodoxy so that for the next thousand years, men were blinded to where they were on God’s prophetic calendar. So extensive was this blinding that the Roman Catholic Church, as well as certain mainline Protestants, condemned and imprisoned those who believed otherwise. For example:
 
There is the interesting case of John Asgill (1659–1738), who wrote a book in 1700 about the possibility of translation (i.e. rapture) without seeing death. As a result of writing this book, Asgill was removed from the Irish parliament in 1703 and then from the English parliament in 1707. “His book had been examined and pronounced blasphemous, and had been burnt by order of the House without his having been heard in its defense.” Asgill spent the last thirty years of his life in prison because of his book on the rapture. This would tend to throw cold water on anyone desiring to make known their thoughts on the rapture.
 
Although there has always been a remnant who has believed and hoped in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, the corrupted Roman Catholic Church (RCC) has been on suppression-control trying to silence the truth of the Pre-Trib Rapture. For the better part of a thousand years, the RCC has attempted to suppress the distribution and language of the available bibles, which were largely kept in short supply and exclusively in Latin. By the time of the Reformation, the Bibles were beginning to be written and distributed in other languages (German, English) and people were starting to see for themselves that the Second Coming was a very different event than the one Paul taught about. 
 
Conclusion
 
Make no mistake, the world is a mess today. If we try and make sense of all this chaos by our own reasoning, we will not be able to understand it. This chaos is not happenstance; it is by design.
 
The chaos is sporadic and intentionally fragmented to keep one from putting the whole picture together. Satan wants things so convoluted and so complicated that it inspires growing hopelessness and anxiety in the general population. These are designed to promote desperation. In that desperation, Satan wants mankind to turn to anyone, or anything to help solve these problems.
 
However, if we consider the world events today in light of where the Bible says the world will end up, things begin to make sense. This is why we say this is by design. As Jan Markell is fond of saying, things are not falling apart, they are falling into place. Satan, the current de facto ruler of this earth (Luke 4:5-6, 1 John 5:19), is attempting to drive the nations to come under the authority of his man, the Antichrist.
 
However, Satan has a couple of roadblocks that are preventing him from fully implementing his agenda. First, he cannot get the nations to fall under one system until he gets the United States out of the way. Our constitution was designed to prevent us from subordinating ourselves under another nation or entity. Who knew the US would end up becoming the primary stalwart against a rising global government? (Acts 17:26)
 
Lastly, although Satan presently has a large degree of control over the kingdoms of this earth, he has no control over the insurgent kingdom growing in its midst. This Kingdom is “not of this earth” and thus, not under his control. We (the Church) are the insurgents here, and we will continue to be a thorn in Satan’s side until we are removed by our own High Commander based on His own strategic judgment. We will be safely removed prior to God executing His own campaign of judgment and wrath upon a belligerent, enemy state (Jer. 30:7,11). Be of good cheer though,

What was intended as a grab for attention may have much deeper ramifications after a student in Italy went viral on Tiktok for tattooing the barcode of his covid certificate on his arm.
 
Twenty-two year old Andrea Colonnetta's left arm now bears a matrix of black squares from the QR code of his official Italian green pass.
 
He said he had received both doses of a coronavirus vaccine.
 
The pass gives proof of coronavirus status -- that you are vaccinated, have recovered from the virus, or tested negative in the last 48 hours.
 
It has been required in Italy since August 6 to get into cinemas, museums and indoor sports venues or to eat indoors at restaurants.
 
The barcode tattoo has apparently become much more than just a novelty as it actually works for scanning. Colonnetta was able to show a video of himself entering a McDonalds after a security guard scanned his tattoo.
 
Many people are greatly concerned about how the future of covid passports will affect their freedoms and even the technological aspects of how such passports might be enforced in the future. There is already a very large black market for fake covid certificates and some believe the only way to crack down on such forgeries will be biometric enforcement which leads to the necessity of biometric surveillance.
 
The recent fall of Afghanistan is a lesson in what happens when the bad guys get access to biometric databases.
 
After years of a push to digitize databases in the country, and introduce digital identity cards and biometrics for voting, activists warn these technologies will now be used by the Taliban to track down people who worked with the previous government or Americans by checking their fingerprints or iris scans against a database. 
 
There are already several reports from Afghanistan that the Taliban have been using biometric readers when going from house to house for security checks.
 
With access to such data, it will be much more difficult to hide one's identity as well as that of your family's identities, and the data can also be used to flesh out your contacts and network," said Welton Chang, chief technology officer at Human Rights First.
 
It could also be used "to create a new class structure - job applicants would have their bio-data compared to the database, and jobs could be denied on the basis of having connections to the former government or security forces.
 
For most Americans the biggest biometric decision they currently have to worry about is how much info to let their fitness watch gather. 
 
However what happens when you are required a mandatory bracelet so an employer or institution can access continuous data about your movement and health due to Covid regulations. Such actions are already being considered by many large corporations.
 
Many sports teams and schools are already experimenting with wearable technologies that help detect coronavirus in combination with other biometric technologies but wearables have limits. Perhaps a more permanent and universal solution will be necessary to provide enforcement across all specters of society.
 
Australia is already trialing a smartphone app that will use facial recognition and geolocation to help authorities monitor compliance with the state's mandatory isolation requirements.
 
Individuals will be sent random location checks which they will be required to respond to within a 15-minute time frame to prove they are at their registered quarantine address by showing their face alongside current geolocation data.
 
While it is unlikely that we will all be getting QR code tattoo's anytime soon, it does show one what is possible. That a digital code or outward "mark" might be given to people as a means of convenience to demonstrate "vaccination compliance" - and that without that "mark" it won't be possible to conduct certain types of activities and commerce.
 
If this sounds eerily familiar to what is described in the Book of Revelation you are right. It is important to recognize that vaccination certificates/passports do not meet the requirements of scripture to be the Mark of The Beast, commonly associated with the numbers 666. The mark described in Revelation 13 is more than just receiving a mark that gives one the ability to conduct commerce but it is an act of worship & allegiance to the Antichrist. Without an Antichrist figure in power there can be no "mark of the beast".
 
However, what we are seeing is a preconditioning for such types of social compliance and acceptance of technological advancements that could pave the way for what will one day lead to this mark described in Revelation. 
 
Many Bible prophecy scholars warn that we are seeing a foreshadowing of what is to come in the end times and while scripture is silent on any type of worldwide health crisis linkage to the mark of the beast - Revelation also warns that there will be further disease and plagues that could exasperate the issues we are currently seeing.
 
Imagine if future Covid variants (or other disease types) brought even more death and suffering, resulting in the collapse of the worldwide economy. Now imagine someone coming on the scene who offers a cure/solution to both dealing with Covid and the economic turmoil. 
 
Would many worship this man as if he was God? Would they accept his "mark" if presented as a solution to the crisis that had both political, technological, economic and potential health benefits?
 
The current health crisis has shown just how desperate people are for normalcy and what they would give up to return to live normal lives. A return to more restrictions this Fall will once again send many on a roller coaster of emotions and make us all more susceptible to "worship" someone who could bring real solutions.  
 
The Bible says that one day the world will worship a man scripture calls the "Antichrist - who essentially is a false Messiah. He is a lion in sheep's clothing and will offer answers to the worlds problems that will make people love him. However, he is a deceiver. Instead of saving the world, he helps to bring about it's destruction.
 
How today's world events might play into the events Revelation describes remains to be seen. But a great place to start for the average person is to understand what the Book of Revelation says is coming. Without that knowledge you will be caught off guard and not be able to see how the events of today are leading to the final fulfillment of prophecies predicted by Scripture.

Reading the news has become like going to a freak show. You never know what you are going to see each day, but it is almost certainly going to be nutty. Some of the things that I am going to share with you in this article are weird, others are infuriating, but they all point to the same conclusion. From the very top to the very bottom, America is going crazy. And I mean that in the worst way possible. We truly have become an “idiocracy”, and it seems like those that are the most incompetent of all are often rewarded by being elevated to the top of the food chain. Meanwhile, those of us that still try to approach things rationally are increasingly being pushed to the fringes of society.

#1 At a time when global food supplies are getting tighter and tighter, Joe Biden wants to pay farmers to not grow anything in order to fight climate change…
 
President Joe Biden wants to combat climate change by paying more farmers not to farm. But he’s already finding it’s hard to make that work.
 
His Agriculture Department is far behind its goal for enrolling new land in one program that has that goal, with participation being the lowest it’s been in more than three decades.
 
Thankfully, relatively few farmers are grabbing the cash that Biden is offering, because prices for agricultural commodities have soared as global supplies have tightened.
 
So in a desperate attempt to get more farmers to sign up, the Biden administration has “more than doubled key incentive payments”…
 
Even though the USDA this summer more than doubled key incentive payments for the program that encourages farmers and ranchers to leave land idle, high commodity prices are keeping it more worthwhile for growers to raise crops.
 
On top of that, the plan, known as the Conservation Reserve Program, takes land out of production for only 10 to 15 years — so those acres could release carbon into the atmosphere if the land is planted again and thus cancel out its environmental benefit.
 
Considering where global trends are heading, paying farmers not to produce food is one of the stupidest things that our government could possibly be doing at this moment.
 
#2 We are now learning that the chaotic evacuation in Afghanistan could have been conducted much, much differently. According to the Washington Post, the Taliban actually offered a deal to the Biden administration that would have allowed the U.S. to secure the entire city of Kabul…
 
In a hastily arranged in-person meeting, senior U.S. military leaders in Doha – including McKenzie, the commander of U.S. Central Command – spoke with Abdul Ghani Baradar, head of the Taliban’s political wing.
 
“We have a problem,” Baradar said, according to the U.S. official. “We have two options to deal with it: You [the United States military] take responsibility for securing Kabul or you have to allow us to do it.”
 
Can you imagine how much more orderly the evacuation of Americans and allied Afghans could have gone if U.S. forces had actually secured all of Kabul?
 
Needless to say, ISIS forces would have likely never gotten close enough to bomb the airport.
 
But instead of accepting the opportunity to secure all of Kabul, U.S. officials decided to hand Kabul to the Taliban and crowd everyone that needed to be evacuated into the airport…
 
On the spot, an understanding was reached, according to two other U.S. officials: The United States could have the airport until Aug. 31. But the Taliban would control the city.
 
It is hard to believe that our officials could actually be this incompetent, but nobody will even be held accountable for this decision because we really do live in an “idiocracy”.
 
#3 One of the hottest new social media trends is to show off the fact that your body is inhabited by multiple “beings”…
 
Several TikTok and YouTube accounts of such broken people, who refer to themselves as a “host” or “system” of multiple beings, have millions of online followers. They exhibit their various personalities for online notoriety in the guise of “educating” and “promoting awareness.”
 
One TikToker who says she has DID explains in a Q&A about her personalities, “I can’t force anyone [inside me] to come out but I can communicate very well within the system and ask someone to come out, but sometimes it’s very involuntary.”
 
Why in the world would “millions of online followers” want to watch these people manifest their various “personalities”?
 
And can’t most of those “followers” actually understand what is really going on with these people?
 
#4 A 43-year-old man took his parents to court after they threw out his porn collection. Instead of laughing the case out of court, a judge in Michigan has awarded him more than $30,000 in damages…
 
A judge has ordered a western Michigan couple to pay $30,441 to their son for getting rid of his pornography collection. U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney’s decision this week came eight months after David Werking, 43, won a lawsuit against his parents.
 
According to NBCDFW, He said they had no right to throw out his collection of films, magazines, and other items. Werking had lived at their Grand Haven home for 10 months after a divorce before moving to Muncie, Indiana. The judge followed the value set by an expert, MLive.com reported.
 
The value of the collection was “set by an expert”?
 
What kind of sick credentials does someone need to become “an expert” in that field?
 
#5 After denying a transgender student the ability to use a particular bathroom, a school board in Virginia has been forced to pay out over 1.3 million dollars…
 
A Virginia school board will pay more than $1.3 million to the American Civil Liberties Union after losing a court battle involving a transgender student who sued the school over its bathroom policy.
 
According to the Virginian-Pilot, the Gloucester County School Board on Thursday agreed to pay the ACLU the full amount of costs and fees associated with its representation of one of its former students, Gavin Grimm, marking the end of a lengthy six-year legal fight.
 
As word of this case spreads around, schools all over the nation will be deathly afraid to ever tell anyone what bathrooms they can or cannot use.
 
Nobody will want to be the next victim to get hit with a million dollar lawsuit, and it probably won’t be too long before the “boys” and “girls” signs on school bathrooms disappear entirely.
 
#6 When I was growing up, the American flag was proudly displayed in our classrooms and we said the Pledge of Allegiance every day.
 
But today the American flag is being taken down in classrooms all over America, and one public school teacher in California is urging her students to pledge allegiance to a new flag…
 
A Southern California public school teacher was caught admitting to encouraging her students to pledge allegiance to the LGBT pride flag as an alternative to the American flag, bragging of the indoctrination on her own TikTok account.
 
The teacher, identified as Kristin Pitzen of Newport Mesa School District in Orange County, recounts taking down the American flag, an then pointing to the LGBT flag as an alternative.
 
“We do have a flag in the class that you can pledge allegiance to,” said Pitzen when a student asked about the American flag that she had removed from the classroom “because of COVID.”
 
#7 In recent days, Joe Biden has been encouraging officials all over the country to impose extremely strict vaccine mandates. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin is insisting that “no one should be forced to get a jab”…
 
“Vaccination is the main weapon against the spread of the virus. Importantly, no one should be forced to get a jab. Pressure, where people may lose their jobs, is even less acceptable. People must be convinced of the need to get the vaccine,” he said.
 
When even Vladimir Putin is significantly less tyrannical than the guy that is running your country, you have got a major problem on your hands.
 
When I was growing up, people would risk everything to flee the Soviet Union so that they could experience true freedom in the western world.
 
Could we soon get to a point where Americans are actually fleeing to Russia so that they can “live free”?
 
It seems like such a bizarre question to ask, but this is how bad things have gotten in the United States.
 
We live in a society where up is now down, good is now bad, and lies are now truth.
 
Our nation has become a giant circus, and the crazies are running the show. It will be entertaining to watch for a little while, but it won’t be too long before the entire thing comes crashing down on top of all of us.

Max Baer, professional boxing’s one-time world heavyweight champion, once told an interviewer about facing Joe Louis, considered one of the top three champions of all time.
 
Max Baer, Sr.—yes, the father of Max Baer, Jr., of Jethro Bodine in The Beverly Hillbillys—said one of the most fearful sights you can see is “looking across the ring and seeing Joe Louis , and knowing that he wants to go home early.”
 
Joe Louis made short order of most of his opponents, including Jethro’s daddy, in Baer’s bid to take the heavyweight crown from “The Brown Bomber.”
 
German heavyweight Max Schmeling, although secretly against Hitler’s Nazi regime, was promoted by Der Führer as the Aryan “Superman” after he won the heavyweight championship. Schmeling once defeated a very young Joe Louis, who was then on his way up in the quest for the championship.
 
Louis felt he had let America and his people (his race) down, and told his manager to get ready to throw the towel in if Schmeling was still standing after the first round, because he, Louis, would be finished; he was going to spend every ounce of energy in that first round. He would leave nothing behind in terms of effort.
 
A reporter, in a prefight interview with Louis, said that Schmeling had a stellar defense. Louis, in his simple, short way of verbalizing, said, “he can run, but he can’t hide.”
 
Joe wasn’t bragging. He wasn’t like perhaps “The Greatest,” Muhammad Ali, who had fun with his braggadocio. Joe Louis was just stating a fact as he saw the matter. His opponent could try, but there was no place to hide in that square platform called a boxing ring. And Louis did knock out Schmeling in the first round of one of the most famous boxing matches in the sport’s history.
 
Lately I’ve reported in this column that there are bloggers who look at the dire things coming upon this increasingly evil world that are far worse than being in the corner across from Joe Louis. It is God they see, and they surmise that He is fed up with man’s wickedness. He is about to unleash heaven’s judgment and wrath, they believe.
 
At the same time, they fail to see things from the pre-Trib view of Bible prophecy. They almost mock the Rapture. They want everyone to recognize the worst time in human history is approaching, but they want people to prep—prepare—for what is coming in order to survive the total collapse of human civilization.
 
The very wealthy of the world, many of them at the nucleus of the wickedness trying to establish a new world order, also see a time of worldwide trouble as they seek to invoke their globalist evil. They, therefore believe they should find a place to hide—a place that is at least as luxurious as the environment they’re accustomed to and “deserve.”
 
The following excerpt tells of the efforts some are engaged in to establish their place to hide.
 
“Your father or grandfather’s bunker was not very comfortable,” said Robert Vicino, the CEO of Vivos. Vicino saw an opportunity to manage and sell high-end doomsday shelters that specifically cater to the world’s mega-rich.
 
To this end, Vicino’s company has purchased multiple sites all over the U.S. that can house the country’s super-rich. It even has a site in Germany known as Vivos Europa One, the amenities in which can “rival most small towns.”
 
This “modern-day Noah’s Ark” contains a chapel, a micro-brewery, a mini-museum and even a small zoo. Customizable quarters can be purchased by invitation only, and they sell for nearly $6 million. These can include private swimming pools, movie theaters, aquariums and gyms at the owner’s request…
 
The world’s richest people are investing their money in purchasing property to escape the coming collapse. They have invested in property that is either deep enough underground or on an island separated from the rest of society. These super-rich people believe the only way to deal with the coming collapse is to ride it out in style in their luxurious shelters. The extensive article referenced above gives the names of some of the rich and famous who have invested in these ultra-luxurious dwellings. Some are so elaborate as to encompass as much space, it seems from their description, as a skyscraper that has been buried underground from foundation to the very top.
 
But, when God unleashes His righteous judgment and wrath on those who have rejected His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, their utopian dwelling places will be of comfort only for a short time. Like Joe said, they can run, but they can’t hide.
 
Here’s what God’s Holy Word has to say about the earth’s rebellious rich efforts to hide from their inevitable fate.
 
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb. (Revelation 6:15–16)
 
There will be no place to hide from the wrath of the Lamb—the Lamb who will then be God’s avenging Judge of all sin and rebellion.
 
At that time of Tribulation, it will be too late to find a place to hide. There is but one way to be hidden from such righteous wrath. The time to accept Him is now. His name is Jesus.
 
Again, Paul the apostle gives the wonderful grace formula for hiding in the safety of the Savior’s loving arms.
 
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

Many of us tend to look at events, policies, politicians as foolish, stupid, mistaken, lacking common sense, etc. But maybe we Americans need to view them as willfully and intentionally destroying the country so that it can be remade into a Marxist utopia. Whether they are bumbling idiots or steely-eyed practitioners of destruction, the results are the same. It is time to treat them not as fools, but as people with both lack of common sense AND intentionally ruining our country and our lives. Let’s call it what it really is and start demanding of our family, friends, neighbors, elected officials to stand against the dung drama that has become a daily menu of destroying the freedoms that we hold so dear.
 
Think about it: Democratic presidents and representatives since Jimmy Carter have supported terrorists. It’s a long list—Arafat, the Ayatollahs, Muslim Brotherhood, Taliban and so on. They have paid them with taxpayer dollars (your money and mine) and they armed them and they stand in the way of anyone who would stop them from these policies. Afghanistan is just the latest example. Democratic politicians and presidents have opened our border to criminals, drug lords, human trafficking. Obama’s Fast and Furious gave guns and money to the Mexican drug cartels. Biden is inviting “immigrants” to cross the border without any effort whatsoever to prevent COVID, while he is demanding American businesses mandate a COVID vaccine. And what about that?
 
Americans are being badgered to get a vaccine that doesn’t prevent the disease and loses its efficacy after eight months. People who get the vaccine not only can contract COVID, but they can pass it on to others unknowingly. Wouldn’t it be better to embrace those who offer an alternative to the mainstream “science” that may work to prevent or treat this disease rather than ostracizing them? Let’s rally together and consider every option to fight this pestilence. There’s more. Defund the police and watch crime soar. Allow sexual deviants into school systems to confuse and evangelize children. Create historic debt and raise taxes on everybody, while lying to people saying you are only going to tax the rich.
 
They label Christian practices as those that lead to domestic terrorism; celebrate Marxist rioters by calling them protesters; and they crackdown on gun ownership while arming terrorists with assault weapons. These insane actions are committed not only by fools, but by leaders trying to intentionally destroy America. We need to be before the Lord. Psalm 28:2-4 says, “Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto you, when I lift up my hands toward your holy oracle. Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbors, but mischief is in their hearts. Give them according to their deeds.” Yes, I cry out to the Lord each day. Foolish or intentional, the destruction is the same. Let’s call it what it is.

Experts tell us that we have 90,000 to 100,000 thoughts every day. That’s a lot, isn’t it?
 
Our thoughts are important because what we think is what we’ll do. Someone wisely said, “Sow a thought, reap an act; sow an act, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.”
 
Are you where you want to be as a Christian? I hope your answer is no because a growing believer will always see his or her need to continue to grow. And when you think you don’t need to grow anymore, something isn’t right.
 
After years of walking with the Lord, the apostle Paul put it this way: “Friends, don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back” (Philippians 3:13–14 MSG).
 
Paul continued, “If any of you have something else in mind, something less than total commitment, God will clear your blurred vision—you’ll see it yet!” (verse 15 MSG).
 
Sometimes we can have blurred vision. When someone has 20/20 vision, it means they have good eyesight. They see things with clarity. We need that kind of vision as followers of Christ because the Bible says that “where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18 KJV).
 
I have found that where I look is where I’ll walk. In other words, if I’m looking in a certain direction, then that is the direction I’m walking. We don’t generally look one way and walk another way (unless we’re looking down at our cell phones).
 
Where you look is where you’ll walk. And what you think is what you’ll do.
