Changed Into the Image of His Son, Ready for the Rapture - by Pastor Mike Taylor - https://pastormiketaylor.blogspot.com/2022/12/changed-into-image-of-his-son-ready-for.html
“For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified.” through (Romans 8:29-30) How I love the book of Romans, especially the 8th chapter. Here the Apostle Paul chronicles the blessings and promises of God. Many will look at their Christian walk and ponder why things don't seem to work out as they envisioned. They grow discouraged and become listless in their daily walk with God. They wonder if God is really on their side. They fail to take hold of the promises of God, grasping it with both hands and endure what they must suffer in this life. Let us examine some of these promises and why you should be joyful and singing the praises of Almighty God for His wondrous mercy. Look at the opening verses to this message and ponder for a moment the ramifications of what Paul is attempting to preach to them, and to us. This is not a confirmation of predestination, but God in His infinite knowledge, knew that you would accept payment for your sins through the blood of Jesus Christ. God who knows the beginning from the end, and saw you make that heart felt decision to accept the gift provided by His Son, long before you even knew it yourself. In no way does this foreknowledge affect your own self will to make that decision on your own. It's just that God saw you do it. God has a purpose for all this and it was for your salvation before time began. Some will say, “Then why does God allow suffering in this world, if He called me out of it before time began.?” Why does God allow Christians to go through trials and tribulations of this world? God has a specific plan in place for refining each of us into the image of His Son through sanctification. It's not random occurrences that we have no control over . “But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.” (Isaiah 64:8) God is the Potter, we are the clay. He is the One doing the shaping, the molding, the creating. "It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves." I am a firm believer that God does not allow one thing to happen to a born again Christian unless He allows it. Why would God do that? BORN IN SIN Understand that man is a mortal being that has a sin nature that wars with the spiritual man daily. He will never totally escape it, until Jesus comes and perfects him by changing him from a mortal being into immortality and remove our sin nature for eternity. “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2 "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.” (1st John 3:1-3) That will come when Jesus breaks through the clouds and calls His church to join Him at the changing of us, “in the twinkling of an eye” we know as the Rapture. But, Paul lamented over his sin nature in the previous chapter of Romans : 15 “For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. 16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. 17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.”(Romans 7:15-20) Paul was distraught that he could not, nor could any other man escape his sin nature. But what does Paul say in the final verses? “24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? 25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.” Many don't know that Paul was making reference to a Roman practice for those condemned to be chained to a corpse and the soldiers betting on how long it would take for the condemned to resort to cannibalism to prevent their own death. It was an analogy that many during Paul's day would have recognized and being chained to a sinful nature of death. Who frees them from that body of death? Jesus Christ is Who frees us. If God allows us to be tested, to be refined, and to experience difficulties in this life, then what is the purpose for God allowing this to happen? The Bible says that even a sparrow in the sky is so important to God that not one of them shall fall to the ground without His knowledge and permission. 29 “Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.” (Matthew 10:29-31) What is the purpose here? Does God have a purpose? Concerning the analogy of a sparrow, it is more than mere rhetoric. If God cares about a sparrow and not one falls from the sky without it being part of His plan, then how likely is it that He allows you to undergo trials and tribulations for no purpose? God foreknew us and determined to call us before He ever made His summons known to us. By doing so, He was making a prognosis. We are in this elite group, (the called), only because the great God of heaven and earth specifically and personally summoned us by forcibly bringing the good news to our attention so we would be motivated to choose to respond freely to it. But that is only the beginning. We are then in the school of God's Holy Spirit that will refine us, smooth off the rough edges and make us into the image of God's only Son. It is a lifelong process of being molded, or sanctified. THE LESSON OF JOB Remember the story of Job? Here was a righteous man who endured unspeakable trials in his life. This was allowed to test Job and to refine him even through boils that raised up on his body, the loss of his family and all of his wealth. Now granted, this is an extreme case of God allowing adversity to come into a man's life, but can we draw a lesson from the book of Job? In the final analogy, Job learned that you must have total faith and reliance on your Heavenly Father. For He cares for us with a Divine love that was shown by the death of His only Son. It comes down to value. If God values even a little sparrow and we are worth more than many sparrows, and worth more than the life of His only Son, then what was God's purpose? It was that God saw you as valuable. Your value, in God's eyes, is such that Jesus Christ died in your place so that you might have everlasting life. Your purpose is also clearly outlined in Scripture. When you were lost, your purpose was to be saved. God had a desire for a “family” and made man in His image. God was ultimately “reproducing Himself” when He made man. God was not content to just throw man away, when he fell at the temptation brought forth by Satan and man sinned against God. It is why God sent His only Son, to be the propitiation (substitute) sacrifice for our sins, so that we may be justified because of HIM. Jesus redeemed what had been lost, as our “Kinsman Redeemer”. It really isn’t that difficult a concept, if we are willing to accept God as He describes Himself and accept the Bible as a true record. You were to be conformed to His Son through being justified then for the rest of your life, sanctified as the opening verse testifies. “Conformed” is the English rendering of the Greek word, “summorphos” meaning, “jointly formed, fashioned like unto.” Note that you didn’t conform yourself to the image of His Son, it was done for you. You were foreknown, predestinated, called, justified, sanctified and destined for glory– all in the past tense indicating that it is already accomplished. It doesn’t say you will be justified, sanctified or glorified when you get to heaven. It says it was already accomplished in heaven before the world began. I have often mentioned that there is only one reason that you and I were born into this world, ultimately. That is, what will you do with the man, Jesus Christ? See, God knows everything...because He is God. He knows if you will accept, but He also knows you who will reject the call of the Holy Spirit. God will not override a man's freewill to choose. “Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.” “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.” (Titus 1:2) God cannot lie. Eternal life was promised, not according to our works, before the world began. You were foreknown, predestinated, called, justified, sanctified and glorified to the Glory of God the Father and His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. It isn’t a linguistic trick. It isn’t a mistranslation or a misunderstanding of either the original Greek or in our English translation. To every thing there is a purpose, the Bible says, and for every purpose God has appointed a time. “ No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day” (John 6:44) God works even to make sure that His people have the faith they need! God supplies everything except one's decision—and even in the decision a person makes, He keeps poking us in the ribs, shoving us in the back, to move us in the right direction. He does not give up easily once He sets his mind to do something. We must come to God by faith, but even that faith to believe on the FULL payment for our sins, by Jesus Christ was given by the Father God in heaven. THE COMING TRIBULATION If we are being refined now, sanctified into the image of His Son after conversion and being baptized, then what is the point of the Church going through the Tribulation that is coming at us like a locomotive? What is the purpose of the Tribulation? In my discernment of what the Bible teaches, the only answer is two objectives by God. To bring Israel to the knowledge and recognition of her Messiah that they had crucified 2000 years ago and to cry out in agony, “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.” To completely destroy all rebellion of a Christ rejecting world and purify the world of those who take the mark of the beast, as prophesied in Revelation. God will wipe this planet clean of rebellion. It is called the Tribulation Period. (Greek: thlipsis: “affliction, anguish, burdened, persecution, tribulation, trouble”). And, it is called, “The time of Jacobs trouble" for an obvious reason. It is the time when God will return His full focus on saving Israel as He promised. The affliction, anguish, burden, persecution, tribulation and trouble of this time is to be inflicted upon all those that dwell upon the earth. The Bible tells us that it will be meted out in the form of 21 judgments. God will purge Israel, not leaving them unpunished, but will save a remnant through this awful time. 25 “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes. 29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” (Romans 11:25-29) Those that hold to a literal “refining” of the church during the Tribulation in addition to the defined two reasons noted above, negate the cleansing power of the blood of Jesus Christ. To embrace a mid-tribulation, Pre-wrath, or a post-tribulation model is to diminish the work of the cross. Was Jesus sacrifice not good enough? Was it lacking in its freeing the Christian from the penalty of enduring God's wrath that shall cover the whole earth? Is this not the same as the false doctrine of Catholic purgatory, which we know is a lie? When are we forgiven our sins? Is it not when we accept Jesus by faith and the Holy Spirit dwells within our spirit? Then why must we be refined? So if there are extra requirements that must be brought to the table, they are extra requirements imposed by you, not by God. God says, “whosoever will.” At the moment of salvation, the Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit takes up residence in us and bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God. “The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. “ (Romans 8:16-17) That leads to another problem with the concept of error that the church of Jesus Christ must endure the Tribulation. Jesus promised us that He would send us the “Comforter” the Holy Spirit and He would never leave us or forsake us. “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17, Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18, I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.” (John 14:16-18) Jesus said He would never leave us alone, but the Bible says that the Holy Spirit is taken out of the world to allow the indwelling of the spirit of Satan in the Anti-Christ and he will overcome the “saints” 4 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?” (1st John 5:4-5) But Paul reveals that the Holy Spirit will be taken out of this world!! 6, “And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7, For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8, And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: “ (II Thessalonians 2:6-8) But the Anti-Christ overcomes the Tribulation saints........ “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” (Revelation 13:7) So which is it? God dwells with us forever, but leaves us defenseless and powerless to the conquest of the Anti-Christ? Since God cannot lie, it is obvious that if the Holy Spirit is removed to make way for the spirit of Anti-Christ that shall overcome the saints, then since the Holy Spirit was removed, then so is the Church. Each Child of God has an earnest deposit of God's Holy Spirit which is our guarantee of future glorification at the return of Christ. So if the Holy Spirit is withdrawn, as Paul reveals through Divine inspiration, then so are the vessels He dwells within. GOD HAS A PURPOSE Christians undergo trials and tribulations in this life according to His purposes. What is the purpose behind Blood-bought, eternally-saved, indwelt Christians being separated from the indwelling Holy Spirit so that they can undergo half or all of the judgment period set aside for those that rejected Christ? Why would the Lord subject His own Bride to judgment for sin after He had already redeemed that Bride from judgment for sin at the Cross? It is a conflict that those who don't discern the purpose of God make the error that the Church must be refined, right along with the rest of a God rejecting world. We endure the consequences of sin all the time because the world is created in sin, but consequences aren’t the same as judgment. WE ARE BEING TRANSFORMED NOW “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2, And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 3, For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.” (Romans 12:1-3) The church has a glorious future that no one can begin to imagine. As it is written “eye hath not seen, or ear heard, or entered into the heart of man, what God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1st Corinthians 2:9) And the Bible states further...... 14, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15, For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16, The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17, And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. 18, For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” (Romans 8:14-18) WILL YOU BE AMONG THOSE WHO ARE HEIRS OF GOD? One fly in the ointment so to speak, those who are being made into the image of God are those who have accepted the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and God knows in advance who that person is, each of us. Those who read this message, or have not taken the free gift of eternal life with a repentant heart (meaning change your mind about sin and about God) cannot embrace the glory that awaits those that have. God will not beat you into submission, but will continue to convict you of your condition, until you are beyond hope of recovery. God knows when that time is, that you are “irredeemable”. So you ask me, what must I do to have this type of eternal existence and a glorious future? Realize you are a sinner. “ For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) Realize that God made a way for those sins to be forgiven and live with God forever. “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) Confession before God in a broken and contrite heart calling out to God, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9) You say, that “sounds simple”...yes, it is simple that a child can understand it...I did when I was 10 years old. But you must believe in your heart, not just in your head with “childlike” faith. It must enter into a humbled and contrite heart that knows that without God you are doomed for a devil's hell, or to experience that hell on earth, called the Tribulation and possibly even the Lake of Fire if those years of the Tribulation don't call you to repentance before God. The horrors of the period are too gruesome to even ponder, as hardly any flesh will be saved and many will be martyred by beheading. Sounds awful and it's all right there in your Bible in the last book of Revelation. You don't want to find out I'm right by first hand experience. The saints of the church are being sanctified, conformed and transformed into the image of Jesus Christ, one lesson at a time. I know that I will never be perfect in this life, but I will be perfect in the next life when Jesus comes for me and all who believe by faith in His death, resurrection, and ascension to the right hand of the Father in Heaven. But it's not about works, but His mercy and grace....and the best part...IT”S FREE FOR THE ASKING....We await the coming of our Lord with a trumpet blast, that could sound very soon...very soon. Because all the signs point to this great event on the near horizon. I've written extensively in detail of that coming period on my blog. If you have time, check them out. Don't wait too long, as you are not promised even tomorrow. To stand before a Holy God and not have Jesus as your substitute payment for your sins, is a vision I wish for no one, no matter what you have done. Jesus awaits your decision...call on Him today...be justified today by the sacrifice of our Lord, then submit to Godly instruction on how to be sanctified and being made into the image of His Son, as humanly possible this side of the coming of our Lord for His Church. God bless you all........TILL WE MEET AT JESUS FEET Today’s Alliances as Predicted by the Prophets - By Jeff Van Hatten - https://www.raptureready.com/2023/01/18/todays-alliances-as-predicted-by-the-prophets-by-jeff-van-hatten/ The prophecies of Ezekiel, Daniel, and others tell us that war is coming against Israel and what nations and people groups will be involved. What is most interesting about this is that the predictions of Ezekiel, made over 2,600 years ago, line up very closely with the current alignment of nations that we see emerging today: the Islamic nations, which are forming coalitions to “wipe Israel off the face of the earth,” the Northern and Eastern nations that are making efforts to establish a One-World Order, and a small number of nations that tend to be supportive of Israel to a smaller or larger extent. Spheres of Power: Or the most dominant power in a geographic region in relation to Israel The Biblical prophets predicted that in the end days, there would be four main superpowers (or spheres of power) in four geographic regions in relation to Israel. They are the King of the North and the King of the South (Daniel 11:40), the Kings of the East (Revelation 16:12), and the King of the West (Revelation 13). The prophets further predicted that there would be alliances formed between some of these kings. These kings may include some of the following nations and their leaders: King of the North: Russia, Turkey, or Syria (may include Lebanon, Hezbollah, Hamas). King of the South: Traditionally in the Bible referring to Egypt. This king will most likely include the 57 Islamic nations that make up The Organization of the Islamic Conference but could also include Indonesia. Kings of the East: China, Japan and India (may include North Korea depending upon final alliances). King of the West: called The Beast or The Revived Roman Empire – this king will most likely come out of what today is called The European Union and may include parts of the old Ottoman Empire. Israel, Arab Neighbors, and the United States The Abraham Accord is designed to begin the normalization of relations between Israel and the Arab nations. Initiated by President Donald Trump and his administration, it was signed at the White House on September 15, 2020, by leaders from the United States, Israel, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates. On October 23, 2020, Sudan formally agreed to normalize ties with Israel, and on December 10, 2020, President Trump announced that Morocco agreed to establish full diplomatic relations. Saudi Arabia and Oman are still contemplating the Accord. Egypt (1979) and Jordan (1994) are the only other nations to have peace deals with Israel. Kings of the North and East – Daniel 11:40, Ezekiel 38, Revelation 16:12 We are told that the King of the North will ally itself with numerous allies, as will the Kings of the East. Do we see this happening in part or in full? Indeed, we do. BRICS The BRIC bloc originally brought together four of the world’s largest emerging economies representing 40 percent of the world’s population and 25 percent of global GDP. The GDP figure is expected to double to 50% of global GDP by 2030. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are its current members, and today is known as BRICS. Argentina, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Mexico, Nigeria, Sudan, Syria, Pakistan, and Venezuela have also expressed interest in joining the BRICS organization. Their goal: the establishment of a “multipolar world order.” SCO The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) brings together almost half the world’s population, and several members have nuclear weapons. The SCO includes China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan as full members. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Cambodia, Egypt, Kuwait, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates are all either dialogue partners or observers. Their goal: to eliminate the dominance of the United States as a financial and political superpower. King of the South – Daniel 11:40, Psalm 83 We are told that when the time for the end comes, the Kings of the South and Kings of the North will not only come against each other but will also come against Israel and attempt to wipe it off the face of the earth. Do we see this happening in part or in full? Indeed, we do. OPEC The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries was established in 1960 by Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Iraq, Kuwait, and Iran. Today OPEC includes Algeria, Congo, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Venezuela. OPEC claims to own about four-fifths of the world’s petroleum but only two-fifths of world oil production and provides these commodities under the banner of economic development, social development, and environmental protection. Their goal: to ensure secure fair and stable prices for petroleum products and to support faster transition to renewable sources of energy. OIC The Organization of Islamic Cooperation is an entity that serves the aspirations and expectations of its member states and Muslim communities across the world. There are 57 nations in OIC. Some of the key members are Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. Their goal: eliminate both Israel (the little Satan) and the United States (the great Satan). King of the West – Jeremiah 25 & Revelation 13 And what about the King of the West? Is he forming any alliances? Do we see this happening in part or in full? Indeed, we do. The European Union (EU) aka the Revived Roman Empire The first three members of the ancient Roman Empire were: Belgium, Holland, and Luxembourg. Those same three members were the first to join the European Union in 1948! Today the number of members stands at 28. The European Union is very adamant that a new world order must be formed. G-20, G-8 (Gee whiz) Both the Group of Twenty (G-20) and the Group of Eight (G-8) have come to historic agreements in London, some of which could have far-reaching implications for the governance of the global economy. The G-20 is the premier forum for international economic development that promotes open and constructive discussion between industrial and emerging-market countries on key issues related to global economic stability. They were one of the first to state, “A global crisis requires a global solution.” The Group of Eight (G-8), formerly G6 and G7, wants to eliminate deregulation of world trade, eliminate protectionism, and resolve crises in food security and safety and the struggle against climate changes. Their goals: a unified one-world government. What about the “New World Order”? Do we see signs of this happening? Indeed, we do. Today, the United Nations is at the forefront of the efforts to institute the One-World Government. So, too, apparently, are many in the United States. George H.W. Bush (September 11, 1990) spoke of the need for a new world order, and Bill Clinton not only agreed but dramatically expanded upon Bush’s “need.” In his speech in Berlin on July 24, 2008, Barack Obama said: “I am a fellow citizen of the World. In this new world, we’ll have a global citizenship. We will join in a new global partnership. We must come together to save the planet. We need a globalized world. People of the world, this is our time. We must answer our destiny and remake the world once again.” Henry Kissinger stated that “Obama is primed to create the new World Order.” In March 2022, Joe Biden said there is “going to be a new world order” that must be led by the United States. Pope Francis, on numerous occasions, has called for efforts to fight global warming and is a primary spokesman for that cause at the U.N. Pope Francis believes that our planet is overpopulated, that something needs to be done to rectify that, and is fully behind efforts to do so via pharmaceutical methods. The Catholic-Muslim Interfaith Council created by Pope Francis announced the building of the New “Chrislam” Headquarters, which combines a Mosque and a Church, called the Abrahamic Family House – one of many steps he has taken to establish a One-World Religion. Pope Francis has frequently called for new powers to be transferred to an International Authority that ‘manages’ the interests of nations – in other words, a One-World Government. Depopulation Agendas Agendas 21 and 2030 Both Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 espouse plans to depopulate the World’s Population by 2030, perhaps by as much as 95%. According to statement ‘c’ from the Initiative For Eco-92 Earth Charter, “Present vast overpopulation, now far beyond the world-carrying capacity, cannot be answered by future reductions in the birth rate due to sterilization and abortion but must be met in the present by the reduction of numbers presently existing. This must be done by whatever means necessary.” According to the Bible We are living in a unique time of history. The prophecies are firing in rapid succession, like the final fireworks display on the fourth of July. Elohim (God) has a few choice words to say about the depopulation agendas. Leviticus 26:21, 26:25, 26:26 – “And if you walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me, I will bring seven times more plagues… famine…and pestilence upon you.” Revelation 6:8 – “One-quarter of the world’s people will be killed by war, by famine, and by plagues.” Revelation 9:21, 21:8, 25:15 – “They will not give up their pharmaceuticals or their drugs… their destiny is the lake burning with fire.” Conclusions The world is changing, and changes are happening so fast that one can’t keep up. Daily newspapers and online websites that track world news give hour-by-hour and even minute-by-minute updates. Although each group tackles worldwide conditions in a different manner, one common thread can be seen in the goals and purposes of each of these Kings: the institution of a New World Order and a One-World Governing Body. Each King, in its own way, helps to turn the heart of man away from Yahweh / Yeshua and toward a human solution. As the power of these “Kings” begins to coalesce, one must ask the question: “How close are we to the resurrection of the dead in Yeshua, the rapture, and the beginning of the seven years of the Tribulation Period?” Website: https://raptureparty.net Email: [email protected] Prophecy Update Videos Must Watch Videos!
We Are Witnessing An Enormous Wave Of Bankruptcies And Layoffs During The Early Stages Of 2023 - by Michael Snyder - http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/we-are-witnessing-an-enormous-wave-of-bankruptcies-and-layoffs-during-the-early-stages-of-2023/ Is your job safe? Right now, we are witnessing so much turmoil is so many different sectors of our economy. The housing market is crashing, the cryptocurrency industry has imploded, the tech industry is laying off workers at an extremely frightening pace, and some of our most important retailers are heading into bankruptcy. The information that I am about to share with you is deeply troubling. It has become exceedingly clear that our economy is in huge trouble, and I fully expect that our problems will accelerate even more as the year rolls along. Let me start by pointing out what is currently happening at Microsoft. It is one of the wealthiest companies in the entire world, but due to a shift in “macroeconomic conditions” executives have decided that it has become necessary to lay off 10,000 workers… Microsoft announced thousands of job cuts this week, becoming the latest tech company to pluck its workforce as the global economy slows. The software company confirmed Wednesday its reducing workforce by 10,000 people through the end of the third quarter of the 2023 fiscal year. The cuts come “in response to macroeconomic conditions and changing customer priorities,” the company’s CEO Satya Nadella released in a statement to its employees Wednesday. If even Microsoft is laying off thousands of workers, is any job in the private sector truly safe? Meanwhile, some of the biggest names in the retail industry are plunging into bankruptcy now that the holiday season is over. On Tuesday, it was Party City’s turn… Party City filed for bankruptcy protection Tuesday, weighed down by competition and years of financial losses. The largest party goods and Halloween specialty retail chain in the United States said in a regulatory filing that it reached an agreement with debtholders to cut its $1.7 billion debt load. Even more alarming is the fact that it is being reported that a bankruptcy filing for Bed Bath & Beyond has become “likely”… Bed Bath & Beyond has been in discussions with prospective buyers and lenders as it works to keep its business afloat during a likely bankruptcy filing, according to people familiar with the matter. The retailer is in the midst a sale process in hopes of finding a buyer that would keep the doors open for both of its major chains, its namesake banner and Buybuy Baby, said the people, who weren’t authorized to discuss the matter publicly. So many brick and mortar retailers are really struggling right now, and many of them are blaming competition from Internet retailers such as Amazon. But if Amazon is doing so well, why did they start laying off approximately 18,000 workers on Wednesday?… Earlier this month, Amazon CEO Andy Jassy told employees in a blog post that the company was laying off about 18,000 people as it seeks to cut costs and would begin contacting impacted employees on Jan. 18. “Amazon has weathered uncertain and difficult economies in the past, and we will continue to do so,” Jassy said in the Jan. 4 post. “These changes will help us pursue our long-term opportunities with a stronger cost structure.” The wave of layoffs that we have been witnessing in the tech industry is truly unprecedented. Prior to this week, more than 25,000 tech industry workers had already been laid off this year, and this comes on the heels of the massive layoffs that we saw last year… According to the data tracking website, more than 101 tech companies around the world have laid off 25,436 employees so far in 2023. Most of the layoffs have taken place in the United States, accounting for 22,400 employees fired. The number of workers being laid off from tech companies is a trend that is continuing since 2022, when 154,336 workers were fired from over 1,000 tech companies around the world, according to the data. But at least the tech industry is in far better shape than the cryptocurrency industry is. Let me share four major announcements that have all happened within the past 10 days… #1 It is being reported that Genesis Global Capital “is laying the groundwork for a bankruptcy filing”… Genesis Global Capital is laying the groundwork for a bankruptcy filing as soon as this week, according to people with knowledge of the situation. The cryptocurrency lending unit of Digital Currency Group has been in confidential negotiations with various creditor groups amid a liquidity crunch. It has warned that it may need to file for bankruptcy if it fails to raise cash, Bloomberg previously reported. #2 Crypto.com announced that it will be laying off “20% of its workforce”… Crypto.com announced plans to lay off 20% of its workforce Jan. 13. The company had 2,450 employees, according to PitchBook data, suggesting around 490 employees were laid off. CEO Kris Marszalek said in a blog post that the crypto exchange grew “ambitiously” but was unable to weather the collapse of Sam Bankman-Fried’s crypto empire FTX without the further cuts. #3 Coinbase has decided “to cut about a fifth of its workforce”… On Jan. 10, Coinbase announced plans to cut about a fifth of its workforce as it looks to preserve cash during the crypto market downturn. The exchange plans to cut 950 jobs, according to a blog post. Coinbase, which had roughly 4,700 employees as of the end of September, had already slashed 18% of its workforce in June saying it needed to manage costs after growing “too quickly” during the bull market. #4 The founder of cryptocurrency exchange Bitzlato has actually been arrested. Apparently he was laundering money on a scale of epic proportions… The founder of the Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange Bitzlato was arrested early Wednesday in Miami in connection with a vast money laundering operation, accused of transmitting more than $700 million in illicit funds in the past four years. Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco said Anatoly Legkodymov, 40, a Russian national, oversaw a major “high-tech financial hub that catered to known crooks,” including cybercriminals and drug dealers seeking to process dirty money. The cryptocurrency industry will never look the same again after all of this turmoil. On top of everything else, the Saudis appear to be poised to make a major move that could literally change everything. At the yearly gathering of the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Saudi finance minister decided to drop a bombshell… Saudi Arabia is open to discussions about trade in currencies other than the US dollar, according to the kingdom’s finance minister. Needless to say, this could potentially completely undermine the dominance of the petrodollar. Of course we cannot afford to have that happen, because the dominance of the dollar is one of the only things that is keeping our system afloat. At this point just about everything is moving in the wrong direction for the U.S. economy, but most people still do not understand the bigger picture. A lot of the “experts” assume that we will just suffer through a temporary recession and then things will eventually return to normal. I wish that was true. Unfortunately, our entire system is starting to crack and crumble all around us, and those that are currently running things are not going to be able to put it back together again. Righteousness Through Christ - Nathele Graham - [email protected] “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:” Romans 3:10. It’s so easy to see the sins and shortcomings of other people. If someone who professes to be a Christian doesn’t live up to our standards, we question their commitment to Christ. All the while we go along, judging others and falling short of perfection in our own lives. Make no mistake, as Christians we are to strive to rise above sin, but as Christians we are assured forgiveness through Christ when we earnestly repent and ask Jesus for forgiveness. We need to listen to the urging of the Holy Spirit and recognize sin in our life, and repent before pointing fingers at others. If we spend too much time judging the failures of others, we can become so filled with pride, that we feel qualified to judge others. How do we know what is and isn’t sin. We can start in the Old Testament and look at the Law of Moses. “Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.” Galatians 3:24-25. The Law was a schoolmaster and shows us how God feels about how we live. Christians need to study it to understand sin and see just how blessed we are that Jesus took our punishment. By human standards we are pretty good people, but the Law exposes us as lost sinners in need of God’s grace. Through faith in Christ our sins are forgiven. That doesn’t mean we are to continue in our sins so God has the privilege to forgive us more. A beautiful example of the Law vs. Grace, is found in John chapter 8. The Scribes and Pharisees were continually trying to trap Jesus. One day they brought a woman to Him who had committed a crime punishable by death under the Law. “And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, they say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?” John 8:3-5. The Law did say she should be stoned, but it also said the man was to be stoned too. These Scribes and Pharisees seem to have had selective morals. How many who read this are guilty of such a sin? God has very strong feelings against sexual sin. Homosexuality is also punishable by stoning, and Jesus taught us that if a man looks upon a woman with lust, he has committed a sin. The only acceptable sexual relations is within a one man/one woman marriage. The woman who was brought to Jesus for condemnation must have been very repentant; she knew the Law condemned her, and she had been caught in sin and was worthy of death. What did Jesus do? Did He condemn her? He bent down and wrote with is finger on the ground. “So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.” John 8:7. The next time you gossip with a friend about someone, remember Jesus’ words. Gossip is a sin, and so you aren’t worthy to condemn others. Everybody sins, so we become numb to our own sin. By human standards, our own sin isn’t so bad. Use Jesus as your standard of behavior rather than sinners who are imperfect. Look at how Jesus handled the situation. Instead of condemning her for her sin, Jesus showed love, compassion, and forgiveness. Her accusers were convicted of their own imperfect sin nature and left the scene. “When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.” John 8:10-11. Jesus’ love is amazing. Her sin was worthy of death according to the Law, but Jesus is greater than the Law. You also need to look at the last words He said to her. “…: go, and sin no more.”. He forgave her, but didn’t say it was okay to continue sinning. She was saved by grace, but had to change her lifestyle. Right at that moment she was probably the most thankful and repentant person on earth…her life had been spared. I often wonder if later she harbored some hateful thoughts towards the men who had trapped and betrayed her. Jesus said even thinking hateful thoughts is the same as murder. I’m sure she had sin in her life until the day she died, but she could always remember the day she was saved by grace. The same man who recorded the account of this woman, would later write “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9. Confess the sin to Jesus, then leave that sin behind. The fear of being judgmental is also a problem. Scripture cautions us that if we judge others we will be judged accordingly, but we need to study Scripture and use it as our guide for our own actions, and to judge the actions of others. “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.” John 7:24. Jesus said that, so we can trust it to be true. Fear of being judgmental can cause us to be so open minded and accepting of all sin that we no longer serve Christ. Paul addressed this problem when he wrote to the very liberal Corinthian Christians. “It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife. And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.” 1 Corinthians 5:1-2. How many congregations today are proudly accepting sin within the congregation and in the pulpit? Pastors seldom talk about sin and, indeed, today one of the vilest of sins is being promoted. Men dressed as women are invited to speak and even encouraged to speak with the children. That’s pure wickedness straight from Satan. Christian congregations need to be a place where sinners are led to repentance with love, but not encouraged to continue in sin. What did Paul tell the Corinthian congregation to do about the vile sin they accepted? “To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us: therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.” 1 Corinthians 5:5-8. Leaven is used symbolically for sin. When a little leaven is put into bread dough, it puffs up the entire loaf. When a little sin is put into a congregation, it spreads to everyone. Paul told them not to let the sin of malice and wickedness motivate them in putting the man out of the congregation, but with sincerity and truth, expel him. When we confront sin, we must do it in love. Paul went on to list other sins that a Christian is not to associate with. When we profess Christ for salvation, we are to “…go and sin no more.” Non-Christians are simply lost and have no moral guide, so they don’t understand their sin. We do need to witness to them and lead them to repentance and eternal life only found through Jesus. Brothers and sisters, remember to get the splinter out of your own eye before judging other sins, and then use righteousness only found in Christ. Jesus loves sinners and wants everyone to come to salvation. “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” 2 Corinthians 5:20-21. We are His ambassadors, not His judge and jury. We must turn from our sin and encourage fellow believers to leave their sin behind. We need to be careful when we point fingers at other people and accuse them of being less than Christian in their actions. “Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:22-23. I can think of times in my life that someone could misinterpret something I’ve done, and wrongly taken me to task for it. On the other hand, there were other times when it would have been good if a Christian friend would have kindly had a word with me. Time is running out. The Rapture will take all Christians Home to be with our Lord and Saviour and the age of Grace will come to an end. The truth is, you may die before the Rapture. “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:1-2. Repent from the sin in our own life, encourage fellow Christians in their walk, and witness to the lost. Jesus is ready to forgive all sin and each new day brings the opportunity to serve Him. Stop judging and condemning others, and pay attention to your own walk. Jesus loves you and has forgiven you of your own sins. Forgive yourself and forgive others. “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:” Romans 3:13. Our righteousness is only through Christ. Daily Jot: How the WEF made doctors into social credit spies - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com The World Economic Forum (WEF), holding its annual meeting this week, has turned many doctors into unwitting social credit spies by recording information about you that will impact your personal freedom. The WEF is in “collective cooperation” with the World Health Organization (WHO), which sets the mandated standards for healthcare treatment, as recently witnessed by the COVID pandemic. WHO directs the Centers for Disease Control, which directs US healthcare. These have standard codes that track your healthcare and doctors don’t get paid unless they use them. Now there is a code if you refused COVID vaccination. This exemplifies how the end time Beast system will bring all under its authority. WEF uses altruistic words and images to promote its vision of “transforming” the world economy to the benefit of all. WEF’s three areas of focus are healthcare, climate change and technology. In “collective cooperation” with governments, private industry, media and nonprofits, WEF’s goal is to control and track your money, your energy consumption, your healthcare, and even what you eat. This is classic Marxism to create a tyrannical “utopian” society monitoring every person for compliance. Using technology, such as the International Classification of Disease (ICD) codes database, it can be determined whether you are a compliant world citizen or if you need some assistance in doing so. Using too much electricity, eating too much food, or not being vaccinated, triggers authorities. Can you say IRS, FBI, Medicare? ICD codes have been around for a century to track the causes and consequences of human disease. The use of these codes since Obamacare has expanded as a requirement for doctors to get paid. Every health incident for which your doctor sees you is recorded with these codes. The system is also used for things that your doctor didn’t treat. There is a code for if you are unvaccinated for COVID. ICD10Data.com is a “free reference website designed for the fast lookup of all current American ICD-10-CM (diagnosis) and ICD-10-PCS (procedure) medical billing codes.” ICD-10-CM Z228.320 became effective October 1, 2022 and included “underimmunization for COVID 19 status” as well as general “underimmunization status.” This is the entry point for vaccine passports and social credit scores. The next generation of ICD-10 is ICD-11. In April, 2021 Joe Biden’s then press secretary Jen Psaki made worldwide headlines with her emphatic statement that the “government is not now, nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a [vaccine] credential.” The US government already supported the ICD system that has the information and can share it through its international database. Doctors or healthcare systems gave it to them to get paid. This is the result of government, private sector, media and nonprofits working together as prescribed by the WEF. The end game is tyranny, a complete violation of your Constitutional and human rights. Revelation 13:7 speaks of the antichrist/beast, “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” Be forewarned of the coming Beast. In other words, “Can I get away with this and still technically be saved?” Instead, what we ought to ask is, “Because I am a Christian, how can I best serve the Lord? What can I do to grow spiritually?” If you’ve ever wondered about what’s okay for a Christian to do, consider these questions. Does it build me up spiritually? Does this thing that you want to do promote growth in your Christian character? Some things in life can tear you down because they tear you away from the people of God or dull your hunger for the Word of God. Does it bring me under its power? Some Christians say they have the freedom to do a certain thing because they can handle it. They can control it. But does it bring them under its power? Can they go through a day without it? If not, then it isn’t freedom. Do I have an uneasy conscience about it? There might be something that you feel uneasy about doing. It just doesn’t feel right. Romans 14:23 says, “For whatever is not from faith is sin” (NKJV). We’re all different. One believer may do a certain thing, but that very thing could harm you spiritually. Could it cause someone to stumble? You may have the liberty to do something, such as go to this movie or watch that TV show. But if it bothers another believer, be sensitive to that. As Christians, we don’t live unto ourselves. We have an effect on others. All too often people who are interested in following Jesus don’t want to let go of things that will slow them down. We need to count the cost.
