SCROLL DOWN TO READ Delayed, Not Canceled - By Daymond Duck - https://www.raptureready.com/2022/06/05/delayed-not-canceled-by-daymond-duck/ Due to lawsuits in the UK and a global backlash over the Biden administration’s effort to give control of the health care and partial sovereignty of every nation on earth to the World Health Organization (WHO), 12 of the 13 amendments to the International Health Treaty (IHR; also called the International Pandemic Treaty) that Biden wanted were temporarily removed from consideration (one source said the amendments were tabled because the WHO didn’t have enough votes to pass them). Every nation was given permission to submit amendments until Sept. 2022, and all the amendments will be considered in Nov. 2022. The one amendment that Biden got passed was a reduction in how much time the nations will have to reject amendments (reduced from 18 months to 6 months). Liberty Counsel Chairman, Mat Staver, said, “It is a positive sign that 12 of the 13 amendments have been withdrawn. However, one amendment remains, the other 12 can return, and we know the WHO will hold more meetings on these amendments and on a new ‘Pandemic Treaty’ that will vest considerable global power in this agency of the United Nations.” So, the surrender of every nation’s health care and partial sovereignty has been delayed, not canceled. (Perhaps the delay is God’s doing, and we should be thankful but know that every nation will surrender their sovereignty at the time of God’s choosing.) More: In the U.S.,
More: The World Economic Forum (WEF) held a meeting at the same time the WHO meeting was going on. (Yes, there were 2 globalist meetings in the same week. The globalist agenda has been speeded up.) The Vatican (Pope Francis) sent a cleric to the WEF meeting, and the cleric said:
My opinion: The U.S. will surrender its sovereignty to the coming satanic world government because many in the Roman Catholic Church support it, but many non-Catholic Church leaders are not watching, or they are willingly ignorant, cold, or lukewarm, or afraid to speak out on the subject (they are not being salt or light in this area). Here are more recent events: One, on May 27, 2022, it was reported that the WHO has announced that it wants the International Pandemic Treaty to include a digital passport and a digital ID system, and it wants the treaty finalized by 2024 (probably means by the end of 2023). The power to require a digital passport and a digital system will shift from individual nations to the UN WHO. In addition to declaring a public health emergency over nations, the UN WHO will also be empowered to declare a public health emergency over regions of nations (nothing was said about how many regions of nations there will be, but this writer has been on record for years saying the Bible teaches that there will be ten regions in the world with a leader over each region as in Ten Kings over a kingdom of iron PLUS clay.). A new Emergency Committee of “Regional Directors” will report to the UN WHO Director-General, who will have the power to declare (and enforce) a public health emergency even if leaders of a nation or a region of nations disagree. Think about it: global digital passport, global digital ID system by 2024, the world divided into regions under “Regional Directors,” the “Regional Directors” reporting to one man, the Bible says Ten Kings will rise and surrender their power and militaries to the Antichrist, and it says we can see it approaching. FYI: Here is why we should keep an eye on this. According to the Bible, Ten Kings will rise before the Antichrist rises.
No other generation has seen the Ten Kings, but Bible prophecy will be fulfilled. Our generation is hearing calls for a new global structure under “Regional Directors” or “regional czars,” and change could be just weeks or months away. Two, on May 27, 2022, a reader sent me a great article by prophecy teacher and ex-military man, Pete Garcia, titled “Running Out of Normal.” In my words, here are some of Garcia’s observations:

Three, concerning inflation, high gasoline and utility prices, food and energy shortages, etc.: on May 25, 2022, it was reported that the CEO of a major Norwegian financial group told the World Economic Forum (WEF) that citizens and small businesses will have to endure the pain of these problems so the world can reach WEF and UN Agenda 2030 carbon goals. As I understand what the CEO said, the current high inflation, food shortages, etc., are the result of deliberate actions by global leaders to force the world to meet global climate change goals by 2030. It is what our leaders are doing, not Putin’s fault. More: On May 25, 2022, Pres. Biden held a press conference following his meeting with the Prime Min. of Japan, and Biden said, “[When] it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger, and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over.” Biden admitted that higher gas prices in the U.S. are part of an “incredible transition” away from fossil fuels. Shutting down the Keystone XL Pipeline and restricting drilling on some federal lands are deliberate actions that Biden took to reduce the use of fossil fuels in the U.S. Biden has deliberately made fossil fuels more expensive so people will use less. Four, concerning food shortages and famine: on May 23, 2022, it was reported that Russia’s Pres. Putin said he agrees with the UN assessment that the world is facing a food crisis that could lead to famine. A spokesperson for Russia said, “We are not the source of the problem. The source of the problem that leads to world hunger is those who imposed sanctions against us, and the sanctions themselves.” Russia blamed the soaring price of food, cooking oil, fertilizer, and energy on the West for imposing sanctions and hindering Russian shipments and sales. Two days later, UN Sec. Gen. Guterres said the global food crisis is worsening and he is working with Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, the U.S., and the EU to restore grain exports from Ukraine. Think about it: Famine could be looming (according to the UN and Russia), and inflation is soaring at the same time a global ID system, Regional Directors, and a partial loss of national sovereignty are looming, and these are prophesied in the Bible. Five, concerning inflation: on May 27, 2022, Bloomberg reported that record-high meat prices (ground beef and chicken breasts) are forcing people to grill less meat. Six, concerning hyper-inflation and an economic collapse during the Tribulation Period: on May 31, 2022, it was reported that the White House is concerned that high inflation will extend through the next elections and there is very little that Biden can do about it. (Many believe restoring America’s energy independence would help, but Biden refuses to do that.) Seven, concerning the Mark of the Beast: at the May 2022 WEF meeting, the CEO of Nokia said he believes 6G services will be available by 2030, smartphones will be obsolete, and chips will be embedded in a person’s body to merge the physical and digital world. The idea of putting something in a person’s body (perhaps their right hand or forehead) that can be tracked is quickly becoming a reality. The Hebrew prophets all foretold an eventual restoration of Israel, even addressing the future state by name, in some cases centuries after Israel had ceased to exist. Jesus said, Learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh; So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. (Matthew 24:32-34) In his book, Personal Witness, Ambassador Abba Eban, one of Israel s Founding Fathers and Israel's first Foreign Minister wrote; In accordance with our plan, a letter from [Chaim] Weizmann to [President] Truman had been sent on May 13 asking him to recognize our new state. The expected infant state was still nameless, since the Zionist leaders were still characteristically, arguing over the name (should it be Judea, Zion, what about the name Israel?). Weizmann, for the first time in history, was asking for a nameless state to be recognized... Although Ezekiel confidently wrote of the restored Jewish state as Israel 2,500 years before, those who actually served as midwives to the rebirth did not decide on the name until the very day before! Hosea said of Israel, I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time . . . (Hosea 9:10) Joel wrote of the northern invaders of Israel, He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree. . .(Joel 1:7) In 1948, the fig tree began to put forth leaves, so to speak, and Jesus said that generation would see all these things fulfilled. The Bible said that pivotal event in history would take place simultaneously with the birth of a revived Roman Empire. A unified Europe looks back to its foundation as January 1, 1948. It said an apostate world religion would develop at the same time. Revelation 13:11 describes this religious system as having two horns like a lamb -- symbols of Christianity. The World Council of Churches was born in 1948. It predicts that a global political system will co-exist with a global economy. The World Trade Organization -- a trade organization empowered to regulate the global economy -- saw its genesis in the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, enacted by the UN in 1948. The Bible predicted that the global economy will fall under the control of a single individual who will be able to regulate commerce down to the individual level -- That no man might buy or sell -Rev 13:17. Such individual control was impossible before the advent of computers. Although computers had been invented during World War II, they were huge, bulky monsters that used notoriously unreliable and hugely inefficient vacuum tubes. The first computers were slower than a pocket calculator, filled huge environmentally sealed rooms, and required enough electricity to power a small city. That all changed in 1948 when Bell Labs invented the transistor chip, signaling the official birth of the Computer Age. That final age would be marked by 'rumors of war' - Matt 24:7. The ultimate 'rumor of war' was the Cold War. It began with the Berlin Airlift of 1948. The Soviet collapse was a direct result of the cost of fighting the Cold War. The ongoing decline of US influence in the world is also related to the costs of that 'war'. The power vacuum left by the simultaneous decline of each of these great powers is being filled by Europe, just as the Bible predicted. Earthquakes began to show a marked increase in size, scope, and intensity in 1948. The modern period of ethnos against ethnos can be traced to the death of colonialism beginning in 1948. Increasing 'pestilence' or deadly disease, can be traced to 1948. Economic 'kingdoms' began with the first multinational corporations in 1948. Legislation passed by the UN in 1948 like the UDHR and the UNCPR function today as the legal cornerstones of our developing globalist worldview and the disintegration of US Constitutional guarantees. The decline in morality -- worldwide -- can arguably be placed at the feet of the current trend of devaluing human life to the degree that legislation permitting abortion and euthanasia are evidences of an 'advanced' society. The Japanese Eugenics Act -- the first legal abortion on demand legislation ever passed in modern society -- was passed in 1948. American Margaret Sanger was so impressed with the idea that she founded the premier abortion rights advocacy group -- Planned Parenthood -- in 1948. Let's not forget the other technological advances introduced in 1948 -- commercial television, holography, cybernetics, meteorology, the nuclear arms race, microelectronics, and dozens of other advances that served to demystify the books of Daniel and the Revelation for this generation. Add that to the social breakdown that followed the ouster of God from American education following McCollum vs. the board of education decision of 1948. Don't forget the contribution made to evolutionary theory by the introduction of the 'Big Bang' theory of 1948. That served to further alienate the concept of a Creator God from the American worldview. 2 Peter3:3 warns "that there shall come in the last days' scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation." All these things taken in context point to one logical conclusion. This is the generation of whom Jesus was speaking when He said, "This generation shall not pass until ALL these things be fulfilled." No press will be allowed in, no one will be interviewed about it, and Bilderberg will not even register as a blip within the mainstream media's radar. In what many would call a violation of the United States Logan Act, Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema will be in attendance. Sinema is a Democrat turned independent currently working with both Democrats and Republicans to push through gun control. She has openly expressed her support for the late warmonger John McCain and has repeatedly pushed for escalation in Ukraine. As we've reported, former presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton both attended Bilderberg conferences in the years before being elected to the Oval Office. Tony Blair was on hand at the 1993 Bilderberg meeting before becoming prime minister of England in 1997, and Emmanuel Macron, the President of France attended in 2014 just prior to being elected. What's more, the 2008 conference is believed to be the catalyst for that year's US presidential election: rumors suggest that attendees settling on backing Barack Obama for the Democratic Party nomination at that year's event, only for contender Hillary Clinton to bow out two days later. Bilderberg attendees must abide by Chatham House Rules, meaning that while participants can use the information received, they are barred from talking about any individual who may have steered their decisions. Numerous bloggers and activists have suggested that, based just on what is known already from public statements, simply attending a Bilderberg meeting should constitute sufficient grounds for immediate arrest and investigation of Americans. In 2011, then-Congressman Ron Paul called for an investigation and noted that U.S. officials participating in the yearly gathering -- specifically Texas Gov. Rick Perry at the time -- were quite possibly breaking the law. "This information about him going over there and violating the Logan Act and getting involved, I'm just impressed that that's in the ordinary media -- I think that's encouraging, too," Paul said during an interview at the time, noting that Gov. Perry's attendance was "a sign that he's involved in the international conspiracy." Paul is not simply making this up either, the Logan Act clearly states, in part: "Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both." You disparage the idea of that children need fathers and mothers, and you can’t figure out why they bully and cheat and turn to violence. You made your music all about sin and sensuality — degrading rather than uplifting. You made leaders out of the loudest, least thoughtful among us. You made a god out of popularity on social media. You replaced statesmanship with the poison-pal politics of hate. You allowed the media to become your thought shepherds rather than your factfinders. And what about you, Church? Is this what you had in mind? Did you plan to become weak and ineffective? When you traded in Bible-infused messages with pop psychology, is this what you had in mind? Is that what you wanted when you made entertaining children the priority over teaching them? God says, “Look to Me,” but you look instead to political saviors. In fact, you look to man first in all things, leaving God as a last resort. And why not? After all, you teach that the great God, Creator of all things, is nothing more than a friendly little Pal whose primary purpose is to help you feel good about yourself. Is this what you had in mind, Church, when you chose to embrace the world’s definitions of prosperity and blessing rather than God’s — or chose a saccharine-sweet façade instead of the glorious reality of the omnipotent God? Is this what you had in mind when you chose to embrace evil, rather than to overcome evil with good — or when you chose cheap virtue signaling over faithful evangelism? When you threw away reverence, did you have this in mind? You tried to make church doctrine all things to all people. You wanted to be liked and not seen as peculiar. But by watering down the Gospel, you laid your own children on Moloch’s altar. A remnant remains — lit from within by the glowing fires of the Holy Spirit. But to a stunning extent, the Church is drowning in worldliness. When the people of earth need more than ever for the Church to be distinct, it has emulated the world so long and with such ardor, that people have a hard time telling one from the other. But God still says, “Come out from among them, and be ye separate”! (2 Corinthians 6:17, KJV) Daily Jot: Biden’s State Dept gives pass on Christian persecution - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com Nigeria is notorious for persecuting Christians. The Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram and its franchise tribe, the Fulani, are given full reign to persecute Christians. Moreover, the Biden State Department gives Nigeria a pass when it comes to Christian persecution. In its Annual Report on International Religious Freedom, State reported: “the level of insecurity and violence increased, including in the predominantly Muslim North West, where expanded numbers of criminal groups carried out thousands of killings, kidnappings, and armed robberies. Because issues of religion, ethnicity, land and resource competition, and criminality are often closely linked, it was difficult to categorize many incidents as being solely, or even principally, based on religious identity.” Further ,the Secretary of State concluded that Nigeria didn’t meet the criteria for religious persecution. In over 30 years of ministry work in Ghana, West Africa, Nigeria’s neighbor, my partner William Agbeti and I have witnessed first-hand the persecution of Christians by the Islamic Fulani that migrated from Nigeria. Agbeti writes in response to the State Department report: “The issue of organized Islamic extremism spreading throughout West Africa, not excluding Ghana, is real. Their modus operandi for achieving such goals are to seize lands, forcefully occupy the lands and ruthlessly deal with any opposition to their mission. The extent they go to instill fear includes but not limited to murder, injury, destruction of whole towns, houses, farms, rape and forceful ejections. Any reports that indicate any findings to the contrary are either suspect or simply based on lack of in-depth knowledge about what’s going on.” He continues, “In my ministry, we have come across many Islamic atrocities that are glaringly targeted at Christian communities and individuals to put fear in them to vacate their homes and lands! Deep in the rural areas in Ghana, many of such developments constantly occur and are never reported. Those that are reported, the authorities don’t act on them. I’m privy to many of such cases. The US Department of State report that has been released on the Fulani Menace in Nigeria should therefore be taken with a pinch of salt. Those of us on the ground know better and can easily read between the lines and come to the conclusion, that the Biden Administration discreetly supports global Islamic expansionism! Period!” Agbeti sounds the alarm: “Christianity is the only thorn in the flesh of Islamic extremism! Europe is a walk over! America has been taken. It’s only a matter of time and Islam will boldly show its true face in that country! Any group of people, authority or organization that does not acknowledge this truism may likely be in bed with Islamic extremists or is sitting on an ivory tower talking about happenings on the ground. That can’t be realistic! Finally, there seems to be an unfinished business of Islamic expansionism that the ex-president, Obama, is pushing under the Biden Administration! Luke 8:17 says: “For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.” The truth will out!” You may not think Nigeria has anything to do with you, but the Biden attitude toward persecution is telling. God will overrule our requests at times, especially when we ask Him for something that He knows will hurt us. Having said that, there is also a place for faith and prayer. In fact, unbelief can hinder our prayers. The Bible tells us, “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord” (James 1:5–7 NLT). So pray for wisdom, pray for provision, and pray for God’s blessing and direction. And then expect Him to answer. Often, we cancel our prayers because we’re filled with so much doubt. Do you have a need right now? Do you need a touch in your body physically? Then call out to Jesus. Do you have a child or a marriage that needs help today? Then call out to Jesus. Don’t give up. Jesus said, “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you” (Matthew 7:7 NLT). Be persistent in your prayers. With as much faith as you can muster, bring your need to Jesus Christ. I love the prayer of the man who said, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24 NLT). God will more than meet you halfway as you bring your need to Him.
