44, And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. “ (Daniel 2:43-44)
 
11,“And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12, Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
13, But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days. “ (Daniel 12:11-13)
 
5,“And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
6, And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
7, And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8, The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” (Revelation 17:5-8)
 
As we studied the end of Daniel's book in chapter 10-1 we have explored the possible rise again of the “Holy” Roman Empire after it's defeat in 1798 and the Pope was imprisoned coinciding with the Catholic Church's influence over the whole earth dwindled and she changed her leopard spots and instead of a wolf, began to project the image of being harmless as a lamb. But times are changing in these final days of man's rule upon the earth and I believe the connection between Daniel and Revelation points to a resurgence of the political power wielded by Rome during the Dark Ages.
 
DANIEL'S INTERPRETION REVISITED
 
In Daniel chapter 2, Daniel is given the interpretation of King Nebachadnezzer's dream of a golden idol and the true God in heaven reveals the kingdoms that will arise after Babylon is replaced as the world power. Then at the end of the book, Gabriel the ark angel reveals the future of these kingdoms, their rise and their fall. Daniel was astonished and said:
 
“And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? “ (Daniel 12:8).
 
It was not for Daniel to know, as the future was forward some 500+ years before part of the vision was fulfilled, but another 2000 years to come to our time...our time of the end, when the prophecy is set to be completed.
 
The two books of prophecy in Daniel and Revelation have given many scholars trouble understanding and the average Joe on the street steers clear of prophecy to his detriment, as “the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of the prophecy.” (Revelation 19:10b)
 
Let us now examine certain aspects of Daniel and the book of Revelation to show how they are forever connected with one another, as they speak of the same events in different ways.
 
In Daniel 2:43, the Word of God says that the seed of men will mingle:
 
“And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.”
 
The great obscurity of this verse is partially cleared by a reference to Jeremiah 31:27-28:
27 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
28 And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the Lord.”
 
Daniel appears to be contrasting what man is endeavouring to accomplish by his own efforts with that which the God of heaven will carry out :
44 “And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.”(Daniel 2:44)
 
Man will form his plans for uniting the discordant parts of this empire, by encouraging marriages between the royal families that rule the various component kingdoms. The allusion in this verse is to matrimonial alliances contracted between the Ptolemies and the Seleucidae :
 
6 “And in the end of years they shall join themselves together; for the king's daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in these times.”
17 “He shall also set his face to enter with the strength of his whole kingdom, and upright ones with him; thus shall he do: and he shall give him the daughter of women, corrupting her: but she shall not stand on his side, neither be for him”. (Daniel 11:6; Daniel 11:17),
 
This did not, however, succeed in producing permanent harmony or union between them. Each kingdom fell until the Roman Empire became the strongest, “like iron that breaks” until they imploded from within and the kingdom was given over to Papal rule instead of pagan rule, which is a contradiction in terms, as both were just the flip side of the same coin. We discussed this in our messages, but let us move on when the truth is revealed in Revelation when is was obscure in Daniel's time.
 
REVELATION, REVEALING PROPHECY IN JESUS CHRIST
 
The testimony of Christ, a testimony of the most solemn character, is to be borne to the world. All through the book of Revelation there are the most precious, elevating promises, and there are also warnings of the most fearfully solemn import. Will not those who profess to have a knowledge of the truth read the testimony given to John by Christ? Here there is no guesswork, no scientific deception. Here are the truths that concern our present and future welfare.
 
“The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.
3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” (Revelation 1:1-3)
 
Beginning with chapter 1 of Revelation with the description of the One who stood among the seven golden candle sticks, with seven stars in His hand that represented the seven Asian Churches at the time, and the future which represents the time period of the Christian Church until the return of Christ. Thus there are three applications that can be made.
 
-The first is the literal letter to the literal Church
-the second is the application showing the time period of the Christian Church until the return of Christ,
-and lastly certain aspects we find in these messages apply to the condition of our own Christian experience.
 
This is a vision that was given to John by Jesus Christ Himself, as He spoke to John as the sound of a trumpet. Each successive period of church history shows that down through the ages, the church of Jesus Christ has had 7 periods in church history that Jesus reveals to John with the last being the church of the end times, the Laodecian Church of luke warm believers that have fallen into apostasy.
 
COME UP HITHER
 
The book of Revelation makes a defined shift after chapter 3 leading into chapter 4, as John is called by the sound of trumpet calling:
 
“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will show you things which must be hereafter.
2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.” (Revelation 4:1-3)
 
This is a different vision given to John and they run concurrently, as God reveals the opening of the 7 seals of judgment upon the earth. Notice one of the first thing John sees after the description of “One who sat upon the throne” is 24 elders sitting on their respective thrones. Many people have tried to imply and to interpret who these elders are. First let us look at their descriptions:
 
“And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.” (Revelation 4:4)
 
Note that they are clothed in white raiment which stands for righteousness which is defined in chp. 19 of Revelation in describing the bride of Christ, and the armies who come back with Jesus to reign and rule. So they are clothed with the righteousness of Christ and a crown of victory. They have been in warfare with sin and overcome. (sin is only upon this earth) They are seen in heaven before the sequence of the seals begins and have been redeemed from among men. They have crowns of gold on their heads, which represents rewards for service. This is none other than the crown of life or crown of righteousness that the Lord gives to those that have endured temptation and have fought the good fight of faith, finishing their course and have overcome.
 
Since they can't be angels, as angels are in service to those of the redeemed, the Church, then the vision shows redeemed mortal men saved by the blood of the Lamb. They have received rewards, they are seated, as they have received victory over their struggles with evil. The rewards of service to God Almighty comes only in one time period…the Bema Judgment Seat of Christ (1st. Corinthians 3:10-15) to receive rewards for things done for Christ in this life. They are a multiple of the number 12, as the number 12 is the divine sign of government. The only explanation is that this is the Church, redeemed from the earth and taken to heaven just before the wrath of God is poured out upon the earth.
 
Remember what Jesus said in chapter 3 of this book:
 
“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” (Revelation 3:10)
 
The original Greek tells us that Jesus is saying we will be taken out of this time period, not through as some erroneously believe.
 
Beginning in chapter 6 of this Revelation, it is reveals the plagues that come upon the earth, starting with the four horseman of the Apocalypse.
 
As Daniel saw in vision the rise of a great beast out of the sea and described in terrible ferocity, so too does Revelation speak of this beast that comes, but first God describes him as a rider on a white horse, with a bow in his hands.
 
Revelation 6:2 “And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.” (Revelation 6:2)
 
The man has a bow, but no arrows. He rides a white horse, which is a false sign of purity and righteousness. He goes to conquer, but with words of flattery, words of deceit, and political power given to him by other nations as their supreme leader. He has a crown, but unlike the King of kings, his crown is a crown of conquest and victory, much like the victor's crown of leaves given to Roman athletes in the Colosseum.
 
We are reintroduced to this man in chapter 17 noted in the opening verses of this message:
 
6, “And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
7, And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8, The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” (Revelation 17:6-8)
 
I've spoken of this in past messages, that the woman is a harlot. In scripture, the sign of a harlot woman is a sign of a religious organization that has prostituted itself to false gods, and doctrines of demons and devils. Greek porne - Meaning “prostitute,” “harlot.” Porne probably goes back to a word meaning “to sell” or “to export for sale” such things as slaves. In Greece prostitutes were usually purchased slaves. The Old Testament prophets often compare apostate Israel, which repeatedly went “a whoring” after heathen gods, (Ezekiel 23:30; Isaiah 23:17; Ezekiel 16:15) with an adulterous woman. Concerning mystical Babylon as a harlot (Revelation 19:2) For Old Testament passages whose thought or wording is similar to that of chapter 17, see Isaiah 47:1; Jeremiah 25:12; 50:1; Ezekiel 26:13.
 
She has slain millions upon million of the innocent down through the ages and is drunk with their blood.
 
She has a sign of her habitation of sitteth upon many waters. Exercising power over many “peoples” and “nations.” (see verse 15) The form of the verb in Greek presents the “great whore” as in power at the time and as continuing to exercise power. As the ancient city of Babylon was situated upon the literal waters of the Euphrates (see Jeremiah 50:12, 38) and dwelt figuratively “upon many waters” or peoples, (Jeremiah 51:12-13; cf. Isaiah 8:7-8; 14:6; Jeremiah 50:23) so modern Babylon is represented as sitting upon or oppressing the peoples of earth. (Revelation 16:12) This whore in but a metamorphosis of ancient Babylon who received power from the imploding Roman Empire and instead of Caesar became the leader of a pagan religion. But look again at the end of verse 8 of the above passage in chapter 17: “the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.”
 
Who have we revealed as the persecutor and tormentor of millions of non-compliant Christians and Jews throughout the Dark Ages? Who has robes of scarlet and purple, pearls and costly jewels? Who was defeated in 1798 by France and “that was, and is not, yet is”?
 
There is only one institution that fulfills every aspect of this description that seeks a return of her former glory and sadly, my Catholic friends, it is the Roman Catholic Church hierarchy headed by the Pope of Rome. I take no pleasure in warning of this “religion”, but even as much as I would warn of Islam and it's “religion”, because people follow a creation, and institution, a man-made parallel to worshiping God in vain and both, if a person is not careful, will lead those people to hell. Both proclaim a different way to God instead of the true way through Jesus Christ. This present “Pope” has clearly stated that there are alternative ways to heaven. “Just be good” is what he says giving a pass to atheist, Muslims, and any other aberration to the Truth of God's Word. Thus the head of this “religion” denies that Jesus is the Only Way back to God the Father.
 
Jesus calls this institution, “a beast” which represents kingdoms or political powers. (Daniel 7:3-7, 17; 8:3, 5, 20-21; cf. Revelation 12:3; 13:1) The color of this beast no doubt representing a sinful kingdom, not just sinful but one that thought to change the law of God.
 
25 “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” (Daniel 7:25)
 
The names of blasphemy with which it is covered indicate that it stands in opposition to God. Accordingly, the beast itself may be identified as Satan working through those political agencies in all ages that have submitted to her control.
 
In certain respects this beast resembles the great red dragon of Revelation 12:3, and in others the leopard like beast of Revelation 13:1-2 . The context makes the latter relationship appear to be closer. The chief difference between the beast of chapter 13 and that of chapter 17 is that in the former, which is identified with the papacy, no distinction is made between the religious and the political aspects of Papal power, whereas in the latter the two are distinct. The beast representing political power and the woman a religious power.
 
ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT AND ONE WORLD RELIGION
 
I have covered this before, but for this message, I will briefly touch on it again. The United Nations coupled with the USA and the rest of the world are pushing for a complete and total control of every aspect of human life and endeavor by the year 2030. Agenda 21 introduced in the 1990's has morphed into 'SUBSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” and their aim is a one world government. Stage right, the pope in Rome advocating the implementation of this nefarious scheme for complete control of planet earth. And it is reported that he has commanded that this be taught in every parish that he controls through his priest. Some will scoff, but coupled with the foolish notion of “climate change” the earth dwellers are being primed for tyranny and a one world government. What better way to unite the world, than to unite them in the same religious authority. “Which was, and is not, but is” and will rise again. She has inherited and proclaimed the abominations of ancient Babylon:Seduction. By seducing the kings of the earth into illicit union with her, in order to further her own sinister designs.
 
Oppressive despotism. By sitting upon “many waters” and oppressing the people of earth. '
 
Contributing to human delinquency. By making the people of earth except for the saints, drunk with the wine of her political policy thus causing them to become her accomplices in her evil plot. By her fornication, she “did corrupt the earth” (Revelation 19:2)
 
Drunkeness. By being “drunken with the blood of the saints, who had offended her by refusing to drink of her evil potion of error or to submit to her ambition to rule the earth.
Murder and attempted murder. By plotting the murder of God's people, the “woman” of chapter 12. This political/religious organization has been anti-semitic from her inception and has attempted to destroy the Jewish nation, even through Nazi Germany of which she was in bed with.
 
Note in the verses, that she rides the beast and controls him though from the beast perspective, reluctantly. She guides it's policy. The beast representing political power and the “harlot woman” the spiritual power of the last days found in the Tribulation and the Great Tribulation. But who controls this beast of Revelation...the Catholic church is but a tool of the supreme deceiver who will arise out of the bottomless pit.
 
When the beast exists again as “the eighth,” “they that dwell on the earth shall wonder whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world when they behold the beast.” Remember the analogy of the sixth pope stepping down to take the helm of the European Union and then taking it up again from the seventh who will become the false prophet, until the beast “will burn her with fire and eat her flesh”. (For a refresher course, if you have not read part 1. then see my blog and read how the 8th pope comes into existence.)
 
A very similar statement is made in Revelation 13:3, 8 on the world's attitude toward the beast of that chapter when its deadly wound is healed:
 
“All the world wondered after the beast … And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
 
If chapter 13 refers to the same event as Revelation 17:8, it means the statement “his deadly wound was healed” (Revelation 13:3) is equivalent to the expression “shall ascend out of the bottomless pit.” (Revelation 17:8; Revelation 20:3, 7) In a similar way the words “did live” (Revelation 13:14) would be equivalent to the expressions “yet is” and “he is the eighth.” (Revelation 17:8, 11) The wounding of the head, (Revelation 13:3) the going “into captivity” and “the wound by a sword” (Revelation 13:10, 14) would have their counterpart in the implied descent of the “beast” into the “bottomless pit.” (Revelation 17:8) And “death” (Revelation 13:3) would be equivalent to the “bottomless pit” phase of the experience of the beast. The similarities noted here tend to identify the seventh head of the beast as the Papal head. If there be any doubt, then I invite you to take these scriptures passages and read them for yourself and then decide who the description fits and who is pandering to the whole religious world telling them to “Come home to the mother church” .
 
My reader, the book of Daniel was a prophecy of what was to come upon the earth, but history has proven it to be correct. Daniel was not given the details of how this would come to pass, so it was hidden from view until the events actually happened.
 
Revelation in comparison is written to “reveal” what Daniel wrote when that prophecy was given to him by the angel Gabriel from our ABBA Father God in heaven. Jesus came to flesh out the events and they are not obscure if you study them closely and compare them to other prophets in your bible...History is fast becoming completed in our modern times and all we wait for it the signs that point to the coming of a one world government and the installing of it's one world religion...already, the world is promoting a cashless society in different parts of the world into digital cash to monitor every transaction on earth. For one reason, and one reason only is control of the masses of the earth. That is what the coming Anti-Christ will demand, utter and complete control.
 
I'm a firm proponent that the church, the true Church of Jesus Christ, washed in His precious blood which is not an institution, a building, (but members of His own body as individuals one at a time upon receiving grace and mercy through faith in the atonement paid for on Calvary's cross), will never see the actual in the flesh Anti-Christ, but if we see the stage being set for his revealing, how much closer is the Lord Jesus coming for His people, the Bride of Christ? That much closer everyday. The signs are all around us, from the Middle East, to Israel, to the USA, to the United Nations, and yes, even to this pope.
 
I pray for family members who have been seduced into this false religion who have come full circle from a Christian home, into atheism, then the occult, Wiccan, and finally becoming an agnostic only to succumb to the Satanic lie disguised as the “rock that Jesus would build His Church on”...that Rock is Christ, not some religious organization headed by a “vicar of Christ”, but try telling that to a convinced and converted Catholic. (the strongest kind that are blindly convinced of their piety by being members of this cult). If you have come out of this harlot church, then praise God for His mercy. If you see yourself in any of this, or still being influenced by the idolatrous doctrines spewed by your priest, your bishop, or even this pope or any pope, then I pray you will look behind the curtain that hides their abominations by looking at their history and their hypocrisy...I pray for my family members daily that their lives are sold out to the real Jesus, not the Catholic Jesus who they insult with their false doctrines and blasphemy.
 
Remember my friend, the Catholic church is not the way of salvation....Jesus is the way:
 
“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man cometh to the Father, but by Me..” (John 14:6)
 
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

Iran and Russia have been strengthening their alliance recently, growing it gradually to such an extent that the Wall Street Journal wrote on August 27 that the two countries were "forging tighter ties than ever," as both countries face continued international isolation.
 
In recent months, Russia and Iran have signed a multitude of agreements, especially in trade, oil and gas, and military cooperation.
 
In June, an agreement on the establishment of mutual trade centers in St. Petersburg and Tehran was signed, to generate further trade between the two countries in the sectors of energy, transportation, electronics, agriculture, food, pharmaceuticals and construction, by helping Iranian and Russian businessmen establish contacts and conduct financial transactions.
 
In May, Russia and Iran signed agreements on settling their trade and energy payments in their national currencies instead of the US dollar. In addition, they agreed to continue talks to connect their electronic payment systems as well as their financial messaging systems. Since then, Russia and Iran have gradually begun trading in their national currencies.
 
In 2021, the volume of bilateral trade between Russia and Iran increased by 81% from the previous year, rising to $3.3 billion. In January, after a two-day visit to Moscow, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said that the two countries would increase trade even further.
 
"We agreed to remove trade barriers and boost the economic exchanges between the two countries. Currently, the level of mutual trade is not acceptable, so the two countries agreed to increase trade to $10 billion a year. The two countries can take steps to break the dominance of the dollar over monetary and banking relations and trade with the national currency."
 
During Raisi's visit, the two countries also signed agreements to deepen energy cooperation and in July, Russia announced that it would invest $40 billion in Iran's oil industry, Russia's largest ever investment in Iran. Russia announced the investment deal as Russian President Vladimir Putin was visiting Iran for talks.
 
According to Iranian state news outlet IRNA, Putin and Raisi "discussed ways for expansion of bilateral relations in different areas, including energy, transit, trade exchanges and regional developments as well."
 
Significantly, Russia and Iran's cooperation extends to the military and space fields, with Russia recently helping Iran to launch a new satellite into space: On August 9, Russia launched Iran's new Khayyam surveillance satellite from the Baikonur space station in Kazakhstan.
 
The launch of the satellite is a telling example of the kind of dangers that a strengthened Russian-Iranian alliance poses to US interests.
 
Iran's Khayyam satellite "will greatly enhance Tehran's ability to spy on military targets across the Middle East," according to unnamed Western and Middle Eastern officials quoted by the Washington Post. The satellite's high-resolution camera apparently gives Tehran "unprecedented capabilities, including near-continuous monitoring of sensitive facilities in Israel and the Persian Gulf."
 
Iran will also be able to "task" the new satellite to spy on locations of its choosing, as often as it wishes, according to the officials.
 
"It's not the best in the world, but it's high resolution and very good for military aims," a Middle Eastern official familiar with the hardware of the satellite told the Washington Post in June 2021.
 
"Iran could share the imagery with pro-Iranian militia groups across the region, from the Houthi rebels battling Saudi-backed government forces in Yemen to Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon and Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria."
 
"This is obviously a clear and present danger to the United States and our allies in the Middle East and abroad," said Richard Goldberg, a former Iran analyst in the Trump administration's National Security Council.
 
"As Iran perfects its missile arsenal – from short-, medium- to longer-range missiles, alongside its growing UAV capability throughout the Middle East –being able to sync those capabilities with satellite capabilities and surveillance will only increase the lethality of the Iranian threat."
 
For the time being, however, the Iranian satellite is meant to be helping Russia's war effort in Ukraine, another example of the mutual benefits accruing to both Russia and Iran from their alliance.
 
"Russia, which has struggled to achieve its military objectives during its five-month-old assault on Ukraine, told Tehran that it plans to use the satellite for several months, or longer, to enhance its surveillance of military targets in that conflict," the Washington Post wrote.
 
Equally significantly, Iran is now actively helping Russia with its war effort in Ukraine, which puts on display the extremely negative effects of the new Russian-Iranian alliance.
 
Russia has ordered hundreds of Iranian military drones as Russia suffers from a severe lack of attack drones that are precision-capable. Russia has bought at least two kinds of drones from Iran, the Mohajer-6 and the Shahed-series drones. The first batch of drones, according to the Washington Post, was picked up by Russian cargo flights in late August. Iran reportedly has been training Russian soldiers in using them in Russia's war in Ukraine. On September 13, Ukraine said that it had shot down an Iranian-produced Shahed drone.
 
Iran has become a major developer and producer of drones. In October 2021, the Wall Street Journal reported the concern of defense officials from the United States, Israel and Europe that Iran's progress in developing, building and deploying drones was changing the security situation in the Middle East region.
 
"The drones themselves are often made with widely available components used in the ever-growing commercial drone market and by hobbyists, the officials say," the Wall Street Journal reported.
 
"Some mimic the designs of Israeli and American military drones... Tehran's engineers rely on imported components to create aerial vehicles that can accurately strike targets at long distance and rapidly change direction to avoid air defenses and radar, say European and Middle Eastern security officials who have studied wreckages of the drones."
 
Most recently, Iran claimed that it had developed a long-range suicide drone "designed to hit Israel's Tel Aviv, Haifa."
 
In July, US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan denounced the new cooperation between Russia and Iran:
 
"Russia deepening an alliance with Iran to kill Ukrainians is something that the whole world should look at and see as a profound threat."
 
Despite this acknowledged "profound threat" emanating from the mutually beneficial alliance between Russia and Iran, the Biden administration nevertheless has been making dangerous concessions to revive the nuclear deal, which would only deepen the threat and benefit not only Iran, but also Russia.
 
"Several of Russia's top state-controlled nuclear companies stand to gain billions of dollars in revenue as part of a new nuclear accord with Iran that will waive sanctions on these firms so that they can build up Tehran's nuclear infrastructure," the Washington Free Beacon reported in April.
 
"Russia's state-controlled Rosatom energy firm and at least four of its major subsidiaries will receive sanctions waivers under a new accord so that they can complete nuclear projects in Iran worth more than $10 billion, according to the 2019 document, which details all the Russian entities involved in these projects. With a new nuclear accord being finalized, the Biden administration has repeatedly guaranteed Russia that it will not face sanctions for its work on Iranian nuclear sites, even as Moscow faces a barrage of international penalties for its unprovoked war in Ukraine. The Biden administration renewed a series of sanctions waivers to permit Russia's nuclear work in Iran as part of a package of concessions meant to entice both countries into signing a new accord."
 
Let us hope that the new "Iran nuclear deal," reportedly "off the table for the time being" is off the table for good.

The Russians continue to threaten us with nuclear annihilation. Why are so few people in the western world alarmed by this? I think it is because our leaders are assuring everyone that the Russians are all talk and that the odds of a nuclear war actually happening are extremely low. Meanwhile, both sides just continue to take steps to escalate the war in Ukraine. We are engaged in an extremely bizarre game of “nuclear chicken”, and both sides truly believe that the other side will blink first. And so we continue to creep closer and closer to a cataclysmic nuclear conflict, and once the missiles start flying there will be no turning back.
 
I simply do not understand why our leaders are not taking Russian threats more seriously.
 
The Russians warned that they would take military action in Ukraine if an agreement to avoid war could not be reached, and that is precisely what happened.
 
And now the Russians are repeatedly threatening us with nuclear war. In fact, Dmitry Medvedev just warned that if the U.S. does not back down our “land will be on fire and the concrete will melt”…
 
If the West continues its “unrestrained pumping of the Kiev regime with the most dangerous types of weapons,” Russia’s military campaign will move to the next level, where “visible boundaries and potential predictability of actions by the parties to the conflict” will be erased and the conflict will take on a life of its own, as wars always do, Medvedev argued.
 
“And then the Western nations will not be able to sit in their clean homes, laughing at how they carefully weaken Russia by proxy. Everything will be on fire around them. Their people will harvest their grief in full. The land will be on fire and the concrete will melt,” Medvedev wrote, before citing a Bible verse from Revelations 9:18.
 
In case you are wondering, this is what Revelation 9:18 says…
 
A third of mankind was killed by these three plagues—by the fire and by the smoke and by the brimstone, which came out of their mouths.
 
Medvedev also addressed the fact that U.S. politicians don’t seem to be taking Russian threats very seriously…
 
“Yet still the narrow-minded politicians and their stupid think tanks, thoughtfully twirling a glass of wine in their hands, talk about how they can deal with us without entering into a direct war. Dull idiots with a classical education,” Medvedev wrote.
 
When I read that statement, I immediately thought of National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
 
He is one of the chief warmongers in the Biden administration, but most Americans don’t even know who he is.
 
Personally, I am shocked that someone like Sullivan can even get a job in Washington, but at this point he is one of the key architects of our foreign policy. There are times when Sullivan makes John Bolton look like a radical anti-war peace activist in comparison, and Biden considers his advice to be highly valuable.
 
That is quite frightening, because if Sullivan has his way we are likely to end up in a nuclear war with Russia.
 
At this point, the Russians do not believe that they are fighting a war with just Ukraine.
 
All over Russian television, there is talk about the vast numbers of “British and American soldiers” that are now on the front lines of the conflict…
 
Watching Russia’s channels over the last 24 hours reveals two trends. The first is that talk of “Ukrainian Nazis” has decreased — instead it’s now about “shared past and history” of two nations. Second, they simply cannot accept they’re losing to Ukrainians; instead, they talk about fighting a huge force of British and American soldiers, or as they often call them: “Anglo-Saxons”.
 
Officially, the U.S. and UK governments have not sent any troops to Ukraine.
 
But somehow tens of thousands of highly trained U.S. and British fighters are now involved.
 
Many of them are uploading videos of their exploits to social media, and this is something that even the Daily Mail is admitting…
 
In a compilation of footage uploaded to social media, soldiers with British accents can be heard speaking to one another while wearing blue armbands to identify themselves as Ukrainian forces.
 
One clip appears to show soldiers moving ‘POWs’ through a compound, while others show soldiers hurling grenades, running to take cover, and climbing through windows.
 
Whether these troops were officially sent by the U.S. and UK governments doesn’t really matter.
 
What matters is that the Russians now believe that they are fighting troops from NATO countries that have been armed with NATO equipment.
 
If the Russians perceive that this is the big showdown with NATO, they may decide that it is better to go for the jugular sooner rather than later.
 
Because the side that strikes first has the best chance of surviving a nuclear war.
 
In a scenario in which the Russians decide to strike first, they would move large numbers of their super silent “black hole” submarines into position just off our coastlines.
 
This is something that I have warned my readers about over and over again.
 
These submarines would simultaneously launch their nukes, and within just a couple of minutes a host of key strategic targets would be destroyed all over the country.
 
Our missile silos and our air bases would be among those strategic targets, but once his advisers finally got him out of bed the president would inevitably order a strike of our own.
 
Unfortunately, Minuteman III missiles that went into service in the 1970s still form the backbone of our strategic nuclear arsenal, and Russia has the most advanced anti-missile systems on the entire planet.
 
The Russian S-400, A-135 and S-500 anti-missile systems would likely intercept much of what we throw at them, but inevitably some targets would be hit.
 
But overall, the Russians would hurt us a whole lot more than we hurt them, and they know this.
 
So why won’t we take the threats that they are making more seriously?
 
Of course there are ultimately no “winners” in a nuclear war, and that is what western leaders are banking on.
 
As I have discussed previously, studies have determined that only about 20 percent of the U.S. population would die immediately if there was a full-blown nuclear exchange with Russia.
 
But the ensuing nuclear winter caused by such a conflict would result in billions of people starving to death worldwide.
 
So I am pleading with leaders on both sides of this war to find a peaceful way out of this mess while they still can.
 
Unfortunately, both sides have become absolutely obsessed with “winning” the conflict in Ukraine, and it appears that it is just a matter of time before it goes nuclear.

Christians are a unique group of people. We live in every nation on earth, we come from many ethnic backgrounds, and we speak many different languages. Quite often, the only thing we have in common is our love for our Lord Jesus Christ. That love should be evident in our attitudes. Jesus is our example, and He didn’t care if someone was down and out (like the lepers He healed) or a rich Pharisee (like Nicodemus who was searching for truth). He had time and kind words for anyone who needed Him. He only argued with the self-righteous Pharisees who were filled with pride and had little love for the God they pretended to serve. “And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.” 1 John 3:23. Do you radiate His love? If not, what is blocking His love from shining through you? You need to examine your heart and pray.
 
Our sacred book, the Holy Bible, is not a rule book for us to follow. It is the story of ultimate love and forgiveness. It tells us of creation and how Adam was created in God’s image (not the result of a big bang and millions of years of evolution). We are given examples of God’s discipline when people embraced evil. When the fallen angels mated with human women, the result was Nephilim who were unredeemable hybrids. The result of that evil was that God flooded the entire earth saving only Noah and his family. God’s judgment wasn’t an act of revenge, but one of love. If the hybrids hadn’t been drowned, all of humanities’ genome would have been corrupted and there would have been nobody left to save. All of creation was corrupted and impure before the Lord. It pays to keep yourself from sin. Jesus tells us that it will be as it was in the days of Noah when He comes again after the Tribulation. “And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.” Luke 17:26-27. There was a great testimony in Noah’s day, but people didn’t pay attention. Noah was building an Ark in order to save genetically pure people and animals. Most people didn’t notice the Ark, but kept on living life by their own rules, unconcerned that judgment was on its way. Examine your heart and see if you are being a witness for God by living to honor Him, or are you one who is living by your own rules thinking there’s time to repent, and you are just as good as the next guy? Noah kept building the Ark according to God’s direction no matter what the wicked people around him thought.
 
Jesus used another example of judgment. “Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.” Luke 17:28-29. Lot was living among some very sinful and wicked people. He chose to live there, but he wasn’t a good influence on them. Lot was the nephew of Abram, and went with him away from the pagan life in Ur. Abram and Lot each had their own flocks which prospered to the point that they needed to separate. Lot chose to leave the lush fields and live in Sodom. “Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom. But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.” Genesis 13:13-14. The perversion and wickedness there was so bad that God had to destroy it. Once again, mankind embraced evil. Still, Lot chose to live there. Two angels went to Sodom where the men of the city wanted to rape them. Lot pleaded with the evil men for mercy, but they loved their wicked ways and ignored him. The angels told Lot to get his family and leave. His sons-in-law wouldn’t leave, but the angels urged Lot to get his wife and daughters and leave immediately. The time had come for judgment. Lot dilly-dallied and the angels had to forcibly take them out prior to judgment (a picture of the Rapture). Fire and brimstone rained down upon Sodom and Gomorrah, but Lot and his family were safe…until his wife looked back. Her heart was stuck in the wickedness of those cities. “But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.” Genesis 19:26. She had been warned not to look back, but she did anyway. What about you? Where’s your heart? Jesus used her as an example to those who will be living through the Tribulation. “In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field let him likewise not return back. Remember Lot’s wife.” Luke 17:31-32. This warning isn’t to Christians, who will have been taken Home in the Rapture before God’s judgment comes upon all the earth. It’s to those left behind. Place your faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ now, and you will be safe from judgment. God’s salvation is waiting to take you away from sin and depravity. Once you’ve been set free, don’t look back.
 
The days of Noe and the days of Lot are upon us. If you haven’t noticed the abundance of evil, then you aren’t paying attention. Or else you see nothing wrong with it. Examine your heart and see if you love God enough to honor Him in your daily life. Faith in Jesus will bring forgiveness for all of your sins. If you’ve proclaimed Him as your Saviour, but continue living a sin-filled life, remember what happened to Lot’s wife. She just couldn’t leave the sin and wickedness. Lot almost missed his deliverance because he was comfortable in the sin of Sodom. In his letter to the Romans, Paul spends the first part of chapter 1 talking about Jesus, the Son of God, and His wonders. Paul was a man who was changed after meeting Jesus on the road to Damascus, and never looked back. From the time of that meeting, Paul boldly shared the Gospel with others. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16. Are you ashamed of the Gospel of Christ? Examine your heart and if you have continued to embrace anger, and other sins, then maybe you’re ashamed of Him. Humility, not pride, should be a mark of your love and service to Christ.
 
Paul continues in Romans chapter 1 to describe what happens when God’s truth of creation is rejected, as it is today. God created all that is. “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful: but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.” Romans 1:20-23. Paul goes on to explain that once God’s truth is compromised, life begins a downward spiral to total corruption. People begin to worship the creation instead of the creator. Today we see people believing that animals have equal, if not superior, rights to humans. We need to care for animals, but they aren’t to be worshipped. “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.” Romans 1:24-25. Many years ago, Christians turned education over to the government. Mom and Dad both work, so babysitters raise the children, and secular government educates our children. Evolution is taught, which leads to other evils being promoted. Like homosexuality and the latest craze is children believing they are animals, and acting like animals. Schools even provide litter boxes for them. Schools encourage children to be transgender, and parents seem to be ok with all of this. Jesus said it would be as it was in the days of Noah and the days of Lot when He returns. The world is promoting sin that hasn’t been seen since Noah built the Ark and Lot left Sodom. Science is creating hybrids and the wicked world is encouraging the sins of Sodom.
 
If you profess to be a Christian, live to honor Christ. Instead of embracing the wickedness of the world, model yourself after the attributes of Christ. The Holy Spirit indwells you and wants you to bear fruit. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is not law.” Galatians 5:22-23. Do you exhibit these traits? Or does your life look more like that described in Romans chapter 1. Examine your heart and be sure you aren’t ashamed of God. It won’t be long until judgment comes. There are many signs that tell us the Rapture will happen soon. Just like God shut the door of the Ark, He will shut the door on this age of history. “After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.” Revelation 4:1. Only Christians will hear that call, and it could happen any minute now. Remember, you have a choice of hearing that call, or being left to face the Great Tribulation. As you read through the fruit of the Spirit, you might be thinking that you display those qualities. That’s good, but those alone won’t allow you live eternally with Christ. Only true faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ will bring you life eternal. When you admit you’re a sinner and need Jesus for salvation, you will be sealed with the Holy Spirit. Allow Him to lead and guide you through life. Cultivate the fruit of the Spirit.
 
Examine your heart. “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:1-2. Do you embrace the days of Noah and life in Sodom, or do you desire to leave worldly ways behind and serve Christ? Ask Him to change your heart of stone into a heart of flesh and let your love of the Lord shing.

Communism is on the rise in America and seeks to take over the nation without a single revolutionary shot fired. Communism is found in the public school system. Communism is found in the political system. Communism is found in the federal government. But Communism went out with Gorbechev, right?–The tearing down of the Berlin wall; the fall of the Soviet Union. Wrong. Communism is alive and well. Its just not called communism anymore. It is reshaped into a form more acceptable to the American people. It’s called Stakeholder Capitalism, and other veiled names. It is disguised and is infiltrating every aspect of American society, especially religious circles. And once the pulpit falls, so will the nation.
 
Communism is a religion that seeks to replace God with the state. Communist strategists realized that America as a godly nation would never fall into their hands. So a change in strategy had to be employed. The strategy was three-fold: 1) appeal to Americans’ sense of justice by creating victim classes such as women, homosexuals, the environment, and races; 2) convince moral and godly people to believe that communist values are the same as Christian values; and 3) continue teaching secular humanism as aggressively as possible. These victim classes already have been established and they promote victimization for themselves and project hate toward those who disagree with them.
 
With women it is the sexual revolution and feminism—the breakdown of society by breaking down the traditional family structure. With homosexuals it is the tolerance and homosexual equality movement—the continued breakdown of the institution of marriage. Communism has sought to divide the races and to inflame animosity between them. And many have been influenced by the “green revolution” of radical environmentalism that seeks to redistribute wealth to pay for the damage humanity has done to God’s creation. Communism as an ideology is often found in more socially acceptable terms such as Communitarianism, equity, and social justice orientations, which employs the communistic dialectic to find “common ground for the common good”—all the while saying religion and morality are to be encouraged, but with a new twist.
 
Not many people these days will admit they are communists, but they will espouse communist ideals as true democracy. A politician can be a member of the Democratic or Republican party and still be an ideological communist. A pastor can be a leader of a conservative church, but be an ideological communist. It’s not just about what you say, it’s about what you do and what you support. Communism is the antithesis of God and it is seeking to destroy a godly nation through its “Critical Thinking” doctrine. Jesus said in Matthew 24:24, “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Beware of the new communism disguised as something else.

When I was a brand-new Christian at age 17, I knew a lot of people my own age, but I went out of my way to find older Christians to spend time with. I met people like Pastor Chuck Smith and his wife, Kay, at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. I also met Pastor Romaine, an associate pastor there. I had meals with them, spent time talking with them, and saw what Christians looked like, especially older, more mature believers. A little later, I became friends with the great British preacher Alan Redpath, who wrote a number of amazing commentaries. I also became friends with Billy and Ruth Graham. Spending time with these godly people had an impact on me.
 
When you’re young, you may want to spend time only with young people. But I encourage you to find some older, godly people you can learn from.
 
And if you’re an older believer, find a younger believer you can take under your wing. The apostle Paul wrote to Timothy, “You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others” (2 Timothy 2:2 NLT). Regarding His commands, God said to Moses, “Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up” (Deuteronomy 6:7 NLT).
 
If you’re an older Christian, you need to share God’s truths with younger people. And if you’re younger, you need to spend time with older, godly people.
 
As Christians, we’re in a race. This race has a beginning, middle, and end, and it’s a relay. Our job in this race is not to hold on to the baton forever. We must hand it over to the next runners, who will carry it forward.
