Psalm 2 is amazing for many reasons: It was written by King David, an ancestor of Jesus (Acts 4:25-27), it is an Old Testament passage that clearly states that God has a Son (Psa. 2:7), and it is a prophecy that seems to apply to the current situation. Here is this writer’s partial understanding of Psalm 2.
Here is a list of recent events that relate to Bible prophecy. One, concerning the transformation (weakening; surrendering the sovereignty) of America and the transformation (restructuring the UN into an all-powerful world government): this writer has heard several pundits refer to Biden’s $3.9 trillion 10-year stimulus package as “Biden’s Build Back Better Agenda.” It is a Deep State plan to finance the restructuring of America into a godless nation under a godless world government. Sen. Joe Manchin, Democrat from West Virginia, said the bill has been “designed to reengineer the social and economic fabric of this nation” (transform America). Sen. Kennedy, a Republican from Louisiana, said, “It (Biden’s stimulus package) is going to extend the government into every corner of America’s life.” Biden, Schumer, and Pelosi are struggling to find a way to push it through. The Globalist Deep State needs to transform America’s government before they transform the world government, and this is an effort to do that. Two, concerning a one-world religion: in Feb. 2019, Pope Francis and a Muslim Sheikh, Ahmed al-Tayeb, signed an agreement called the Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace. The purpose of their document is to merge the religions to create world peace. They established a Higher Committee of Human Fraternity to bring together people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and nationalities. They soon announced plans to build a complex called the “Abrahamic Family House” in Abu Dhabi. The “Abrahamic Family House” will have a Church, a Mosque, and a Synagogue (separate places for Christians, Muslims, and Jews to worship), and a fourth place for people of all religions to come together as one body. They will promote peace, coexistence, and brotherhood among all religions. In Nov. 2019, Roman Catholic Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano compared the Abrahamic Family House to the Tower of Babel and called it “Pope Francis’ initiative to convert the Catholic Church into a global New Age religion.” In early Oct. 2021, it was reported that construction of the Abrahamic Family House is on schedule, and it will open in 2022. At the same time, it was reported that there are now plans to build a second Abrahamic Family House in New York. (Note: This writer does not want to start rumors and has seen nothing about this, but is also wondering if there will be plans for a third Abrahamic Family House in rebuilt Babylon.) Three, concerning the Days of Noah and great wickedness: on Sept. 29, 2021, investigative journalist and writer Daniel Greenfield posted an article on Rapture Forums that says 3,595 black people and 3,060 white and Latino people were murdered in 2019. Greenfield said 5,839 black people and 4,160 white and Latino people were murdered in 2020. These facts show that the Black Lives Matter demonstrations, the Defund the Police Movement, the release of hardened criminals from jails, etc., have resulted in the increased murder of Black people by about 62%, and the increased murder of white and Latino people by about 36%. Put another way, the decrease in police protection, release of hardened criminals, etc., is causing more black people to die than any other group. If black lives really matter, why don’t the politicians increase police funding, increase the retention of hardened criminals, etc.? Four, concerning wickedness: on Oct. 3, 2021, it was reported that the Catholic archbishop over a diocese that Nancy Pelosi is in (San Francisco) said the Women’s Health Protection Act that Pelosi pushed the House to pass recently “is nothing short of child sacrifice” and “is surely the type of legislation one would expect from a devout Satanist, not a devout Catholic.” Hopefully, the legislation will not pass in the Senate. Five, concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age: on Oct. 1, 2021, it was reported that 50 volcanoes are erupting on earth at this time, including the largest underwater eruption ever recorded. Six, it is this writer’s belief that God’s Word will be fulfilled exactly as written, and the EU will be the main power in the coming world government, not China. On Sept. 27, 2021, an article in the South China Morning Post said a shortage of coal, the Delta Variant of Covid, and other problems have caused 16 of China’s 31 provincial jurisdictions (more than half) to start rationing electricity. Without electricity, factories are reducing their hours or shutting down, production is declining, inflation is up, and analysts have lowered estimates of China’s economic growth. This problem has been going on for several months, but it has worsened in recent months, and some officials say China may not get it under control for several more months. Update: China has been threatening an invasion of Taiwan and sending war planes into Taiwan air space for months without doing anything, but they recently upped the threat by sending 93 planes into Taiwan air space in 3 days. On Oct. 4, 2021, a Taiwan Foreign Minister warned China that Taiwan will defend itself and both nations will suffer tremendously if China attacks Taiwan. There seems to be no doubt that China would win, but attacking Taiwan will be a stumbling block in China’s quest for world domination. Seven, concerning empty store shelves: this writer has seen several articles recently warning that some foods, fuel, medical supplies, computer chips for vehicles, Christmas items, etc., are getting in short supply. Some officials are warning that the shortages will worsen before they get better, and some are even advising people to do their Christmas shopping now. Update: On Oct. 3, 2021, it was reported that America’s ports, railyards, and trucking facilities are hopelessly clogged (one report estimated that there are one million containers waiting to be unloaded off the West Coast alone and many more on the East Coast). Social distancing, quarantines, and mandatory vaccinations are greatly hampering the unloading and movement of goods, but the Biden administration refuses to ease these restrictions. The fact that they know the problem exists and they refuse to do anything about it makes it is difficult to believe that they are not deliberately trying to create shortages. Some reports are even saying it is an engineered crisis. Adding credibility to this is the fact that some global Deep State officials have publicly said we need a crisis to bring in a world government. (Note: It is common knowledge that Biden deliberately destroyed America’s energy independence, and the price of gasoline has gone up about $1 per gallon.). Finally, are you Rapture Ready? If you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and raised from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this. Many Americans were entirely convinced that bright days were just around the corner, but instead things have taken a dramatic turn into the dumpster over the last 9 months. The Afghanistan debacle was the worst foreign policy embarrassment in modern American history, the Biden administration is trying to deal with an unprecedented crisis on our southern border, and the way that our politicians are handling the pandemic is causing extremely deep divisions throughout our society. In addition, our economy is starting to break down on a very basic level. On a widespread basis, goods are not getting to the places they need to be when they need to be there, and services are often not available when people need them. As time has passed, the “malfunctioning” of our economy has spread, and now the coming mandates threaten to make things a whole lot worse. Just look at the chaos that was caused in Florida on Sunday… Southwest has canceled 1,018 Sunday flights as of 2 p.m. ET, according to flight tracker FlightAware. That’s 28% of the the airline’s scheduled flights and the highest of any U.S. airline by a wide margin. American Airlines has canceled 63 flights, or 2% of its operation, while Spirit Airlines canceled 32 flights, or 4% of its flights, according to FlightAware. Overall, more than 1,800 flights were canceled during the weekend, and Southwest is publicly blaming the problems on “weather challenges”… “We experienced weather challenges in our Florida airports at the beginning of the weekend, challenges that were compounded by unexpected air traffic control issues in the same region, triggering delays and prompting significant cancellations for us beginning Friday evening,” the spokesperson told FOX Business. “We’ve continued diligent work throughout the weekend to reset our operation with a focus on getting aircraft and crews repositioned to take care of our customers,” the spokesperson added. “With fewer frequencies between cities in our current schedule, recovering during operational challenges is more difficult and prolonged. We’re working diligently to accommodate our customers as quickly as possible, and we are grateful for their patience.” Of course that is complete and utter nonsense. A large number of Southwest pilots in Florida engaged in a “sickout” over the weekend to protest Southwest’s vaccine mandate, and apparently at least some air traffic controllers joined them… On the record, they’re denying any sort of protest — but there are reports, citing airline sources, that a massive “sickout” went down, and that ripple effects are still being felt. Regardless of what the truth here is … it’s screwing a lot of people, and causing a lot of problems. And, IF there is merit to the sickout speculation — it could also be a bad sign of what’s to come in other industries that might try to enforce vaccines on employees. As I write this article, there are rumblings that pilots at American Airlines are organizing similar efforts. Good for them. In fact, we need bold people in every industry in America to start doing this sort of thing. Perhaps if enough people start standing up, those that are trying to impose these mandates will start backing down. Right now, we are already facing the most epic labor shortage in U.S. history, and economic activity is badly gummed up as a result. If millions more qualified people are thrown out of work in the months ahead due to these absurd mandates, that is going to cause unprecedented chaos all across America. A weekend of canceled flights might be bad, but it is nothing compared to the complete and utter nightmare our society will be facing if all of these mandates go through. Even the military will be deeply affected. On Sunday, it was being reported that “hundreds of thousands” of our service members have chosen to resist the mandates… Hundreds of thousands of U.S. service members remain unvaccinated or only partially vaccinated against the coronavirus as the Pentagon’s first compliance deadlines near, with lopsided rates across the individual services and a spike in deaths among military reservists illustrating how political division over the shots has seeped into a nonpartisan force with unambiguous orders. So, what would it do to the state of our military if hundreds of thousands of service members are kicked out in the months ahead? That is a question that we need to be asking, because it appears that this is actually what is going to happen. On top of everything else, now we are facing a severe global energy crisis… Energy is so hard to come by right now that some provinces in China are rationing electricity, Europeans are paying sky-high prices for liquefied natural gas, power plants in India are on the verge of running out of coal, and the average price of a gallon of regular gasoline in the United States stood at $3.25 on Friday — up from $1.72 in April. Most Americans may not realize it yet, but this is a really big deal. There are more than 1.3 billion people living in India, and coal is in such short supply there that officials are warning that there could soon be widespread blackouts… Just like Chinese authorities ordering energy firms to conserve supplies at all costs, numerous power plants across India could be forced to adopt rolling blackouts as coal supplies run low. A minister in Indian capital New Delhi warned Sunday that blackouts could rock the massive city over the next two days. But the nation’s capital city isn’t alone in suffering energy shortages: it joins two Indian states – Tamil Nadu and Odisha – which have issued warnings about the growing possibility of blackouts due to dwindling coal supplies. Other nations are facing similar issues. In fact, Lebanon just emerged from a blackout that lasted about 24 hours… LEBANON has finally got the lights back on some 24 hours after the country was plunged into total darkness by fuel shortages. The Mediterranean country is battling one of the planet’s worst economic crunches since the 1850s in the wake of last year’s devastating blast that levelled a huge part of the capital Beirut. If things are this bad already, how crazy will things get in the middle of winter when demand for energy is at the highest? People need to wake up, because the times that we are moving into are going to be completely different from what we have grown accustomed to. It isn’t just the U.S. economy that is crumbling. Literally, the economic infrastructure of the entire globe is falling to pieces, and experts are warning that things will continue to break down in the months ahead. So many of the things that you have been warned about are starting to transpire right in front of our eyes, and this winter looks like it will be very dark indeed. Currency Of the Antichrist? The Power to Control How Money Is Spent – Kit Knightly - https://www.prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?recent_news_id=5006 From the moment bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies first emerged, sold as an independent and alternative medium of exchange outside the financial status quo, it was only a matter of time before the new alternative would be absorbed, modified and redeployed in service of the state. Enter "Central Bank Digital Currencies": the mainstream answer to bitcoin. For those who have never heard of them, "Central Bank Digital Currencies" (CBDCs) are exactly what they sound like, digitized versions of the pound/dollar/euro etc. issued by central banks. Like bitcoin (and other crypto), the CBDC would be entirely digital, thus furthering the ongoing war on cash. However, unlike crypto, it would not have any encryption preserving anonymity. In fact, it would be totally the reverse, potentially ending the very idea of financial privacy. Now, you may not have heard much about the CBDC plans, lost as they are in the tangle of the ongoing "pandemic", but the campaign is there, chugging along on the back pages for months now. There are stories about it from both Reuters and the Financial Times just today. The countries where the idea progressed the furthest are China and the UK. The Chinese Digital Yuan has been in development since 2014, and is subject to ongoing and widespread testing. The UK is nowhere near that stage yet, but Chancellor Rishi Sunak is keenly pushing forward a digital pound that the press are calling "Britcoin". Other countries, including New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Malaysia, are not far behind. The US is also researching the idea, with Jerome Powell, head of Federal Reserve, announcing the release of a detailed report on the "digital dollar" in the near future. The proposals for how these CBDCs might work should be enough to raise red flags in even the most trusting of minds. Most people wouldn't like the idea of the government monitoring "all spending in real-time", but that's not the worst of it. By far the most dangerous idea is that any future digital currency should be "programmable". Meaning the people issuing the money would have the power to control how it is spent. That's not an interpretation or a "conspiracy theory", here is a quote from Agustin Carstens, head of the Bank for International Settlements, speaking earlier this year: The key difference [with a CBDC] is that the central bank would have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability, and then have the technology to enforce that." Which tells you not only that they want and are seeking this power, but how they justify it to themselves. They transform other people's money into an "expression of their liability", and so consider it's only right that they control it. An article in the Telegraph, back in June, was just as candid: Digital cash could be programmed to ensure it is only spent on essentials, or goods which an employer or Government deems to be sensible The article goes on to quote Tom Mutton, a director at the BoE: You could introduce programmability... There could be some socially beneficial outcomes from that, preventing activity which is seen to be socially harmful in some way. Governments and employers making sure the money they issue can only be used on "sensible" things, and not be used in "socially harmful" ways? It doesn't take much imagination to see just how this system could evolve and re-shape society into a truly dystopian nightmare. In China the process is already beginning, with a trademarked lack of subtlety. As they progress toward the release of their digital currency, they are banning all cryptocurrencies to remove competition and it's already known the digital yuan will be programmable. The West's approach will probably be less direct, but no less controlling for that. Britcoin will likely be programmed in only "special circumstances". Starting, as the Telegraph says, with state benefits. They will be flagged to be spent only on "essentials". (Of course, if Universal Basic Income is put in place, then it's possible the majority of people could end up on "state benefits".) It's also not hard to see programmable money feeding into the "protect the NHS narrative", where people aren't allowed to spend state money on sugar, cigarettes or alcohol. Or people on organ waiting lists, or diagnosed with certain conditions, have their wages and spending controlled. By and large, however, it is the nature of British tyranny to be unofficial. So the UK government will make a big show of renouncing their own power to program the money, thereby positively contrasting themselves with China...but at the time will take no steps to prevent large companies "programming" the wages they issue. So, while the state controls the digital yuan in China, the digital pound will be subject to corporate control and used to enforce the unspoken state-corporate partnership that defines true fascism. It will likely start in small, predictable ways designed to "limit competition". McDonald's, for example, will make it impossible to spend their wages at Burger King, and vice versa. Coke and Pepsi. Starbucks and Costa. You get the idea. We've witnessed the rise of cancel culture, the cultivated age of identity politics, and virtue signalling. Well, imagine how programmable currency fits into that. Companies could commit to "combatting hate", and stop their employees from donating money to blacklisted political parties, religious groups, charities or individuals. In the age of Covid we have seen how authors/actors/singers who step out of line are subject to poisonous witch hunts, but imagine a world where companies could "renounce those who spread misinformation", by making it impossible to spend wages they issue on art/films/music/books by outspoken critics of the government. Maybe companies will make it so that employees who aren't vaccinated have more limitations placed on their wages than vaccinated ones. Maybe an unvaxxed paycheck can't be spent at cinemas or nightclubs, to "stop the spread of the virus". John Cunliffe, deputy director of the Bank of England, told the Telegraph: You could think of smart contracts in which the money would be programmed to be released only if something happened. So maybe employers will remove choice altogether, and make a negative test and/or a vaccine booster a prerequisite for unlocking your wages. That could be applied to all kinds of behaviours moving forward. The World Economic Forum has a clear vision of the future where people "own nothing and are happy", combine that with a prolonged war on homeownership, and you can see employers and governments issuing money which can be spent on rent, but not on a mortgage. Now imagine the nascent "Green New Deal". Hard limits on how much money you can spend on petrol, plastic, or meat. Only X dollars on flights per year. Only Y pounds on beef. All for the good of the planet. Money will turn from an expression of independence into nothing but a voucher system operated completely at the whim of corporate monoliths. All of this would have sounded like rampant paranoia just two years ago, but not now. A programmable digital currency would have, coded into it, the ability to control our entire society. And it looks like that's where The New Normal is heading next. If this sounds eerily familiar to what is described in the Book of Revelation you are right. Revelation 13 describes a time in which it is not possible to buy or sell without a "mark" of allegiance to a world leader commonly referred to as "The Antichrist". What that final mark will look like is greatly debated but with the rise of biometrics possibly being merged with digital currency - the possibilities are numerous. The concept of programmable currency which can not only be monitored in real time but restrict who can use it is a scary possibility of how the Antichrist could control the masses through financial pressure and manipulation. While many of these developments still seem afar off, Covid has reminded us of how quickly the entire world can change in a matter of months. It is important to not only be informed of world events but to understand how they fit into the larger picture of God's plan for the last days. And it will get worse — if not now, then soon. But there is good news. God has made it possible for human beings to connect with Him, hear His words, and know His thoughts. He wants to adopt people into His family. And, human nature being what it is, difficulty and pain make people more likely to hear God’s words. For those of us who long to see strangers and loved ones alike become part of God’s forever family, the difficulties of our time provide a unique opportunity. In Matthew 9, we see Jesus going from town to town, healing the sick and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom. The miraculous healings drew big crowds. Some people came because they wanted to be healed, while others just came for the big show. They were all sinners. In some cases, they were there with bad motivations. Most were poor and needy. Glamorous, they were not. But as the old song goes, Jesus saw beyond their faults and saw their needs. Matthew 9:36 says, “And seeing the multitudes, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast like sheep without a shepherd.” Sheep without a shepherd wander aimlessly in hope of food. They are susceptible to attacks from predators. They’re frightened and lost. Without the Good Shepherd, people are like that, too. The Bible says Jesus felt “compassion.” The Greek here speaks of being deeply moved. It says that Jesus felt strong emotion as he looked out over them, aware of their pain and helplessness. In response, Jesus gave His disciples a direct command. In Matthew 9:37-38, He said, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” This is not a “prayer request.” It is a “prayer command.” Jesus told them (and us) to pray that God would send forth laborers into the harvest. That means to ask God to send people into the world with God’s message of grace. It doesn’t just mean send speakers, but all kinds of laborers. Carpenters working in the kingdom of God send the message of grace. So do secretaries, artists, truck drivers, computer technicians, and all manner of laborers working on foreign mission fields, in local churches, and in lots of other ways. We have the message that the world desperately needs. And we have that message at an hour when more and more people are beginning to realize that they have a need. They may not have identified the need. But when they hear the gospel, millions of them will have an ah-ha moment. They will say, “That’s it! That’s what I’ve been missing and needing!” The devil responds by trying to keep Christians focused solely on themselves and their own needs. He works to weaken and compromise them. He does everything he can to keep the laborers away from the harvest. And if he cannot keep them away, he has a plan B — make them ineffective. When you pray that the Lord will send forth laborers into the harvest, you are not just praying for young people, but Christians of all ages and backgrounds. You are praying for their health, vigor, and for their financial needs to be met. You are praying that believers arm themselves with the word of God and with the shield of faith. You are praying that obstacles to service be removed and that believers be filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit. You are praying for all your fellow believers in Jesus, and you are praying for yourself. Daily Jot: The Constitutional issue of vaccine mandates - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com The COVID 19 vaccinated, unvaccinated and antibodied should vehemently oppose direct or indirect government vaccine mandates because they are a violation of Constitutional civil rights and set precedent for the government to dictate any requirement in the name of public health and safety. For example, Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion budget bill backdoors a vaccine mandate by instructing the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to increase fines to $700,000 per incident for businesses who do not meet COVID 19 standards for a safe workplace. While the words “vaccine,” “mask” or “mandate” do not appear in the text, this bill gives OSHA a green light to jack boot you through your employer. It is one thing to take a vaccination voluntarily, but to be forced is oppressive and tyrannical. The government would argue that you are not being forced by the government, which is clearly unconstitutional. Your employer is “requiring” the vaccine for you to remain in your job. Notwithstanding, this is an indirect mandate because the government is able to fine your employer to the extent of bankruptcy if vaccinations are not required in the workplace. This is nothing short of a government mandate of a vaccine. Same applies to the government extending its vaccination mandate to government contractors. This invades your right to privacy—your body, your choice. It also opens the door to greater oppression. Already, vaccine mandates are infringing on Constitutionally-guaranteed rights. Los Angeles passed a vaccine mandate for most everything except grocery stores and pharmacies. In the wake of that, California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom signed a law mandating toy stores to have gender neutral toy aisles. One mandate leads to another. In a complicated First Amendment case against Western Michigan University, the US District Court ruled the university violated 16 student athlete’s rights by denying their request for religious exemption from the university’s vaccine mandate. The court noted, however, that an appeal challenge will likely succeed. US District Court Judge Paul Maloney used a 1905 Supreme Court smallpox ruling to deny blocking Michigan State University’s vaccine mandate for those with natural antibody immunity from previously having COVID 19. In this 116-year-old ruling, Jacobson v Massachusetts, SCOTUS upheld the state’s mandatory smallpox vaccination law over a pastor’s religious liberty rights, saying the common good trumped religious rights in the state’s emergency situation. Given what is now known about COVID, vaccine efficacy and treatment, the common good of a vaccine mandate likely does not outweigh infringement of Constitutional rights now or in the future. Isaiah 10:1 says, “Woe unto them that decree unjust statutes and record oppressive decrees.” What you put in your body should be your own business, and right, not the government’s. I was really into reptiles, and I’m not sure why. I was actually thinking about becoming a herpetologist, which is someone who studies reptiles. On more than one occasion, the Bible tells us that Satan is a serpent. He came as a serpent to Eve and Adam in the Garden of Eden, and Revelation 20:2 describes him as “that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan” (NKJV). Interestingly, the symbol of ancient Egypt was the cobra. Even the pharaoh would wear this symbol on his headdress. The Bible tells us that God spoke to Moses from a burning bush and directed him to take his shepherd’s staff and throw it on the ground. It became a cobra, presumably, or a snake at least. But then God told him, “Reach out your hand and take it by the tail” (Exodus 4:4 NKJV). So Moses grabbed it by the tail, and it turned into a rod again. He was to go in and perform this miracle in front of the pharaoh, which was God’s way of saying to Moses, “Take the snake by the tail. Face your fears. You’re going to overcome Pharaoh and the might of Egypt.” After Moses offered a lot of excuses (and God rebutted them), he was ready for action. He was full of faith and courage. How was he able to do it? Hebrews 11:27 gives us a little commentary: “It was by faith that Moses left the land of Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger. He kept right on going because he kept his eyes on the one who is invisible” (NLT). In other words, Moses was looking to the Lord. That’s what kept Moses going, and that’s what will keep us going as well. FROM THE HEART Let Us Make the Short Time We have Left, Count for ALL of Eternity!
