Earlier this week, Ruth and I visited the cemetery where the remains of my parents, grandparents, and several of my aunts and uncles are buried. It was a bit sobering to reflect on their past lives now etched in bronze and marble. I know my parents (and a sister who died at age 3, before I was born) are with Jesus in Heaven and I very much look forward to seeing them. As for us, as weary saints who continue to traverse through this wicked and lawless world, there’s no greater joy amid our struggles and sorrows than looking forward to the astounding joys of Heaven. It will be a paradise that far exceeds even our most fanciful imaginations. In 1 Corinthians 15:47-54, Philippians 3:20-21, and 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, the Apostle Paul describes the event that we today refer to as the "Rapture." It's the time we receive our glorified bodies, meet Jesus in the air, and return with Him to glory, or Heaven (see Colossians 3:4). Even if you are young, strong, athletic, and in excellent health, the glorified body Jesus gives to you on that day will still be a vast improvement. If you are older like me . . . let's just say I’m looking forward to my imperishable body and not a day goes by when it doesn’t fill my heart with joyful anticipation of the future. I often write about the signs of the rapidly approaching seven-year Tribulation, which are converging like at no other time in history. We surely live in biblical times. I cannot stretch my imagination far enough to conceive of a scenario that would change the course of this world and delay the rapidly approaching Day of the Lord. My purpose here, however, is not to expound further upon the many reasons why we live in in the season of Jesus' appearing, but rather to explain why it's a cause for great jubilation regardless of our circumstances. JESUS IS COMING SOON In the past, some believed they knew the exact timing of the Rapture and as a result brought shame to the cause of Christ and turned many Christians away from the study of future things. Today, many people make an equally serious mistake; they assume the Rapture will not happen in their lifetime and thus believe that nothing will alter the future course of their lives nor interrupt their many aspirations, both near and far. I’m not saying we shouldn’t make plans or have goals, but as the signs of the Lord’s return multiply, we must hold them loosely in our hands (see also James 4:13-17). God's Word tells us there will be a generation of believers alive at the time of Jesus' appearing to take us to glory (1 Corinthians 15:51; 1 Thessalonians 4:17). The myriad of signs pointing to the nearness of the seven-year Tribulation indicate that we may be those who will meet Jesus in the air before we die. I dare say it’s likely for a great many of us; it’s the sole item on my bucket list. How can we not rejoice at such a possibility? Jesus is coming very soon! It's because we don't know the day or hour that we look for His appearing as though it could happen at any moment, just as He commanded us to do. I know for many, the biblical event we refer to as the “Rapture” seems a bit scary, but please understand it will be the most wonderful and joyful experience you can imagine, and far better. Jesus has lovingly taken into account any apprehension we might have about this sudden interruption to our lives; we have no reason to fear. HEAVEN WILL FILL OUR HEARTS WITH UNBOUNDED JOY Is there a greater source of encouragement during these trying times than the exciting adventure that begins when we meet Jesus in the air? I don’t believe so. Is it any wonder that Paul instructs us to "encourage one another with these words” after discussing the events associated with the Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:18; also 5:11)? The promise of meeting Jesus “in the air” was to be a source of comfort and edification for Thessalonian believers. The silence in so many churches regarding the Rapture tells me they no longer believe that Paul’s admonitions apply to today’s believers, but they are mistaken. The Rapture will mark the beginning of our experience of Heaven, which will fill our hearts with boundless joy. Below are some reasons for our blissful anticipation of eternity:
I know how easy it is to become wrapped up in the things of this life and how difficult it is for many of us to imagine that Heaven will be far better than the best possible circumstances on earth (those of us in the U.S. perhaps struggle with this the most). The wonders listed above don't even scratch the surface of the exuberant and thrilling joys of Heaven. We will wonder why we stressed so much about things in this life. THE WARNINGS ARE EVERYWHERE We live in the season of Jesus' appearing to take His church home to glory. Please, please don’t make the mistake of assuming that the Rapture cannot happen today, this week, next month, this year, or next year. We live at a time when the convergence of a myriad of signs point to the soon arrival of the Tribulation and thus to our meeting Jesus in the air before it begins. Longtime pastor and prophecy spokesman David Jeremiah recently warned that those who ignore the reality of Christ’s imminent return do so at “their own peril.” In his interview with The Christian Post, he also said this about the Rapture: “There’s no excuse for us, if we read the Bible, to be surprised, because the Bible tells us that this is going to happen. There’s no sign of the return of Christ and the Rapture, but there certainly is a prediction of the kind of season it's going to be . . . . I believe that Christians really need to stay glued to the Scripture and not get too far away from the truth because it's pretty precarious right now.” I can’t keep up with all the warnings that abound in our day pointing to the rapidly approaching Tribulation. I don’t know how it could be possible for the Lord to give us more warnings of what’s about to happen than what He's giving to us at this moment. Yet so many believers remain asleep in a bubble of normalcy, deaf to the alarm bells ringing in their ears, and blind to the signs given to them throughout Scripture. Sadly, a great many Christians are lulled into such drowsiness by “Bible-believing” pastors who promote the false veil of normalcy by proclaiming a message of “peace, peace” (read Jeremiah 6:13-14). As I look at the wickedness, violence, rampant deception, and extreme lawlessness in America, I’m certain that we live on borrowed time. God's judgment on the country that I love is long, long, overdue. Someday, perhaps very soon, the Lord will say “enough,” and sudden destruction will fall on America and the world, but only after He removes believers from the earth. It could all begin on a day just like today. JESUS IS THE ONLY PATH TO HEAVEN If you are reading this and have not yet placed your faith in Jesus, please do so before it's too late. Make no mistake, the Rapture will happen and it will be followed by God's fierce judgment on this wicked world, which the Lord fully describes in many of the Old Testament prophets and sums up in Revelation 6-18. You don't want to be on earth during this time of judgment that's revealed on the pages of Scripture. Nor do you want to endure an eternity of woe apart from the Lord’s presence, which will happen if you ignore His gracious offer of forgiveness and eternal life. A monument in a cemetery means nothing if you don’t belong to the Savior. Please don't delay; the urgency has never been greater. Jesus is coming for His Church very soon and with it the beginning of God’s judgment, which will shake the earth. Please don’t fall for the lie that these things cannot begin this very day. Artificial Intelligence in The Military: ‘Progress’ or The Spark That Ignites Dangerous Ramifications? – By Terry James - https://harbingersdaily.com/artificial-intelligence-in-the-military-progress-or-the-spark-that-ignites-dangerous-ramifications/ If we didn’t understand that God is in complete control, we would, like some inventors of artificial intelligence (AI), be terrified of what is coming. Some of those scientists have openly expressed their fears of what this burgeoning technological breakthrough portends. These believe, in some cases, that the monster is already beyond governing, as we’ve seen from past reports. Things haven’t slowed as that beast continues to grow exponentially. And it’s getting more and more complex and controlling, according to the very scientific community who spawned it, as stated above. Perhaps strictly in terms of danger to the continuation of civilization, we can think on an old film called Colossus: The Forbin Project. It was a made-for-TV movie, as I remember. It was, I considered at the time, a really good sci-fi story that might come to be in reality—but only far, far into the future. Well…we have advanced into that future, and it appears, as is said, that life mimics art—or is on the cusp of doing so. Colossus: The Forbin Project was about a scientist who worked within the US government to produce a computer-run system involving control of nuclear defensive weaponry. The system was designed to automatically respond with a counter-strike in case of an attack from the Soviet Union, China, or any other nation that might launch a first strike. Colossus, through its own manipulations, became a sentient entity—i.e., it could think and even emote in certain ways, mimicking the human cognitive process in geometrically-progressing ways. It quickly removed controls by its creator, Dr. Forbin, and began taking over, eventually telling all governmental and military people that it would take drastic, even deadly, actions if they didn’t obey its directives. After being handed full control, Colossus’ Draconian logic expanded on its original nuclear directives to assume total governance of the world and end all warfare for the good of humankind despite its creator’s orders to stop. The bottom line: Colossus, it was learned, had a counterpart the Soviets had created. Colossus demanded that it be linked with the Soviet counterpart computer or it would unleash nuclear holocaust. The national leaders had no choice and linked the two computer brains. The combined entity proceeded to totally control all human activity. If the entity was assaulted in any way by the humans, it would destroy the world with the nuclear weaponry it controlled. I’ll let you watch that 1970 movie to see how it all ended (check your streaming services to find out where it’s available). The point is, a number of scientists who created AI fear perhaps they and the rest of us might suffer the fate of the fictional Dr. Forbin and his fellow people of the planet. We learn of “progress,” as some might see it, with regard to artificial intelligence’s military application at present. The US Air Force is running successful tests of “large-language model” artificial intelligence experiments amid concerns of military operations relying on AI. [US. Air Force Col. Matthew Strohmeyer has indicated] the Air Force has successfully executed a large-language model experiment with artificial intelligence for the first time, after years of using only data-based exercises with artificial intelligence under the U.S. Department of Defense. “It was highly successful,” he said. “It was very fast. We are learning that this is possible for us to do.”… Strohmeyer explained that the military provided the artificial intelligence platforms with classified operation information for the test. The goal of the ongoing exercises is to allow the U.S. military to use data obtained from artificial intelligence as part of the decision-making process, sensors, and firepower, according to Bloomberg… The Pentagon’s eight-week exercise, which is expected to conclude on July 26, will also involve a test to determine whether the military will be able to use LLMS to formulate new military options that have not previously been considered. As part of this, the U.S. military will conduct an experiment with the LLMs in order to plan for a potential military response to a global crisis, such as an incident in the Indo-Pacific region… While Strohmeyer highlighted the potential benefits of the military using additional artificial intelligence, other military officials and lawmakers have concerns regarding artificial intelligence. These concerns include the ability for artificial intelligence to provide false information as fact and the ability for artificial intelligence to be hacked by other users. “We have to be very concerned with what we talked about, which is the unintended consequences,” retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William Enyart said last month. We who believe God’s forewarning that one man and one system will, during the Tribulation, control most of the world’s population can discern that the Antichrist will have a Colossus-like entity to help inflict the nefarious worst to torment humanity. It is coming at this generation at breakneck speed, as daily reports of AI technological advancement continue despite its creators’ warnings. It is our blessed hope and belief that before the New World Order types can complete their blueprint for world domination, Jesus will call His own to be with Himself and to safety from that horrendous seven-year period of Tribulation (Luke 24: 21). You don’t want to be here during that time. Here is how to be called by Christ to the safety God offers His children: Romans 10:9-10 KJV – “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Revelation 14: The fate of the 144,000 - By Mark Creech - https://www.christianpost.com/voices/revelation-14-the-fate-of-the-144000.html In Revelation, especially chapters 11-13, the rise of evil forces in the end times is prophesied. These powerful forces, specifically the Antichrist and his False Prophet, deceive the world and establish dominance and control over humanity. Two witnesses are said to be able to strike the earth with plagues, control the weather, and consume their enemies with fire. Eventually, they are murdered, and their martyrdom is followed by their resurrection and ascension for the whole world to see. Because of the life and ministry of these two witnesses, innumerable people from Israel and other nations believe in Christ. However, the Antichrist and the False Prophet put in place a scheme requiring people to be marked with their number. Without this number, they can neither buy nor sell, and those unwilling to bow in adoration and devotion to the Antichrist are pursued and slain. The Mark of the Beast (Antichrist) is described as being required on the right hand or the forehead. Although the number of this mark, 666, has been subject to various theories and debates throughout history, it clearly sets apart the damned from those who will be saved. It also jogs the memory of another group of individuals who, in contrast, were sealed by God on their foreheads, the 144,000 (Revelation 7:1-8). The mark of the 144,000 signifies their redemption and faithfulness to God amid terrible Tribulation, and it also provides them with divine protection until their God-given mandate is completed. The ministry of the 144,000 Messianic Jews chosen from the 12 tribes of Israel has them zealously and powerfully proclaiming the Gospel of Christ, warning people of God’s impending judgment, and calling humanity to repentance. Their role has been crucial. Until chapter 14, nothing has been said about their fate. Revelation 14 supplies the answer. The Scriptures say: “Then I saw the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him were 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. And I heard a sound from Heaven like the roar of mighty ocean waves or the rolling of loud thunder. It was like the sound of many harpists playing together. “This great choir sang a wonderful new song in front of the throne of God and before the four living beings and the 24 elders. No one could learn this song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. They have kept themselves as pure as virgins, following the Lamb wherever he goes. They have been purchased from among the people on the earth as a special offering to God and to the Lamb. They have told no lies; they are without blame.” So, what happened to the 144,000? Were they ultimately martyred? Were they, in due course, miraculously rescued? The book of Revelation doesn’t say, leaving their exact fate somewhat ambiguous. Nevertheless, it does say that they are preserved and end up standing before the Lamb on Mount Zion. Mount Zion holds both physical and symbolic significance throughout the Bible. Mount Zion is literally a hill located in Jerusalem, physically elevated and representing a position of prominence and strength. In Old Testament times, Zion referred to a specific elevation on which the Temple of Jerusalem was built. It was the place of God’s dwelling among his people. Beyond its physical location, Mount Zion represents the presence of God, God’s Kingdom, and the establishment of his ultimate reign over the entire earth. It is associated with joy, security, and the infinite bounty of the Lord’s blessings. The Psalmist writes, “It is high and magnificent; the whole earth rejoices to see it! Mount Zion, the holy mountain, is the city of the great King!” (Psalm 48:2). This verse points to the future reign of the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the many Old Testament passages that prophesy the establishment of his Kingdom on earth and his reign from Mount Zion in Jerusalem. Mount Zion can also be understood as a place of spiritual transformation in the human heart. Hebrews 12:22 reads, “[Y]ou have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to countless thousands of angels in a joyful gathering. You have come to the assembly of God’s firstborn children, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God himself, who is the judge over all things. You have come to the spirits of the righteous ones in heaven who have now been made perfect.” John Owen, the tremendous Puritan preacher of the 1600s, wrote of this text from Hebrews, saying: “Believers come to Mount Zion, that is, unto that state wherein they have an interest in and a right unto all the blessed and glorious things that are spoken in the Scriptures concerning Mount Zion, the place of God’s special gracious residence, of the throne of Christ in his reign, the subject of all graces, the object of all promises, as the Scriptures abundantly testify … It is the city of God, of the true and only God, who is omnipotent and able to keep and preserve. It is the heavenly Jerusalem, for it is not of this world, and no small part of its inhabitants are already actually instated in Heaven. It is 10,000 times more glorious to be a citizen of this city than of the greatest city in the world.” How fantastic is the knowledge that when one genuinely trusts in Christ as Savior and Lord, that person immediately becomes a citizen of the Kingdom of God and is bound for heaven forever more. Perhaps one of my most memorable experiences as a pastor was visiting one of my parishioners in the hospital. He was scheduled for serious heart surgery and was understandably anxious about it. He was to the point of tears as he told me his fear that he might not survive the operation. At this point, I asked him pertinent questions about his soul and relationship with God. He made it clear that he genuinely had given his heart to Christ and was sure of it. I replied, “Well, that being the case, you mustn’t worry. Because no matter whether you survive the surgery or not, everything is going to be alright. Everything will be alright if you live and God grants you additional years. If something happens during the procedure and you die, you will be immediately with the Lord, and that will be alright, too.” Over and again, he began repeating the phrase, “No matter what, it’s going to be alright. No matter what, it’s going to be alright.” He survived the surgery and did well for many years after that. Indeed, everything was alright. That was his testimony to the church and his friends of what he had learned. No matter what happens, it will be alright for those who have trusted in Christ. It may not be clear what happened to the 144,000 during the Tribulation, but in the first verses of Revelation 14, it is apparent their mission is finished, and it can be seen that everything is more than alright for them. Some scholars think the 144,000 are standing before the Lord during Christ’s future earthly Kingdom. Others think they are standing before him in the heavenly Jerusalem. What are the 144,000 doing before the Lord? They are worshipping him and singing a praise song pertinent only to them. O, how deep and broad is the subject of worship! Saint Augustine of Hippo said of God, “You have made us for yourself, O Lord and our heart is restless until it rests in you.” Worshipping God is a fundamental aspect of human nature. Human beings find their ultimate fulfillment and satisfaction in a relationship with God. During this scene of heavenly praise and adoration, John heard a voice similar to the sound of many ocean waters and great thunder. John described the magnificent sound of God’s voice as the mighty waves of the ocean and thunder. When I was a boy, if a thunderstorm arose, I was taught by my grandparents and the people of their generation that we were to find some place to sit down in the house, be quiet and show reverence, for the Lord was speaking in the thunder. I’m not saying this should necessarily be taught to children today. (Although I don’t think it would hurt them.) My point, however, is there is nothing quite like the sound of thunder in the natural realm. It has a distinct and ominous quality, carrying with it a sense of awe and energy. It can be deep and base-heavy. It can range from a faint, distant grumble to a loud, explosive boom. Its raw power can produce a vibrating effect that sometimes can be felt to the bone and shake one’s surroundings. The sound of thunder can be awe-inspiring or intimidating. It can evoke feelings of excitement or fearful anticipation. For the 144,000, who were redeemed and safely in heaven, the voice of God, with its resonating rumble or clap, carried a majestic weight that transcended mortal comprehension. Its timbre possessed an indescribable richness that engendered the most profound form of worship, drawing an intense devotion and reverence from everyone in heaven. “O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder, consider all the worlds Thy hands have made; I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy power throughout the universe displayed. “Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee, How great Thou art, how great Thou art! Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee, How great Thou art!” There is also the mention of harpists playing their harps, suggesting the accompaniment for the song of the 144,000 was out of this world! This worship service had a celestial context. Although a church may not have heavenly harpists to play along while the choir sings or everyone sings a congregational hymn, worship here on earth can also be sweet, stirring, and divine. Dr. Jerry Vines, pastor Emeritus of the First Baptist Church, Jacksonville, Florida, used to tell this story: “A deacon I know dreamed that an angel took him to the worship service in his church. The building was filled with people, but when they sang the congregational hymns, he couldn’t hear a sound. When the choir sang its number, there wasn’t a sound. When the preacher preached the sermon, there wasn’t a sound. The deacon looked at the angel and asked, ‘What’s wrong?’ The angel replied, ‘[T]hese people are worshipping God with their lips but not with their hearts.’” Worship can only take on the divine when it’s from the heart. When going to some place of worship, we shouldn’t just sit and expect the music or the preaching to move us. We should stir up our own souls! In Psalm 103:1-2, the Psalmist directs his own soul, saying, “Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.” But we should also understand that there has never been any perfect worship in this world. What is described in Revelation 14 is just a glimpse of that better and perfect life promised where God’s people worship fully without effort and in complete perfection. God hasten the day! Revelation 14 says the 144,000 sang a song they could only identify with and learn. One Sunday, a college student went with me to church. He had not grown up in a family that attended church regularly. When we stood to sing the hymns, I didn’t use the hymnal but sang each one happily from memory. While singing, he asked me, “Do you already know all these hymns?” I responded, “Yes, I know most of them. Although I certainly don’t remember all the words.” He seemed a bit astonished. Yet, I don’t believe my knowledge of the hymns was what caught his attention. I think it was mainly that he didn’t understand the hymns we sang. He couldn’t identify with them, and learning their deepest meaning was impossible for him because he had never come to know Christ. The 144,000 who stand before the Lamb in worship are said to be “virgins.” Is this to be taken literally or figuratively? The late Charles C. Ryrie, in his commentary on Revelation, suggests: “Although this could be understood to mean that these people were never married and therefore undistracted in their work for God (as in I Cor. 7:32), it also can mean that they were completely separated unto the God they served. The word ‘virgin’ is used this way of married Corinthian believers in 2 Corinthians 11:2.” The best interpretation seems to be that married people are the rule. They generally embody what God intended for humanity, while the 144,00 are the exception to the rule. They are more like the Lord Jesus was himself. With the utmost devotion, they have followed the Savior faithfully while on the earth, and now they follow him in glory. They are a special offering to God, the “first fruits” as some translations render it – an agricultural concept among the Hebrews, where the first portion of their harvest was dedicated to God. Depicted as coming from Israel’s 12 tribes, the “first fruits” symbolize a future great harvest out of Israel who will repent of their unbelief and receive the Lord Jesus during the Tribulation. The 144,000 have told no lies. The message they preached was the unadulterated Gospel of Christ, and they are without blame. Not that they never sinned, but in a time of intense moral darkness, characterized by murders, sorceries (drug use), sexual immorality, thefts, deception, idolatry, and rebellion against God’s authority, they remained faithful to Christ. They are not safe with the Lamb on Mount Zion in Revelation 14 because they did all these things. They did all these things because they had already been saved through faith in the precious blood of the Lamb. We may not know precisely what happened to the 144,000 in life, whether in the long run, they were martyred, or like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, they were delivered from the fiery furnace. However, at the end of their lives, their presence with the Lamb shows us that no matter what happens, for those who have trusted in Christ, it will be alright. American Media Silent as World Leaders Plan New Global Pacts – Derrick Broze - https://www.prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?recent_news_id=6220 Despite a blackout by the American media, the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact brought more than 50 world leaders to Paris for a meeting which is sure to have far reaching consequences for the world. On June 22 and 23, President Emmanuel Macron welcomed 50 heads of state, representatives of NGOs and civil society organizations to Paris for the "Summit for a New Global Financing Pact." Although the summit received little to no reporting from the American media, it was the latest effort to reset the international financial system as part of the continued push towards the 2030 Agenda and "net-zero" goals. The French government stated that the objective of the gathering was to "build a new contract between the global North and South" which will better equip the nations to fight poverty and climate change. The summit was attended by US President Joe Biden, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. In addition to heads of state, the summit was organized with support from the Open Society Foundations, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation, among others. France24 reports that Macron first announced his intention to host the finance summit at the end of COP27 in November 2022 after environmentalists were dissatisfied with the climate negotiations. At that meeting an agreement was reached to create a fund to compensate developing countries who suffer the effects of climate change. One of the goals of the June summit was to establish tools to finance such a fund. One of the other stated goals of this summit was to transform the entire international financial system by adapting the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank to modern challenges. These goals mirror recent statements made by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres when he called for a "new Bretton Woods moment", referencing the infamous 1944 international agreement which established rules for governing monetary relations among independent states, including requiring each nation to guarantee convertibility of their currencies into U.S. dollars. The Bretton Woods Agreement established the IMF. IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva also called for a "new Bretton Woods moment" in October 2020. One of the suggestions for generating the trillions of dollars needed to transform the financial system (and the world along with it) is to tax the biggest polluters, particularly fossil fuel companies because of "their historic responsibility for climate chaos." There have also been discussions on taxing ships transporting goods. NGOs are also proposing various forms of debt forgiveness for developing countries who have the dual task of repaying loans from developed nations and banks, such as the World Bank, while also battling environmental degradation. "Today, countries in crisis are forced to repay their debts to creditor states, financial institutions and private banks, and this prevents them from investing in public services or fighting against climate change," Lison Rehbinder, development finance advocacy officer at the CCFD-Terre Solidaire NGO, told France24. Rehbinder also says plans are being discussed to introduce clauses in loan contracts which allow debts to be suspended in the event of a "climate disaster." The actual "New Global Financing Pact" states that the goal is "Building a New Consensus for a More Inclusive International Financial System." The document also outlines "key international milestones" for 2023 and 2024 where further commitments and discussions are expected to take place. World Leaders Offer a Peek at the Agenda Just days before the summit Le Monde published an opinion piece from 13 political leaders attending the summit, including Macron, US President Joe Biden, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. The politicians wrote that they are "urgently working to fight poverty and inequalities." "Climate change will generate larger and more frequent disasters, and disproportionately affect the poorest, most vulnerable populations around the world," they wrote. "These challenges cross borders and pose existential risks to societies and economies." The political leaders echoed the usual language used by the UN, with talk of a "just and inclusive transition." They also noted that going forward "poverty reduction and the protection of the planet are converging objectives." The idea that fighting against worldwide poverty is tied to the fight to protect the environment is mentioned several times throughout the summit documents. Macron, Biden, and friends stated that the transition to "net-zero" and goals of the Paris Agreement present the opportunity to "unlock a new era of sustainable global economic growth." They also noted that the New Global Financing Pact is "inspired by the historic Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KMGBF)" and called for "new economic models that recognize the immense value of nature for humanity." The KMGBF was adopted in December 2022 at the UN Biodiversity Conference, also known as the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP-15) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). The text of the document makes it clear that the agreement "sets out an ambitious plan to implement broad-based action to bring about a transformation in our societies' relationship with biodiversity by 2030, in line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals." The KMGBF also calls for "living in harmony with nature" by 2050. As I have written before, we must be cognizant of the fact that organizations like the UN, WEF, and other globalist NGOs, non-profits, and politicians pay lip service to ideas like diversity, sustainability, and being inclusive. However, their actions show they do not respect diversity of thought, do not desire actual regenerative practices, and do not care about being inclusive of all people or thoughts. Instead, what they envision is a world where nature is placed above the needs of man, and civil liberties, freedom of movement, and freedom of speech are curtailed in the name of some fantastical vision of saving the planet. This is not to say that every single individual working on this summit, or with the UN, WEF, and other organizations are aware of the larger agenda, the long-term goals. These globalist organizations often fool well-intentioned people into collaborating with them in an attempt to give an air of legitimacy to their anti-liberty actions. Looking Towards the "Summit of the Future" While the "Summit for a New Global Financing Pact" is an important event worth taking note of, we should also be aware that it is simply the latest in the globalist meetings taking place this year. The roadmap of the Pact makes it clear that the meeting's main purpose is to draw up a guide that will be used at the next G20 summit in India in September, the Africa Climate Summit in September, the Sustainable Development Goals Summit in September, the annual meetings of the IMF and World Bank in October, and COP28 in Dubai in early December. I recently wrote about how the UN is attempting to rally member states to recommit to complete the SDGs and Agenda 2030 by participating in the SDG Summit in September in New York City. Whatever happens at the September gathering of world leaders and politicians, it is likely to be extremely consequential for the future of Agenda 2030. However, the document makes it clear that all of these meetings are leading towards the Summit of the Future in September 2024. According to the Summit for the Future website, the summit is a "once-in-a-generation opportunity" to address gaps in global governance. The summit will also continue the push for nations to "reaffirm existing commitments" to the SDGs and the UN Charter. Member states will be expected to build on the outcomes of the SDG Summit and "breathe new life into the multilateral system" and accomplish the 2030 Agenda. The website also states that the Summit of the Future will conclude with a "Pact for the Future" which will be endorsed by Heads of State/Government at the summit. I encourage all readers to pay attention to the SDG Summit in September of this year and the Summit of the Future in 2024. I believe we will see major steps towards the creation of a one world government between now and then. The Predator Class may use the threat of a looming pandemic, or climate crises, or even threats from beyond our world, but the goal is the same: complete control and cataloguing of all human life. We must resist these plans at the local level if we have hopes to prevent The Great Reset from becoming reality. Daily Jot: Calling evil good - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com The ranking Democrat on the House Oversight Committee told MSNBC’s “All In” that Donald Trump’s only purpose for being president was to use the position as a “moneymaking operation.” On July 11, Jamie Raskin (D-MD) explained that Republican attacks on Joe Biden were to distract from Trump converting the presidency into an instrument of profit maximization for himself and his family and he wants to keep this grift going.” Raskin claimed, “So there’s gotta be an effort to bring down Joe Biden by putting him in the same category which is ridiculous and it is not convincing to the American people.” In other words, Raskin and the Democrats are saying Trump did what Biden is being accused of doing. Raskin said that Democrats are “still in the thick of this fight to defend American democracy and democratic institutions against the autocrats and the theocrats and the kleptocrats like Donald Trump.” In politics, whenever someone accuses an opponent of doing something without any evidence, it is generally a sure bet that the accuser is doing exactly what he is accusing. In this case, Biden is proven to have used his position as Vice President, and quite possibly President, to enrich himself and his family through influence peddling. It is proven in emails and voice recordings documenting Biden’s son, Hunter, shaking down communist Chinese businessmen for millions of dollars. There are also bribery allegations and many others. Raskin’s remarks are untruthful and belie any factual evidence. But there is even a deeper meaning to Raskin’s rant. His words characterize a brand of “democracy” that doesn’t exist in the US Constitution. This type of democracy involves an all powerful government that can impose its will on the American people through assumed and unelected administrative authority, redistribution of income to political causes and extremist organizations. This type of democracy stands for plying children with the most vile of sexual predation, killing the unborn, and promoting godlessness through public schools and institutions at taxpayer expense. This is the type of democracy that opens the borders and foments human trafficking. This is the type of democracy that spends billions to support proxy wars without Congressional consent or oversight. Isaiah 5:20 says, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” And as Job 17:12 says, “They change the night into day; ‘The light is near,’ they say, in the face of darkness.” They are the ones described by Proverbs 17:15, “who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, Both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD.” When all the Biden corruption was being reported before the 2020 election, it was being censored and called conspiracy theories by liars. It appears that people have an unhealthy appetite for gossip.
