(There is a special message at the end of this article for those who might happen to read this and do not have Jesus in their life and are looking for peace and a way to better understand the present-day insanity and confusion.) There is a type of chart that is used to illustrate the relationship between time and events. Called an Exponential Curve, it illustrates this relationship both graphically and numerically and is presented in chart form for easy comparison. As events progress, they also increase in frequency as they approach the end of the timeline illustrated on the chart. A quick search on the web will give numerous examples of how this looks, and you will notice that the rate of acceleration rapidly increases to near vertical as the end of the timeline approaches. Using this example, I believe that the acceleration of current events and the increasing visibility of the conditions that will exist at the time of the final fulfillment of Bible prophecy are at the point where they match the location on the chart where the curve goes nearly vertical. For the sake of this discussion, we will view the event line as two different but related lines (or topics), instead of one, that are merging as the timeline advances. The convergence of these two different conditions is also accelerating in their merging together, as well as accelerating in their relationship to the timeline. Picture in your mind’s eye a set of railroad tracks that convey the illusion that they are converging in the distance, as they appear to be when you are observing them when standing in the center. Hopefully, this will present a picture of the point I am trying to make. In this case, the convergence of the two different conditions is not an illusion. Unlike the railroad tracks, these end-time events will converge and, I believe, are doing so at an undeniably accelerated pace. I believe the merging of these events would be more accurately described as a collision. The two converging conditions I am referring to are:
The current state of the God-rejecting world: The current state of the world bears a remarkable resemblance to the book of Daniel, one of the most prophetic books of the Old Testament. Most significant is the world conditions that must exist for the prophecy of the Seventy Weeks of Years to be completed (Daniel 9:24-27). This prophecy describes the division of 70 weeks into three sections (7 weeks of years, 62 weeks of years, and one final week of 7 years). The first two divisions constitute a total of 69 weeks and have already been fulfilled. The final week of 7 years is the time of the Tribulation (or the Time of Jacob’s Trouble), described in the Book of Revelation beginning with chapter 4, verse 1. The time between the 69th week and the commencement of the final week is not specified, but it can be understood as a period of time from the crucifixion of Jesus and the birth of His Church (50 days later) until the rising of the “ruler who will come.” This is the Church Age, or the Age of Grace, in which we currently reside. It has gone on for approximately 2,000 years. This brings us to the New Testament prophecies to complete the understanding of the accelerating rate of prophetic fulfillment. The much-read and discussed prophecies of Matthew 24:1-25 (Mark 13:1-23 and Luke 21:7-24) describe the things that “must” take place before the end of the age arrives and address more widespread worldly conditions. These things are occurring daily and are constantly in the news in both secular (occasionally/reluctantly) and alternative (frequently and in detail) media venues. One of the most significant prophecies is the degradation of humans on a personal level, and can be found in Paul’s warnings in (2 Timothy 3:1-7). The velocity of this downward spiral cannot be ignored and has steadily increased since the 1960s. The result has been a marked rise in rebellious and perverted behavior. I grew up in the 60s, and I can tell you, with no need for exaggeration, the difference between then and now is staggering. If the schools of today would only have to deal with gum chewing and talking in class, it would be cause for celebration. There are, despite aches, pains, and physical degradation, some advantages in advanced years. Perhaps the most valuable is hindsight. The difference in culture, thought, understanding, and activities referred to as “entertainment” today that I can see over the last 60 or so years of my life (I am 71) make it clear that the deteriorating rate of society and culture is very real. There are some that will say, “I’ve been hearing this for years, but everything continues on as it always has.” That is, in fact, a fulfillment of a prophecy made by the Apostle Peter approximately 1,956 years ago: “Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts” (2 Peter 3:3). I can safely say things are most definitely NOT continuing along as they always have. Not at all. Technology and its exploitation for evil purposes, even over just the last couple of years alone, has made it possible for humans to deceive, control, and subjugate other human beings on a massive scale. That brings the current conditions in line with what is revealed in the Book of Revelation. “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name” (Revelation 13:17). Whatever final form that this total control of humanity takes, it will quite literally occur, exactly as described, after the Lord has removed the True Church from this earth in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. The demise of the current cash-based system and the advent of some form of digital currency that is frantically being pushed toward implementation will be the likely mechanism used to acquire near-total control of individuals and countries. Now to the crux of this article. I believe the momentum of the planned takeover was lost in 2016 when the American election did not go according to plan. I believe in those four years, God sounded a final warning to America to repent, but it went unheeded. In fairness to Donald Trump, he did try to turn things around in secular terms, but evil was much too firmly entrenched, and there is now no remedy. That four-year interruption delayed the program of world control, and clearly, purveyors of globalism are extremely distressed by it. Now we find ourselves in 2023, and the globalist, one-world government cabal recently announced an “emergency” meeting to accelerate its 2030 agenda: https://fism.tv/wef-members-summoned-to-accelerate-and-advance-the-great-reset/ Why would this need to happen? Why the sudden need to accelerate it? I believe that pushback against this evil by both individuals and the leaders of a few countries across the globe is very severe, and the one-world globalists are losing the control they thought they had firmly in hand. Truth, reality, and facts are impossible to suppress. As people perceive they are losing their freedoms, that the food shortages are planned, and even the ability to heat their homes is being restricted, pushback is taking on a measure of desperation. The “sea and the waves” (people and nations) spoken of by the Lord Jesus in (Luke Chapter 21:25) are frenetic, determined, and widespread, and they are roaring in defiance. I believe drastic measures will be undertaken to quell and/or try to control this rebellion. I also believe that this current activity, and the attempt to accelerate it, is the most substantial indication that the Pre-Tib Rapture of the Church must be very near. By bringing about the Rapture, God would remove the last bit of control over the advance of evil: the Holy Spirit and the indwelt, Christ-worshipping and believing Church. “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way” (2 Thessalonians 2:7). Take heart, my sisters and brothers, and pray without ceasing so we can be a part of the fulfillment of this promise by our One and only God. “Remember what happened long ago, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me. I declare the end from the beginning, and ancient times from what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and all My good pleasure I will accomplish” (Isaiah 46:9-10). The special message I promised you: For anyone who may read this article and has not trusted in Jesus Christ and therefore has no hope or peace in your life. You can have hope. You can have the peace that Jesus has promised to all who have made Him their Lord and Savior. The peace that passes understanding. It requires that you come before God on His terms. And, what are His terms according to His Word?
God has made it absolutely clear that there is no one who comes before Him, under His terms, that will be refused.
If you put all your trust for salvation in Jesus, and Him only, you can follow that prayer up by simply saying, “Thank you, Father God, for hearing my prayer and saving me,” because we can trust Him to keep His Word. He always has. He always will. “Truly, Truly, I say to you that he who hears My words and believes the One who sent Me has eternal life and will not be condemned. He has crossed from death to life” (John 5:24). There are no answers and there is no hope in the world by governments, organizations, politics or politicians. There are only lies and deception. But you can have the Truth and the peace you seek. The answers are in the Word of God—The Bible. If you ask God, with all your heart, He will hear you. “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13). Countless worldly conflicts are anything but “holy,” whether between nations or individuals. However, there can be “a holy war.” Revelation 12: 7-12 speaks of a coming holy conflict that takes place on three fronts. Verses 1-6 of Revelation chapter 12 speak of the beginning of this holy war. The struggle was initiated in Heaven when a proud archangel named Lucifer was ousted for wanting to supplant God’s authority. Approximately one-third of Heaven’s angels fell with him. Out of his hatred for God, Lucifer became Satan, the Red Dragon, the Devil, and caused humanity, the only creature made in God’s image, to sink into sin and lose dominion over the Earth. God then promised to send a Redeemer, and Satan attempted to thwart God’s plan, from the murder of Abel, the first in the messianic line, to the time of Christ’s birth when King Herod sought to kill every baby boy in Bethlehem two years old and under. Satan, whose name means “opposer,” is shown by Scripture to now be the ruler of this world’s system. The baby, the “man-child” in Revelation 12:1-6 is Christ, the world’s Savior, who comes through the woman, Israel, and her travail. Satan failed in his attempt to spoil God’s design for reclamation, and Christ’s ascension by His resurrection and being “caught up” to glory is proof of His victory. The second front in this holy war is described as a future event. Although Satan wreaks havoc on planet Earth, in Ephesians 2:2, he is said to be “the prince and power of the air” (an invisible realm where Satan and his demons live and from which they do their dirty work). Although ejected from Heaven, the devil and his evil army apparently retain some access. One indication of this is the account of Job’s troubles, where the Scriptures say: “One day the members of the heavenly court came to present themselves before the LORD, and the Accuser, Satan, came with them. ‘Where have you come from?’ the LORD asked Satan. Satan answered the LORD, ‘I have been patrolling the earth, watching everything that’s going on.’” (Job 1:6-7). The story of Job shows that Satan may rob, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but he is still on God’s leash and cannot use his foul powers except as God permits. God is always sovereign, no matter the situation. Moreover, even though God allows Satan to put his people through rigorous trials, if the Lord is trusted implicitly, God will overrule Satan’s wicked capers and make such troubles work for good. Nevertheless, the meanness Satan is permitted to do is not indefinite. Revelation teaches he will ultimately and permanently be thrown out of heaven in a future cosmic conflict. Afterward, cast into the bottomless pit (Revelation 20:2-3), released once more at the end of a thousand years, and finally thrown into the lake of fire, where he and those who followed him will be tormented “day and night forever and ever” (Rev. 20:10). Here is what Revelation 12: 7-12 says about the second front of the holy war Satan initiates that results in him permanently being tossed out of Heaven: “Then there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and his angels. And the dragon lost the battle, and he and his angels were forced out of heaven. This great dragon—the ancient serpent called the Devil, or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world—was thrown down to the Earth with all his angels. Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens, ‘It has come at last — salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to Earth — the one who accuses them before our God, day and night. And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die. Therefore, rejoice, O heavens! And you who live in the heavens, rejoice! But terror will come on the Earth and the sea, for the Devil has come down to you in great anger, knowing that he has little time.'” (Revelation 12:7-12). Michael, a mighty archangel who leads a host of angels, battles Satan and his malicious malcontents on a second front of the holy war. In the Old Testament book of Daniel, Michael is seen as the guardian of the Jews against the godless powers of Greece and Persia (12:1). He is the leader of an angelic military loyal to God (Daniel 10:13, 10:21). He is also spoken of as the archangel in Jude 9 who argues with the devil over Moses’ body. Furthermore, he is probably the archangel to which the apostle Paul relates to the Second Coming of Christ (I Thessalonians 4:16). Michael is reportedly the defender of God’s people on ten occasions in extra-biblical sources such as the Dead Sea Scrolls. In the Apocrypha, he is said to convey heavenly mysteries to Enoch. During the Tribulation Period of seven years on the Earth, probably during the middle of it, Satan starts a fight that Michael finishes. It’s a fierce bout, but the devil and his legions are defeated and lose access to Heaven, never to return in any way, shape, or form. A couple of valuable points are made about the devil’s nature and methods in Revelation chapter 12. We should be acquainted with them, lest he devours us like a roaring lion that capitalizes on the weaknesses of his prey (I Peter 5:8). Satan is said to be a deceiver — “the one deceiving the whole world.” The Scriptures mention several ways he deceives the world, including: 1. Temptation: Satan tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and continues to entice people with sinful desires and pleasures (Matthew 4:1-11). 2. Lies and false teachings: Satan is described as the “father of lies” (John 8:44) and often uses false teachings, especially false religion to deceive people. 3. Counterfeit miracles and signs: Satan can perform supernatural signs and wonders that deceive people (2 Thessalonians 2:9). Consider when Moses demonstrated the power of God and Pharoah’s magicians imitated those miracles (Exodus 7:22). 4. Blinding people’s minds: 2 Corinthians 4:4 states Satan can blind people’s minds from seeing the truth about God. 5. Encouraging disbelief: Satan can take advantage of human doubts and incite people to disbelieve in God, his promises, and other claims in his Word, the Bible (Genesis 3:1-6). 6. Making evil appear as something good: 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 says Satan comes as “an angel of light.” Moreover, we should be forewarned, “It is no wonder that his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness.” Unquestionably, the devil’s greatest deception will be the Antichrist, described in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 as “the man of lawlessness — the one who brings destruction.” In the following verse, verse 4, the apostle Paul proclaims, “He will exalt himself and defy everything that people call God and every object of worship. He will even sit in the temple of God, claiming that he himself is God.” He will fool the world’s hordes into believing he is the Messiah and worthy of complete and absolute obedience. In summary, Satan uses deception, temptation, false teachings, counterfeit miracles, disbelief, and making evil appear appealing to deceive the world. His strategy is remarkably successful. He’s so successful, Isaiah says that hell licks its lips in anticipation, and its mouth is opened wide for people from every walk of life. The masses are comparable to a mob drunk on his lies, and they will be swallowed up” (Isaiah 5:14). Note also that the devil is referenced as “the accuser” of those obedient to God. He comes before God’s throne regularly and accuses God’s children — sometimes, he accuses them wrongly — sometimes, he accuses them correctly. The book of Job says Satan went before the Lord and wrongly accused Job of serving God with false motives. He told God that if he took away Job’s possessions, he would stop serving the Lord and curse him to his face (Job 1:11). God allowed Satan to sift Job’s allegiance with horrendous sufferings and incalculable loss. Still, Job remained faithful to the glory of God. In Exploring Revelation, John Phillips explains the way Satan sometimes indicts God’s children correctly: “For countless ages, Satan has had access to the presence of God … Ever he came with a smirk and a sneer to tell spiteful tales about the faults and failings of the people of God. It is all too evident that Satan, liar that he is, does not need to come into the presence of God to lie about the saints. There is more than enough in our lives to be grist for his mill. He goes into God’s presence to tell the truth about us, and Heaven has groaned again and again at the long recital of the sins of the saints. Satan has enjoyed himself to the full, relishing in the tales he has been able to tell. But over and over again, he has been defeated by the high priestly work of our Advocate [at the bar of Heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ]. “Now the door is shut! Satan’s way into the presence of God is bolted and barred forever.” This is a bittersweet passage, says Damon R. Duck and Larry Richards in their commentary, The Book of Revelation: The Smart Guide to the Bible Series. Sweet because Satan and his angels lose the war in Heaven, say the authors, but bitter because the Evil One has been thrown down to the Earth. However, despite this enormous threat, Satan also loses on this third front of the holy war. Puny humans, physically, intellectually, emotionally meager, and grossly inferior, are empowered to overcome the terrible Red Dragon “by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony.” They seized the victory by faith in Christ’s substitutionary death for their sins on the Cross and were ready to unashamedly give their lives away for Christ, even in martyrdom, to gain them in the end (Matthew 16:25). Thus, a loud unnamed voice shouts across the universe, “Therefore, rejoice, O heavens!” Satan, the opposer of the One who sits infinitely majestic on his throne, the deceiver of the world, the accuser of the brethren, the Red Dragon, and every one of his lieutenants has utterly lost the holy war. I watch several financial videos each week, and I’ve noticed that many of them are worried about the implementation of a central bank digital currency (CBDC). They warned that such a system would give the government too much control over our lives. I am concerned because I see this device as the advanced stage of what will be the mark of the beast. A couple of decades ago, there was no possible way to implement a digital currency that could conduct all financial transactions. Today, a working CBDC is being tested by several government agencies. The COVID pandemic helped set the blueprint for the mark. Millions of people couldn’t go to work, so they needed a handout from the government. The feds had the power to put trillions of dollars into the bank account of everyone who qualified. Since the rapture will probably create far greater chaos, the Fed could offer more money to restore order. Only in this case your bank account will be with the Fed, and you’ll need to get a chip Injection to access your funds. If the government can put money into your current bank account, they can easily transfer all your funds to your new Fed account. You could be a billionaire and be separated from your money by a system that the Bible warns we should not become involved with. Everyone who takes the 666 mark will be condemned to hell. “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God …. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night …. Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus” (Rev. 14:9-12). People will not be tricked into taking the mark by accident. By accepting it, a person will be pledging their obedience to the Antichrist. There could be an oath that people will be required to take. I find the mark to be one of the scariest things in the Book of Revelation. You could be a rich person but have to face starving to death to save your soul from the lake of fire. The beast government will save many from dying of hunger by chopping their heads off. There is another technological development that I find equally worrying. There has been much news about the danger presented by artificial intelligence apps. The “Godfather of AI,” Geoffrey Hinton, recently resigned from his position at Google, where he has worked for over a decade. He joined a growing chorus of critics who warn of the existential risk artificial intelligence systems pose to humans. Elon Musk has warned of the danger of AI, but he founded the company that created ChatGPT, the most widely used AI app. Many of the scientists that labored to create the atomic bomb got cold feet when it came to using the bomb against Japan. When people create things that can be used for evil, they cannot be un-invented. There is one example of AI being used by criminals. Fox News reported that a Florida man received a call from what he thought was his daughter. The voice sounded just like his daughter, but it was an AI-created clone. The scammers asked him to send $600 to resolve an undisclosed dire situation. Some people who rejected the mark may get calls from their dead relatives begging them to get chipped. Since the government records all phone conversations, AI would have no trouble producing the voice of someone’s dead mother. AI could put pressure on holdouts by turning off their utilities, their internet, and their wireless phones. People could have their homes or cars taken from them because they didn’t pay loans that were paid off years ago. There will be few places to hide from an AI-driven mark of the beast system. Every true Believer should rejoice each day that God has promised to save us from an evil man who will briefly have total control over the earth. “And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority …. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations” (Revelation 13:2; 7). It progressively grew, morphed and reinvented itself. It has been creatively adapted to fit the times. As one surveys the history of the Jewish people, it quickly becomes evident that it has been and continues to be punctuated by acts of antisemitism. Forced baptisms and conversions, the Crusades, the Inquisition, the Pogroms, the Holocaust and the Middle East crisis are just a few of Satan’s creative ways to turn the world against the Jews. He succeeded in millions of casualties even though God promised never to forsake Israel completely (Jeremiah 31:35-37.) He has been busy on two fronts toward the same goal: the destruction of the Jews. First, he works hard at turning the Jewish people against Yeshua by erroneously making them believe that following Him is antithetical to remaining a Jew. Second, he has turned many within the Church against the Jews throughout history and even today with the growth and influence of Replacement Theology. Some believe that antisemitism was at its apex stage during the Holocaust and stopped after that. If history stopped, I could agree with such a statement. Still, almost eighty years have passed, and outside of maybe slowing down a bit for two decades after the Holocaust, antisemitism is alive and well. It has been on an uninterrupted continuum since biblical days. We can also look at antisemitism as existing on a spectrum throughout the history of the Jewish people. To understand the gravity of the current situation, we must study that spectrum. This will allow us to determine where normalization sits on the spectrum and what it means to us today. As we study the spectrum of antisemitism, one thing will become evident: Antisemitism doesn’t vacillate through history, going back and forth on the spectrum from non-existent to full force. Instead, it keeps moving in the same direction, never looking back. It might slow down a bit when a particular historical figure appears on the world scene and sees Jewish people with favor, such as–within reason–Charlemagne (747-814) or Napoleon (1769-1821). Still, it never completely ceases, even with their favorable treatment. So, the spectrum moves only in one direction at various speeds but never reverses direction. It is driven by Satan from one end to the other, without exception. The starting point of antisemitism is found in the biblical record of the Jewish Scriptures (Old Testament.) Pharaoh who didn’t know Joseph (Exodus 1), Haman in the book of Esther, the Amalekites (Exodus 17) or even the list of people groups provided by Asaph in Psalm 83. Those are obvious examples of the enemies of Israel. Still, the animosity goes back to Genesis 3:15, when the seed of the serpent (Satan) fights the seed of the woman (Yeshua, the Jewish Messiah). At the origin, it was nothing more than biblical pagan jealousy. The people around Israel were jealous of the “chosen people” status of Israel declared by God (Deuteronomy 7:6-8; 14:2; 26:17-19; 2 Samuel 7:23-24, Psalm 105:8-15; 135:4; Isaiah 41:8). The Jewish people have been set aside by the God of Israel for His purpose, and that makes many people jealous, For You have separated them from all the peoples of the earth as Your inheritance, as You spoke through Moses Your servant, when You brought our fathers forth from Egypt, O Lord God.” (1 Kings 8:53). Moving into the Greek Scriptures (New Testament), we find many passages that paint part of the Jewish leadership as antagonistic to Yeshua and His followers. This doesn’t validate the antisemitic tone that many have tried to attribute to the Greek Scriptures. That part of the Bible is not antisemitic, but it is not within the scope of this article to address that issue. After the closing of the Canon of Scripture, from the late 1st century forward, many of the ante-Nicaean Church Fathers contributed to the building of an early anti-Jewish sentiment. The following generations of Church Fathers continued the diatribes. This section of the spectrum could be called theological anti-Judaism. It continued throughout history with various degrees of intensity, peaking at times such as the Crusades or the Inquisition and specific recurring times on the calendar such as Holy Week as it became Classical Antisemitism. Unbeknownst to him, Martin Luther set the stage for the Holocaust in his pamphlet “On the Jews and their lies.” He never intended for the Jews to be mass-murdered, but his words carried much weight, which led to tragic consequences. Martin Luther couldn’t look forward to the future or Adolf Hitler, but Hitler most definitely looked back at Luther and chose to act upon the theologian’s every word and beyond. There was another shift, and Classical Antisemitism became Racial Antisemitism. Hitler described the Jews as vermin and sub-humans to be eradicated for the betterment of mankind. He tried to support his lethal agenda against a backdrop of science by promoting Eugenics (debunked soon after, but seeing a bizarre comeback in the 21st century). Then came the interlude—two decades of relative respite for the Jews. The words “antisemitic” or “antisemitism” became taboo after the Holocaust. To be sure, while the words were avoided, the thoughts and actions continued. Yet, it was time for Satan to reinvent the oldest hatred. So, he repackaged it in the form of anti-Israelism or anti-Zionism so that an antisemite could continue their nefarious agenda without being called an antisemite. Most scholars now agree that this period, which continues to this day, is known as the New Antisemitism. It has benefited quite a bit from the advent of the Internet and social networks. People feel good about being social justice advocates while they demonize Israel and the Jews. Yet, the spectrum is even broader. In 2012, in Toulouse, France, a man killed seven Jewish people total, including a rabbi and two young children at a day school. In my opinion, this attack marks when Jewish people started getting killed again for being Jewish. In 2015, during the “I am Charlie” days, a man entered a kosher supermarket on the east side of Paris, took Jewish people hostages, and ended up killing four of them. Keep in mind that killing four or more people in one event constitutes a “mass killing.” The carnage continues to this day all over the world. This is what I have called End-Times Antisemitism. It is part of the new antisemitism but is a hybrid of classical antisemitism (biblical days to Holocaust) and the new antisemitism (1948 to today). I believe that there is one more brand of antisemitism coming, and I call it Tribulation Antisemitism. It will be a time of great turmoil and destruction for the Jewish people left behind. According to Zechariah 13:8-9, two-thirds of the Jewish people living at that time will perish, and one-third will survive and become followers of Yeshua the Messiah. As difficult as it is to say and comprehend, it will be a time far worse than the Holocaust for the Jews. While, again, this is not within the scope of this work, I believe in a pre-tribulation, pre-millennial Rapture of the Church. Believers will be taken up in the air by Yeshua before the start of the Tribulation, also known as the Time of Jacob’s trouble (Jeremiah 30:7). The reason why I need to clarify my eschatological position is to avoid being accused of escapism. Some who do not adhere to a pre-Tribulation Rapture feel that those who do are simply buying into a doctrine of escapism to avoid the terrible days ahead. Believing in a pre-Tribulation Rapture should encourage believers to share with the lost before we are all gone. That includes sharing with our Jewish friends who will suffer the most during the Tribulation. I truly cannot wait for Yeshua to call us home, and yet, I can wait for Him to do so, as long as I can be used to lead more people to Him. Time is of the essence as the stage is being finalized for the antichrist and the Tribulation a little more each day. This is where the normalization of antisemitism comes on the spectrum. While antisemitism has existed since biblical days, there always were people to defend the Jews against the libels and the diatribes. Israel’s advocates continue to be as vocal as they can today, but they are a dying breed. What will happen when antisemitism becomes normalized and goes mainstream? This shift must occur for the Tribulation events to occur with such intensity. When normalization occurs, it will be open season for the Jews and those who defend them. We are not quite there, but we are very close. In other words, the stage is set for the final iteration of antisemitism… The incentive to share Yeshua with our Jewish friends has never been so palpable! What should have been the most explosive story was a dud as mainstream news outlets chose not to cover it in deference to two other stories that broke earlier. The mainstream media continued its day-old coverage of the Federal jury defamation and sexual abuse verdict against Donald Trump in the E. Jean Carroll case. Next was the breaking news story of the oft-anticipated 13-count indictment of US Representative George Santos (R-NY) for fraud, lying, and money laundering. Meantime, the Biden bribery story was largely ignored. While Fox News, Breitbart, New York Post, Epoch Times and several conservative news outlets were leading with the Biden bribery story early Tuesday, other news media continued with day-old news insinuating that Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll. By 1:30 pm EST, CNN, Drudge, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC, and NBC were all carrying the E. Jean Carroll story (now two days old) and the Santos indictment story. MSNBC’s third story was “How Biden can unmask McCarthy with one question.” CBS’s third story was “Buddy Holly wins best of show at Westminster dog show.” This is an example of how these outlets manipulate public opinion without the public even realizing it. But there is more. Basic points of the House Oversight Committee memo were that the Committee received thousands of bank records; The Biden family members and business associates created a web of over 20 companies receiving over $10 million from foreign companies while Biden was Vice President; millions of dollars from foreign companies were also received by the Biden family through business associates’ companies and the Bidens tried to hide the financial transactions; Chinese nationals with significant ties to Chinese intelligence and the Chinese Communist Party hid the money trail to the Bidens; and that further investigation is warranted because of evidence of influence peddling. This is a matter of national security. When the mainstream media finally couldn’t ignore the story, it played “catch up” by downplaying the significance of the 36-page memo, quoting the White House saying that it was an unsubstantiated politically-motivated Republican vendetta, and editorializing about how the memo wasn’t credible. This is a further example of how the mainstream news media manipulates public opinion by disguising its own opinion as news rather than reporting the facts. As is written in 2 Timothy 3:13, “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” Interesting that the two stories the mainstream media covered were negative on Republicans, and the one that they delayed coverage was about the influence peddling of Biden’s and their Democrat associates. The psalmist David prayed, “O Lord, hear me as I pray; pay attention to my groaning” (Psalm 5:1 NLT). The Hebrew word David used for “groaning” is an unusual term that hints at an unspoken prayer—an aching, longing, and yearning of the innermost being. David had a genuine burden. Essentially he was saying, “Consider my yearning. Consider my aching heart. Consider what is going on deep inside me, the cry of my soul.” We think our prayers need to be long, flowery, and filled with King James language to be effective. We assume that God is more into Shakespearean-type prayers. But the fact of the matter is that a simple prayer, a groan, or a yearning of the heart might be a prayer that is inspired by God. What a difference prayer can make! Let’s take our problems and burdens and cast them upon the Lord. God ultimately will have His way. Regardless of how bleak the scenario may be, God can turn it around.
