Why Biden’s Actions Toward Israel Place America On Dangerous Ground With God – By Jonathan Brentner - https://harbingersdaily.com/why-bidens-actions-toward-israel-place-america-on-dangerous-ground-with-god/ In the past several weeks, President Biden has also been at the forefront of demanding that Israel accept a two-state solution as a way of appeasing the Palestinians. In other words, he would reward Hamas’ barbarism by giving them land that rightfully belongs to Israel. Not only that, but his proposal would also give Israel’s enemies a strategic position to accomplish their true intent, which is the destruction of the Jewish state and the murder of the Israelites who dwell there. A couple of weeks ago, the U.S. vetoed a resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. Please don’t be fooled by this empty show of support for Israel. The current U.S. leadership is no friend of Israel or the Jewish people. Biden’s recommendations, if followed, would seriously degrade the security of Israel as well as the safety of its people. The actions of the Biden Administration toward Israel place America on dangerous ground for the following reasons: They Will bring God’s Curse Upon Our Nation The U.S. President and Secretary of State Blinken appear determined to stop Israel from achieving an all-out victory in its war with Hamas. Though they would never admit such a thing, their proposals would provide Hamas with a tactical victory as well as a position of strength in negotiating the release of hostages that it has not already murdered. Because Israel still represents God’s chosen people (see Romans 11:1-2), the warning of Genesis 12:3 remains in effect: “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” The Hebrew word for “dishonors you,” or “curseth you” in the KJV, is translated in a variety of ways in the Old Testament. In this context, it signifies those who would treat Israel with contempt and dishonor. It’s the act of treating something “lightly” in the sense of placing little importance upon it. The word for “I will curse,” speaking in regard to God’s response to those who treat His people with disdain, is different and signifies what we understand as a curse, or in this case, a judgment on those who would treat Israel with derision such as the Biden Administration. If the words of Genesis 12:3 still apply to God’s covenant with Abraham, which He reiterated to the descendants of Jacob (Psalm 105:7-11), and they do, the actions of the Biden administration will surely bring a curse upon himself as well as upon the nation. His Proposal to Divide God’s Land Will Surely Bring God’s Wrath As I have written before, and include here for completeness, Scripture makes it clear that those who attempt to divide God’s Land in the last days will incur His wrath. The prophet Joel reveals that God’s wrath against the nations at the end of the Tribulation will stem from their desire to divide “my land”: Joel 3:1-3 KJV – “For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. And they have cast lots for my people; and have given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink.” The actions of President Biden and his administration will surely bring God’s wrath upon the United States. One of the key signs of judgments that will overflow the earth during the “day of the Lord” that the prophet Joel writes about is a darkening of the sun: “The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.” Jesus, in describing His return to earth after the judgments of the Tribulation period, also mentioned the darkening of the sun that will happen at His Second Coming. Although the April 8, 2024, solar eclipse is not the darkening of the sun that will happen at the end of this age, I cannot escape the thought that it symbolizes the terrors that lie ahead for planet Earth. I also believe it’s a warning to America as it occurs in connection with Biden’s push to divide God’s land and the contempt that the U.S. president is displaying toward Israel’s leadership by seeking to impose ceasefires in Gaza that interfere with their goal of defeating Hamas. As the April 8 eclipse is garnering unprecedented interest for such an event, it occurs to me that the Lord might be causing this rabid attention. Could this be the Lord’s way of drawing attention to His warning of judgment? I think so. A family member from the Dallas area recently told me that hotels in the area are selling out for the event. Delta offered a flight from Austin to Detroit for the sole purpose of giving people an opportunity to view the darkening of the sun from the air, and people quickly purchased all the tickets for it. Please know I’m not setting dates, but I cannot ignore the warning that’s happening at a time when the U.S. is not only steeped in great wickedness and government corruption that goes far beyond the limits of our imagination but also promoting policies toward Israel that the Bible says will surely result in the outpouring of God’s wrath on any nation that behaves in such a way. Regardless of what the April 8 solar eclipse signifies regarding our future, America truly rests on dangerous ground as its leaders treat Israel with great contempt and seek to divide God’s Land. Even earlier, in a 1926 interview with Colliers Magazine, Nikola Tesla said, “When wireless is perfectly applied, the whole earth will be converted into a huge brain… Not only this, but through television and telephony we shall see and hear one another as perfectly as though we were face to face, despite intervening distances of thousands of miles; and the instruments through which we shall be able to do this will be amazingly simple compared with our present telephone. A man will be able to carry one in his vest pocket.” Belgian peace activist, Paul Otlet, predicted complete connectedness. He believed individual human beings would be assimilated into a world brain, and through it achieve a kind of godhood. He wrote, “Man would no longer need documentation if he were assimilated into a being that has become omniscient, in the manner of God himself.” As the years have passed, we still have not achieved many of the things people predicted for the future. We have only prototypes of flying cars. We don’t have giant space station hotels orbiting the earth, or earth colonies on distant planets. But we do have supercomputers in our pockets. The most important thing about today’s computers — whether giant server farms or lowly smartphones — is not their processing power. It is the thing foreseen by Tesla. It is their connectivity. Together, in a very real sense, they form a world brain. Their connectedness provides amazing levels of convenience in our lives. But it also represents one of the gravest, most immediate threats ever faced by civilization. Hackers regularly hold banks, hospitals, corporations, schools, and government agencies hostage. The hackers sometimes lock away data so that an institution can’t even open its own files. In a hospital or law enforcement agency, this can be deadly. At other times, they steal private data that might be embarrassing, damaging, or even something that could lead to war. We recently saw the government of Fulton County, Georgia suffering from both of these kinds of attacks. The hackers compromised systems used by county officials and residents. And they threatened to release damaging information unless the county gave in to their demands for a massive ransom payout. But the dangers of computer vulnerability get much worse. Supply chains that bring essential goods to your grocery store and life-sustaining pharmaceuticals to your drugstore are connected and vulnerable. The power grids of all the nations are computerized and internet connected. That makes them vulnerable to cyberattacks. The potential damage done by a sustained power outage over half the United States is incalculable, but the threat is real. Even more important, every level of national defense has some dependence on connected computers. If you are trusting in science for your security, you may be beginning to see the unsoundness of that position. Computer vulnerabilities are just one area where modern societies stand on the brink of disaster. Now is the time to put your trust in God. The concerns I express here may never come to fruition, but you will die one day. You will stand before God, and you can be ready. Christ died for you. Put your trust in Him and in His grace. That is why what is happening in the state of Washington is so alarming. A new law would allow private individuals to collect up to $2,000 every time they report someone to the new “hate crimes and bias incidents hotline”… Senate Bill 5427, after it is signed into law, would allow private individuals (note: this is not limited to American citizens) to report “bias incidents*” (see definition below) to the State Attorney General’s Office, with the possibility of receiving up to $2,000 of taxpayers money for this noncriminal incident. The bill was very clear: this is a non-crime which they will then forward to local law enforcement to investigate. What’s to investigate? No crime, no investigation. The Progressives & Marxists who sponsored this bill say it is intended to help “victims of hate crimes” before a crime even happens. Say what? In reality, SB 5427 would create a “tattletale hotline,” undermine legitimate criminal investigations, and freeze, not just chill, speech & the press in Washington State. People will stop talking to others and writing to others except very close friends & relatives, for fear a greedy “Karen” will report them to Washington’s version of the Gestapo. This is crazy. Do we live in East Germany now? It has been pointed out that those that use social media could make a fortune reporting their fellow citizens to the new “tattletale hotline”… “Spend five minutes on Twitter on any given day and I assure someone would say something offensive under this law that we could call a ‘hate crime’ and collect $2,000 from the attorney general,” Conservative Ladies of Washington Founder and President Julie Barrett told the Senate Ways and Means Committee at a Feb. 20 public hearing. “It potentially target[s] people for actions they don’t like, but are not actually hate crimes. In collaboration with bills like HB 1333, this would create sort of a ‘tattletale hotline’ to report people one doesn’t agree with or doesn’t like.” Of course we have seen similar efforts in other states. In New York, Governor Kathy Hochul intends to massively expand the hate crime laws in her state… Governor Kathy Hochul today highlighted her groundbreaking State of the State proposal to expand the list of charges eligible to be prosecuted as hate crimes and announced grant funding to strengthen safety and security measures at nonprofit, community-based organizations at risk of hate crimes or attacks because of their ideology, beliefs, or mission. “The rising tide of hate is abhorrent and unacceptable – and I’m committed to doing everything in my power to keep New Yorkers safe,” Governor Hochul said. “Since the despicable Hamas attacks of October 7, there has been a disturbing rise in hate crimes against Jewish and Muslim New Yorkers. In recent years we’ve seen hate-fueled violence targeting Black residents of Buffalo and disturbing harassment of AAPI and LGBTQ+ individuals on the streets of New York City. We will never rest until all New Yorkers feel safe, regardless of who they are, who they love, or how they worship.” And in Michigan, last year a bill was introduced that would have made it a felony if someone felt “terrorized, frightened, or threatened” by your words… Last month, the Michigan House passed Bill 4474—legislation that would expand the state’s existing Ethnic Intimidation Act beyond current protections for religion, ethnicity and race, to categories including sexual orientation and gender identity or expression. HB 4474 would make it a felony hate crime offense to cause someone to “feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened” with words—deliberately misgendering someone, for example—subject to a potential penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The Left has been pushing its “words are violence” premise for some time. But Michigan’s willingness to go the extra mile and criminalize gender-related speech has summoned a ghoul from some dystopian fever dream. I certainly do not like hate speech. Every day, people say things that are horribly offensive to me. But I support their right to say those things, because I don’t want my freedom of speech to be taken away. And the leftist elite will never be satisfied until they take things as far as they possibly can. For example, a new law in Canada allows courts to put people in prison for the rest of their lives for “hate crime offenses”… It also amends the Criminal Code to create a new standalone hate crime offence that would allow penalties up to life imprisonment to deter hateful conduct, as well as raise the maximum punishments for hate propaganda offences from five years to life imprisonment for advocating genocide. “I’m the father of two youngsters and, like parents and grandparents around Canada, I’m terrified by the dangers that lurk on the internet for our children,” said Justice Minister Arif Virani Monday, as the Liberals unveiled the bill. “I’m also a Muslim. The hatred that festers online is radicalizing people and that radicalization has real world impacts for my community, and for so many other communities,” added Virani. So what constitutes a “hate crime” in Canada? Well, over the years the rules have been written so vaguely that they could be used to go after just about anything. As a result, many Canadians are now deeply afraid to say anything that is even remotely “offensive”. Now this new law which is being pushed by Justin Trudeau will make things even worse. If you can believe it, this new law would actually allow authorities to take certain kinds of actions even before a hate crime has been committed… Trudeau’s bill is called Bill C-63, and it’s a “hate crime bill” that primarily affects “social media” and essentially “criminalizes a human emotion.” “If you have quote ‘fear of hate’ … you can get a judge to issue a kind of restraining order against your enemy before he does anything, before he says anything, and that restraining order can include house arrest, giving up any lawful firearms, limiting who he can talk to directly or indirectly, limiting the places he can go, and requiring him to to take urine and blood tests – just because you are quote ‘afraid’ he might in the future say some hate speech,” he explains, adding that the so-called perpetrator “doesn’t have to have done anything in the past” to be required to go through the process, making it “a pre-crime bill.” What in the world has happened to Canada? Once upon a time, it was such a nice place to visit. The laws that seek to restrict how we express ourselves are never enforced uniformly. Instead, we have seen example after example where conservatives are specifically targeted. Here in the United States, the left believes in being very soft on violent criminals, but they will go after pro-life activists with all the fury they can muster. Right now, a 59-year-old grandmother is probably going to spend the rest of her life in prison because she was attempting to convince women not to go into an abortion clinic… In prison, every move an inmate makes is controlled. Ms. Idoni, 59, is getting used to that. She must, because she is facing more than 41 years in prison—the rest of her natural life. Her sentence is expected to be the longest in the United States for someone charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, a 1994 law that prohibits interfering with anyone obtaining or providing “reproductive health services.” It was seldom used until the Supreme Court’s decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization reversed Roe v. Wade in June 2022, which returned abortion regulation to the states. Her crime: sitting near or in front of the doors of abortion clinics to give sidewalk counselors a few moments to talk to women before their abortion appointments and potentially change their minds. Nine women out of 10 give them the middle finger and keep walking, Ms. Idoni said. But some women do change their minds, and sidewalk counselors say the life of every baby saved is worth the risk. More than 60 million babies have been killed in the United States since 1973, but those responsible for the killing are not being held accountable. Instead, those that are trying to do something about the relentless slaughter are being viciously targeted by authorities. We really do live in an upside down society. According to the report of his arrest, he had computer files taken from his online perusing of the Internet involving child porn. At the center of his wicked fetish, the report says, was sado-sexual activity. For his crime, upon his pleading guilty to the charges, he was given 40 years of imprisonment –if I heard the report correctly. Certainly, this is a death sentence in that, without parole, he will die incarcerated. Like you, his crime is, to me, unthinkable. Such evil must be secured against ever coming to the forefront of human comportment. Yet the question must be examined. Why do the same justice systems, whether national, state, or local, look at this man’s wickedness as criminal activity that must be dealt with as harshly as possible yet look upon the murder of children in the wombs of their mothers as deserving no punishment? As a matter of fact, governments have, since Roe v Wade in 1972, called abortion “the right of choice.” The reason for justification of this death-dealing has been tied to a term that the fallen minds of men have come up with that makes it okay to kill children in ways they prescribe. That term is “the unborn.” In the most egregious form of use of the term, it is applied to any child before he or she has taken his or her first breath. All before this are considered unborn, thus are viewed as not yet alive. Various states have, over the years, modified the permissive time frame for aborting. It is different in states regarding the number of months when there is life in the womb. When the number of months has been reached, the abortion can no longer be performed. Those who govern that industry have come up with their own ideas of when babies in the womb become yet another term in their vocabulary of taking the lives of children in the womb. The term is “viable.” When the baby becomes viable, it is no longer fair game for the abortionists. To this point, that which we who believe in God’s View of what constitutes a human being –the person when conceived— has no standing in the world of those embracing the right to abort. The right-to-choose belief system declares the fetus as it is forming and beyond to looking like a human being to be nothing more than a blob of biological material to be removed, much like an unwanted tumor. But God, Who Created all that is –including human beings— declares something quite the opposite. Here is what that All-Powerful, all-Knowing God says through inspiring the Psalmist to tell Truth about human life. “For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee when I was made in secret and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book, all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned when as yet there was none of them” (Psalms 139:13-16). The God of all Creation has declared that He knew each and every individual who has ever been born or will ever be born before the person was ever conceived in the womb. It is somewhat encouraging that at least there is now significant realization and acknowledgment of the Truth about the unborn – that the baby is fully a human being from the moment of conception and that each human being was fully a human being in God’s Omniscient mind even before mother and father ever joined in the child-producing union. Here is a recent decision that seems to give hope that sanity still survives in this maddening world of anti-God, reprobate thinking. A ruling from the Supreme Court in the state of Alabama has released a stunning verdict: That embryos are “children” under state law and protected by the same laws that apply to children already born. The decision essentially determined that unborn children are a person. The question posed was whether a state law protecting children excluded those unborn. “Under existing black-letter law, the answer to that question is no: the Wrongful Death of a Minor Act applies to all unborn children, regardless of their location,” the court said. “The relevant statutory text is clear: the Wrongful Death of a Minor Act applies on its face to all unborn children, without limitation.” The decision reversed a lower court ruling that tossed a case brought by three couples over the destruction of their embryos at a clinic. Daily Jot: SCOTUS restores some justice - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com It wasn’t just the conservative members of the US Supreme Court who pulled the plug on the cesspool of Democratic Party weaponization of the legal system. the liberals on the court saw it plain as day, too. SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that states can’t remove a presidential candidate from the national ballot. In question was Section 3 of the 14th Amendment which prohibits people who have taken part in insurrection from holding office, which some states like Colorado took upon itself to enforce. The high court ruled: “that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency.” Further the court’s ruling stated: “Under the Amendment, States cannot abridge privileges or immunities, deprive persons of life, liberty, or property without due process, deny equal protection, or deny male inhabitants the right to vote (without thereby suffering reduced representation in the House).” The court explained that the 14th Amendment was instated after the Civil War in context of preventing insurrectionists to hold federal office. The court also maintained that a state’s secretary of state could not arbitrarily preclude a presidential candidate from the ballot as it would “sever the direct link that the Framers found so critical between the National Government and the people of the United States” as a whole. The leftists on the court, Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson concurred in the judgment stating “The fundamental principle of judicial restraint is practically as old as our Republic. This court is authorized “to say what the law is” only because “those who apply [a] rule to particular cases…must of necessity expound and interpret that rule.”…Today, the Court departs from that vital principle, deciding not just this case, but challenges that might arise in the future.” The leftist justices said that the conservative majority went too far in its decision and introduced novel rules to “foreclose future efforts to disqualify a Presidential candidate” under Section 3. The liberal justices wanted to leave open possibilities of the Court deciding how Section 3 can be used to bar “an oathbreaking insurrectionists from becoming President.” SCOTUS unanimously stopped states from keeping a presidential candidate off the ballot. May it be a notice to those who would weaponize their position in government or in the judicial system against a particular person. Sadly, the Democratic Party-appointed justices still wanted to leave the door open for such persecution, which doesn’t totally drain the lawfare swamp. Proverbs 21:15 says, “Justice executed is a joy to the righteous, but a terror to the workers of iniquity.” The SCOTUS decision has restored some justice. More, however, needs to be done to prevent, as the majority said, depriving “persons of life, liberty, or property without due process, deny equal protection” because the administrative state is bending the law to use falsehoods and distortions to constitute due process and equal protection. There are gifts that God has placed into your life, and He has chosen to whom He will give what. The choice is totally up to Him. These gifts have nothing to do with any kind of merit on our part. Rather, they’re a result of God’s grace. Paul mentions these gifts again in the letter he wrote to the church of Corinth. He pointed out, “It is the one and only Spirit who distributes all these gifts. He alone decides which gift each person should have” (1 Corinthians 12:11 NLT). We can’t go out and pick and choose what gifts appeal to us. We need to recognize that God has placed these gifts in our lives, and our main objective is to use them. Of course, whenever you bring up the gifts of the Spirit, it causes some level of discomfort for certain people because of the abuse they’ve seen. It seems that whenever we hear the phrase “gifts of the Spirit” or “the power of the Spirit,” we often see excess. We often see the gifts misused. What we see displayed may be so bizarre and erratic that we think, “If those are the gifts of the Spirit and that is the work of the Holy Spirit, then I want nothing to do with it.” Yet what we are often seeing is not the gifts in action but an abuse of the gifts, a misuse of them outside the parameters that the Bible gives. We are not seeing what God really wants to do. God wants to work through our lives in a powerful and wonderful way. God has given us these gifts, and we need them. We are living in dark times. In fact, the Bible tells us that the last days would be satanically energized times. People will go from bad to worse. We need all the power that we can get to effectively live for the Lord and serve Him.
