Most people do not know God, they do not believe the Bible is the Word of God, their judgment is unbiblical, and much of what they do is illogical and shameful. Here are some recent articles that seem to indicate that we are close to the end of the age. Morgan, the largest bank in the U.S. and one of the largest banks in the world, is already conducting pilot projects, and it is preparing to launch biometric payments in 2025. According to the report, “The ultimate goal is to expand authentication based on individuals’ fingerprints, palms, and faces to anyone interested, but with a focus on stores, restaurants, and various event venues.” A bank official said the biometric payments industry “expects to grow to 3 billion users and $5.8 trillion worth of transactions over the next two years.” Four, concerning the tracking of all buying and selling: on Mar. 25, 2024, it was reported that a regional CEO of a global payment company in Taiwan said he expects people to soon pay for goods and services at the point of sale (at stores, restaurants, etc.) through facial recognition, fingerprints, eyes cans, or hand scans. He pointed out that people are using fingerprints on smartphones and that there have been several surveys that show that people prefer to use fingerprints instead of PIN codes. (My opinion: The Mark of the Beast is coming, and the Rapture is at least 3 ½ years – and perhaps more – before the Mark of the Beast is imposed.) Five, concerning deceit and a population reduction, on Mar. 21, 2024, to settle a lawsuit, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration agreed to stop opposing the use of Ivermectin for the treatment of Covid-19. One doctor said, “The FDA interfered in the practice of medicine with their irresponsible language and posts about ivermectin. We will never know how many lives were affected because patients were denied access to a lifesaving treatment.” (My opinion: If the WHO gets global control of everyone’s healthcare in late May 2024 under a global Pandemic Treaty and amendments to the International Health Regulations, the denial of lifesaving treatment and population reduction practices will go into effect in a matter of weeks or months.) Six, concerning the days of Lot and the decline of America at the end of the age: on Mar. 18, 2024, the governor of Washington signed a bill that requires public schools to “adopt inclusive curricula and select diverse, equitable, inclusive, age-appropriate instructional materials” that teach about “the histories, contributions, and perspectives” of “LGBTQ people.” Seven, concerning days of Lot, reprobate minds, insanity, etc. at the end of the age: on Mar. 15, 2024, a transgender dart player competed as a man at the Dutch Professional Darts Corporation Challenge (PDC) Tour and won the men’s title. Then, on Mar. 23, 2024, he/she competed as a woman and won the women’s title. (My opinion: There is something wrong when supposedly intelligent people cannot tell the difference between a man and a woman.) (Question: How can a man become a woman in less than two weeks? My answer: It can only happen in a perverted mind or if deceit is involved.) Eight, concerning the decline of America at the end of the age: on Mar. 24, 2024, the U.S. Border Patrol Chief said the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who have evaded capture and made it into the U.S. homeland keep him up at night, and the situation is a “national security threat.” Nine, concerning an economic collapse and the decline of America: on Mar. 20, 2024, the Congressional Budget Office released a report on America’s new spending bill. According to the report,
According to one commentator, the $1.2 trillion government funding bill includes funding for abortion facilities, as well as LGBTQ activist centers that provide transgender injections, who targets minors, who holds drag shows, and helps illegal immigrants who identify as gay or transgender gain U.S. citizenship. (My opinion: With Social Security, Medicare, and the Highway Fund going broke, interest rates rising, our military hurting for money, etc., spending money on abortions, transgender surgeries, drag shows, and the like reveals unsound thinking in Washington, DC.) (FYI: This new spending bill was approved by the U.S. Senate on Mar. 23, 2024.) (More: 11 days before the Senate approved the $1.2 trillion spending bill, the U.S. treasury said the U.S. collected $271 billion in taxes and spent $567 billion. Our government spent more than twice as much as it collected and then voted to spend money on abortions, transgender surgeries, drag shows, etc.) Ten, concerning wars and rumors of wars at the end of the age: On Mar. 22, 2024, a Russian spokesperson said we (Russia) are in a state of war with Ukraine and the collective West (U.S., EU, etc.) On Mar. 22, 2024, a top-ranking U.S. Navy officer warned that China may invade Taiwan in three years or sooner. (More: On Mar. 23, 2024, Poland, a member of NATO, scrambled jets when a Russian missile briefly strayed into Polish territory. An attack on one NATO member will be considered as an attack on all NATO members. This is one reason NATO members should pay their dues.) (My opinion: These wars may or may not happen, but Russia and others will attack Israel in the Battle of Gog and Magog, perhaps before the Tribulation Period; and the Kings of the East – China and others – will invade the Middle East in the last half of the Tribulation Period.) Through ultimatums, threats to withhold arms, vote abstentions, and condescending rhetoric, the Biden administration has made it clear that it believes that “peace at all costs” between Israel and Hamas is necessary for a November reelection. This is in spite of a recent Harvard CAPS-Harris survey that showed Americans overwhelmingly back Israel. Nearly four out of five questioned expressed support for Israel over Hamas. More than two out of every three believe that Israel is seeking to do all it can to minimize casualties. Of course, you wouldn’t know that if you follow the news or pay attention to the words of the party in power in Washington. If those are your sources of information, you’d think there was a pro-Palestinian protest on every street corner populated by concerned citizens heartbroken over the genocide the evil Jews were perpetrating on the helpless Gazans. There is no mention of massacres or torture or systematic rapes or women and children being held hostage. This is all part of the drift that I warned you about months ago back in the halcyon days when everyone supported Israel avenging October 7. “Go get them,” they said. “They must pay, and you must make yourself safe!” So, Israel did. But now that these people see what Israel has to do to make itself safe, they are all screaming, “Wait! We thought you’d just go in and arrest a few leaders. Maybe bomb a few buildings. You know, like you used to do in the good old days.” What they failed to realize – and, quite honestly, what Israel had failed to realize, also – was that the old way of doing things was nothing but dealing with the symptoms of the disease. For Israel to be safe, the cancerous tumor of Hamas has to be removed. The difficulty has been that the cancer spread throughout Gaza, garrisoning in civilian and humanitarian centers, like schools and hospitals, and burrowing in a vast and intricate underground tunnel system. Israel was confronted with a new form of urban warfare that had never been experienced before. The leadership of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) was confronted with the dual charges of destroying Hamas while protecting the human shields behind which the enemy had hidden. They have succeeded on both counts to an amazing degree. It is not just me saying this. Last week, I linked you to a Newsweek opinion article written by John Spencer, chair of urban warfare studies at the Modern War Institute (MWI) at West Point and codirector of MWI’s Urban Warfare Project entitled, “Israel Implemented More Measures to Prevent Civilian Casualties Than Any Other Nation in History”. This week, Mr. Spencer followed up with another article called, “Israel Has Created a New Standard for Urban Warfare. Why Will No One Admit It?” He writes, “In my long career studying and advising on urban warfare for the U.S. military, I’ve never known an army to take such measures to attend to the enemy’s civilian population, especially while simultaneously combating the enemy in the very same buildings. In fact, by my analysis, Israel has implemented more precautions to prevent civilian harm than any military in history.” Still, the U.S. attempts to dictate how Israel should prosecute the war. Vice President Kamala Harris warned, “Any major military operation in Rafah would be a huge mistake,” adding that Washington had been “very clear in terms of our perspective on whether or not that should happen.” Perhaps most telling of all was the recent United Nations Security Council decision, led by Russia and China. It demanded a ceasefire in Gaza. There was no condemning of Hamas for initiating the war, and the mention of a hostage release was not linked to the ceasefire. Essentially, it was handing Hamas a victory in the war, telling Israel that the fight is over and to go home. Rather than vetoing the resolution, the U.S. abstained from the vote. Nothing could have more clearly communicated this administration’s view of Israel. As a result, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu canceled a state delegation that was scheduled to leave for America. What would be the purpose? It used to be, “As America goes, so goes the world.” Now that is reversed. As I look around the globe, I see the Palestinian flag flying over the town center in Luton, UK. In the British parliament, 130 MPs sent a letter to the foreign minister urging for an arms embargo against Israel, citing the country’s non-compliance with the ridiculous UN Security Council ceasefire resolution. In Spain, Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez agreed with the leaders of Ireland, Malta, and Slovenia to work towards the recognition of a Palestinian state. The global trend is away from Israel, and I fully expect this U.S. administration to follow lockstep behind. Gaza The end of last week saw furor over a story alleging the rape of Palestinian women by IDF troops in their operation targeting Shifa hospital in Gaza City. Soon, word spread throughout the gullible branch of the international community that the Israelis were no different than Hamas. Meanwhile, anyone with common sense smelled a rat. Sure enough, on Sunday night Al Jazeera had to retract their gleeful reporting of Israeli sexual abuse admitting that the accuser, a woman named Jamila al-Hissi, had made up the accusations in order to “arouse the nation’s fervor and brotherhood.” Great journalism there, Al Jazeera. The battle in Shifa hospital continues. Again, it’s not where the IDF wants to fight. It is where Hamas is forcing them to fight. The terrorists intentionally chose the battlefield hoping for the maximum number of civilian casualties. This is the same reason that the IDF was forced to break into the Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis and is possibly also operating at Nasser Hospital. At Al-Amal, large numbers of terrorists have been killed or captured, and the IDF is now working on leveling the ground around the facility. Lebanon and Syria Airstrikes continue by the IDF against terrorist outposts and warehouses in Lebanon and Syria. Tuesday night, jets hit a building in southern Lebanon killing seven, including members of the al-Jama’a al-Islamiyya terrorist group who had been planning to infiltrate Israel for an attack. In response, Hezbollah fired 30 rockets at the Israeli town of Kiryat Shmona. Most were downed by the Iron Dome or fell harmlessly. However, three hit their marks, with one resulting in the death of 38-year-old Zaher Bashara. Earlier in the week, the IDF launched a Saturday night strike destroying a Hezbollah weapons storage location in Baalbek in the Beqaa Valley. The terrorist group retaliated by firing 50 Katyusha rockets toward an IDF base in the Golan Heights with little effect. The rocket launches alerted the IDF to the launchers’ location, and the Hezbollah soldiers consequently received a loud and fiery recognition of their actions. Russia On Friday, four Tajiki Muslims entered the Crocus City concert hall outside of Moscow and opened fire with automatic weapons. By the time they were through, 137 people were dead and more than 180 are still in the hospital. It is unimaginable the fear the victims endured. Immediately, the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISIS-K) claimed responsibility, releasing a video of their actions inside the hall. Despite the admission of ISIS-K, Moscow knows a good opportunity when it sees it, and is now desperately looking for any links the perpetrators may have had with Ukraine. All four suspects have already pled guilty before a court. At the hearing, each showed signs of torture, and videos have leaked clearly showing members of the Russian Spetsnaz brutally extracting the confessions. Imagine the uproar if it was an Israeli torturing a Muslim suspect. But no Jews; no news. Hope In the Lord Because I read the Bible, I have confidence that it will not go badly for Israel right this moment. That difficult time will come, but it is not now. You see, my hope is in the Almighty God who has given us His plans for the world in general and Israel in particular. We will survive this war, and we will end up safer than we were before. This will happen. I have no doubt because my hope is in the Lord. As believers, we carry a different perspective from the world. We do not allow ourselves to be bogged down in fears, conspiracies, speculations, and “What ifs”. Because our Heavenly Father is all-powerful and in control, we have the blessed luxury of dwelling above the fray. Sure, we may physically experience pain, struggle, deprivation, and violence. But because we have the example of our Savior on the cross, we can emulate Him, keeping that attitude of “This, too, shall pass and in the end there will be glory.” Much of the world will memorialize the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ this weekend with Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday. It is a time to recognize that our forgiveness, our hope, and our eternity rest in the work that our Messiah accomplished by dying on the cross and three days later emerging alive once again from the tomb. We believers who are in Israel still have a few weeks until Passover and then the Feast of First Fruits. It is at this time that we will remember Jesus offering Himself as the sacrificial lamb for our sins, then rising again as the first fruit of the resurrection. If you do not have the hope, peace, and eternal life that come from having received the free gift of salvation that Jesus’ sacrifice has provided, what are you waiting for? Let today be the day you receive Him as your savior. As we enter April, there is so much anticipation in the air, and it isn’t just because of the Great American Eclipse on April 8th. In recent days, I have heard from so many people that feel like something really big is about to happen. I can feel it too. It is almost as if we are all holding our breath as we wait for the next shoe to drop. Chaos is threatening to erupt all over the globe, and meanwhile signs in the heavens are literally screaming at us to pay attention. The following are 8 extremely unusual events that will happen during the month of April… #1 As we enter the month of April, the “Devil Comet” has become visible to the naked eye in the northern hemisphere… Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks – also known as the “devil comet” and the “Mother of Dragons” comet – is currently visible in the night skies of the northern hemisphere, providing a unique spectacle for both amateur stargazers and professional astronomers. This Halley-type comet, which orbits the Sun every 71 years and has a nucleus about 30 kilometers in diameter, is known for its impressive outbursts of gas and dust during its voyages through the inner solar system. This is the very first time that we have been able to see this comet with the naked eye in 71 years, and it will continue to be visible for those of us living in the northern hemisphere during the weeks ahead. #2 On April 4th, that will be an extraordinary alignment of 4 planets just 4 days before the Great American Eclipse of 2024… The next planetary alignment takes place on April 4, 2024. It will feature four planets – Venus, Neptune, Saturn, and Mars. The planets will align in the morning sky. Venus, Saturn, and Mars will be visible to the naked eye, but you’ll need a telescope or high-powered binoculars to see Neptune. #3 On April 8th, the seven other planets in our solar system along with the sun and the moon will appear to form a straight line in the sky when looking from Jerusalem toward the east. This was discovered by a friend of mine named Rachel Baxter. Rachel asked ChatGPT to tell her how rare it is to have a straight line like this, and she was told that it would only happen once every 32 million years. #4 Also on April 8th, CERN is planning to fire up the Large Hadron Collider… The world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator is set smash protons together on April 8 to search for invisible particles secretly powering our universe. Theories have suggested there are 17 different particle groups and the European Organization for Nuclear Research, better known as CERN, confirmed the existence of one using its Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in 2012. Now, the team has restarted the LHC with hopes of unraveling more mysteries of the universe – specifically dark matter. Why in the world would CERN choose to do this on April 8th? We are being told that they plan to shoot particles “down a 17-mile-long tunnel at nearly the speed of light to recreate conditions a second after the Big Bang”. That doesn’t exactly sound like it is a good idea. Let us just hope that nothing goes wrong. #5 The most anticipated event of April is the Great American Eclipse of 2024. USA Today is calling it “the astronomical event of the decade”… We’re less than two weeks away from the astronomical event of the decade: A total eclipse of the sun, which will grace the nation’s skies from Texas to Maine on the afternoon of Monday, April 8. Millions of people are expected to travel to see the spectacle, which will also attract scientists from across the country to study its unique effects on the Earth and its atmosphere. #6 As the eclipse passes over America on April 8th, NASA will be firing three rockets “into the moon’s shadow”… NASA has announced it will fire three scientific sounding rockets into the moon’s shadow on Monday, April 8 during a partial solar eclipse across North America. In what will be a total solar eclipse for a 115 miles-wide path through parts of Mexico, 15 U.S. states and Canada and a partial solar eclipse for the entire Americas, the event will see a sudden drop in sunlight. For some strange reason, NASA has chosen to name this project after a serpent deity that was popular in ancient Egypt… The space agency’s project, Atmospheric Perturbations Around The Eclipse Path, will investigate how that drop in sunlight and temperature affects Earth’s upper atmosphere. APEP is named after the serpent deity from ancient Egyptian mythology, nemesis of the sun deity Ra, according to NASA. #7 Ominously, on April 8th the Great American Eclipse of 2024 will complete the giant “X” over the New Madrid fault zone that the Great American Eclipse of 2017 began. I feel so strongly that this is a very important warning to America that I put it on the cover of my latest book. #8 During the month of April, the “cicadapocalypse” is coming. As I discussed earlier this year, for the first time since Thomas Jefferson was president billions of 13-year cicadas and billions of 17-year cicadas will emerge from the ground simultaneously… “Billions, even trillions, of cicadas are going to emerge at the same time across 17 states,” Chris Simon, a professor in UConn’s Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, told Live Science. Brood XIII and XIX have been living underground for 17 and 13 years respectively. They will soon emerge at the same time for the first time in 221 years. Shockingly, the emergence of these two groups will overlap in central Illinois… What’s more, this year’s cicada groups, known as Brood XIII and Brood XIX, happened to make their homes adjacent to one another, with a narrow overlap in central Illinois. By now, most of you already know that the path of the Great American Eclipse of 2024 overlaps with the path of the Great American Eclipse of 2017 in Illinois. Is someone trying to tell us something? In addition to everything that I have already covered, many on social media are speculating that a red heifer sacrifice could take place at some point during the month of April. But so far I have not been able to find any solid evidence that such a sacrifice is imminent. As I discussed last week, the red heifers that were transported to Israel from the state of Texas in 2022 need to be used before they are too old to qualify, and the priests that will conduct the sacrifice are ready to go. However, if a red heifer sacrifice was imminent an altar for that purpose would be put up on the Mount of Olives, and so far that has not happened. CBS News previously reported that a “massive while altar” for a red heifer sacrifice had been constructed… A massive white altar awaits, where they are to be burned on a plot of land overlooking the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. Mamo said the ceremony must be performed looking directly into where the ancient Second Temple stood, until it was destroyed by the Romans in the year 70. Unfortunately, that CBS News story was not accurate. According to Israel365News, the altar that CBS News showed to the world is simply a model that is used for “Temple service reenactments and educational purposes”… The structure in the video is a model of the altar as it stood in the Temple. The real altar must be made of stone. The model, located in Mitzpe Yericho, is used for Temple service reenactments and educational purposes. It is not made of stone and cannot be used for the Temple service. So CBS News was wrong about the altar, and a lot of us were fooled by their report. Before I end this article, I want to discuss something that happened at the end of March. Joe Biden officially declared March 31st to be “Transgender Day of Visibility”. Of course many people pointed out that this was the same day that many Christians were celebrating Easter. However, many Americans may be unaware that there are more than 50 LGBTQIA2S+-themed holidays. When you add them all up, all of those holidays cover a grand total of 145 calendar days. America has been fundamentally transformed, and our nation is racing in the direction that it has chosen as fast as it can. Things are moving so fast in all of this that by the time this article is posted, some dates will already be past, possibly revealing some of whatever it all means. My hope is to try to lay before us these things that are scrolling in some sort of eschatological presentation for those who are Mark 13:37 spiritually attuned. It seems as if all is coming together at hyper-collision speed, portending a world-rending cataclysm that cannot be averted. In order to briefly examine the things in the heavens that are moving and shaking, let’s scan through the following article excerpt. During the next couple of months, so many amazing things are going to be happening in the heavens. For example, during the Great American Eclipse of 2024 on April 8th, the sun, the moon, and the seven other planets in our solar system will all line up in the sky. It is almost as if the entire solar system will be screaming that this is a once-in-a-lifetime event. But before we get to April 8th, there will be some other absolutely incredible things happening in the skies above our heads. On March 25th, we will witness a penumbral lunar eclipse. The following comes from Wikipedia: A penumbral lunar eclipse will take place on Monday, March 25, 2024. It will be visible to the naked eye as 95.57% of the moon will be immersed in Earth’s penumbral shadow. Since so much attention has been focused on the Great American Eclipse of 2024 on April 8th, this other eclipse has kind of snuck up on us… On top of everything else, this “blood moon” eclipse also coincides with Purim. The first day of Purim goes from sundown on March 23rd to sundown on March 24th. The second day of Purim goes from sundown on March 24th to sundown on March 25th. So this is going to be a “blood moon Purim eclipse,” and Pastor Mark Biltz believes that it is quite appropriate that the moon will be eclipsed on Purim… The first lunar eclipse on March 25 will coincide with the Jewish holiday of Purim. Biltz noted that it was fitting that the moon should be eclipsed on Purim, as Esther literally means “hidden….” We also know that in late March, “the Devil Comet” will be racing through the sky as this blood moon eclipse is happening. In fact, it is being reported that it is possible that this comet “could be visible to the naked eye” at that time… So the run of “the Devil Comet” will be taking place during the “blood moon Purim eclipse” on March 25th and the total solar eclipse on April 8th. Is that just a coincidence? And let me throw one more thing at you. NASA is telling us that at some point between right now and September, a star that is 3,000 light years away will explode. That explosion will be so bright that it will actually be visible to the naked eye in the northern hemisphere. As recorded in Luke 4, Christ proclaimed in the synagogue on the sabbath from the book of Isaiah, “The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recover the sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” Then he said, “This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.” Jesus set out on a journey to fulfill what had been set in motion in the Garden of Eden with the fulfillment of the Father’s salvation plan for mankind. This often prompts the question: Why all the blood? Many of the explanations deal with the idea of “penal substitutionary atonement,” in other words, God’s demand for justice that is “satisfied” by the shedding of the sacrificial victim’s blood. This idea was common to the time, with the many pagan sacrifices. However, the LORD had a better “pattern” to establish through the shadow of the sacrificial system. The Old Testament makes it clear that blood was used for obtaining atonement with God. For example, before the Exodus from Egypt, blood was applied to the doorposts of the houses so that judgement would pass over the house. Note that unblemished lambs were required. The ultimate purpose was to make atonement for the soul upon the altar, as Leviticus 17:11 says, “For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for you on the altar to atone for your souls.” Blood then, is connected to the holiness of life through sacrificial death. “For what one earns from sin is death (Romans 6:23), and “…the soul who sins, himself will die” (Ezekiel 18:4). The sacrificial system was intended to symbolically depict the life for life principal—God in His grace accepted the innocent sacrificial substitute based on the offender’s faith. Sin separates us from God, but sacrifice (Korban in Hebrew), brings us near, that is the message of the gospel. The blood of Jesus is called the blood of the eternal covenant that cleanses us from our sins (Hebrews 13:20, 1 John 1:7). Romans 3:25 says, that Jesus is the propitiation or atonement, in Hebrew, Kapporah, for sin “through his faithfulness in respect to his bloody sacrificial death.” The sprinkling of His blood, represented by His Passion on the cross, was offered upon the Heavenly Kapporet before the Throne of God. Hebrews 9:12 says, “He entered not by means of the blood of sheep and calves, but by his own blood, thus setting people free forever.” A meaning of the Hebrew word kapporah is “atonement.” To make us “at-one-ment” with God, because of His love, “Here is what love is: not that we have loved God, but he has loved us and sent his Son to be the Kapporah (atonement) for our sins (1 John 4:10). When you have a relationship with God, He will reveal His plan for your life. Jesus said, “I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me” (John 15:15 NLT). We need to learn how to discern the will of God. I have been a Christian since 1970. I wish I could say that after years of walking with the Lord, I have discovered a foolproof plan for knowing the will of God in every situation. However, such a plan doesn’t exist. Like any other Christian, I’ve often found myself stumbling into the will of God. There have been times when God has spoken to my heart, I made a move, and it was what He wanted me to do. But there have been other times when I’ve simply ended up in the middle of God’s perfect plan. I don’t know that we can always have a foolproof method of knowing God’s plan in every situation. But I do think we can take steps to prepare our hearts to know His will more effectively. We start by presenting ourselves as living sacrifices to God. The Bible says, “And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him” (Romans 12:1 NLT). We tend to want to know God’s will before we decide to give ourselves to it. For instance, when your friends ask if you’ll do them a favor, you probably say, “What kind of favor?” You want to know what they’re up to before you agree to help. In the same way, God asks, “Are you willing to do My will?” And we say, “Tell me what Your will is, and then I’ll tell You whether I’m willing to do it.” Jesus said, “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27 NLT). It is not enough to just hear the voice of God. We need to do what He tells us to do.
