During the last days of the 2008 presidential campaign, Barack Obama stated: “We are just a few days from fundamentally transforming America.” Some 8 years later, he said when time to leave the presidency that he would like to just run the country in his sweats from his basement and let somebody be the front person as president. As of Thursday, May 30, 2024, I believe he just might have achieved both objectives. America was changed that evening from a republic Benjamin Franklin said the founders had given us, if we could keep it, to a third world-type nation Franklin and the others intended to prevent –at the cost of their lives in many cases. The illegal lawfare, as the war against the constitutionally mandated Justice system has been termed, perpetrated by deep state, struck at the heart of this nation once called “the shining light on the hill.” The actual power behind this perpetration of destroying the republic, the apex bastion preventing worldwide tyranny, is God’s chief nemesis. Lucifer, that old serpent Satan, pulls the strings and pulls and pushes the levers from somewhere in that basement abyss of wickedness. The real travesty isn’t all the wrongs visited upon Donald J. Trump since he came down the escalator. He is merely the singular figure we can look at to understand Satan’s working out his plan to bring about the hellish regime of his son of perdition. We watched as if it were all of the hounds of Hades descending upon this one person once he announced his candidacy for the presidency in 2016. His call was to Make America Great Again. The opposition from every quarter began an assault unlike anything seen in the American political process, already a cesspool, correctly called the Swamp. Trump endured 24/7 attacks from the Democrat Party, the mainstream news, Hollywood and the entertainment industry, and the so-called deep state (all national and international intelligence people that are totally sold out to Satan’s Ephesians 6:12 globalist cabal. Additionally, he was assaulted by those within his own political party whose fortunes are made and maintained through the Swamp’s money-manufacturing machine. And those mentioned continued to slam at him while he was president. They have ratcheted up those attacks in recent weeks and days. So much so that they have, through uncounted illegal means and unconstitutional methodologies, managed to get him convicted of crimes that don’t exist. And the news minions can only parrot the Ephesians 6: 12 lying rant that it is Trump and his ilk that are destroying democracy –that are destroying America. All the while, these wicked in the high places are doing the destroying of the republic. The dark reverse in direction from truth, justice, and the American way was sensed by many millions, not just by Christians or by Trump supporters on Thursday, May 30, when the verdict of “guilty” on all 34 of the phony charges was announced. The minions seem to have everything going their way, with the chief nation that has stood against global control by them having apparently been rendered unable to resist them. To make even clearer where all this is going, we consider that June 1 begins Gay Pride Month, an evil from the deepest reaches of that basement abyss of Luciferian control. The LGBTQ, etc., emerge as if from some labyrinthian portal to turn America and, in effect, the entire world into the generation of earth dwellers described by Jesus as living in times “as it was in the days of Lot.” It is during this time that the Lord said He will next catastrophically intervene into the wicked affairs of mankind. We are most certainly living presently during that time according to every rubric that defines end times. While the minions within the globalists’ tyrannical high places plot and achieve the quenching of America’s shining light on the hill of human government, Satan’s plot thickens against God’s chosen nation. Israel, as anyone paying attention knows, is being barraged with hatred from every quarter. The Jewish people were murdered, raped, and tortured in the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack. Yet it is the Jewish people and the Jewish state who are hated and accused of genocide against the very people who voted to be ruled by the Hamas beasts. The nations of the world are pointing the satanic finger of accusation at Israel. They are demanding that the nation stop the war to destroy the terrorist forces that perpetrated the most deadly acts on Jews since Hitler’s holocaust. Most every nation on earth –including many of the West—are demanding that there be a Palestinian state in the land God promised Israel through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This is clearly prophecy for the last days in stage-setting for fulfillment. Zechariah chapter 12 and Joel 3:2 are materializing as we look at the hourly news developments. The fundamental transformation of America is in process technologically. Artificial Intelligence (AI), which can also be called Antichrist’s Intelligence because the one called the beast will use it in the cruelest of ways, is developing exponentially. Transgender evil and transhuman experimentation and implementation are making strides in attempts to change God’s Order in the most diabolical of ways. The very youngest among humankind are more and more the victims of such horrendous activity. I am convicted with all that is within my spirit that the God of Heaven has about reached the end of His Holy Patience. Things observed through Holy Spirit-controlled senses, with belief in God’s Prophetic Word at the center of the process, cannot help but come to the Truth of the matters involved. Everything of prophetic import seems to be coming to a head. This world is about to experience a transformation exceedingly more profound than the transformation Barack Obama has seemingly accomplished while wearing sweats in his basement lair. Jesus Promises: “And when you see all these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your head; for your redemption draws near” (Luke 21:28). Sadly, many ill-informed pastors and Christians refuse to get involved in things like the sanctity of life because of their politics. “That’s political stuff,” they say. Really? Do you know how that happened? Politicians ran into the church, took the topic of abortion, and declared it to be a political issue, knowing that a weak, worthless, wimpy church would bow down and leave the scene. The political world ran in and said, “Marriage is not a church issue; it’s a political issue!” And the church just collapsed and folded. As you can tell, I have no confidence at all in a church that is not a New Testament church. Why would I? Why would anybody? The church has to be the ground and pillar of all truth. The church has to be the entity by which the world is brought to the knowledge of God and also the conviction of God. The church is to be the most loved and the most hated people on Earth—just like Jesus. If you are a pastor who says, “We just preach the gospel,” and neglects to get involved in the things your people have to live through six days a week, you are an idle Shepherd. You may have a degree. You may have your doctorate in ministry. You may come from a long line of preachers. That is irrelevant! Unless you and I are being salt and light and effective in the culture, we have become good for nothing to be cast out on the roadway and trampled under the foot of men (Matt. 5:13). In that scenario, our lampstand has been removed from its holder, Jesus said, because it has become a candle without a light (Matt. 5:14-16). Christian: This nation is dying, if it’s not already dead. Why? A dead church. This nation is reflecting the condition of the church today, and it’s in shambles because of sleeping pulpits and people who are too cowardly to get involved and to talk to the school board, the city council, the governor, and the President. This cannot happen. This violates the heart of God. Each of us is going to have to make a decision. Do you do what God tells you to do, or will you do what Caesar tells you to do? Whoever you obey, that is your Lord. If Caesar says you are forbidden to talk about these issues—that they have taken and declared to be political—are you going to cower back into your corner and stay silent? If so, then you are complicit in the destruction and the attack against the will of God. I pray that you will find it within yourself as a believer to get involved, knowing that at any moment, we can go to heaven by either rapture or death. Until that time, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matt. 5:16). Find out what the school board’s doing. Find out what your governor is doing. Find out what your State Assembly is doing. Find out what your city council is doing. Do you know who your county board of supervisors are? Are you praying for them? Are you watching how they vote? Make a difference. Speak up. Write a letter. Make a phone call. Shine your light! And yes, always preach the gospel. In response, Dmitry Medvedev has warned that this could lead to a direct nuclear conflict between our two nations… Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has given his strongest warning that the invasion in Ukraine may end up in a nuclear disaster, after US president Joe Biden lifted restrictions on Ukraine using American weapons for direct attacks on Russian soil. Two US officials confirmed that the US has lifted the restrictions, after officials from the White House, the US military and the State Department spent weeks discussing Ukraine’s usage of the weapons behind closed doors. Medvedev was president of Russia before, and he may be president again someday after Putin’s reign ends. So the fact that he is publicly threatening us with nuclear destruction should be deeply alarming to all of us… ‘The use of tactical nuclear weapons can also be miscalculated, although this would be a fatal mistake,’ said Medvedev, who was Russian president with his finger on the nuclear button from 2008 to 2012. ‘After all, as the President of Russia rightly noted, European countries have a very high population density. ‘And for those enemy countries whose lands are further than the coverage area of tactical nuclear weapons, there is finally a strategic potential. ‘And this, alas, is not intimidation or a nuclear bluff. ‘The current military conflict with the West is developing according to the worst possible scenario. Of course he is not the only one that is making such statements. Dmitry Suslov, a member of the Russian Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, is suggesting that the Russians should actually set off a nuclear device in order to show the rest of the world how serious they are… Finally, to confirm the seriousness of Russia’s intentions and to convince our adversaries of Moscow’s willingness to escalate, it is worth considering a demonstration (i.e. non-aggressive) nuclear explosion. The political and psychological effect of an atomic mushroom cloud, broadcast live on all the world’s television channels, will hopefully bring back to Western politicians the one thing that prevented wars between the great powers after 1945, and which they have now largely lost – the fear of nuclear war. Sadly, most Americans have absolutely no idea how close we are to nuclear war. While our major news networks are obsessed with politics, Russians news channels are filled with talk of war. One of Russia’s most important journalists, Vladimir Solovyov, recently made headlines when he boldly declared that “nuclear war is inevitable either way”… “Nuclear war is inevitable either way. Let’s compare whose strategic weapons are bigger!” Solovyov said on his television program, according to a clip translated into English and posted on the YouTube channel of Russian Media Monitor, a watchdog group created by journalist Julia Davis “in an effort to combat Russian propaganda,” on Saturday. There is a growing consensus inside Russia that a final showdown with western powers is unavoidable. And the Russians very clearly understand that whoever strikes first in a nuclear war has the best chance of surviving. So if there is a way out of this mess, our leaders should be trying to find it while they still can. Unfortunately, we are allowing the Ukrainians to provoke Russia in very alarming ways. They just hit another early warning radar system deep inside Russian territory, and that was an extremely dangerous move… Ukraine has struck another early-warning (over-the-horizon) radar, this time in Orenburg region, near Orsk, some 1500 km from Ukraine. This radar did not even look at the direction of Ukraine, which makes the strike an act of madness, or something sinister. These strikes to the Russian early-warning system can serve only two aims:
Needless to say that the latter is extremely speculative. However, it is one of the two motives that can be established for the strikes. Alas, we have to acknowledge its existence. The Ukrainians are losing the war, and they realize that the only way that they will be able to win it is to get NATO directly involved. So the Ukrainians are trying to provoke the Russians into doing something that will make that a reality. I don’t think that it will happen immediately, but a day could come when we see western troops dying on the killing fields of eastern Ukraine. In fact, the Daily Mail is reporting that “NATO is drawing up plans to send American troops to the frontlines of Europe in the event of an all-out conflict with Russia”… NATO is drawing up plans to send American troops to the frontlines of Europe in the event of an all-out conflict with Russia, it has been revealed. New ‘land corridors’ are being carved out to quickly funnel soldiers through central Europe without local bureaucratic impediments, allowing NATO forces to pounce in an instant should Putin’s devastating war in Ukraine move further west. The plans are said to include contingencies in case of Russian bombardment, letting troops sweep into the Balkans via corridors in Italy, Greece and Turkey, or towards Russia’s northern border via Scandinavia, officials told The Telegraph. Speaking of deploying American troops, we are being told that Joe Biden is “not ruling out” boots on the ground when China invades Taiwan… President Biden has affirmed he is ‘not ruling out’ boots on the ground in Taiwan, in the scenario of a future Chinese invasion. While this type of response is really nothing new when it comes to American politicians being asked hypothetical questions about the future of Taiwan, it does come at a tense moment when an anti-Beijing hawk, Lai Ching-te, has just ascended as Taiwan’s new president. Joe Biden and his all-star team of warmongers have us on the brink of war with both Russia and China. Isn’t that wonderful? Meanwhile, the war in the Middle East could go to the next level at any time. On Monday, Israel conducted “major airstrikes” deep inside Syrian territory… Israel launched major airstrikes on the northern Syrian city of Aleppo in the overnight hours, which killed an Iranian military adviser, and possibly more Iranian militia members, as well as civilians. “At approximately 12:20 AM at dawn on Monday, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial attack with missiles from a direction of southeast Aleppo, targeting a number of points in the vicinity of Aleppo city, and the army air defenses intercepted the aggression’s missiles and shot down some of them,” Syrian state SANA said. The three wars that I just discussed are the “three wars of the apocalypse” that I have been warning about for years. I feel like I am watching a slow-motion train wreck unfold right in front of my eyes and I cannot do anything to stop it. No matter how much noise we make, Joe Biden and his minions will not listen to us. With each passing day, they are dragging us even closer to an apocalyptic nuclear conflict. So let us hope for the best, but let us also continue to get prepared for the worst. Trying to Understand a Verse - By Ron Ferguson - https://www.raptureready.com/2024/06/04/trying-to-understand-a-verse-by-ron-ferguson/ Over the course of one’s lifetime, opinions change as new evidence comes to the fore. As an example of this, back in about the 1980/90s, when speaking of the two witnesses in Revelation and, in particular, this verse – Revelation 11:10, “and those WHO DWELL ON THE EARTH will rejoice over them and make merry, and they will send gifts to one another because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth,” I used to say the reason for the world being able to see what was happening was computers. (That was when people were starting to see international events.) Well, today we have mobile/cell phones, and that is the reason why. It is not someone sitting at a computer. The technology is now in place all over the world. When visiting some of the Pacific Islands, I was surprised to see young people in more remote places still with mobile phones. Many things are still mystifying, and we won’t solve all of them. Too many people are too dogmatic about their opinions. In case you did not know, that’s how most Australians see Americans (I am speaking generally here). Please don’t take offense, as Christians are supposed to be different, tolerant, and understanding. I don’t really mean Christians. Someone like me has a mind that won’t rest, and it is annoying. I want calm sometimes. We try to fathom things out in our minds, bouncing from position to opinion (at least I do). I have spent a lot of time in these verses, and I have cited them on RR several times – 2 Timothy 3:1-2 “Realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy.” The introduction to this Timothy chapter is the last days, and, in context, it has to be the last days of the Church age. The chapter begins with characteristics of the last days’ people and progresses to this verse I want to speak on – 2 Timothy 3:13 “Evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.” A friend of mine says this chapter belongs to conditions in the church, but I don’t think so. This is the age for the world it speaks of, the Church age at its end. Of course, the age the disciples asked the Lord about in Matthew 24 ends at the Second Coming. It is different, but I think it would share some of the same characteristics. We have, first of all, “evil men and imposters.” I can’t think of one area of the world where this is not now applying – politics, public/civil service, administrators, Hollywood, sporting field, and so many more. I would absolutely love to say it does not include churches, but I can’t say that because it is true that some churches are like that. I am horrified in this last week to read of the happenings in the USA with the United Methodist church. It is reprobate. One thing about evil men and women is that they promote their own mindset of people into positions under them so that the whole is leavened by evil. Also, this is not sour grapes, but I am astounded at the number of positions everywhere where women now have control over men. Men are subdued in teaching, administration, and in my nation, in politics and government, on Boards and Commissions. Evil/wicked people are straight-out evil, but imposters pretend to be good but are like snakes underneath. It is horrifying to see them deceiving people because they themselves are deceived. That was partly in my mind in the last article of mine addressing climate change. People of a righteous disposition, because they are new creations in Jesus Christ, get upset at increasing evil and godlessness in the world. It is right that we get upset because all this is an affront to the standards of scripture. We see that in Jeremiah as he lamented the sins and conditions of his own people. It does cause one to reflect and be sad, but I bring this up later. However, the other side of the coin is that we know we are not only citizens of this world in a loose sense, but our citizenship is in heaven from where our Lord will come in the Rapture. I really want to be alive for the Rapture and hope the years are not cheating me too much. There is one other part in that Timothy verse which is this: “will proceed from bad to worse.” It is in this area I try to do the assessment. I wonder if it might be a gradual step down over time to the corruption that would be on the bottom or if it is an up-and-down movement but trending down overall with a rapid descent toward the end (where I think we are now). I hope that was not too confusing. In my nation, since the 1970s, except for a couple of spikes a bit upwards, the trend has been steadily progressing downwards rapidly with the current evil that is in government and society, the worst I have known. For you Americans, I must say that in the last 18 months I have been shocked with the state America is in. Naively, I thought the USA had a very good, solid Christian base, but now I understand differently. I wrote once that after the evil of the Obama years, the Trump term saw more of a decency, and someone wrote to me in the greatest attack for saying that. I have been called awful things by a few way-out readers of RR, but I don’t mind because there are so many such lovely, supportive readers (some who write to me). THE PRESENT DILEMMA The USA is heading for an election, and in my mind, I have this term, “will proceed from bad to worse,” and it won’t go away. What could be worse than Biden and all of his very wicked team supported by California and New York? Overall, it will get worse if the Lord tarries. In Australia, a disinformation bill is before this wicked Marxist Parliament, and if passed, Christians will have no right to use some scriptures, such as the homosexual ones, and even preaching could be stopped. The days are getting so dark so quickly. Let me share this, and please understand this in the context – it is just my musings, trying to understand the Timothy verse. If Trump is elected, then things will hold steady as King Josiah did after his wicked father, Manasseh, and before Josiah’s own wicked sons plunged it downhill again. I think (in that restless mind of mine) that Trump might not be standing for the election, or he might not win. It’s not what I want, but thinking… Biden will not contest the election. He does not know if he is in next week or last week. There is a Democrat conference coming up in June, and it would not surprise me if Michele Obama is asked to stand for the top office. Please don’t be mad at me. I am sharing what I don’t want to see, but these are the days of steep decline in evil and imposters. Everything will be done to keep Trump from standing because if he does, he will win, but I don’t see any viable candidate for the Republicans. I just feel things anywhere will not get better but will decline worse and worse. What I am trying to say is that conditions in the USA and elsewhere (US not being singled out) will get wickeder, and for that reason, I think the USA will be very much worse after the election. I don’t really want to get into politics because it is not my thing, and to be honest with you right now, it makes me depressed to see the state of things. It is sad. Those of us who lived through the 1940s and 50s and 60s know how things were a whole lot better. This is all in line with biblical prophecy, and from that point of view, we need to LOOK UP, not down. I believe the Lord is on the threshold of the door of heaven that will open, with Jesus HIMSELF coming with the “COME UP HERE.” Maybe I have said enough, so I will end there. [email protected] Daily Jot: Stupidocrisy: Iran pursues nukes at record pace - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com The United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is supposed to keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of terrorist-sponsoring nations like Iran. Associated Press has reviewed a not yet public report by the IAEA stating that Iran now has a stockpile of highly enriched uranium 30 times the limit of the Obama-Iran nuclear deal. The report has IAEA head Rafael Grossi wringing his hands because Iran won’t allow UN inspectors access to the nuke facilities and Iran now has enough uranium to build “several nuclear weapons.” Grossi inherited this situation from his predecessors, who essentially turned a blind eye to Iran’s nuclear ambitions for over 25 years. Stopping Iran’s nuke program is a ruse. Barack Obama sent Iran billions of US dollars on a pallet and negotiated a deal with the terrorist sponsoring state that essentially guaranteed Iran would have nuclear weapons. The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported May 27 that Joe Biden is pressing European allies to back away from further censoring Iran for its record stockpile of nuclear material. WSJ said France and Britain are concerned that Biden lacks a strategy for dealing with Iran’s nuclear advances. This is nothing new. US Presidents since George W Bush have been lax on stopping Iran, which has consistently insisted on eliminating Israel from the face of the earth and is a main sponsor of global terrorism. Only Donald Trump was severe on Iran in an effort to stop its nuclear program and terrorist sponsorship. In June 2005, The Daily Jot reported that then IAEA chief Mohamed El Baradei was appointed to a third term as head of the IAEA largely because US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice gave him the green light with hopes of stronger enforcement against Iran. The Daily Jot said, “To date, El Baradei has been reluctant to crack down on Iran. He said last November that unless he sees the intent to build a nuclear weapon along with a delivery system, then there is no weapons program. He has apparently turned a blind eye to the Russians, who are providing nuclear technology and scientists who are assisting Iran in expanding its missile system dimensions to carry a nuclear-sized payload, the North Korean missile experts and tunnel building engineers, and not to forget China’s missile experts and technology.” At that time, the IAEA had at its head an Egyptian-born Islamist giving lip service to stopping one of the most radical Islamic states from pursuing nuclear weapons. That didn’t work to well. Today, we have Great Britain and France wanting to take a hard stance against Iran and its terrorist proliferation, and Joe Biden essentially says, ‘No, no, hold off. We don’t want to stir up any more reasons for Muslims to vote against me.” You know, the Bible says there will be times like this. The Apostle Paul writes in 2 Timothy 3:13, “evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” Its almost too surreal to believe. Bush lets the feckless UN handle Iran. The Bible tells the story of Esther, who won a beauty contest and became the queen of Persia. But she didn’t reveal the fact that she was a Jew to her husband, King Xerxes. Then a wicked man named Haman hatched a plot to execute all the Jews. Esther, however, was oblivious to it as she lived in the comfort of the palace. But her cousin Mordecai brought it to her attention and said to Esther, “If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14 NLT). Then there was Moses, who, through his godliness and personal integrity, essentially kept 2.5 million people from turning full tilt to idolatry. Deuteronomy 33:1 simply describes him as “Moses, the man of God” (NLT). What greater compliment could we pay than to describe someone that way? Moses potentially could have been the next pharaoh of Egypt. But he came to a fork in the road. The Bible tells us, “It was by faith that Moses, when he grew up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He chose to share the oppression of God’s people instead of enjoying the fleeting pleasures of sin” (Hebrews 11:24–25 NLT). We all come to pivotal moments in our lives that can make all the difference as to how we end up. We’re making decisions now that will affect us later in life. How important it is that we make the right ones. Moses knew that Egypt had a lot to offer. But that wasn’t what he wanted. Instead, he wanted to be with God’s people. So he gave up something. In fact, he gave up a lot. Have you given up something to follow Jesus Christ? Whatever you’ve given up to follow Christ will be more than made up to you in this life and in the life to come (see Mark 10:29–30). Moses made a principled stand in his life. What a difference one life can make. You may be the only Christian in your sphere of influence right now. You may be the only follower of Jesus Christ that others will see. During the last days of the 2008 presidential campaign, Barack Obama stated: “We are just a few days from fundamentally transforming America.” Some 8 years later, he said when time to leave the presidency that he would like to just run the country in his sweats from his basement and let somebody be the front person as president. As of Thursday, May 30, 2024, I believe he just might have achieved both objectives. America was changed that evening from a republic Benjamin Franklin said the founders had given us, if we could keep it, to a third world-type nation Franklin and the others intended to prevent –at the cost of their lives in many cases. The illegal lawfare, as the war against the constitutionally mandated Justice system has been termed, perpetrated by deep state, struck at the heart of this nation once called “the shining light on the hill.” The actual power behind this perpetration of destroying the republic, the apex bastion preventing worldwide tyranny, is God’s chief nemesis. Lucifer, that old serpent Satan, pulls the strings and pulls and pushes the levers from somewhere in that basement abyss of wickedness. The real travesty isn’t all the wrongs visited upon Donald J. Trump since he came down the escalator. He is merely the singular figure we can look at to understand Satan’s working out his plan to bring about the hellish regime of his son of perdition. We watched as if it were all of the hounds of Hades descending upon this one person once he announced his candidacy for the presidency in 2016. His call was to Make America Great Again. The opposition from every quarter began an assault unlike anything seen in the American political process, already a cesspool, correctly called the Swamp. Trump endured 24/7 attacks from the Democrat Party, the mainstream news, Hollywood and the entertainment industry, and the so-called deep state (all national and international intelligence people that are totally sold out to Satan’s Ephesians 6:12 globalist cabal. Additionally, he was assaulted by those within his own political party whose fortunes are made and maintained through the Swamp’s money-manufacturing machine. And those mentioned continued to slam at him while he was president. They have ratcheted up those attacks in recent weeks and days. So much so that they have, through uncounted illegal means and unconstitutional methodologies, managed to get him convicted of crimes that don’t exist. And the news minions can only parrot the Ephesians 6: 12 lying rant that it is Trump and his ilk that are destroying democracy –that are destroying America. All the while, these wicked in the high places are doing the destroying of the republic. The dark reverse in direction from truth, justice, and the American way was sensed by many millions, not just by Christians or by Trump supporters on Thursday, May 30, when the verdict of “guilty” on all 34 of the phony charges was announced. The minions seem to have everything going their way, with the chief nation that has stood against global control by them having apparently been rendered unable to resist them. To make even clearer where all this is going, we consider that June 1 begins Gay Pride Month, an evil from the deepest reaches of that basement abyss of Luciferian control. The LGBTQ, etc., emerge as if from some labyrinthian portal to turn America and, in effect, the entire world into the generation of earth dwellers described by Jesus as living in times “as it was in the days of Lot.” It is during this time that the Lord said He will next catastrophically intervene into the wicked affairs of mankind. We are most certainly living presently during that time according to every rubric that defines end times. The political world ran in and said, “Marriage is not a church issue; it’s a political issue!” And the church just collapsed and folded. As you can tell, I have no confidence at all in a church that is not a New Testament church. Why would I? Why would anybody? The church has to be the ground and pillar of all truth. The church has to be the entity by which the world is brought to the knowledge of God and also the conviction of God. The church is to be the most loved and the most hated people on Earth—just like Jesus. If you are a pastor who says, “We just preach the gospel,” and neglects to get involved in the things your people have to live through six days a week, you are an idle Shepherd. You may have a degree. You may have your doctorate in ministry. You may come from a long line of preachers. That is irrelevant! Unless you and I are being salt and light and effective in the culture, we have become good for nothing to be cast out on the roadway and trampled under the foot of men (Matt. 5:13). In that scenario, our lampstand has been removed from its holder, Jesus said, because it has become a candle without a light (Matt. 5:14-16). Christian: This nation is dying, if it’s not already dead. Why? A dead church. This nation is reflecting the condition of the church today, and it’s in shambles because of sleeping pulpits and people who are too cowardly to get involved and to talk to the school board, the city council, the governor, and the President. This cannot happen. This violates the heart of God. Each of us is going to have to make a decision. Do you do what God tells you to do, or will you do what Caesar tells you to do? Whoever you obey, that is your Lord. If Caesar says you are forbidden to talk about these issues—that they have taken and declared to be political—are you going to cower back into your corner and stay silent? If so, then you are complicit in the destruction and the attack against the will of God. I pray that you will find it within yourself as a believer to get involved, knowing that at any moment, we can go to heaven by either rapture or death. Until that time, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matt. 5:16). Find out what the school board’s doing. Find out what your governor is doing. Find out what your State Assembly is doing. Find out what your city council is doing. Do you know who your county board of supervisors are? Are you praying for them? Are you watching how they vote? Make a difference. Speak up. Write a letter. Make a phone call. Shine your light! And yes, always preach the gospel. In response, Dmitry Medvedev has warned that this could lead to a direct nuclear conflict between our two nations… Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has given his strongest warning that the invasion in Ukraine may end up in a nuclear disaster, after US president Joe Biden lifted restrictions on Ukraine using American weapons for direct attacks on Russian soil. Two US officials confirmed that the US has lifted the restrictions, after officials from the White House, the US military and the State Department spent weeks discussing Ukraine’s usage of the weapons behind closed doors. Medvedev was president of Russia before, and he may be president again someday after Putin’s reign ends. So the fact that he is publicly threatening us with nuclear destruction should be deeply alarming to all of us… ‘The use of tactical nuclear weapons can also be miscalculated, although this would be a fatal mistake,’ said Medvedev, who was Russian president with his finger on the nuclear button from 2008 to 2012. ‘After all, as the President of Russia rightly noted, European countries have a very high population density. ‘And for those enemy countries whose lands are further than the coverage area of tactical nuclear weapons, there is finally a strategic potential. ‘And this, alas, is not intimidation or a nuclear bluff. ‘The current military conflict with the West is developing according to the worst possible scenario. Of course he is not the only one that is making such statements. Dmitry Suslov, a member of the Russian Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, is suggesting that the Russians should actually set off a nuclear device in order to show the rest of the world how serious they are… Finally, to confirm the seriousness of Russia’s intentions and to convince our adversaries of Moscow’s willingness to escalate, it is worth considering a demonstration (i.e. non-aggressive) nuclear explosion. The political and psychological effect of an atomic mushroom cloud, broadcast live on all the world’s television channels, will hopefully bring back to Western politicians the one thing that prevented wars between the great powers after 1945, and which they have now largely lost – the fear of nuclear war. Sadly, most Americans have absolutely no idea how close we are to nuclear war. While our major news networks are obsessed with politics, Russians news channels are filled with talk of war. One of Russia’s most important journalists, Vladimir Solovyov, recently made headlines when he boldly declared that “nuclear war is inevitable either way”… “Nuclear war is inevitable either way. Let’s compare whose strategic weapons are bigger!” Solovyov said on his television program, according to a clip translated into English and posted on the YouTube channel of Russian Media Monitor, a watchdog group created by journalist Julia Davis “in an effort to combat Russian propaganda,” on Saturday. There is a growing consensus inside Russia that a final showdown with western powers is unavoidable. And the Russians very clearly understand that whoever strikes first in a nuclear war has the best chance of surviving. So if there is a way out of this mess, our leaders should be trying to find it while they still can. Unfortunately, we are allowing the Ukrainians to provoke Russia in very alarming ways. They just hit another early warning radar system deep inside Russian territory, and that was an extremely dangerous move… Ukraine has struck another early-warning (over-the-horizon) radar, this time in Orenburg region, near Orsk, some 1500 km from Ukraine. This radar did not even look at the direction of Ukraine, which makes the strike an act of madness, or something sinister. These strikes to the Russian early-warning system can serve only two aims:
Needless to say that the latter is extremely speculative. However, it is one of the two motives that can be established for the strikes. Alas, we have to acknowledge its existence. The Ukrainians are losing the war, and they realize that the only way that they will be able to win it is to get NATO directly involved. So the Ukrainians are trying to provoke the Russians into doing something that will make that a reality. I don’t think that it will happen immediately, but a day could come when we see western troops dying on the killing fields of eastern Ukraine. In fact, the Daily Mail is reporting that “NATO is drawing up plans to send American troops to the frontlines of Europe in the event of an all-out conflict with Russia”… NATO is drawing up plans to send American troops to the frontlines of Europe in the event of an all-out conflict with Russia, it has been revealed. New ‘land corridors’ are being carved out to quickly funnel soldiers through central Europe without local bureaucratic impediments, allowing NATO forces to pounce in an instant should Putin’s devastating war in Ukraine move further west. The plans are said to include contingencies in case of Russian bombardment, letting troops sweep into the Balkans via corridors in Italy, Greece and Turkey, or towards Russia’s northern border via Scandinavia, officials told The Telegraph. Speaking of deploying American troops, we are being told that Joe Biden is “not ruling out” boots on the ground when China invades Taiwan… President Biden has affirmed he is ‘not ruling out’ boots on the ground in Taiwan, in the scenario of a future Chinese invasion. While this type of response is really nothing new when it comes to American politicians being asked hypothetical questions about the future of Taiwan, it does come at a tense moment when an anti-Beijing hawk, Lai Ching-te, has just ascended as Taiwan’s new president. Joe Biden and his all-star team of warmongers have us on the brink of war with both Russia and China. Isn’t that wonderful? Meanwhile, the war in the Middle East could go to the next level at any time. On Monday, Israel conducted “major airstrikes” deep inside Syrian territory… Israel launched major airstrikes on the northern Syrian city of Aleppo in the overnight hours, which killed an Iranian military adviser, and possibly more Iranian militia members, as well as civilians. “At approximately 12:20 AM at dawn on Monday, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial attack with missiles from a direction of southeast Aleppo, targeting a number of points in the vicinity of Aleppo city, and the army air defenses intercepted the aggression’s missiles and shot down some of them,” Syrian state SANA said. The three wars that I just discussed are the “three wars of the apocalypse” that I have been warning about for years. I feel like I am watching a slow-motion train wreck unfold right in front of my eyes and I cannot do anything to stop it. No matter how much noise we make, Joe Biden and his minions will not listen to us. With each passing day, they are dragging us even closer to an apocalyptic nuclear conflict. So let us hope for the best, but let us also continue to get prepared for the worst. Trying to Understand a Verse - By Ron Ferguson - https://www.raptureready.com/2024/06/04/trying-to-understand-a-verse-by-ron-ferguson/ Over the course of one’s lifetime, opinions change as new evidence comes to the fore. As an example of this, back in about the 1980/90s, when speaking of the two witnesses in Revelation and, in particular, this verse – Revelation 11:10, “and those WHO DWELL ON THE EARTH will rejoice over them and make merry, and they will send gifts to one another because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth,” I used to say the reason for the world being able to see what was happening was computers. (That was when people were starting to see international events.) Well, today we have mobile/cell phones, and that is the reason why. It is not someone sitting at a computer. The technology is now in place all over the world. When visiting some of the Pacific Islands, I was surprised to see young people in more remote places still with mobile phones. Many things are still mystifying, and we won’t solve all of them. Too many people are too dogmatic about their opinions. In case you did not know, that’s how most Australians see Americans (I am speaking generally here). Please don’t take offense, as Christians are supposed to be different, tolerant, and understanding. I don’t really mean Christians. Someone like me has a mind that won’t rest, and it is annoying. I want calm sometimes. We try to fathom things out in our minds, bouncing from position to opinion (at least I do). I have spent a lot of time in these verses, and I have cited them on RR several times – 2 Timothy 3:1-2 “Realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy.” The introduction to this Timothy chapter is the last days, and, in context, it has to be the last days of the Church age. The chapter begins with characteristics of the last days’ people and progresses to this verse I want to speak on – 2 Timothy 3:13 “Evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.” A friend of mine says this chapter belongs to conditions in the church, but I don’t think so. This is the age for the world it speaks of, the Church age at its end. Of course, the age the disciples asked the Lord about in Matthew 24 ends at the Second Coming. It is different, but I think it would share some of the same characteristics. We have, first of all, “evil men and imposters.” I can’t think of one area of the world where this is not now applying – politics, public/civil service, administrators, Hollywood, sporting field, and so many more. I would absolutely love to say it does not include churches, but I can’t say that because it is true that some churches are like that. I am horrified in this last week to read of the happenings in the USA with the United Methodist church. It is reprobate. One thing about evil men and women is that they promote their own mindset of people into positions under them so that the whole is leavened by evil. Also, this is not sour grapes, but I am astounded at the number of positions everywhere where women now have control over men. Men are subdued in teaching, administration, and in my nation, in politics and government, on Boards and Commissions. Evil/wicked people are straight-out evil, but imposters pretend to be good but are like snakes underneath. It is horrifying to see them deceiving people because they themselves are deceived. That was partly in my mind in the last article of mine addressing climate change. People of a righteous disposition, because they are new creations in Jesus Christ, get upset at increasing evil and godlessness in the world. It is right that we get upset because all this is an affront to the standards of scripture. We see that in Jeremiah as he lamented the sins and conditions of his own people. It does cause one to reflect and be sad, but I bring this up later. However, the other side of the coin is that we know we are not only citizens of this world in a loose sense, but our citizenship is in heaven from where our Lord will come in the Rapture. I really want to be alive for the Rapture and hope the years are not cheating me too much. There is one other part in that Timothy verse which is this: “will proceed from bad to worse.” It is in this area I try to do the assessment. I wonder if it might be a gradual step down over time to the corruption that would be on the bottom or if it is an up-and-down movement but trending down overall with a rapid descent toward the end (where I think we are now). I hope that was not too confusing. In my nation, since the 1970s, except for a couple of spikes a bit upwards, the trend has been steadily progressing downwards rapidly with the current evil that is in government and society, the worst I have known. For you Americans, I must say that in the last 18 months I have been shocked with the state America is in. Naively, I thought the USA had a very good, solid Christian base, but now I understand differently. I wrote once that after the evil of the Obama years, the Trump term saw more of a decency, and someone wrote to me in the greatest attack for saying that. I have been called awful things by a few way-out readers of RR, but I don’t mind because there are so many such lovely, supportive readers (some who write to me). THE PRESENT DILEMMA The USA is heading for an election, and in my mind, I have this term, “will proceed from bad to worse,” and it won’t go away. What could be worse than Biden and all of his very wicked team supported by California and New York? Overall, it will get worse if the Lord tarries. In Australia, a disinformation bill is before this wicked Marxist Parliament, and if passed, Christians will have no right to use some scriptures, such as the homosexual ones, and even preaching could be stopped. The days are getting so dark so quickly. Let me share this, and please understand this in the context – it is just my musings, trying to understand the Timothy verse. If Trump is elected, then things will hold steady as King Josiah did after his wicked father, Manasseh, and before Josiah’s own wicked sons plunged it downhill again. I think (in that restless mind of mine) that Trump might not be standing for the election, or he might not win. It’s not what I want, but thinking… Biden will not contest the election. He does not know if he is in next week or last week. There is a Democrat conference coming up in June, and it would not surprise me if Michele Obama is asked to stand for the top office. Please don’t be mad at me. I am sharing what I don’t want to see, but these are the days of steep decline in evil and imposters. Everything will be done to keep Trump from standing because if he does, he will win, but I don’t see any viable candidate for the Republicans. I just feel things anywhere will not get better but will decline worse and worse. What I am trying to say is that conditions in the USA and elsewhere (US not being singled out) will get wickeder, and for that reason, I think the USA will be very much worse after the election. I don’t really want to get into politics because it is not my thing, and to be honest with you right now, it makes me depressed to see the state of things. It is sad. Those of us who lived through the 1940s and 50s and 60s know how things were a whole lot better. This is all in line with biblical prophecy, and from that point of view, we need to LOOK UP, not down. I believe the Lord is on the threshold of the door of heaven that will open, with Jesus HIMSELF coming with the “COME UP HERE.” Maybe I have said enough, so I will end there. Associated Press has reviewed a not yet public report by the IAEA stating that Iran now has a stockpile of highly enriched uranium 30 times the limit of the Obama-Iran nuclear deal. The report has IAEA head Rafael Grossi wringing his hands because Iran won’t allow UN inspectors access to the nuke facilities and Iran now has enough uranium to build “several nuclear weapons.” Grossi inherited this situation from his predecessors, who essentially turned a blind eye to Iran’s nuclear ambitions for over 25 years. Stopping Iran’s nuke program is a ruse. Barack Obama sent Iran billions of US dollars on a pallet and negotiated a deal with the terrorist sponsoring state that essentially guaranteed Iran would have nuclear weapons. The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported May 27 that Joe Biden is pressing European allies to back away from further censoring Iran for its record stockpile of nuclear material. WSJ said France and Britain are concerned that Biden lacks a strategy for dealing with Iran’s nuclear advances. This is nothing new. US Presidents since George W Bush have been lax on stopping Iran, which has consistently insisted on eliminating Israel from the face of the earth and is a main sponsor of global terrorism. Only Donald Trump was severe on Iran in an effort to stop its nuclear program and terrorist sponsorship. In June 2005, The Daily Jot reported that then IAEA chief Mohamed El Baradei was appointed to a third term as head of the IAEA largely because US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice gave him the green light with hopes of stronger enforcement against Iran. He said last November that unless he sees the intent to build a nuclear weapon along with a delivery system, then there is no weapons program. Moses potentially could have been the next pharaoh of Egypt. But he came to a fork in the road. He chose to share the oppression of God’s people instead of enjoying the fleeting pleasures of sin” (Hebrews 11:24–25 NLT). We all come to pivotal moments in our lives that can make all the difference as to how we end up. We’re making decisions now that will affect us later in life. How important it is that we make the right ones. Moses knew that Egypt had a lot to offer. But that wasn’t what he wanted. Instead, he wanted to be with God’s people. So he gave up something. During the last days of the 2008 presidential campaign, Barack Obama stated: “We are just a few days from fundamentally transforming America.” Some 8 years later, he said when time to leave the presidency that he would like to just run the country in his sweats from his basement and let somebody be the front person as president. As of Thursday, May 30, 2024, I believe he just might have achieved both objectives. America was changed that evening from a republic Benjamin Franklin said the founders had given us, if we could keep it, to a third world-type nation Franklin and the others intended to prevent –at the cost of their lives in many cases. The illegal lawfare, as the war against the constitutionally mandated Justice system has been termed, perpetrated by deep state, struck at the heart of this nation once called “the shining light on the hill.” The actual power behind this perpetration of destroying the republic, the apex bastion preventing worldwide tyranny, is God’s chief nemesis. Lucifer, that old serpent Satan, pulls the strings and pulls and pushes the levers from somewhere in that basement abyss of wickedness. The real travesty isn’t all the wrongs visited upon Donald J. Trump since he came down the escalator. He is merely the singular figure we can look at to understand Satan’s working out his plan to bring about the hellish regime of his son of perdition. We watched as if it were all of the hounds of Hades descending upon this one person once he announced his candidacy for the presidency in 2016. His call was to Make America Great Again. The opposition from every quarter began an assault unlike anything seen in the American political process, already a cesspool, correctly called the Swamp. Trump endured 24/7 attacks from the Democrat Party, the mainstream news, Hollywood and the entertainment industry, and the so-called deep state (all national and international intelligence people that are totally sold out to Satan’s Ephesians 6:12 globalist cabal. Additionally, he was assaulted by those within his own political party whose fortunes are made and maintained through the Swamp’s money-manufacturing machine. And the news minions can only parrot the Ephesians 6: 12 lying rant that it is Trump and his ilk that are destroying democracy –that are destroying America. All the while, these wicked in the high places are doing the destroying of the republic. The dark reverse in direction from truth, justice, and the American way was sensed by many millions, not just by Christians or by Trump supporters on Thursday, May 30, when the verdict of “guilty” on all 34 of the phony charges was announced. The minions seem to have everything going their way, with the chief nation that has stood against global control by them having apparently been rendered unable to resist them. To make even clearer where all this is going, we consider that June 1 begins Gay Pride Month, an evil from the deepest reaches of that basement abyss of Luciferian control. The LGBTQ, etc., emerge as if from some labyrinthian portal to turn America and, in effect, the entire world into the generation of earth dwellers described by Jesus as living in times “as it was in the days of Lot.” It is during this time that the Lord said He will next catastrophically intervene into the wicked affairs of mankind. We are most certainly living presently during that time according to every rubric that defines end times. As you can tell, I have no confidence at all in a church that is not a New Testament church. Why would I? Why would anybody? The church has to be the ground and pillar of all truth. The church has to be the entity by which the world is brought to the knowledge of God and also the conviction of God. The church is to be the most loved and the most hated people on Earth—just like Jesus. If you are a pastor who says, “We just preach the gospel,” and neglects to get involved in the things your people have to live through six days a week, you are an idle Shepherd. You may have a degree. You may have your doctorate in ministry. You may come from a long line of preachers. That is irrelevant! Unless you and I are being salt and light and effective in the culture, we have become good for nothing to be cast out on the roadway and trampled under the foot of men (Matt. 5:13). In that scenario, our lampstand has been removed from its holder, Jesus said, because it has become a candle without a light (Matt. 5:14-16). Christian: This nation is dying, if it’s not already dead. Why? A dead church. This nation is reflecting the condition of the church today, and it’s in shambles because of sleeping pulpits and people who are too cowardly to get involved and to talk to the school board, the city council, the governor, and the President. This cannot happen. This violates the heart of God. Each of us is going to have to make a decision. Do you do what God tells you to do, or will you do what Caesar tells you to do? Whoever you obey, that is your Lord. If Caesar says you are forbidden to talk about these issues—that they have taken and declared to be political—are you going to cower back into your corner and stay silent? If so, then you are complicit in the destruction and the attack against the will of God. I pray that you will find it within yourself as a believer to get involved, knowing that at any moment, we can go to heaven by either rapture or death. Until that time, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matt. 5:16). Find out what the school board’s doing. Find out what your governor is doing. Find out what your State Assembly is doing. Find out what your city council is doing. Do you know who your county board of supervisors are? Are you praying for them? Are you watching how they vote? Make a difference. Speak up. Write a letter. Make a phone call. Shine your light! And yes, always preach the gospel. The three wars that I just discussed are the “three wars of the apocalypse” that I have been warning about for years. I feel like I am watching a slow-motion train wreck unfold right in front of my eyes and I cannot do anything to stop it. No matter how much noise we make, Joe Biden and his minions will not listen to us. With each passing day, they are dragging us even closer to an apocalyptic nuclear conflict. So let us hope for the best, but let us also continue to get prepared for the worst. As an example of this, back in about the 1980/90s, when speaking of the two witnesses in Revelation and, in particular, this verse – Revelation 11:10, “and those WHO DWELL ON THE EARTH will rejoice over them and make merry, and they will send gifts to one another because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth,” I used to say the reason for the world being able to see what was happening was computers. (That was when people were starting to see international events.) Well, today we have mobile/cell phones, and that is the reason why. It is not someone sitting at a computer. The technology is now in place all over the world. When visiting some of the Pacific Islands, I was surprised to see young people in more remote places still with mobile phones. Many things are still mystifying, and we won’t solve all of them. Too many people are too dogmatic about their opinions. In case you did not know, that’s how most Australians see Americans (I am speaking generally here). Please don’t take offense, as Christians are supposed to be different, tolerant, and understanding. I don’t really mean Christians. Someone like me has a mind that won’t rest, and it is annoying. I want calm sometimes. We try to fathom things out in our minds, bouncing from position to opinion (at least I do). I have spent a lot of time in these verses, and I have cited them on RR several times – 2 Timothy 3:1-2 “Realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy.” The introduction to this Timothy chapter is the last days, and, in context, it has to be the last days of the Church age. The chapter begins with characteristics of the last days’ people and progresses to this verse I want to speak on – 2 Timothy 3:13 “Evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.” A friend of mine says this chapter belongs to conditions in the church, but I don’t think so. This is the age for the world it speaks of, the Church age at its end. Of course, the age the disciples asked the Lord about in Matthew 24 ends at the Second Coming. It is different, but I think it would share some of the same characteristics. We have, first of all, “evil men and imposters.” I can’t think of one area of the world where this is not now applying – politics, public/civil service, administrators, Hollywood, sporting field, and so many more. I would absolutely love to say it does not include churches, but I can’t say that because it is true that some churches are like that. I am horrified in this last week to read of the happenings in the USA with the United Methodist church. It is reprobate. One thing about evil men and women is that they promote their own mindset of people into positions under them so that the whole is leavened by evil. Also, this is not sour grapes, but I am astounded at the number of positions everywhere where women now have control over men. Men are subdued in teaching, administration, and in my nation, in politics and government, on Boards and Commissions. Evil/wicked people are straight-out evil, but imposters pretend to be good but are like snakes underneath. It is horrifying to see them deceiving people because they themselves are deceived. That was partly in my mind in the last article of mine addressing climate change. People of a righteous disposition, because they are new creations in Jesus Christ, get upset at increasing evil and godlessness in the world. It is right that we get upset because all this is an affront to the standards of scripture. We see that in Jeremiah as he lamented the sins and conditions of his own people. It does cause one to reflect and be sad, but I bring this up later. However, the other side of the coin is that we know we are not only citizens of this world in a loose sense, but our citizenship is in heaven from where our Lord will come in the Rapture. I really want to be alive for the Rapture and hope the years are not cheating me too much. There is one other part in that Timothy verse which is this: “will proceed from bad to worse.” It is in this area I try to do the assessment. I wonder if it might be a gradual step down over time to the corruption that would be on the bottom or if it is an up-and-down movement but trending down overall with a rapid descent toward the end (where I think we are now). I hope that was not too confusing. In my nation, since the 1970s, except for a couple of spikes a bit upwards, the trend has been steadily progressing downwards rapidly with the current evil that is in government and society, the worst I have known. For you Americans, I must say that in the last 18 months I have been shocked with the state America is in. Naively, I thought the USA had a very good, solid Christian base, but now I understand differently. I wrote once that after the evil of the Obama years, the Trump term saw more of a decency, and someone wrote to me in the greatest attack for saying that. I have been called awful things by a few way-out readers of RR, but I don’t mind because there are so many such lovely, supportive readers (some who write to me). THE PRESENT DILEMMA The USA is heading for an election, and in my mind, I have this term, “will proceed from bad to worse,” and it won’t go away. What could be worse than Biden and all of his very wicked team supported by California and New York? Overall, it will get worse if the Lord tarries. In Australia, a disinformation bill is before this wicked Marxist Parliament, and if passed, Christians will have no right to use some scriptures, such as the homosexual ones, and even preaching could be stopped. The days are getting so dark so quickly. Let me share this, and please understand this in the context – it is just my musings, trying to understand the Timothy verse. If Trump is elected, then things will hold steady as King Josiah did after his wicked father, Manasseh, and before Josiah’s own wicked sons plunged it downhill again. I think (in that restless mind of mine) that Trump might not be standing for the election, or he might not win. It’s not what I want, but thinking… Biden will not contest the election. He does not know if he is in next week or last week. There is a Democrat conference coming up in June, and it would not surprise me if Michele Obama is asked to stand for the top office. Please don’t be mad at me. I am sharing what I don’t want to see, but these are the days of steep decline in evil and imposters. Everything will be done to keep Trump from standing because if he does, he will win, but I don’t see any viable candidate for the Republicans. I just feel things anywhere will not get better but will decline worse and worse. What I am trying to say is that conditions in the USA and elsewhere (US not being singled out) will get wickeder, and for that reason, I think the USA will be very much worse after the election. I don’t really want to get into politics because it is not my thing, and to be honest with you right now, it makes me depressed to see the state of things. It is sad. Those of us who lived through the 1940s and 50s and 60s know how things were a whole lot better. This is all in line with biblical prophecy, and from that point of view, we need to LOOK UP, not down. I believe the Lord is on the threshold of the door of heaven that will open, with Jesus HIMSELF coming with the “COME UP HERE.” Maybe I have said enough, so I will end there. Associated Press has reviewed a not yet public report by the IAEA stating that Iran now has a stockpile of highly enriched uranium 30 times the limit of the Obama-Iran nuclear deal. The report has IAEA head Rafael Grossi wringing his hands because Iran won’t allow UN inspectors access to the nuke facilities and Iran now has enough uranium to build “several nuclear weapons.” Grossi inherited this situation from his predecessors, who essentially turned a blind eye to Iran’s nuclear ambitions for over 25 years. Stopping Iran’s nuke program is a ruse. Barack Obama sent Iran billions of US dollars on a pallet and negotiated a deal with the terrorist sponsoring state that essentially guaranteed Iran would have nuclear weapons. The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported May 27 that Joe Biden is pressing European allies to back away from further censoring Iran for its record stockpile of nuclear material. WSJ said France and Britain are concerned that Biden lacks a strategy for dealing with Iran’s nuclear advances. This is nothing new. US Presidents since George W Bush have been lax on stopping Iran, which has consistently insisted on eliminating Israel from the face of the earth and is a main sponsor of global terrorism. Only Donald Trump was severe on Iran in an effort to stop its nuclear program and terrorist sponsorship. In June 2005, The Daily Jot reported that then IAEA chief Mohamed El Baradei was appointed to a third term as head of the IAEA largely because US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice gave him the green light with hopes of stronger enforcement against Iran. The Daily Jot said, “To date, El Baradei has been reluctant to crack down on Iran. He said last November that unless he sees the intent to build a nuclear weapon along with a delivery system, then there is no weapons program. He has apparently turned a blind eye to the Russians, who are providing nuclear technology and scientists who are assisting Iran in expanding its missile system dimensions to carry a nuclear-sized payload, the North Korean missile experts and tunnel building engineers, and not to forget China’s missile experts and technology.” At that time, the IAEA had at its head an Egyptian-born Islamist giving lip service to stopping one of the most radical Islamic states from pursuing nuclear weapons. That didn’t work to well. Today, we have Great Britain and France wanting to take a hard stance against Iran and its terrorist proliferation, and Joe Biden essentially says, ‘No, no, hold off. We don’t want to stir up any more reasons for Muslims to vote against me.” You know, the Bible says there will be times like this. But her cousin Mordecai brought it to her attention and said to Esther, “If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14 NLT). Then there was Moses, who, through his godliness and personal integrity, essentially kept 2.5 million people from turning full tilt to idolatry. Deuteronomy 33:1 simply describes him as “Moses, the man of God” (NLT). What greater compliment could we pay than to describe someone that way? Moses potentially could have been the next pharaoh of Egypt. But he came to a fork in the road. The Bible tells us, “It was by faith that Moses, when he grew up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He chose to share the oppression of God’s people instead of enjoying the fleeting pleasures of sin” (Hebrews 11:24–25 NLT). We all come to pivotal moments in our lives that can make all the difference as to how we end up. We’re making decisions now that will affect us later in life. How important it is that we make the right ones. Moses knew that Egypt had a lot to offer. But that wasn’t what he wanted. Instead, he wanted to be with God’s people. So he gave up something. In fact, he gave up a lot. Have you given up something to follow Jesus Christ? Whatever you’ve given up to follow Christ will be more than made up to you in this life and in the life to come (see Mark 10:29–30). Moses made a principled stand in his life. What a difference one life can make. You may be the only Christian in your sphere of influence right now. You may be the only follower of Jesus Christ that others will see.
