Well, it’s been just over a month now, and Joe Biden has been very busy writing his name. Maybe in a few weeks he’ll be ready to move on to learning shapes and colors. So far, he’s signed more than forty Executive Orders — more (by FAR) than any president in history. But that was just his first two weeks. It seems he’s gotten quite adept at signing his name, circumventing Congress by issuing presidential edicts.
 
On his first day, he signed an order establishing the position of a “COVID- 19 Response Coordinator.” He signed an order for the US to rejoin the World Health Organization, which we now know has been complicit in using their own invented virus to lock down the entire world. Then there was the order providing federal agencies more flexibility in implementing federal requirements to combat COVID-19.
 
He also signed an order to rejoin the US to the Paris Climate Agreement. This will most certainly stifle US industries and put more federal restrictions on all citizens under the guise of working to stop “climate change.” He also stopped oil and gas drilling in the US and halted the Keystone Pipeline project, putting thousands out of work with a stroke of his pen.
 
Also, on his first day, he reinstated federal funding for so-called “sanctuary cities” for illegal immigrants. Foreign nationals from seven Islamic terrorist nations may now, once again, enter the country freely; no questions asked. By the way, he also brought the construction of our southern border wall to a screeching halt. On his FIRST day.
 
Biden also signed an Executive Order to ensure preferential treatment for those who identify as LGBTQP+ within the federal government and our military.
 
He’s also mandated that all federal agencies redefine “sex” to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.”
 
This order doesn’t just affect government workers. Employers, public schools, universities, colleges, health insurers, healthcare professionals and landlords have been warned that they’d better review their policies to conform with Joe’s magic pen. This also opens the door once again for males dressed as females to compete in female sports and ‘transgenders’ to use whatever bathroom and locker facilities they choose in public schools and all public accommodations. Churches have not YET been specifically mentioned — but we all KNOW they’re on the list to be targeted for persecution if they don’t comply with the Left’s definition of “gender” or “equality.”
 
The next day, he signed an order enhancing data collection for COVID. He also established a COVID Testing Board to coordinate federal COVID testing efforts. Not to mention the one that requires new OSHA mandates for people in the workplace. Undoubtedly, this will soon make it more difficult for people to keep their jobs if they refuse to wear a mask or get the vaccines.
 
He was very busy on his second day. He signed an executive order regarding our children — and collecting THEIR health data in public and private schools. On the 22nd of January, he signed an order requiring a $15 per hour minimum wage for all federal workers and contractors.
 
On the 28th of January, he established a National Climate Task Force. Again, this will end the US production of our own energy sources, requiring us to buy oil and gas from foreign countries again.
 
The same day, he reinstated the so-called “Mexico City Policy,” providing US taxpayers’ funding of abortions in other countries.
 
Mind you, those are just a few of the orders he signed in his first two weeks. There have been many more since then. But suffice to say, they ALL involve more federal regulations, bigger government, much higher taxation, more burdens on private businesses, and more government intrusion into all of our personal information, data and privacy. Not to mention, once again rolling out the red carpet to illegal aliens, then catering to them in so-called “Sanctuary Cities,” with little to no “legal” processes required for entry into the United States.
 
Bear in mind, we’re not just talking about poor immigrants from Mexico seeking a better life for their families. We’re talking about terrorists and foreign enemies flooding into our country, complete with weapons and drugs, and supporting them with food, shelter, clothing and immunity from prosecution when they commit crimes. We’re also talking about expanding the child sex trafficking industry on an international scale, and it will all be done using OUR tax dollars.
 
We’ve already seen substantial spikes in the gas prices at the pumps, and it’s only been a month so far. But the price of gas at your local convenience store will be the least of your problems this year. It’s doubtful many will be traveling much of anywhere anyway, given the coming federally-mandated lockdowns, mask and vaccine mandates. I know a lot of people were saying that “the day after the election, COVID will just disappear.” I could have told you that wasn’t going to happen, regardless of who “won” the election.
 
COVID is here to stay. Mandatory masking and mask-shaming and “mask police” — that’s all here to stay. It’s NOT going away. In addition, there’s now been serious talk about airlines requiring “vaccination certificates” in order to travel, and the same for anyone who might want to attend a public event such as a concert or conference.
 
Meanwhile, our US Capitol remains surrounded by a 7-foot-high fence, topped with razor wire.
 
Those now in charge want that razor-wire barricade to remain there indefinitely… along with a minimum of 5,000 National Guard troops. Sounds like a completely legitimate administration in charge there now, after a completely legitimate election, doesn’t it? No… actually, it sounds more like a country ruled by a communist dictatorship. We’ve become Castro’s Cuba. We are now Venezuela. We just don’t know it yet.
 
But walking around out in public, you’d easily see the comparison between the United States today and Communist China. Why? Because more than 90% of people are dutifully continuing to cover their faces with masks.
 
As I said, the masks are not going away.
 
In a previous message, I told you this interesting fact: More than 2,300 years ago, long before Islam, Arabs discovered that forcing people to cover their noses and mouths broke their will and individuality and depersonalized them. It made them submissive and compliant. That’s why they imposed on every woman the mandatory use of a fabric over her face. Then Islam turned it into the woman’s symbol of submission to allah, the male owner of his female harem, and the king. Do you realize that the Chinese have been wearing masks since 2002? Look it up. The masks are NOT going away. Ever.
 
If you’re not covering your face now, you’re an outcast. You are “UNCLEAN!” Get used to it.
 
Common sense and real science have nothing to do with it. Now, it’s all about conformity. I can’t help but think back to the days when I was a kid — and kids would ask their parents for permission to do something that was unwise but popular.
 
“But Mom, everybody’s doing it!” Or, “But Dad, everybody dresses like this!” And what would SMART parents’ response be? “If everybody decided to jump off a cliff, would you jump off a cliff too?” The sad thing is, today, the answer to that would be “Of course! I don’t want to be an outcast!”
 
People want to know what will happen in 2021. I’m not a prophet, and I have no “crystal ball.” But I can tell you that the way things are shaping up, we’ll soon be longing for the “good old days” when all we had to deal with was toilet paper shortages, lockdowns, quarantines, curfews, riots, bankruptcies and suicides. So I wish I had better news for you, and maybe by some miracle, things won’t get as bad as it seems they’re going to. But from where I stand, I see a total puppet in the Oval Office, more controlled by the Deep State than anyone before him, unable to make his own decisions even if he was capable of doing so.
 
America must collapse. Biden’s been wearing out his pen to get as many puzzle pieces together as possible as quickly as possible to destroy the country, bring about chaos, and rule all Americans with an iron fist. The thing is, it’s not HIS fist. He only has a pen. It’s the Deep State’s fist — the Globalists’ fist. He just works for them.
 
People ask me what it is that I think will be the most significant event in 2021. I expect it to be the “Great Reset.” The “Great FINANCIAL Reset.” We now have proof of the Globalists’ plans to impose this “Reset” — worldwide in 2021. This means a global economic collapse — orchestrated on purpose, just as surely as COVID was orchestrated and planned during Event 201. I believe what’s coming this year is going to make the Great Depression of the 1930s look like nothing more than a slow day at Sam’s Club.
 
People will be BEGGING for help. Not help from God Almighty, our Creator, the One Who wrote the Ten Commandments with His own finger — TWICE! No, they’ll be begging for help from their “small ‘g’ god” — big government.
 
“Building Back Better,” as they say, first requires things to be destroyed. You can’t “build back” until you’ve first destroyed. The violence, riots and hatred we saw in our streets as our cities burned and our law enforcement was ordered to “let it all burn” will be nothing compared to what’s coming.
 
And as people beg for help from big government when their jobs are gone, their homes are in foreclosure, their businesses in bankruptcy, their cars repossessed … government — which is creating the crisis right now, as we speak — will come to the rescue… with a plan. The plan will be tied to the vaccine. You may think I’m crazy… but if I told you this time last year that we’d be where we are today… ???
 
Just watch and see.
 
“COVID” is a means to an end. It’s never going away until it’s no longer useful in the Globalist plan. So to implement the planetary Great Reset, all people on planet Earth will be required to be “vaccinated” supposedly for “COVID,” and likely multiple times. At first, not so many will die from the vaccines, but eventually, MANY will die.
 
And each subsequent vaccine will be stronger and more invasive than the one before it.
 
My guess is that by summer or early fall, we’ll be required to take a vaccine with a digital implant… to track our physical locations and our actions and movements, but it will be mainly used for all our financial transactions. The government will issue everyone a “universal standard income” amount of “credits” based on how well we’ve behaved and followed the rules.
 
We’ll use these digital credits to obtain necessities as we stand in the “bread lines.”
 
Plans have been openly discussed in houses of parliament in other countries regarding this “Great Reset,” and it’s been made clear that this is GOING to happen whether people want it or not. Those who refuse this vaccine — this digital implant “mark” — will not be allowed to hold a job or to buy or sell. Private property will be eliminated. No more mortgage payments — but no more home ownership either. Likely you’ll be assigned where you will reside, and personal privacy will be gone forever, along with the ability to own any kind of property.
 
In keeping with the radical “climate change” agenda and the “Green New Deal,” we’ll also be moving to public transportation. Buses, trains, subways. No more ownership of cars.
 
So when you hear the mainstream news media, giddy with excitement about “Building Back Better” and “The Great Reset,” understand what that MEANS. Oh, and don’t bother writing your congressman. He doesn’t care. He already knows all this, and he’s IN on it! Our “good Republicans” had four years to help rebuild America after the terrorism and destruction caused by Obama. And all they did was fight their own president every day for four straight years — and beyond. Come to think of it, I can’t think of a single thing Congress actually DID the last four years that had any positive significance. Can you?
 
So again, I am NOT a prophet, but I get news and information from a ton of sources 24 hours a day, every day. I also know God’s Word, and I have a mind, and I can think critically. What I’ve shared here is what seems most likely to mark the year 2021. But time will tell. At least now, hopefully, you have a few things to be watching for as they occur, so you will know what’s happening.
 
Let me leave you with some words of wisdom from Colossians 3 that seem very timely and relevant right now. Here’s what “The Great Reset” SHOULD be:
 
“Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. Put to death, therefore, what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. On account of these, the wrath of God is coming. In these, you too once walked, when you were living in them. But now you must put them all away.“
 
RE-set your mind on the things above! But meanwhile, CONTINUE to watch and pray — and be GOOD STEWARDS and OCCUPY ’til He comes for you.

The Pope is even planning a special visit to Ur of the Chaldees, the birthplace of Abraham, father of Judeo-Christian civilization
 
Ancient biblical prophecies in both the Old and the New Testaments indicate Iraq will become the wealthiest and most powerful country in the world in the “End of Days.”
 
And the most evil.
 
Iraq, of course, is a modern name and is not a name ever used in the Bible.
 
The Hebrew prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah described the region we now call Iraq variously as Babel, Babylon, Babylonia, Mesopotamia and Shinar.
 
In the New Testament, the Book of Revelation also speaks of the future of Babylon.
 
In fact, the Apostle John described a prophetically reborn “Babylon” as the epicenter of wickedness in the last days, and the most serious national security threat to a prophetically reborn State of Israel.
 
Some Bible scholars believe Babylon is beginning to rise today.
 
After Saddam Hussein’s reign of terror, the American-led war of liberation, and the subsequent bloody revolutions and insurrections by radical Islamist jihadists – including the rise and fall of the ISIS caliphate – Iraq is hardly an economic power or military threat to any of its neighbors.
 
But Iraqi officials are determined to rebuild the entire country, as well as the literal ancient ruins of the once-glorious city of Babylon.
 
Saddam actually began rebuilding the city of Babylon in the 1980s, but ran out of money during his war with Iraq.
 
Iraqi officials are back at it, and have persuaded the United Nations to name Babylon a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
 
Now, in a bid to draw tourists and tourist-dollars to Iraq, officials in Baghdad are preparing to roll out the red carpet for Pope Francis in March.
 
The Pope will arrive in Iraq on March 5 and spend four days traveling to multiple cities.
 
The Pope’s mission, however, isn’t to encourage tourism to Iraq.
 
He wants to encourage the country’s dwindling and struggling Christian community.
 
Twenty years ago, Pew Research Center says there were 1.4 million professing Christians in Iraq, but today there are only about 270,000.
 
Many were killed. Many more fled for their lives.
 
“We must work to ensure that the Christian presence in these lands continue to be what it has always been: a sign of peace, progress, development and reconciliation between peoples,” Pope Francis said in December.
 
Still, the leader of the Roman Catholic Church is intrigued to see both the ancient history of the country that plays such a large role in the Bible, as well as the growth and construction underway today.
 
As part of his plans, aides say Francis will visit Ur of the Chaldees, the birthplace of Abraham, the father of Judeo-Christian civilization, who is also highly esteemed by Muslims.
 
“Pope Francis is due to hold an inter-religious prayer service at the ancient Mesopotamian site of Ur when he visits Iraq next week — an event local archeologists hope will draw renewed attention to the place revered as the birthplace of Abraham,” Reuters reports.
 
“Located about 300 km (200 miles) south of the capital Baghdad, the site comprises a pyramid-style Ziggurat and an adjacent residential complex as well as temples and palaces,” Reuters noted. “It was excavated about 100 years ago by Leonard Woolley, a Briton who recovered treasures rivalling those found in Tutankhamen’s tomb in Egypt.”
 
“But little work has since been done on one of the world’s oldest cities, where urban dwelling, writing and central state power began.”
 
Ali Kadhim Ghanim, director of Iraq’s Board for Antiquities and Heritage who specializes in Ur, specifically wants to show the Pope the Ziggurat, a Tower of Babel-like structure that dates back to about 1,900 B.C.
 
Ghanim says it is believed that “this building, or house, was the house of the prophet Abraham.”
 
A visit by the Pope, he hopes, will draw international funding – and tourists.
 
“Not only tourism, but we believe that there will be a Christian pilgrimage season,” Ghanim told Reuters.

My much-missed friend, the late Dave Hunt, received considerable heat for pointing out the evils found within Catholicism. In his book, The Woman Rides the Beast, he pointed out, by name, some very famous Christian evangelists, ministers, and church leaders for their cozying up to Pope John Paul and the Catholic Church of that period. He gave all biblical reasons that the Catholic Church and true biblical Christianity were not compatible.
 
When Dave agreed to write a chapter for one of our books, controversy arose over his inclusion of his criticism of these Christian leaders in his chapter. Even a friend of Dave’s, one of my best friends and a Christian brothers, now also deceased, called me and asked: “Should Dave’s chapter be included, with his strong criticism of…and…for saying good things about the pope?”
 
My question to this friend–one of the most wonderful preachers and teachers of God’s Word and of Bible prophecy—was: “Well, is Dave telling the truth in his chapter about the Catholic Church and its false teaching?”
 
Our friend’s answer was, “Well…yes.” I then said, “So why shouldn’t we print Dave’s truthful telling about the mistakes of the Christian evangelist, minister, and church leaders cozying up to the pope and the Catholic Church?”
 
So, Dave Hunt’s chapter doing just that was published in our book, precisely as Dave wrote it.
 
I’m sure both of my great friends, now in Heaven, are closer friends than ever–along with the now-deceased men Dave was pointing out as in error by giving a degree of credence to the Catholic Church’s false teaching.
 
Dave Hunt’s book was harsh in its condemnation, to be sure. But God’s Word is even more condemning of that coming system of wickedness, which Dave and our friend who questioned the inclusion of Dave’s chapter agreed almost certainly will have Catholicism at its heart. As a matter of fact, even much of the Catholic clergy are beginning to conclude that this current pope manifests characteristics portrayed by the Bible’s depiction of the coming false prophet.
 
“Harlot” –rendered “whore” in the King James Version of the Bible–is a term that denotes a woman who prostitutes herself sexually. In Bible prophecy, the term is applied symbolically, to a system of religion that rejects true doctrine from God’s Word and gives itself totally to a false system of worship.
 
Just as the true Church (all born-again believers of the Church Age, the dispensation of grace) is known as the Bride of Christ, the harlot, as depicted in Revelation, chapter 17, can be likened to being the mistress of Antichrist. She is of her father, the Devil:
 
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. (Revelation 17:1-6)
 
This harlot church system will, many prophecy students and teachers believe, be made up of an eclectic mix of religions in the time following the Rapture of the true Church. The religious system, called “Mystery Babylon,” will work in concert with the Antichrist regime to enslave the world in every realm of life.
 
According to Christian apologist Mike Gendron of Proclaiming the Gospel Ministries, the current pope presents a profoundly corrupted gospel, not the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.
 
Gendron, who was formerly a devout Catholic for thirty years, says that he, like many Catholics, never read the Bible for himself to any great extent, depending instead on Catholic teaching by those who inculcated him in the Catholic dogma. It was only when he started looking into Scripture for himself that he was freed from the grip within which the church held his eternal soul. He is now a man on Holy Spirit fire for getting out the true Gospel and particularly to those entrapped within false systems of religious worship.
 
The apostasy we see developing and burgeoning within society and culture today is a powerful signal of how quickly the Church Age must be nearing its end. When Christ calls the true Church to Himself, the false church–the harlot church—will come together, led by the false prophet who many believe could be a pope. Again, even many Catholic leaders believe this to be the case.
 
I’ve heard Mike Gendron speak on a number of occasions, and always have found his presentations inspiring and instructive about the evil of false worship systems. However, upon listening recently to Mike and Jan Markell on her remarkable radio program, aired over nine hundred stations each week, I was even more drawn to the truth of the evil the world faces with the ongoing developments.
 
With Pope Francis saying bluntly and on several occasions that even atheists will go to Heaven, we can be confident that apostasy is blatantly in our faces today. I strongly urge you to listen to Jan’s Discerning the Times radio program. I’ve provided a link below.

The bill was supposed to help America recover from COVID -- not make taxpayers sick. Unfortunately for our economy, Democrats don't seem to know the difference between a relief package and pork.
 
The Left's 591-page excuse for a "rescue plan" is so loaded down with waste that Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) might need the $112 million Bay Area transit expansion, paid for in the bill -- just to get out of town. Most voters, she ought to know, don't appreciate being railroaded.
 
And it shouldn't be hard to pull back the curtain on the rest of the COVID relief, thanks to the sizeable chunk of cash going to the National Endowment for the Arts. The controversial group is slated for $135 million dollar bonus -- but don't expect them to play a leading role in virus containment.
 
There's another $1.5 million for a Seaway bridge to Canada, more than $200 million for The Institute of Museum and Library Services, and $50 million in political kickbacks for groups like Planned Parenthood.
 
All told, experts say, only 10 percent of Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID "relief" bill actually goes to fighting the pandemic.
 
Even some Democrats are having a hard time excusing what leadership is passing off as "essential spending." New York's Rep. Adriano Espaillat (D) said on CNN he was "embarrassed" by the unrelated pork. Pressed on how he felt about the package being debated Friday, he admitted candidly, "The answer, no, I'm not comfortable with it."
 
And he shouldn't be. Republicans have seized on the line-items, blasting Democrats for exploiting the crisis to pad their friends' pockets. "It's a disgrace that Democrats are trying to push through a bill where 90 percent of the spending doesn't actually have anything to do with COVID," one GOP strategist told Politico. "It is an absolute a slap in the face to everyone who has actually been killed, who have had their businesses destroyed by these lockdowns."
 
Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), like so many Americans, took real exception to Democrats using this bill as a front to bankroll abortion. In the $10 billion of foreign assistance alone, at least $745 million could be used to pay for abortions -- breaking a 47-year precedent that overseas aid can't be used to taken unborn lives.
 
"They want to get rid of all the Hyde Amendment language," she argued. "They want to get rid of any of the provisions that would deal with no federal funding of abortion like the Mexico City policy. All of that they just want to wipe away. They even are changing the paycheck protection program so that Planned Parenthood can apply for COVID relief loans."
 
Blackburn says she's been on the phone non-stop with constituents in Tennessee, worried about the financial implications of such a bloated bill. "It's bad politics for them," Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) agreed. "Because the narrative is that they're liberal, they just spend money like there's no tomorrow. And every time there's a crisis they load it up with spending."
 
This is a pork blowout, people have pointed out, that includes $1 billion in racial justice funds for black farmers. What does that have to do with beating COVID? Heck if Rep. Austin Scott (R-Ga.) knows. "I think it's wrong. I don't understand the justification of this." Nor do conservatives seem to understand the $40 million in "Native American language preservation" or $50 million for "environmental justice."
 
The only justice taxpayers should want is seeing this bill defeated. If it's not, Americans will be riding Pelosi's $112 million gravy train right off a fiscal cliff.

There is a far more deadly virus than COVID that threatens the very way of life of every American. It is infecting the country in many forms. Censorship, hostility toward Christianity, government spending, invasion of your privacy, controlling your movement—it’s lethal to freedom. It’s called socialism. This socialism coinfection is spreading faster than COVID 19 itself, and it is a threat your every liberty, including your freedom to worship. There are two bills making their way through Congress that represent this virus—the $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill that mortgages your future to redistribute wealth and to buy power, and the Equality Act that will attempt to abolish Constitutionally guaranteed religious freedom.
 
The Communist Manifesto states: “…Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis.” This is the basis for all socialism and progressivism as well. It is godless and evil. The Bible tells us 2 Timothy 3:13, “Evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.” Ephesians 5:6 tells us “Let no man deceive you with vain words.” There is great deception in the vain words of socialists and communists. They ply the nature of humans with powerful words like “rights” and “equality” when, in reality, they wish to kill, steal and destroy. Is this not what is happening in our country today?
 
An example is the exchange between Congressmen Greg Steube (R-FL) and Jerry Nadler (D-NY) on the floor of the House of Representatives February 25. In debating the Democrat’s Equality Act, Steube quoted the Bible and warned that “the gender confusion that exists in our culture today is a clear rejection of God’s good design,” saying “whenever a nation’s laws no longer reflect the standards of God, that nation is in rebellion against him and will inevitably bear the consequences.” To which Nadler interrupted and emphatically stated, “Mr. Steube, what any religious tradition describes as God’s will is no concern of this Congress.” Indeed, this statement reflecting the Democratic Party platform and most of its adherents is indicative of their assault on the US Constitution as they embrace the Communist Manifesto.
 
Americans have elected a majority of officeholders at the national level who are infected with the deadly virus of socialism. These officeholders, however, are molded in the image of those who voted for them. This Congress is passing laws to take your money and give it to those who didn’t work for it. This Congress is passing laws that specifically outlaws religious exemptions. This Congress is passing laws that label you a bigot if you believe in the God-ordained union of man and woman. Your Constitutional rights are being killed by the carriers of the deadly virus of socialism. Christ said in Mark 12:17, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” To some, God is government. It is their religion. It is an all-consuming virus and the only antidote is the one true God. Herd immunity needed.

Forty years had gone by, and Moses hadn’t heard a word from Heaven. Then suddenly one day, as he was watching his father-in-law’s sheep, God called to him from a burning bush.
 
He told Moses that He had seen the suffering of His people and had heard their cries. As a result, Moses’s new job was no longer tending sheep but delivering people. He was to go back to Egypt and demand the release of the Israelites.
 
Moses didn’t realize that during the 40 years he was tending those sheep, God was preparing him. He was showing Moses some things that would help him later.
 
Moses had been schooled in the court of Pharaoh, schooled in mathematics, in music, in Egyptian art and literature, and in military tactics. And then he was schooled watching sheep that go astray.
 
Sometimes we go through things in life that don’t make sense to us. But we need to remember, as Pastor Chuck Smith once told me, that everything in life is preparation for something else.
 
Maybe you’re going through something right now and you’re saying, “This doesn’t fit any narrative. This isn’t logical. In fact, it seems quite illogical.” The Lord is preparing you, just as He prepared Moses.
 
Let’s consider the burning bush for a moment. It isn’t unusual to see a bush catch fire, but it doesn’t keep burning. God used something out of the ordinary to get Moses’s attention, and then He spoke.
 
I’ve discovered as a Christian that when something out of the ordinary happens, sometimes it’s the Lord’s way of telling me to pay attention. What may seem like a coincidence may, in reality, be Providence.
 
Sometimes, life doesn’t go the way we plan. Our dreams aren’t realized. But we need to always remember that disappointment can become God’s appointment.
