On Oct. 30, 2008, Pres. candidate Barack Obama said, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” When Joe Biden took office in 2020 (legally or illegally), he filled several positions in his administration with former Obama aides. Now, the fundamental transformation of America is almost complete. Concerning world government and the fundamental transformation of America: this is at least the third time I have written about this, but things keep happening that I believe are extremely important; they are setting the stage for the Tribulation Period, and there are always new readers that need to know what I am writing about. >There were two globalist meetings in Jan. 2023 (The WHO International Health Regulations Review Committee, IHRRC, and the WEF Annual Meeting) that submitted proposals to be voted on at the upcoming WHO Assembly Meeting from May 21-30, 2023. >Dr. Francis Boyle, Prof. of Law at the Univ. of IL, studied those proposals and said they will set up a worldwide totalitarian medical and scientific police state and that every nation on earth could lose their national sovereignty if those proposals are approved. >One very dangerous aspect of those proposals is that the International Health Regulations (IHRs) will be changed from “non-binding” to “legally binding,” and WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus will be empowered to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, whether there is a real one or not, just by saying that the “potential” for one exists. >If the IHRs become “legally binding” global laws in May, the only thing that is needed for one man to take over the medical and scientific sovereignty of every nation on earth is for Ghebreyesus to declare that the potential exists for the bird flu, monkeypox, or whatever to become a global pandemic. In mid-Feb. 2023, it was reported that the Biden administration is planning to sign a legally binding document with the WHO Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) when they meet Feb. 27-Mar. 3, 2023, that will require the U.S. to obey WHO global rules (without the approval of Congress or voters in the U.S.)., and On Feb. 21, 2023, it was reported that there was a meeting called the Munich Security Conference (over the weekend of Feb. 18-19, 2023) that was attended by Bill Gates, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (Director General of the World Health Organization, Karl Lauterbach (Germany’s Health Minister), and others. Following the meeting, Lauterbach tweeted, “New pandemics are certain. The only question is: when and are we better prepared then? That’s what we’ve been working on.” I get the impression that at least some globalists are anxious to declare a pandemic or a potential pandemic that will permit a dictator to take over the world and force everyone on earth to obey global laws (be vaccinated, have a global ID system, have a global tracking system, etc.). They are creating a global medical police state that can force its will on everyone on earth, and it may be too late for U.S. citizens to do anything about it by the time this article is posted on Rapture Ready. (My opinion: This is a two-edged sword: 1) It signals that the resurrection and Rapture of the saved is close; and 2) It signals that the unsaved could soon enter a 7-year period that will be worse than anything that has ever happened on earth.) Here are more articles about events that seem to relate to Bible prophecy. One, concerning the decline of America: on Feb. 28, 2023, Gary Bauer, Campaign for Working Families, had this to say about the failure of Democrats to attend the House Judiciary Committee meeting in Yuma, Arizona, near the U.S.-Mexico border: “Open borders are central to the left’s radical agenda of ‘fundamentally transforming America,’ no matter the costs to taxpayers and damage to the American people.” Have you got that? House Republicans scheduled a meeting of the House Judiciary Committee near the U.S.-Mexico border to demonstrate that the border is not secure and the security of America is at stake, and not even one Democrat member attended. Many of our leaders are more concerned about the transformation of America than they are about the safety of the American people. Two, concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age: on Feb. 24, 2023, it was reported that since the Feb. 6, 2023 earthquake in Turkey and Syria, there have been 7,930 aftershocks. More than 47,000 people have been confirmed dead, more than 600,000 apartments, and more than 150,000 commercial buildings suffered some damage. According to the USGS, 19 of the 20 largest earthquakes in human history have occurred since 1900. It is hard to imagine, but Bible prophecy says earthquakes worse than the Turkey and Syria earthquake are coming. Three, concerning the tracking of everyone during the Tribulation Period, deceit, and world government: on Feb. 23, 2023, it was reported that Big Tech (Twitter, Google, Facebook, etc.) has been saturated with former employees of the U.S. intelligence system (CIA, FBI, NSA, DoD, etc.). These former government officials have been influencing record keeping and reporting, influencing the elections, influencing Google searches, etc. Put another way, there appears to be evidence that Big Tech has been operating as a secret arm of America’s national intelligence system. There is strong evidence that the intelligence system and Big Tech interfered in the 2020 election on Biden’s behalf, especially by suppressing the Hunter Biden fiasco. It was Winston Churchill who said, “The purpose of the New World Order is to bring the world into a world government.” It was Pres. George H.W. Bush who said in 1990, “Out of these troubled times (out of the Persian Gulf War), our fifth objective (fifth goal of the U.S.)—a new world order—can emerge.” It was Pres. Obama that issued a joint statement with then UN Sec. Gen. Ban ki-Moon in Oct. 2014 that said, “Global government should be further empowered.” It was Joe Biden who called for the establishment of the New World Order on several occasions. The New World Order is in the UN Charter, and that was strongly influenced by the U.S. No one should be surprised that the U.S. intelligence system has been working to bring it about. I believe this partly explains why the U.S. intelligence system illegally supported a man that favors world government (but clearly has health issues) and illegally opposed a man that wants to Make America Great Again (MAGA). Many government officials, including the U.S. intelligence system, have been putting the interests of the New World Order above the interests of the American people. Four, concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age:
Five, concerning the controversy over Jerusalem, on Feb. 26, 2023, Papua New Guinea, a predominantly Christian nation, confirmed that it will recognize that Jerusalem is the true capital of Israel by opening an embassy there. (More: A third emergency meeting of the UN Security Council since Prime Min. Netanyahu took office two months ago was scheduled for Feb. 28, 2023, to discuss the violence in the West Bank. I suspect that the UN – United Nothing – will probably distort the facts, blame Israel, and say nothing about the Palestinians rioting and killing Jews. Why? Because facts and the truth don’t matter, and that is what they usually do.) Six, concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog: the Bible says Israel’s enemies (Russia, Iran, Turkey and others) will approach Israel like a storm and be like a cloud (perhaps many planes and drones; Ezek. 38:9). On Feb. 18, 2023, it was reported that Russia will supply Iran with 24 advanced Russian Sukhoi SU-35 fighter jets this year. According to the report, Iran has built its first underground air force base, and Israeli officials believe the jets will be stationed there. Finally, are you Rapture Ready? Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced the package, which is the 33rd drawdown of U.S. stockpiles for Ukraine since August 2021, saying in a statement, “We are again reminded of the boundless courage and steadfast resolve of the people of Ukraine as well as the strong support for Ukraine in the international community.” The U.S. is providing more funding for the war in Ukraine than anyone else, more military equipment than anyone else, more ammunition than anyone else, and more military intelligence than anyone else. Oh, and now we are actually bringing Ukrainian pilots to the United States to train them how to fly F-16 fighter jets… Two Ukrainian pilots are currently in the United States undergoing an assessment to determine how long it could take to train them to fly attack aircraft, including F-16 fighter jets, according to two congressional officials and a senior U.S. official. The Ukrainians’ skills are being evaluated on simulators at a U.S. military base in Tucson, Arizona, the officials said, and they may soon be joined by more of their fellow pilots. But despite all of our help, the Russians continue to advance. In fact, it appears that the fall of Bakhmut is imminent. The following comes from a Ukrainian news source… The fate of the city of Bakhmut hangs in the balance this weekend, with Russian forces continuing to make gains and Ukraine blowing bridges in what analysts say is sign of possible preparations for a “controlled fighting withdrawal.” The British Ministry of Defence (MoD) said the Kremlin’s regular army alongside the mercenary Wagner Group forces had made “further advances into the northern suburbs of the city”, meaning the area of the city still held by Ukrainian forces is “vulnerable to Russian attacks on three sides”. It added: “Ukraine is reinforcing the area with elite units, and within the last 36 hours two key bridges in Bakhmut have been destroyed, including a vital bridge connecting the city to the last main supply route from Bakhmut to the city of Chasiv Yar. Once Bakhmut falls, the Ukrainian forces in that area are going to be in a really tough position. If the Russians start gobbling up big chunks of territory, Ukrainian leaders will become increasingly desperate. And desperate leaders can do some really stupid things. #2 Israel and Iran The second major war of the apocalypse will involve Israel and Iran. The Israelis are already striking pro-Iranian forces in Syria and elsewhere on a regular basis, but at some point a full-blown conflict will erupt. We have been hearing that the Iranians have been getting close to being able to build their own nuclear bombs for a long time, and now it is being reported that they are potentially only “about 12 days” away… Iran could make enough fissile for one nuclear bomb in “about 12 days,” a top U.S. Defense Department official said on Tuesday, down from the estimated one year it would have taken while the 2015 Iran nuclear deal was in effect. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been warning us for a long time that he will never allow the Iranians to build a nuclear weapon, and it sounds like he realizes that the moment of truth is now upon us… “The longer you wait, the harder that becomes,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said of a strike on Iran at a security conference in Tel Aviv last week. “We’ve waited very long. I can tell you that I will do everything in my power to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.” I believe that this war will start in a way that most people do not expect. And once it does start, the U.S. will inevitably get involved. In fact, it has just been revealed that the U.S. military already has drawn up a “concept plan” for a war with Iran… THE U.S. MILITARY allocated spending for secret contingency operations pertaining to an Iran war plan, according to a classified Pentagon budget manual listing emergency and special programs reviewed by The Intercept. The contingency plan, code-named “Support Sentry,” was funded in 2018 and 2019, according to the manual, which was produced for the 2019 fiscal year. It classifies Support Sentry as an Iran “CONPLAN,” or concept plan, a broad contingency plan for war which the Pentagon develops in anticipation of a potential crisis. #3 The United States and China When I first started warning people that we would eventually go to war with China many years ago, a lot of people thought that I had lost it. After all, China was considered to be a “close friend” and a highly valued trading partner. But now we have reached a stage where what is coming is obvious to everyone. Of course the Biden administration is certainly not helping matters by constantly provoking the Chinese. For example, the Biden administration just greatly angered Chinese leaders by approving a 619 million dollar arms sale to Taiwan… President Joe Biden’s administration has approved an estimated $619 million potential arms sale to Taiwan, including hundreds of missiles for F-16 fighter jets, after China sent 25 warplanes and three warships toward the island. BIden’s move will likely further inflame tensions between Washington and Beijing, which have gotten worse in the wake of the spy balloon China sent over the U.S. and reports Xi Jinping is considering lethal aid to Russia for its war in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the Chinese have just announced that they will be dramatically ramping up their own military spending… The Chinese government will boost its military spending by 7.2% this year, rising to a total budget of 1.56 trillion Yuan. In U.S. dollars, China’s budget now sits at $230 billion, up nearly $16 billion from its budget in 2022. China’s Ministry of Finance announced the new infusion of cash in its annual report on Sunday. The spending increase comes as the U.S. warns of a potential Chinese invasion of Taiwan in the near future. U.S. officials have also warned China against sending lethal aid to support Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. A war between our two nations would be absolutely cataclysmic. But it is going to happen anyway. And U.S. Army Secretary Christine Wormuth just warned that “the United States homeland would be at risk” when such a conflict erupts… U.S. soil could be at risk of an attack from Beijing if tensions between the two countries boiled over, according to Army Secretary Christine Wormuth. Speaking on a panel at the American Enterprise Institute on Monday, Wormuth said that if the U.S. entered a “major war” with China, “the United States homeland would be at risk as well, with both kinetic attacks and non-kinetic attacks—whether it’s cyberattacks on the power grid or on pipelines.” Let us hope for peace. But right now everything is moving toward war, and the hothead in the White House is surrounded by an all-star team of warmongers that is making catastrophic mistake after catastrophic mistake. So we could literally find ourselves fighting a war against Russia, a war in the Middle East and a war against China all at the same time. Needless to say, we aren’t prepared for that. In fact, it is being reported that 77 percent of all Americans from age 17 to age 24 do not even qualify for military service… As the US military struggles to fill the ranks with new recruits, a new report from the Department of Defense reveals that the vast majority of Americans aged 17-24 are unfit for military service. Citing a Feb. 16 congressional hearing, a DoD report reveals that 77% of Americans in the above age group could not physically qualify to enter the armed forces – a 6% increase from 2017. A key factor is obesity – which hit nearly 42% in 2020. Meanwhile, a 2022 study cited by the Epoch Times found a link between receiving government food assistance and a greater chance of becoming obese through the consumption of unhealthy foods. A 2015 USDA analysis found that 40% of total SNAP participants were obese. If our leaders were sane and competent, they would be trying really hard to find diplomatic solutions with both Russia and China. But at this point the Biden administration does not even want to sit down and talk with the Russians, and they just keep making moves that absolutely infuriate the Chinese. So the 3 wars of the apocalypse that I have relentlessly warned my readers about are rapidly approaching. For the sake of my family, my friends and this beautiful country that I love, I want to see peace. And I am sure that most of you want to see peace too. On February 5th of this year, the 65th Annual Grammy Awards featured a sadomasochistic depiction of Satan performing a song called “Unholy.” It was a fire, smoke, and red-light extravaganza. But it has already become old news. It happened a month ago and in modern America, that might as well be ten years ago. Also, there have been similar performances in the past. They have become old hat, trite, and predictable. But this time, there was a difference, and that difference is chilling. In many ways, it seemed passé. Elon Musk tweeted that the Grammy performance had “an end of days vibe.” But later he added, “If that’s Satan, we have nothing to worry about.” Breitbart’s Paul Bois made a similar point. “Leading up to Sunday’s performance, Sam Smith promised that it would likely anger Christians and cause protests at CBS for what he described as satanic imagery. As it turns out, the imagery was just a few items of clothing removed from a Looney Tunes episode.” Musk and Bois are right. It did look ridiculous. But the performers, much of the audience, and CBS seemed to take it seriously. They were especially serious about offending Christians. We live in a society where offending one person can get Christmas banned from a local library. Yet CBS, the Grammys, and their sponsors chose to intentionally offend millions. Satan-related music is not new, so what made this different? Was it music-industry heavyweights in the audience applauding deliriously when the song ended? No. Been there, seen that. Instead, it was something done before the show even started — something done by the staid old broadcasting network, CBS. Smith had said in advance that the performance would be Satan-themed and would offend Christians. CBS responded, “We are ready to worship!” It was chilling because CBS knew that a huge number of its viewers would find the “worship” tweet even more offensive than Smith’s performance. And they didn’t care. The Media Research Center asked the obvious question. “Did CBS just admit it worships Satan?” Fifty years ago, I wrote a book called Satan is Alive and Well on Planet Earth. Over and over, I warned anyone who would listen that the seeds of great evil were being planted in our society. The book sold well, but too few took the warnings seriously. Today, those seeds have grown into a massive forest, and they are bearing the fruit of sadness, brokenness, mental illness, and death. CBS eventually took down their “worship” tweet, but it did so quietly and without apology. As far as I can find, none of the Grammys’ sponsors issued an apology for foisting this horror on our young. Pfizer emphasized that it sponsored the whole show, not just one song. But the whole show included the one song. Others not only advertised, but are considered “official” Grammy sponsors. They include corporate behemoths such as IBM, Google, Mastercard, Amazon, United Airlines, and Hilton. Satanists tell us that their religion is about “benevolence and empathy.” But their name belies that. Whether or not they believe in an actual devil, they have chosen him for their symbol. And he is a figure straight from the pages of the Bible. He is the world’s chief promoter of war, murder, rape, theft, oppression, abuse, violence, destroyed lives, and broken nations. You might ask why corporate America would willingly offend — and offend on a deep level — a quarter or more of their potential customers. That’s a good question. Christians spend money, too. But we should also be asking an even more important question. Why would corporate America openly embrace a figure who stands for war, murder, rape, abuse, etc.? And why would they encourage kids to embrace such evil? The darkness is palpable now. But as we draw closer to the end of the age, we are also drawing closer to the beginning of a new age. In the darkness of these times, we must shine the light of Christ. And on a personal level, we need to draw ever closer to Him, knowing that He is infinitely greater than all evil combined. Home Before Dark - By Nathele Graham - [email protected] “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” (Isaiah 5:20). When you were young and visiting with friends, did your parents ever tell you to be home before dark? That’s because they love you. It’s easier for criminals and those with evil intent to work their acts of wickedness under the cover of darkness. “The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble” (Proverbs 4:19). Parents love their children (no matter how old the child happens to be) and want to be sure they don’t fall prey to the evil intent of satanic forces, whether demonic or human. As Christians, God is our Father and is the most loving parent you can imagine. He wants His children Home before dark. God’s concern isn’t darkness that comes from the sun setting but the pure evil darkness of Satan. To some extent, we are all under the influence of the wickedness of Satan just by living in this world, but Christians need to turn our hearts, thoughts, and purpose to God. We are in the world but should have no part in the world’s sinfulness. Many “Christians” read one verse from Scripture without reading the full context and try to justify their favorite sin. There are many subjects that, if not read through the full light of Scripture, can be misunderstood. The misunderstanding comes from forgetting that God is far above human understanding, so it’s wise to believe God. Satan works hard to blind people to the Truth of Scripture. God very clearly explains why He had to send a flood upon the entire earth and destroy His creation. The sons of God (fallen angels) were corrupting all of God’s creation. They were mating with humans, and the genome of all humanity was corrupted, all except for Noah, his wife, his sons, and their wives. Eight people out of all the population of the earth had chosen to keep themselves pure and honor God. The same evil that was intent upon fully corrupting the human genome is once again out to get us. Our food is tampered with, and vaccines contain animal DNA as well as human DNA. These things corrupt our own unique genome. Food allergies, as well as extreme misbehavior in children and adults, are common today. This is all leading up to a time that will be so dark and evil that we cannot imagine how bad it will be. “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened” (Mathew 24:22). We can be sure that God will take His children Home before the darkness is complete. Scripture is inerrant in the original languages (Hebrew and Greek), but quite often, Bible teachers try to take the “edge” off of the sharp two-edged sword of God’s word so that it doesn’t hurt our sin nature too much. “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12). Scripture is often twisted to fit man’s understanding while mocking God’s truth. We may not understand how something can happen, but then, God knows so much more than humans. For instance, God says fallen angels mated with human women, creating hybrid creatures of pure evil, but that’s what Scripture says happened. “And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose” (Genesis 6:1-2). Every place in Scripture where the term “sons of God” (ben’ elohim) is used in the Old Testament, it always refers to angels. Yet, theologians, who apparently know more than God, have corrupted the meaning to say that the sons of God are really the sons of Seth who married the daughters of Cain. That makes God look like a tyrant because He would be destroying all of creation due to one bloodline marrying another bloodline. “Scholars” like to bring up Jesus’ words when He was asked about marriage in Heaven. “For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven” (Matthew 22:30). He doesn’t say they can’t marry, but he does say they don’t marry. There’s a big difference. Also, He refers to the angels, “I of God in Heaven” who obey God. He doesn’t refer to the fallen angels who are disobedient and rebellious. It is somewhat the same as saying a Christian chooses to obey God rather than sin. We are capable of sinning, but we are repentant and turn from sin. By diluting God’s truth found in Genesis 6, many people miss the fact that the same corruption is happening today. Genetic tampering is going on in “scientific” circles, and science fiction is quickly becoming science fact. Animal DNA is being injected into people, gene splicing makes it possible for you to choose your child’s eye color, and more. Babies can even be grown in artificial wombs. Artificial Intelligence is an evil from the pit of Hell and should be avoided. It’s twilight in the world now, and darkness is coming quickly as Satan influences the weak-minded who choose not to honor or obey God. Jesus said it would be like Noah’s time when He returns. “And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man” (Luke 17:28). The human genome, and all of creation, is being corrupted today, just like in the dark days of Noah. Jesus also said it would be like the days of Lot. “But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all” (Luke 17:29). What was that all about? The account in Genesis tells us that there was contention between Abraham and Lot because their herds were mingling. To avoid strife, Abraham told Lot to choose the way he wanted to go. Abraham would go in another direction. The truth is we all make a choice as to the direction we go in life. We can follow God, or we can make a bad choice, like Lot, and go to Sodom. The sin of Sodom called to Lot, and he chose to head to the most evil and corrupt place on earth. There, he found evil that was accepted by humans as normal but despised by God. That same evil is permeating life today. Homosexuality is not acceptable to God. I hear people say that if Jesus were here today, He would accept this disgrace. Scripture reveals that Jesus always loved the sinners but never left them content in their sin. As we look around today, we see this same sin and corruption accepted in society. Why? Paul’s letter to the Romans reveals that when God is rejected as the Creator (evolution is taught), He turns humanity over to their lust for evil. “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations and their foolish heart was darkened” (Romans 1:21). There is a price to pay for rejecting God. “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves” (Romans 1:24). It’s a sin to practice homosexuality, and in the darkness of today’s world, transexual people can read storybooks to young children, but the Bible is banned. Good is called evil, while evil is called good. It’s also a sin to condone such evil. “Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them” (Romans 1:32). You cannot call yourself a Christian and condone sin. This world is getting darker. Satan is very busy trying to extinguish the light of God, and it seems many Christians are enjoying life in darkness. Quite often, it’s very difficult to distinguish a Christian from the worldly people. Instead of taking thoughts captive and dying to the lust of the flesh, they can be seen dabbling in horoscopes and participating in sexual sin of all kinds. Instead of honoring God Almighty, whom they claim to love, they don’t crack their Bibles and have no idea what’s going on in prophecy. What are gene tampering and artificial intelligence leading to, and how do they relate to Genesis chapter 6 and also to the Book of Revelation? Why should we be concerned with the genetic tampering of our food? We are swiftly coming closer to a one-world order, as the World Economic Forum pushes for a one-world currency, and many “respected” religious leaders are pushing for a one-world religion. The entire world is being set up to welcome the evil being commonly called the Anti-Christ. This manifestation of pure evil will force everyone on earth to take his mark. Without that mark, nobody can buy or sell anything. There will be seven years of Satanic darkness, and God’s judgment will be poured out upon the entire earth, but anyone who has taken the Mark of the Beast cannot find salvation. In prophecy, this seven-year period of time is sometimes called the “Time of Jacob’s Trouble.” It will be focused on Israel. The wrath of God will be poured out, but it will ultimately bring the nation of Israel to the full knowledge that Jesus Christ is their Messiah. It will be a horrific time of judgment, but God wins. Never doubt God’s power and His love. The question is, what happens to Christians? Will we have to go through those final seven years of judgment? No. God will call all true Christians Home before dark. “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed” (1 Corinthians 15:52). Christians will not go through the Great Tribulation. The joyous truth is all Christians will be called Home before darkness engulfs the God-rejecting world. This blessed hope is a gift from God. It’s the Rapture. Just like during Noah’s day, his great-grandfather, Enoch, was taken prior to God’s judgment, so Christians will be taken Home prior to God’s judgment. “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God” (Hebrews 11:5). This was an Old Testament picture of the Rapture. Enoch was taken Home before the darkness of God’s judgment of the flood. What about Lot? When God had to put an end to the perversion of life in Sodom, Gomorrah, and the surrounding cities, He sent two angels to take Lot and his family safely out of the way of judgment. Lot was slow to react to being taken away from judgment, but the angel had to get Lot out prior to God’s judgment. “Haste thee, escape thither, for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar” (Genesis 19:22). Unfortunately, Lot’s wife wasn’t sure she wanted to go, and she looked back. She perished. Our choices are important. Jesus said to “Remember Lot’s wife.” Luke 17:32. The only way to get Home before dark is to truly accept Jesus Christ for your salvation and not look back. He loves you and gave His life so that you won’t have to spend eternity in darkness and eternal death. The Rapture will take all Christians to Heaven prior to God’s judgment being poured out upon the earth. Walk with God, and like Enoch, you will be Raptured because God will take you. Once you’ve truly accepted Christ, stop walking with one foot in the world and totally surrender your life to Christ. “For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) proving what is acceptable unto the Lord” (Ephesians 5:8-10). Share the Good News with everybody you know, even with strangers. Time is getting very short, and it’s getting darker and darker in this world. It’s getting dark, and we will soon be called Home where we will be safe with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Come away from the darkness of the world, and step into the light of God. Jesus said, “I am come a light into the world that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness” (John 12:46). Be sure you’re Home before dark. It’s nothing new. In January of 2009, The World Economic Forum became confrontational as union leaders said they had no confidence in the way corporate management was handling the financial crisis, and they predicted civil unrest to spread throughout the world. A decade later COVID leaked out of China and the subsequent lockdowns beckoned economic meltdowns. Governments around the world suppressed truth and censored science and singled out those who were unvaccinated. Many are now angry and fearful about their futures. It is the perfect storm for the one world order. The world economy, if there is such a thing, is teetering on the fulcrum of a defining moment. On one side is economic freedom, or capitalism, characterized by free markets. On the other side is socialism, a step toward communism, managed economies characterized by government ownership, intervention and bureaucracy. It is the time in history where the world powers believe they can institute a worldwide managed economy that can lead to the socialist utopia dreamed of by such revolutionaries as Georg Hegel, Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin. It is the ultimate opportunity to use mass fear to deprive mankind of liberty with man’s active consent. We very well may be witnessing the end time structure discussed in the prophetic books of the Bible where an international economic system is being formed. While it has been attempted in past history, technology, the ability to travel the world in a day, and communicate instantly has never before linked together governments, businesses and people as in this present day. And worldwide, one would be hard pressed to find a time in history since the Roman Empire when Christians and Jews alike have been so vilified as they are in this day and age. Structures of power may soon be put in place that will require compliance with government regulations and policies in order to work, have housing and food. It is time to be prepared, not fearful, for the events ahead of us. The Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” And he writes in Romans 13:9, 10, “. . .and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou Shalt Love Thy Neighbor As Thyself.” Verses 13 and 14 advise: “Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put you on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.” We need to stick together and be about the Lord’s work in the days ahead. The Bible promises, “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them” (Romans 8:28 NLT). Yet this is often misunderstood. We mistakenly think it means that God will take every bad thing and turn it into a good thing. What is God’s endgame, then? We find the answer to that question in the next verse: “For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters” (verse 29 NLT). God knew us before we knew Him. And He chose us to become like His Son. This is our hope. Now, the devil doesn’t want this to happen. In fact, he wants us to abandon hope. But Jesus wants us to abandon hopelessness; we can have hope as His followers. He said, “The thief’s [devil’s] purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life” (John 10:10 NLT). We have a choice: we can either listen to the devil or listen to Jesus. Don’t listen to the devil, because he is a liar and the father of lies (see John 8:44). He will whisper in your ear and say, “Your life is not worth living, and your family and friends would be better off without you.” Those are lies. Your life is a gift from God, and it is worth living. And you are loved more than you realize.
