In my last few posts, I have examined the plans of the globalists to merge humans with machines. The true motive of these transhumanists is that of monitoring the behavior of people for the purpose of exerting absolute control over them. However, there’s good news for those willing to believe. Jesus promises us life to the fullest via the great renewal He has planned for our planet. At His Second Coming, the Lord will restore creation to its original splendor. The Lord’s plan leads to eternal life; those of the globalists do not end well for people, to say the least. THE GREAT RESET IS THE PATH TO PERDITION The World Economic Forum (WEF) coined the words “Great Reset” to describe their vision of the future communistic world government, which resembles the UN’s Agenda 2030 and what others refer to as the “new world order.” The WEF also espouses what they call the “fourth industrial revolution,” their term for the merging of humans with machines. The path of transhumanism leads to the Great Reset because it represents an essential step in conditioning people to accept the tyranny of this future realm. It’s also preparing the way for the antichrist, although I wonder if those promoting Satan’s current agenda are aware of his plan to put his man in power, which may have dire consequences for them in the end. This coming “man of lawlessness” will not share his power. The Bible long ago predicted exactly what we see unfolding before our eyes today. I do not know when, but the globalists of our day will succeed in ushering in the Great Reset of the world governments. After we are with safely with the Lord, the antichrist will forcibly assume the reins of the communist government put in place by the “woke” leaders of our world. It will get far worse for humanity during the tribulation than it is now. Not only will people experience the worst time in the history of the world, those who survive the initial outpouring of God’s wrath will face the mandatory mark of the beast. Revelation 14:9-11 depicts the end of those who take it: And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God's wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.” What is there about this mark that will make those who receive it unredeemable in God’s sight? I have heard of Satan worshippers who have repented of their sins and turned to Jesus. What makes those who will receive the mark of the beast different from this group? Could it be that the injection or vaccine accompanying the mark will complete the change envisioned by the transhumanists so that people are no longer human? If this is the result of the mark of the beast, I believe this explains it. Jesus died for Adam’s helpless race (Rom. 5:19), not a gene-edited and artificially modified version that bears no resemblance to what God created. Another possibility is that the final injection that comes with the mark of the beast will change human beings in such a way that they will be incapable of placing their faith in Jesus. The transhumanists of our day openly talk about removing the “God gene” from the human DNA to make people more compliant to their demands. If they can do that, it might also explain the lost condition of all who receive the mark. Either way, the warning is dire for all those who will seek to save their lives by taking the mark. It will lead to an eternity in hell. THE GREAT RENEWAL IS PARADISE Now for the good news that comes to us via a promise the Lord made to His disciples as recorded in Matthew 19:28, “Jesus said to them, ‘Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.’” The Greek word for “new world” in this verse is palingenesia, which denotes the Lord’s future renewal of all things. It’s a restoration that will make our world just like it was at the beginning, before sin entered the human race. Paul describes this great renewal of nature in Romans 8:18-25, which I believe will happen at Christ’s return to earth. The judgments and wars of the seven-year tribulation will devastate the earth’s environment. When Jesus comes to setup His millennial rule, He will restore creation to its initial pristine condition. This is the great renewal, “the new world,” that He promised His disciples and us in Matthew 19:28. Not only will the Lord restore a glorious kingdom for Israel, but He will also renew creation. As redeemed saints, we will return with Jesus in our glorified bodies and rule with Him. But it gets even better! Revelation 21:1-4 further describes the eternal state of the redeemed from all the ages. We will forever enjoy “a new heaven and a new earth” along with an amazing New Jerusalem. Verse 4 describes the final state of all who trust Jesus alone for their salvation: He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. Does that not sound a whole lot better than what the transhumanists have planned for people via the Great Reset? They also promise the ability to some day provide “eternal life,” but it’s something that requires changing people into something so unrecognizable that it will no longer resemble them and maybe not even be them in the end. Our future as the redeemed of the Lord includes the eternal enjoyment of the new heavens and earth, along with the most beautiful city imaginable, the New Jerusalem. The future that Jesus has planned for us will be wonderful, joyful, and exciting beyond anything we currently know. The great renewal is the paradise Jesus promises to all who know Him. PEOPLE NEED JESUS If you are reading this and do not know Jesus as your Savior, please know that your time is exceedingly short before Jesus’ appearing, the start of the tribulation, and the establishment of Satan’s kingdom on earth via the antichrist. You need Jesus. The Lord Jesus is not just your way of escape from the outpouring of God’s wrath that will come upon the earth during the tribulation period, He is the only path to eternal life. Jesus said this in John 14:6, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Jesus is the only way to eternal life. The world’s offer of health and safety will surely lead to death. Please let the words of John 3:16 sink anew into your soul, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” Jesus died a horrible death on the cross because no other way existed to pay the penalty for our sins. Three days later, He rose from the dead to prove that all His claims are true; eternal life resides in Him and in no one else. I love the simplicity of the Apostle John’s words: “And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life” (1 John 5:11–12). Jesus equals eternal life. If you have not already done so, please, please put your trust in Him for the forgiveness of your sins and eternal life. Invite Jesus into your life. Romans 10:13 says, “For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Please do so before it is too late; time is running out! The urgency of the moment lies in the soon return of Jesus to take His bride, the church, out of the world before God’s wrath descends upon this Christ-rejecting world. The seven-year tribulation will bring death, destruction, and great misery to the inhabitants of the earth. Turn to Jesus now if you have not already done so. He is your only hope and your only way of escape from the deadly plans that Satan has for the world, ones that become clearer each day. It’s become a situation where what’s right is wrong and what’s good is bad. Nothing that’s happening in it right now is born of any common sense. A big part of the problem is many thousands of people who have no true claim to this place act as though they do. And the porous borders and motivated globalists aren’t helping any. Furthermore, plenty of people are doing all they can to make sure others’ legitimate rights get taken away. Conflict roils within the borders of this place. Despite much clear evidence to the contrary, violent crowds of emotionally charged and intellectually challenged youth scream their myopic delusions of racism and oppression. Their angst is framed against a backdrop of burning tires, shattered windows, ruined businesses, bloodied bystanders, and weary law enforcement. Proven and stable leadership has been driven from this place. It’s been replaced by chaos, incompetence, foolishness, and a brazen loathing for those who had done the most to provide for security and the common good. This unjustified hatred has even united those who were once staunch political adversaries. What has bonded them is their own absence of virtue and reason. Since their passions don’t represent the majority, they’ve had to engage in shady backroom deals to achieve their underhanded goals. The architects of this revolution are doing all they can to cement their power. It’s not enough for them that the good leadership is gone. Now they want to enact laws to make sure that same leadership never returns – in any form. This place was once a rare gem of the virtues of democracy. No more. The potency and power of this place are now eroded - - significantly. That’s really no surprise. Underneath all the nefarious goings-on, there has been a dark agenda to tear down the strength and virtue of this place. It’s so obvious. Even the police here are protecting the criminals while they prevent law-abiding citizens from exercising their freedom of speech. That’s one of many sure formulas for self-destruction. As I said, what was once up is now down. Evil is now good. It’s all upside down and inside out. The foes of this place are salivating. They sense an opportunity. They smell weakness. They wouldn’t have dared to try anything perverse with the former leadership. But now? Oh - - now is a WHOLE different story. Count on it. The myriad enemies of this place have been given an inch, and now they’ll take a mile. Rumors of wars and conflicts are already skyrocketing. As my grandfather used to say, “It’s a sad kettle of fish.” It’s so much worse than that though. It’s a five-alarm tragedy. Do you know this place, this great nation, this once-proud beacon of democracy? I’ll give you one guess. Nope - - you’re wrong. It’s Israel. For anyone that cares enough to study the facts, for anyone who does the work to get past the revisionists and to dig for the truth – they will discover the situation for what it REALLY is. Oh, I know. It’s not politically correct to paint Israel in any proper perspective. It’s not going with the crowd to support the Jewish state or to state any shred of truth about her history. But that doesn’t change the facts about what has happened to this place and what continues to happen there. No rhetoric behind any microphone, any podium, any lectern, any megaphone, or any pulpit changes the truth that Israel has full rights to her ancient homeland and to her capital city of Jerusalem. No line of reasoning can invalidate Israel's right to defend herself against her many enemies that covet her complete annihilation. The bottom line is no claims by any movement, no resolution by any body, and no bills by any politician can detract from the lawlessness that feeds ALL anti-Jewish sentiments. For those who claim to be followers of Jesus Christ, the entire situation is one which legitimately calls the integrity of their faith into question. The history of Israel is laid out very clearly in the Scriptures, and prophecies concerning her recent past and proximal future are abundantly clear. One has to check their brains – and their hearts - at the door to miss these things, or to be unwilling to accept them. A right view of God leads to a right view of Israel and the Jews – and vice versa. There is no way around it. God promised that He will judge those who tried to divide up the Jewish state (Joel 3:2), that He will curse those who curse the Jews (Gen. 12:3), and that He will condemn those who did not help the Jews in their times of greatest need (Matt. 25:34-40). What is happening in Israel right now remains within God’s plan. That's reassuring. He will always be in sovereign control of all affairs, including who comes to power and where and why (Daniel 2:21). It’s why He is God and none of us are. That doesn’t change our responsibility at the human level to make the right choices. So what are yours? Just What Is a Remnant Believer? - By Jan Markell - https://olivetreeviews.org You have heard of the word “remnant.” Some people are called “remnant believers.” There are “remnant churches.” Perhaps you know of some or attend one. I often say that I do “radio for the remnant.” The most frequent e-mail I get is from people who make up the “remnant.” But what is that? I write about this often and even do radio about it as I’m trying to understand the phenomenon. Here are a couple of e-mails. “Jan, I feel the remnant is getting smaller every day as the time approaches for the Lord’s return. The world seems to be getting darker and more evil. I know I am not alone as a member of the Body of Christ, but at times it is easy to feel isolated. No one gets it, and no one wants to. If I did not have access to you and a few others online, I would be so isolated! I try to talk to people about issues that are important, including end-times, and they look at me like I am an alien. A few of you help me celebrate my alien status. I feel like a lonely goldfish in a bowl. Prophecy is coming true right before our eyes. You and a few others are making a huge difference with all of us aliens in the world.” Based on a lot of interactions, including people at my annual conference, I have concluded this about “the remnant.”
People who make quilts use a wide variety of mismatched remnants. Such professionals discard sections of fabric from garments that were no longer usable, but they were then sewn into an unbelievably elegant quilt! The tossed aside remnant became an object of creativity and beauty! If you are a remnant believer, take heart and remember that you, too, are a creative and colorful quilt. Eternity may reveal that you broke through to more people than you thought. And remember that such mocking and scoffing are fulfilling end-time prophecies as well. Hang on, and don’t grow weary in your well-doing! Bouncing from church to church is likely not the best idea. But sitting multiple times a week under bad theology, music with spiritually unhealthy lyrics, or leadership that is just dysfunctional is also not an option. Cutting yourself off from fellowship is no better. Our assignment is to be “watchmen” (Ezekiel 33). We’re to be sounding an alarm. Trouble is ahead. The nations of the world seem moved, as though by a hidden hand, into exactly the right positions on a global chessboard. Amazing things are happening before our eyes. How can we be silent? So, remnant believers, let’s not be silent. Go tell it on the mountains. The King is coming, perhaps today! How? We don’t disciple new believers. That was actually a direct command from Jesus. “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Matthew 28:18-20. We need to preach the Gospel, we need to live the Gospel, and we need to teach the Gospel. Godly men need to mentor younger men to observe all of the teachings of Christ, and Godly women need to mentor younger women to serve God wholeheartedly. Today it seems that it’s important to get people into the pews, but it’s less important to teach the Christian way of life. It takes commitment to mentor someone in the ways of Christ, and there’s much that gets in the way of that, such as the latest baseball scores, an evening in your easy chair watching TV, or any number of other gods that are put ahead of God Almighty. When a person comes to the realization they need to give their life to Jesus, they need to understand what that means. “And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” Mark 8:34. That means we set aside our selfish desires and do whatever it takes to serve Jesus. That includes mentoring new believers. When you first came to Christ, did someone teach you how to live to please God? Maybe you’ve been a Christian for years but have never learned to deny your selfish desires in order to put Jesus first. The first step in being a mentor is to know what Jesus taught. That means you set aside time to study God’s word and then apply it to your own life. Remember, God’s word hasn’t changed over the years, so don’t twist Scripture to fit what you want to believe or how you want to live. Then, make disciples of others by teaching the pure word of God. You don’t need the approval of a denomination or a seminary education to study and understand Scripture. You only need the Holy Spirit to guide you and the commitment to live your faith. Jesus gave Peter instructions to disciple people. “So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these: he saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.” John 21:15. Lambs are the new believers who need nourishment to grow into strong members of the flock. Peter was to feed the lambs and also the sheep…new believers as well as the ones who’ve believed for years. He was to teach them what he had learned as he followed Jesus. Don’t think that new believers can’t handle any deep truths. Paul was in Thessalonica for “3 sabbath days” (Acts 17:2), but in those 3 weeks he made converts, established a congregation, and taught them deep truths, such as the pre-tribulation Rapture. What if Paul had shared the Gospel, then sat back and relaxed? He taught them and made sure they understood the teachings of Christ. Paul fed the lambs who matured quickly because he taught them the word of God. That was Paul’s normal way of missionary work. He would enter a city and his first stop was at the synagogue where he preached the Gospel. This usually didn’t go over very well with the leaders, but some of the people were drawn to the truth. That’s when he began teaching. After a solid foundation of Christ was laid, the congregation was built upon that solid Rock. Men were taught to be leaders and then Paul would move on to another city. Even though he went away from these congregations, he left trusted men in charge who he had been throughly taught Christian truth. Paul never forgot them. He wrote letters encouraging them to stay faithful to the Gospel and maintain Christian standards. Paul had men with him who he could trust with God’s word. Barnabas was a wonderful man of God who first encouraged Paul to use his vast knowledge of God’s word and the deep conviction of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection to take the Gospel to the Gentiles. Timothy was a young man who traveled with Paul and stayed in Ephesus to pastor the congregation there. He first was taught the Gospel by his mother and grandmother. These ladies were commended for their faith, but men need to be discipled by men in order for them to be strong men of faith…strong Christians. Paul wrote two letters to Timothy making sure he didn’t compromise in the leadership of his congregation. Titus traveled with Paul and was left in Crete to pastor the congregation there. Paul’s letter to him gives guidance to pastors in leading a congregation. “But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: that the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience…Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.” Titus 2: 1-2 & 6. Men are to honor Christ in all things, not partying nor treating their faith as something you do on Sunday morning. They are to be serious about living a life that pleases Christ. Women are to behave themselves, too. “The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.” Titus 2:3-5. Women aren’t to take the place of men in leadership. So often today, nobody wants to offend women so they assume leadership of congregations. Men’s leadership was established in the Garden of Eden and confirmed by Christ in the fact that even though women were among His followers, He chose men as His disciples. This wasn’t a cultural thing, but a truth that is seen throughout Scripture. Women have an important place within Christianity, but always under the authority of a strong, God-fearing man. Men and women are to be disciples and taught God’s truth. Then, they are to obey and teach others. Too often when a person has heard the Gospel and responded to it, they are left on their own to figure out what Christ wants from them. Then, it’s easy to slip back into old ways of life. Friends who once were a poor influence are back influencing that new believer. Rather than being a witness for Christ to secular family and friends, the lamb stumbles back into old ways. Foul language has crept back into every day talk, and rather than honoring God with life and words, he or she slips down to the ways of the world. Most people have heard of the Ten Commandments, and one of those is “Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.” Exodus 20:7. Mostly we think this means don’t swear. It does mean that as seen in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.” Ephesians 4:29. It also means don’t have empty faith. Young men and women need to be taught (discipled) in the ways of Christ so they don’t just pretend to take the name of Christ upon themselves. The place where I worship has a few minutes during Sunday service where a very strong man of God sits down with the children in the congregation and with very few words gives them a strong teaching of how they can serve Christ. Within the last year, two of those young people have given their lives to Christ and now they are being taught to serve Him. A big problem in any Christian’s life is that the ways of the world and the wiles of Satan are very tempting. Satan whispers “You don’t need to go to church to be a Christian”. That’s right, but by separating from fellow believers your thoughts easily turn to secular things. We’re told in Scripture to not forsake fellowshipping with fellow believers (Hebrews 10:25). That doesn’t necessarily mean attending Sunday services, but separating from secular friends and family and surrounding yourself with fellow believers who draw each other closer to God. Satan whispers again, “That movie really isn’t so bad, the cussing and violence are part of the plot”. The saying “Garbage in, garbage out” applies to television, movies, and music (Colossians 3:1-2). Satan says again, “You have to send your children to public school in order properly educate them”. Really? If they were getting a sound education in Reading, writing, and arithmetic, that would be good. Today they spend a lot of time studying how to have sexual intercourse, why it’s acceptable for Tommy to think he’s Theresa, and evolution has replaced God’s truth. These things and much more disciple children in the ways of Satan. Do you really think an hour in Sunday school will erase the lies they learn in public school? What about college students who are being brainwashed by liberal colleges to reject Christ? Tuition is very high to be taught that lie. “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6. Parents, you better disciple your child in the ways of the Lord before they enter school because they will be discipled in the ways of Satan once they enter kindergarten. Read Romans chapter 1 and take it to heart. If you have just met Jesus, you need to be discipled by a strong Christian who doesn’t compromise God’s truth. Seek out a teacher of God’s truth. Learn the ways of the Lord and follow Him. Are you an older Christian? There’s a young man or woman who needs your wisdom and the teaching that comes from the Lord. Daily Jot: COVID Science exposed as politics - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com There is tremendous debate surrounding the origin of the COVID virus. The scientists say to stick with the science, but the science all points to a lab in China rather than a wet market that sells bat meat. Recently obtained emails by Judicial Watch also point to COVID guru Dr. Anthony Fauci using US taxpayer money to fund the Chinese lab’s work on the virus AND a trove of emails indicating scientists in a frenzy trying to cover their tracks about how the virus got loose. In one of his many interviews on MSNBC, Fauci said, “If you are trying to get at me as a public health official and a scientist, you’re really attacking, not only Dr. Anthony Fauci, you are attacking science.” He said the rest of it is a “not-happy type of distraction.” Here’s what we know: A deadly virus originating in China infected 174.5 million people worldwide, killing an estimated 3.75 million, according to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering at John Hopkins University. America led in both infections with 33.4 million and deaths with 598,766. China, on the other hand, reported 103,762 infections and 4,846 deaths. So somebody’s lying about something and it’s more than a distraction. The email trove obtained under Freedom of Information by Judicial Watch showed that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, headed by Fauci, funded the Chinese Wuhan lab with some $826,277 for bat coronavirus research over five years. There are many questions about whether this money was used by China for “gain of function”—a nice way of saying “weaponization.” National Institutes of Health Principal Deputy Director Lawrence Tabak emailed Fauci on April 25, 2020 with a “HEADS UP: Wuhan lab research” that the White House was embracing concerns about the funding. Another email stated “China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology, a global leader in virus research, is a key partner for the United States in protecting global health security.” The emails indicate that the US, under Fauci’s leadership, was deeply involved with China’s Wuhan lab. Virologist Dr. Kristian Andersen emailed Fauci on February 1, 2020, saying, “The unusual features of the virus make up a really small part of the genome (<0.1%) so one has to look really closely at all the sequences to see that some of the features (potentially) look engineered.” All this information was kept from the public until Fauci was forced to release it. Fauci dismisses all this as “nonsense.” The liberal news media (aka AP, MSNBC, CNN, etc.), continues to dismiss as crazy conspiracy theories ideas that the virus originated from the Wuhan lab. Why? Breitbart News documents significant business interests between the media and China results in collusion with the Chinese communists over a looming threat of losing financial and political favor. This is fact: A part of the US government and a significant number of media are in bed with communist China, which is responsible for the spread of a deadly virus that killed millions. This is like when the Lord told Ezekiel (8:8), “dig now in the wall” of the temple. And when he dug deeper he beheld “the wicked abominations that they do here. (8:9)” The deeper we dig, the more wickedness we find, and the more political the science. In fact, people have literally died by trying to capture the ultimate selfie. We want to look good and project an image of having it all together. We’re a self-obsessed society. Interestingly, the Bible says that narcissism will be one of the signs of the last days: “In the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred” (2 Timothy 3:1–2 NLT). Isn’t that an accurate description of today? However, selfish people are unhappy people. Studies have confirmed this. We actually get a momentary burst of what we might call temporary happiness when we do something selfish. One expert pointed out that selfish acts bring us happiness, but only for short-term periods of time. Then our selfish happiness fades quickly and ultimately drives us to more selfish behavior. On the other hand, selfless acts bring happiness. We know this from experience after we do something for someone else. In contrast to our narcissistic culture, Jesus said, “If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake and for the sake of the Good News, you will save it” (Mark 8:35 NLT). Jesus is effectively saying, “If you get your priorities in order and deny yourself instead of loving yourself and being obsessed with yourself, you will find fulfillment in life.” There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be happy.
