According to our calculations, the starting point is the year 444 B.C when King Artaxeres Longimanus of Persia issued the decree for the Jews to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. We know that Jesus Christ was crucified in AD 33. The only calendar that can work within these time frames is the original 360-day prophetic calendar (Noah’s calendar). The Hebrew calendar, 40-year calendar, and Egyptian calendars, with their intercalary months added, all coincide eventually with our modern-day solar Gregorian (solar) calendar of 365.2422 days. These calendars would all be about 7 years shy of the required 483 years necessary for the duration of the first 483 years (seven weeks and sixty-two weeks) of Daniel’s prophecy. We also know that there has been a pause (of 1988 years thus far) between the 483rd year and the 490th year. This is the “time of the Gentiles” that Luke talked about in Luke 21:23-25. God’s program for the dominance of the nation of Israel will not begin until the end of the 490th year when Jesus returns to begin his Millennium Kingdom. “The Lord your God will set you on high above all nations of the earth. And all people of the earth shall see that you [Israel] are called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of you” (Deuteronomy 28:1,10). The last ‘week’ of Daniel’s 70 weeks is revealed to Daniel by Gabriel and is found in Daniel 9:27, “Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the midst of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate.” By way of other chapters in Daniel and John’s book of Revelation, we know the ‘he’ in Daniel 9:27 is the beast or Antichrist, and the ‘week ‘is clearly referring to the last 7 years on earth (known as Jacob’s Trouble or the Tribulation) before Jesus’ 2nd Coming. We also know Jacob’s Trouble begins when the Jews confirm a covenant (peace and/or security) with the Antichrist for 7 years. Part of the agreement might be for Israel to agree to a two-state solution and give up some land to the Palestinians. In return, the Antichrist will agree to Israel’s demand to build their third temple in Jerusalem. God explicitly told Moses and the children of Israel, “You shall make no covenant with them [Gentiles- Canaanites], nor with their gods” (Exodus 23:32). The modern nation of Israel will be breaking this statute of the Lord by making a covenant (concerning the land of Israel) with the Antichrist. This will anger God greatly and bring about Jacob’s Trouble. In the ‘midst’ of the 7 years, the Antichrist will break his covenant and will attack Israel and put an end to the daily sacrifices that have been reinstated by the Jews in their new temple. The last 3.5 years of Jacob’s Trouble will be the worst persecution of the Jews in the history of the world (and they have had some very horrendous ones). At the end of this time, two-thirds of the people of the promised land will have been killed. Of course, the Tribulation will not only affect Israel and the Jews but all nations and peoples of the earth. I believe the curses of Leviticus 26, originally meant for Israel, will come upon the whole world at this time. God will punish the godless peoples of earth 7 times more for their sins (vs. 8), and an additional 7 more times (vs. 21), and on top of that, 7 more times (vs. 24). These curses from God are known as the 7 seal judgments, 7 trumpet judgments, and 7 bowl judgments as described in the book of Revelation. “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened” (Matthew 24:21-22). Isn’t it ironic (but not to God) that the Jews will agree to a 7-year covenant with the Antichrist during their last 7 years of judgment and punishment (out of a total of 490 years) regarding their neglect of the land and not obeying the commandment to keep the Sabbath (year) holy? The last 7 years of Jacob’s Trouble is the last ‘week’ of Daniel 9:24-27 and is the final fulfillment of the curses of Leviticus 26. But how did God determine the duration for this judgment? We know that 490 years equals 70 Shemitah (Sabbath) years, and we know the end of the judgment was in 586 BC when the Judeans were conquered by the Babylonians and were forced to leave the land. But when did the 490-year judgment of Israel begin? Does the starting point for the Shemitah year judgment begin in 1406 BC when the children of Israel entered the promised land? God told Moses, “When you come into the land which I give you, then the land shall keep a sabbath to the Lord” (Leviticus 25:2). I don’t believe it starts in this year, for the Israelites were still at war with the Canaanites and the other heathen nations. The land of Canaan wasn’t even divided up between the tribes of Israel until 1399 BC. The children of Israel couldn’t have kept the Sabbath year at this time. Did the starting point begin after Joshua’s death, during the time of the judges, which lasted until Saul became king of Israel in 1050 BC? I don’t believe it started during the first three hundred years of the judges because God judged them multiple times during this period and sent them into slavery and/or subjugation. The land had its rest during this time. If you add 490 years to 586 BC, you get the year 1076 BC. I believe the Shemitah year judgment mentioned in Daniel 9:24 began then. Samuel was the prophet/judge during this time. I believe if Israel ever observed the Sabbath year, it would have been under the direction of the godly Samuel; but there is no proof that this ever happened. During this time and forward until 586 BC (when the Jews left the land), the children of Israel never obeyed the commandment to observe the Sabbath year and Jubilee. They missed 70 Shemitah years. God, however, made sure the land rested for these 70 Sabbath years and multiplied it by 7 times as He promised in Leviticus 26:18. I recently listened to a YouTube presentation by Mark Blitz entitled “When will the Tribulation begin? Where are we on the Biblical calendar?” I found it to be very informative and would recommend it to any Bible student. He explains the Shemitah cycle, Jubilee, and the Feasts of the Lord, especially Trumpets or Rosh Hashanah, which he believes begins and ends the Shemitah year. Most Jews believe this also. I always believed the Jubilee (and thus the Shemitah year) was supposed to begin on the Day of Atonement according to Leviticus 25:9-10. Like other Bible teachers, such as Jonathan Cahn, Mark believes the years of 1966-1967 began a 7-year Shemitah year cycle for Israel, so 1973-1974 would be the actual Shemitah (Sabbath) year. I’m not really sure how they have determined this exactly, but I’m assuming the reasoning behind these years is that 1967 was when the Six-Day War began, when Israel captured and occupied much land, including East Jerusalem. Likewise, the 7-year cycle ended with Israel’s victory over Egypt and Syria during the Yom Kippur War in October 1973. Israel gained more land at this time. Mr. Blitz lists 10 Shemitah cycles (70 years), from 1966-1967 to 2036-2937. He never predicts any future Biblical events, but his favorite cycle for Daniel’s 70th week (Tribulation) is 2021-2022 to 2028-2029, partially because the modern nation of Israel will be 80 years old in 2028, and that could be linked to Moses’ statement in Psalm 90:10. According to Mark, the seven-year Tribulation will coincide with the last Jewish Shemitah cycle and will begin and end on Rosh Hashanah (which is the first day of a new year) on the Jewish calendar. The reason for this is because the Tribulation (a.k.a. Jacob’s Trouble) is mostly a judgment from God against the Jews. Although, God’s other purpose for it is to punish the Gentile nations and the Antichrist for trying to destroy His people. This sounded reasonable to me until I started doing the math. Let’s say hypothetically that the years 2022-2029 are the beginning and end years for the Tribulation. According to Mr. Blitz, the beginning and end dates will be Tishri 1 (Trumpets/Rosh Hashana) on the Jewish calendar. If that is the case, there would be 2,541 days duration for the seven-year Tribulation. The books of Daniel and Revelation make it clear that there are 2,520 days duration for the Tribulation (Daniel’s 70th week). I wrote an article recently regarding this topic. It’s obvious, Daniel and John were using the 360-day per year prophetic calendar, otherwise known as Noah’s calendar, for their calculations and not the Jewish lunar/solar calendar. As I mentioned before, just as the first 483 years (or 173,880 days) of Daniel’s 70th week uses the 360 prophetic calendar, so will the last 7 years (2,520 days). It is a great mystery why God used the prophetic calendar instead of the Jewish or Gregorian calendars, but as Daniel said, “He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding” (Daniel 2:21). GOD’S ANSWER TO DANIEL’S PRAYER God, through the angel Gabriel, answered Daniel’s prayer. Of course, it wasn’t the answer Daniel was looking for, but at least it allowed Daniel to peer into the future and see a hope and a future for his people and for Jerusalem and the temple. At the end of the 70th seven (490 years), six objectives or accomplishments will have been met by the nation and people of Israel, and Daniel’s prayer requests will be realized. The SIX INFINITIVES
THE FUTURE FOR THE JEWISH REMNANT BELIEVERS IN JESUS CHRIST “I will bring the one-third through the fire, will refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. Rather than comply with tyrannical unconstitutional mandates, they are peacefully showing the entire nation what is going to happen when they are all forced out of their jobs in the not too distant future. For example, the brave men and women that work for Southwest Airlines that have chosen to call in “sick” in recent days should be greatly applauded. They have been willing to put their careers on the line to fight for all of our freedoms. Of course Southwest Airlines is still trying to blame “bad weather” and “air traffic control issues” for the hundreds of canceled flights… Southwest Airlines canceled more than 350 flights Monday following a weekend of major disruptions that it blamed on bad weather and air traffic control issues. The pilots union accused the company of a botched response to what it said would have been a minor challenge for other airlines. The third straight day of canceled and delayed flights left passengers stranded and steaming from California to the East Coast. But everyone knows what is really going on. Southwest employees are protesting the company’s vaccine mandate on a very large scale, and they have made this fact very obvious. Of course the union can’t officially acknowledge the “sickout” either, because officially acknowledging it would make it “an illegal job action”… Essentially, the union cannot organize or even acknowledge the sickout, because doing so would make it an illegal job action. Years ago, Southwest and its pilots had a rough negotiation, and the union would not even let the pilots internally discuss the possibility of working-to-rule (which would have slowed Southwest to a crawl). But at the moment the pilots don’t even have to talk to each other about what they’re doing. The anger internally – not just among pilots but other Southwest workers – is enormous. The tough prior negotiations notwithstanding, Southwest has a history of decent labor relations, and workers believe the company should stand up for them against the mandate. Telling pilots in particular to comply or face termination has backfired. The head of Southwest says that he is personally against mandates, but he insists that his hand was forced by the Biden administration. But that is not true at all. At this point, Biden’s “mandate” is simply a press release that is not legally enforceable… Some critics of Biden’s federal mandate point out it exists only in the form of a press release. They note that more than one month after the president announced private companies employing 100 or more people must ensure their employees are vaccinated, no such mandate has been sent to the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs yet for approval. This is why none of the court challenges have moved forward yet. Since nothing official has been issued at this juncture, there is nothing to challenge in court. But in anticipation of Biden’s coming mandate, companies all over America are issuing ultimatums to their workers, and this is resulting in record numbers of people leaving their jobs… Workers left their jobs at a record pace in August, with bar and restaurant employees as well as retail staff quitting in droves, the Labor Department reported Tuesday. Quits hit a new series high going back to December 2000, as 4.3 million workers left their jobs. The quits rate rose to 2.9%, an increase of 242,000 from the previous month, which saw a rate of 2.7%, according to the department’s Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey. The rate, which is measured against total employment, is the highest in a data series that goes back to December 2000. In the months ahead, we could see millions upon millions more Americans forced out of jobs that they love. So what will our country look like after that happens? Well, we are already being warned that when you dial 911 there may not be anyone to respond to your call… The pandemic-induced shortage of emergency medical technicians and paramedics nationwide is so dire that ambulance service providers warn of sharp cuts to services and longer waits for 911 calls — even when it’s a matter of life or death. Companies have had to close, consolidate or come up with new strategies to answer calls, said American Ambulance Association President Shawn Baird, who added that there is simply not enough EMS personnel to cover calls in many parts of the country, especially during the pandemic. Out on the west coast, it is being reported that the Seattle Police Department could lose up to 40 percent of their officers due to an upcoming mandate… At least 292 employees within the Seattle Police Department have yet to submit proof of vaccination as the Oct. 6 deadline set by interm chief Adrian Diaz in an email came and went. However, a spokesperson with the department told FOX 13 News political reporter Brandi Kruse that in addition to those 292, 111 of those people have requested vaccine exemptions. That brings the total to 403 employees whose vaccination status is unknown, which equates to about 39% of the SPD workforce. Other police departments around the country are facing similar catastrophic losses. So once we get into 2022 and beyond, if someone robs your home or stabs you on the street, you might be on your own. Perhaps most frightening of all, hundreds of thousands of U.S. troops could soon be forced out of the military… Hundreds of thousands of U.S. troops have yet to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as the first deadline for inoculations approaches for several branches of the military. Active-duty members of the Navy and Marine Corps have until Nov. 28 to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Deadlines differ between military branches, and, as The Washington Post reported, vaccination rates also differ. If hundreds of thousands of highly qualified military personnel are suddenly purged from our armed forces, who will fight the next war if one suddenly erupts? Perhaps the Biden administration can get this guy to do it. These mandates are so bad for our country. We are already facing the worst worker shortage in the history of our country, and the mandates threaten to make it much, much worse in the months ahead. So I greatly applaud those that are brave enough to take a stand and try to stop them while there is still time. If you are in a position to do so, I would encourage you to join them. We are witnessing an all-out assault on many of our most important liberties and freedoms, and if people choose to lay down and do nothing they will soon be completely gone. Nearing Midnight: This Rapture Resistance – Terry James - https://www.raptureready.com/2021/10/13/the-shemitah-year-jubilee-daniels-70th-seven-part-ii-by-randy-nettles/ Saturdays are no longer my favorites like they were when I worked full time in my jobs in advertising and public relations. Back then, I welcomed the relaxation that came with the day immediately following hectic weeks of meetings with clients and concocting and conducting campaigns for corporations to get products and services in front of the public. Nowadays, Saturdays bore me, because I like to start my days early by listening to TV programs while sipping coffee. The programs are mostly preacher boys (as they’re sometimes called here in the south) such as Dr. David Jeremiah, Dr. Robert Jeffress, Les Feldick, and others who present daily programs. These regularly scheduled programs aren’t on my satellite system on Saturdays. My routine is disrupted. However, a past Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised while clicking through the channels when I heard a program that was presenting a documentary that piqued my interest. It was on Daystar Television, and it featured of a number of men and a couple of women talking about how true Bible prophecy is a dwindling topic in most all churches in America. I suspected who a couple of the men were, but never knew for sure, because, of course, I’m now blind. I started watching somewhere in the middle of the documentary, so didn’t have a frame of reference for those speaking in brief clips. I did think I recognized my dear friend Jan Markell—she will have to let me know—but she was the only one who sounded familiar. Those who addressed the matters involved were true Bible teachers, to be sure. They outlined precisely how the churches in America today are avoiding talk of prophecy and of Christ’s return. Pastors, they correctly surmised, are most afraid that talk of the Rapture of the Church and of Christ’s return and other prophetic topics will somehow interfere with “growing their churches.” How sad but true their collective assessments were. The closer the time comes for Jesus to return to earth and correct this horrendous mess Satan and his minions have made of the planet, the less preachers want to preach it, and the more many in the pews prefer not to hear about it. I thought while listening: How true it is, the forewarning of Jesus Himself when He asked whether He would find faith on the earth when He comes back. Those being interviewed in the documentary went into depth about how those with the Holy Spirit were the people mentioned in the parable of the ten virgins. How those who have the Holy Spirit within will go into the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Those without the “oil for their lamps” (the Holy Spirit) won’t be part of that glorious event. They spoke of how there was great resistance not only to talk of the Rapture, but to the belief that the Holy Spirit even, in fact, exists. It is abundantly clear that those who don’t even believe the Holy Spirit exists lead the way in the “Rapture resistance” that is the title of this commentary. A study looks more deeply into this tragic, downward spiral in Christendom. Of an estimated 176 million American adults who identify as Christian, just 6% or 15 million of them actually hold a biblical worldview, a new study from Arizona Christian University shows. The finding was published by the Cultural Research Center of Arizona Christian University in its recently released American Worldview Inventory, an annual survey that evaluates the worldview of the U.S. adult population. Conducted in February, the survey included a nationally representative sample of 2,000 adults. The study shows, in general, that while a majority of America’s self-identified Christians, including many who identify as evangelical, believe that God is all-powerful, all-knowing and is the Creator of the universe, more than half reject a number of biblical teachings and principles, including the existence of the Holy Spirit. Strong majorities also errantly believe that all religious faiths are of equal value, people are basically good and that people can use acts of goodness to earn their way into Heaven. The study further showed that majorities don’t believe in moral absolutes; consider feelings, experience, or the input of friends and family as their most trusted sources of moral guidance; and say that having faith matters more than which faith you pursue. (“Most adult U.S. Christians don’t believe Holy Spirit is real: Study,” by Leonardo Blair, Christian Post Reporter, Christian Post, October 1, 2021) How accurate this polling research is, I don’t know. But certainly all one has to do is to mention the Rapture to most who claim to be Christians and there is either silence or statements like “I don’t like to think about prophecy. It scares me.” It apparently scares most pastors, too, but for a different reason—the one mentioned earlier. To eliminate the Holy Spirit is to eliminate the “hope” that is within the “blessed hope” of Titus 2: 13. Jesus told the disciples—and us down through the centuries—that if He went away, He would send the “comforter”—the Holy Spirit. God the Holy Spirit (the Third Person of the Triune Godhead) came at Pentecost (see Acts chapter 2) to indwell and comfort believers until Jesus returns bodily to set up His Millennial Kingdom. The Holy Spirit is the Restrainer (see 2 Thessalonians chapter 2). He holds back full-blown wickedness at this very moment. The Holy Spirit will remove from that office of Restrainer when we who are true believers are taken instantly to be with Christ. Here is what Jesus said about that moment. And, despite what a number of seminary professors say, it is a Rapture passage—a mystery that the great Apostle Paul would later reveal in His epistles to the Corinthians and Thessalonians. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (John 14:1–3) Dangerous Trend: Media Turning Parents Into The Enemy – Michael Brown - https://www.raptureready.com/2021/10/13/the-shemitah-year-jubilee-daniels-70th-seven-part-ii-by-randy-nettles/ With all the ominous things taking place in America - and there are certainly quite a few - perhaps none is more ominous than this: Parents are being demonized. Moms and dads have become the enemy. It is now the government (or the education system) vs. those entrusted with raising the next generation. How on earth did this happen? We have certainly come a long way from the days of Father Knows Best - a very long way. Back in the 1960s, when the generation gap grew large as a result of the counterculture revolution, young people viewed their parents as out of touch, out of step, and out of style. But that was the view of the kids, not the view of the state (or of "the system"). Parental authority remained firmly ensconced when it came to the education of their children. But that authority has been increasingly challenged in recent decades, with schools hosting GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) clubs, where kids can "come out" to their peers, counselors, and teachers, without their parents knowing. Or where objectionable curricula can be taught at the teacher's discretion, without parental notification, from K-12. One mother told me that, without her or her husband's knowledge, their 16-year-old daughter's school was about to announce publicly that their daughter was now "he," with a new name and a new set of pronouns. The parents only found out because they happened to meet with her daughter's teachers the night before the announcement was planned, having been concerned about the negative influence the school was having on their daughter. How can this be? Who gave the public school system such rights? Something has been brewing under the surface for some time now, and today, it has reached the boiling point. And the more that parents learn what is really going on, the more they are taking a stand. (For a recent, shocking example of gay porn in a school library, defended by the Library Director, something that is hardly uncommon, see here.) The line must be drawn in the sand. If not now, then when? Back in 2013, atheist biologist Richard Dawkins spoke out against parents "forcing" their religious beliefs on their children - in other words, he spoke out against raising them in the faith. He said, "What a child should be taught is that religion exists; that some people believe this and some people believe that." Yes, he opined, "Forcing a religion on your children is as bad as child abuse." And he added, "There is a value in teaching children about religion. You cannot really appreciate a lot of literature without knowing about religion. But we must not indoctrinate our children." He followed this up in an interview in 2015, speaking together with physicist Lawrence Krauss at Trinity College in Dublin. As reported by the Independent, Dawkins "called on schools to protect children from being indoctrinated by their religious parents." In his words, "There is a balancing act and you have to balance the rights of parents and the rights of children and I think the balance has swung too far towards parents." Really? The balance has swung too much towards parents? He continued, "Children do need to be protected so that they can have a proper education and not be indoctrinated in whatever religion their parents happen to have been brought up in." Krauss, himself an atheist as well, agreed with Dawkins, saying, "That means parents have a limited -- it seems to be -- limited rights in determining what the curriculum is." In his view, "The state is providing the education, it's trying to make sure all children have equal opportunity. And parents of course have concerns and a say, but they don't have the right to shield their children from knowledge." Sorry about that, moms and dads. The state knows best. Stay out of the way! And if some lawmakers in California have their way, you will be told to stay out of the way when it comes to your child's own health, with children as young as 12 forced to receive the COVID-19 vaccination if they want to remain in school. I ask again: how on earth did this happen? Perhaps more shocking still was the recent announcement from the Department of Justice that parents who spoke against their school's attempt to indoctrinate their children with radical race ideology could be viewed as "domestic terrorists" guilty of "hate speech." This was now a matter for the FBI. As expressed by Matt Walsh, "Leftist activists can come to your house with bullhorns. Film you in the bathroom. Loot your business. Burn police stations. The FBI does nothing. "But if conservative parents raise their voices at a school board meeting, they're hunted down as terrorists. "The law is dead." As for those parents who actually made threats against school board members, administrators, or teachers, something that is unacceptable and unjustifiable, why is this a matter for the FBI? And how on earth does this make these overzealous parents "domestic terrorists"? The bad news is that things are going from bad to worse. The good news is that, with tens of millions of parents in America, we can say no to these radical and destructive ideas. That doesn't mean with threats of violence or intimidation, God forbid. But it does mean taking principled stands. And if enough parents will stand strong, others will follow. Patrick Henry once said, "For good or for ill, the estate of the family will most assuredly predetermine the estate of all of the rest of the culture." Let's resist this current attack on our families as if the future of our culture depended on it. It does! Daily Jot: Stupidocrisy: Record job quitting and vax mandates - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com The media and politicians are in an uproar over the latest Labor Department monthly Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey showing that a record 4.3 million people quit their jobs in August. Analysts are pinning the job quitting epidemic on the COVID 19 pandemic. They say that workers are running out of their jobs screaming because of the increase in COVID infections, the DELTA variant, and fear of possible infection. These very intelligent Ivy League grads analyzing the figures could very well be slightly off the mark. Consider that the Biden Administration has been jack-booting businesses to invoke vaccine mandates for months, and while COVID may be the cause for quitting, mandates may be a major reason. In March, Biden’s press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters that the Biden Administration is working on “guidelines” for the nation, but “a determination or development of vaccine passport or whatever you want to call it will be driven by the private sector.” In April, Psaki said, “As these tools are being considered by the private and nonprofit sectors, our interest is very simple from the federal government, which is Americans’ privacy and rights should be protected.” But forcing people to take a drug against their will violates both privacy and civil rights. Then on July 6, Biden said, the government should go “door to door–literally knocking on doors–to get help to the remaining people [not] protected from the virus.” The pressure of this narrative continued daily through government and media. In September, Biden said he was losing patience with the unvaccinated, and laid out a vaccine mandate for government employees and contractors, and a plan to fine businesses through OSHA $700,000 per incident for unvaccinated workers. This is classic socialist soft tyranny as defined by Alexis de Tocqueville in his book Democracy in America, Volume II (1840): “Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence: it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd.” The ongoing, constant pressure of being forced to take a drug or lose your job, your livelihood, may have driven millions to just leave their jobs and try to find work without a mandate. No surprise here. Additionally, vaccine mandates will cause a massive disruption of the economy says Joshua Yoder, founder of US Freedom Flyers and an American Airlines pilot. He told Fox News, “If you have flights reduced by 30% because 30% of pilots are fired because they won’t take the vaccine, this is going to affect how your goods get here from overseas, how they are distributed to the store.” Frontline workers, once called heroes, are under attack for refusing the COVID jab. Nurses in New York have been fired, and 40% of the Seattle police force may be fired due to a vaccine mandate. Christ said in Mark 12:17, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” Caesar doesn’t own our bodies, neither does Biden. Our world is filled with all kinds of religious ideology with gurus, self-proclaimed prophets, and other religious leaders, all saying they have the truth. But what is the genuine article? I’m not going out on a limb when I say that it’s the Christian faith. Everything else is an imitation. Jesus put it best when He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6 NKJV). He told the parable of the wheat and the tares about a farmer who went out to sow wheat. But during the night a neighbor, more like an enemy, came and sowed tares. A tare looks just like wheat initially, but later it actually uproots the wheat. The Devil puts all kinds of fake versions out there. And ultimately, he will have the Antichrist as well. Yet Jesus said, “By their fruits you will know them” (Matthew 7:20 NKJV).
