On July 7, 2021, Nathan Jones, Internet Evangelist for Lamb & Lion Ministries, and Todd Hampson, Bible prophecy teacher of the Prophecy Pros podcast, e-mailed a list of “10 Reasons Why Bible Prophecy Exists.”
This writer agrees with Jones and Hampson and will add that current events indicate that the God that punishes evil and gives hope to His people will soon act. It is difficult to deny that society is in a long-planned global pandemic that is moving toward the identification and tracking of everyone on earth. The implications of that (Rapture, Tribulation Period, World Government, etc.) and the push to establish a global tracking system are beyond comprehension. Here are more reasons to believe that Bible Prophecy is unfolding. One, on July 7, 2021, the group behind the Ark Encounter Theme Park in Kentucky announced that it is raising funds to research and build a “Tower of Babel” attraction near its Noah’s Ark exhibition. It will take about 3 years to complete the project. The idea of a one-world government and religion can be traced back to Nimrod and the Tower of Babel (Gen. 11). In addition to the Tower of Babel, the group is also planning to build an indoor model of “what Jerusalem may have looked like in the time of Christ.” Two, concerning peace in the Middle East: on July 12, 2021, it was reported that Yair Lapid, Israel’s new Foreign Minister, told the EU Foreign Affairs Council he supports the Two-State Solution (division of Israel) between Israel and the PA, but the PA nation must be a democracy that seeks peace with Israel (that is not trying to destroy Israel). Three, here are some statistics on adverse reactions from Covid-19 vaccinations:
As bad as this appears, some doctors and scientists say the numbers are understated (and these numbers do not include most of the world; China, India, Africa, etc.). Also, it is the opinion of some prophecy teachers that a third vaccination will not be the last one. They believe there will be a fourth, a fifth, a sixth, etc., and this will ultimately lead to the mandatory Mark of the Beast. For whatever it is worth, no vaccination means no money, but every vaccination means more money to big pharma and their bought-and-paid-for politicians. Four, on July 12, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a warning that Johnson & Johnson’s Covid-19 vaccine has been linked to a neurological disorder called Guillain-Barré. Officials have received 100 preliminary reports (95 serious that required hospitalization, and 1 death). Five, concerning famine: in the first two weeks of July 2021, there were several reports of panic buying by food stores and food store chains that are concerned about food shortages in the U.S. in the coming months. On July 12, 2021, several UN agencies reported a sharp increase in world hunger and malnutrition in 2020. As a group, the agencies reported that Covid-19 has exposed weaknesses in the world’s food systems, no region of the world has been spared, and it will take years, perhaps decades, to reverse the problem. (Note: On July 13, 2021, it was reported that the cost of eating away from home increased in the month of June more than any other month since 1981). Six, concerning the Days of Lot (Sodomy; Luke 17:28-29): on July 9, 2021, Bishop Strickland of Tyler, TX called the LGBT rainbow flag, “a sign of sinful pride and rebellion against God’s commandments.” The Biden administration supports the flying of this symbol of “rebellion against God’s commandments” at U.S. embassies. Seven, concerning the days of Noah (corruption and violence; Gen. 6:11): on July 12, 2021, Peter Schweizer, Pres. of the Government Accountability Institute (GAI), said the GAI has a copy of Hunter’s laptop and files, and the GAI has confirmed that Pres. Joe Biden did benefit with Hunter’s business dealings with foreigners. This is called corruption, and the Democrats and Justice Dept. have done nothing. Also, shootings, murders, and thefts (violence) are getting worse in many large cities, and very little is being done (political corruption). (Note: On July 13, 2021, it was reported that Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley, ranking member of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, has received a verified copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop, and it contains damning evidence of Joe Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s financial dealings with foreigners, including in China.). (Note: If corruption doesn’t exist in the Justice Dept., why are the demonstrators at the capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, being prosecuted, but Hillary Clinton, and many arsonists, rioters and looters in Antifa and Black Lives Matter are not being prosecuted? If corruption does not exist at the highest levels of the Democrat Party, why is Biden’s China collusion, etc., ignored after Trump was impeached twice for Russian collusion? (when no evidence was found). This is the point: These are signs that the days of Noah (corruption and violence) have arrived, and God will soon intervene. Oh, by the way, why does Hunter Biden, who is not an accomplished artist, think he can get $500,000 each for some of his paintings? It is for this reason that the founders crafted the first and most important Amendment to the Constitution, barring government from doing exactly that. Aside from a few constitutionally illiterate politicians over the past couple of decades and the horrid atrocities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, recently Americans have had the ability to express their protected speech in any manner they see fit. Over the last several years, however, tech giants and social media companies have brought down the hammer in the name of protecting society from "disinformation." Many have argued -- although incorrectly -- that companies like Facebook and Twitter are private entities and therefore can censor whatever speech they want to on their own platforms. As TFTP has been reporting for years, however, this censorship was anything but private. While there has been a grey area as to the relationship between social media and government, on Thursday, the White House made sure to clear up any doubt. During a press briefing, Jen Psaki removed any uncertainty that Facebook is a wholly private entity by claiming that the United States government will now dictate to the social media behemoth, exactly what is and isn't allowed on their platform. "We are in regular touch with the social media platforms," said Psaki, adding, "we're flagging problematic posts for Facebook." The implications of such a declaration are utterly mind boggling. For the last four years, the left has been screaming from the rooftops, marching in the streets, and taking to protests outside the White House to demand an end to fascism. Now, we have the merger of corporate and state entities -- creating de facto fascism -- and they are not only silent, but behind it! This entire insidious move seems to be a push to either convince or otherwise trick the "vaccine hesitant" Americans into taking the jab. However, announcing that the government is merging with the state to silence critics of the vaccine on social media is hardly a way to build trust, which is why it must be the latter. Instead of attempting to build trust through transparency, the state is attempting to silence anything information that doesn't wholly enforce their narrative in order to trick others into believing there is only a single consensus. The government thinks that by creating an endless stream of completely unchallenged information and "news" which confirms their claims, then people will eventually be convinced as any contrary information will be deemed "problematic" and erased from memory. This is an incredibly slippery slope and it needs to be put to an end immediately. As stated above, this announcement is the definition of fascism -- a move that would have made Benito Mussolini proud -- but that is happening in the ostensible land of the free. To those who have been paying attention, this merger between the state and social media was inevitable. It has been taking place via proxy since 2018 and the results of such a move have been utterly disastrous. As the state and big tech attempt to control the narrative, they suppress the truth and aid in the spread of actual disinformation. One example happened last year when anyone who shared information on social media about anything related to COVID-19 and the lab in Wuhan, China or that mentioned the possibility that COVID-19 was man-made, saw their post removed and may have even been banned. Facebook, Twitter, Google, the establishment media, and many in the government made it their primary mission to "dispel misinformation" over the origins of the COVID-19 virus. The arbiters of truth in Big Tech claimed and vehemently pushed the idea -- based only on theories -- that the COVID-19 virus originated in nature, and anyone who challenged or questioned this view was a dangerous conspiracy theorist. It was established. The fact checkers were correct and anyone who challenged them was a danger to society. But the fact checkers who dismissed this information did not do so with "facts" at all. Instead, they simply promoted one theory over another. As the world found out in May, the fact checkers, the government, big tech, and social media were all dead wrong. Make no mistake, there are definitely some utterly stupid conspiracy theories out there on just about everything, including COVID-19. But does society need handlers to hide these things from them by censoring those who engage with it? Stupid ideas didn't used to go extremely viral. Even in the furthest corners of the conspiracy theory realm, verifiably false facts were easily proven wrong and dismissed swiftly. But that no longer happens now thanks to the censors. If the ideas of the censors are so grand, why not allow them to compete with other ideas? Censoring ideas doesn't stop them, it only allows very bad ideas to go unchallenged in the public arena, thereby granting them credence. This is extremely dangerous. This new merger of corporate and state cannot go unchecked. Free speech does not come with terms and conditions and those who claim it does will eventually be silenced by the very monster they helped to create. I know that sounds crazy, but it is true. Monday will be the 200th day of the year, and according to Wikipedia there have been 327 mass shootings up to this point in 2021. And actually the information on Wikipedia does not include all of the most recent mass shootings, and so the true number is actually a little higher. But you can’t really blame Wikipedia, because it is extremely difficult to keep up with all of the mass shootings that are happening these days. In fact, each one barely even makes a blip in the news before the next one happens. We have become a nation that is filled with violence from one end to the other, and many believe that what we have experienced so far is just the beginning. On Saturday night, headlines were made all over the nation when a baseball game between the Washington Nationals and the San Diego Padres was halted due to a mass shooting that took place right outside the ballpark… Three people were shot outside of Saturday night’s Nationals game during the 6th inning, causing players to run off the field and fans toward the exits. According to Washington Nationals on Twitter, a shooting was reported outside of the Third Base Gate at Nationals Park. Sadly, mass shootings are becoming way too common in D.C. these days. Just the night before, there was a mass shooting in the city that took the life of a 6-year-old girl… Police are pleading for information after a 6-year-old girl was killed and five others were injured in a shooting late Friday night in Washington, D.C. The shooting took place shortly after 11 p.m. in the neighborhood of Congress Heights, according to the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. Not since the days of Marion Berry have we seen such extreme violence in the nation’s capital. Carjackings in D.C. are up a whopping 74 percent so far this year, and the police union is admitting that the city has become a place where “violent crime permeates everything”… The police union, however, heaped blame on the ‘elected officials’ who they said allowed DC to become lawless. ‘Welcome to Washington, D.C. Where violent crime permeates everything,’ they tweeted on Sunday morning. ‘It is a tragedy that elected officials won’t let us do our jobs.’ Mass shootings are becoming increasingly common in other large cities as well. For example, Portland is rapidly becoming one of America’s most violent cities, and over the weekend there was a tragic mass shooting in the city in which eight people were shot… On Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2:10 a.m., Central Precinct officers responded to a report of multiple people shot in the 300 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue. When officers arrived they found many people injured. The officers initiated lifesaving measures and secured the scene for paramedics to respond. So far 8 patients have been located and transported to the hospital by ambulance. At least one is considered life threatening. There appeared to be both male and female adults hit by bullets. The suspect or suspects left the scene before police were called and no one has been arrested. No suspect descriptions are being released at this time. Portland was once such a beautiful place. What in the world has happened to that city? Of course Portland still has a long way to go before it gets as bad as Chicago. On Saturday night, there was a mass shooting in Chicago that resulted in four children being hit… Four children were among six people shot and wounded Saturday night in a drive-by shooting that targeted a group mingling outside a house party in Chicago, police said. The shooting happened about 11:40 p.m. in the Austin neighborhood on the city’s West Side, according to the Chicago Police Department. It should break all of our hearts when we hear of innocent young children getting shot. In the old days, criminals had higher standards than this. In most cases, they would at least wait until there were no children present to start shooting at their enemies. But these days, hearts are so cold that people will start shooting whether children are around or not. In fact, some gang members are so twisted that they actually relish the thought of taking down the children of their rivals. At this point, I don’t know why anyone would still want to live in Chicago, because a drive by shooting could literally occur at any moment. Here is an example that happened just last Wednesday… Autry Phillips runs a community outreach center on a block in Gresham where people like to gather on the street and catch up with each other. “It’s a good thing to do,” Phillips said. “We want people hanging out on our block.” And that’s what people were doing Wednesday, standing and talking near a food mart at 79th and Justine streets when a silver car pulled out from an alley and three gunman opened fire shortly after noon. And that wasn’t even the first mass shooting in the city that day. A few hours earlier, a shooter gunned down four women and a man… Hours earlier, four women and a man were shot in West Garfield Park on the West Side. As in Gresham, they were gathered on a sidewalk in the 4600 block of West Monroe Street when someone approached with a gun and shot them shortly after midnight, police said. Once upon a time, a mass shooting like that would make headlines all across America. But these days they are so common that each one barely gets noticed. In order to make headlines these days, a mass shooting has to have an unusual element to it. If the shooting that just happened in D.C. had not stopped a baseball game, it probably wouldn’t have gotten much notice at all. If we are seeing this much violence now, what will this country look like once economic conditions become extremely harsh for an extended period of time? The fabric of our society is literally being ripped to shreds all around us, and we are headed for a very, very painful future. If we are, does a cashless society mean we are moving into the end times? With all the headlines about cryptocurrency—many Christians are questioning whether or not it’s a sign that we are moving deeper into the book of Revelation when Christ will make His return. It is often assumed that in order for the Antichrist or the beast to control all sales, a cashless society is a sign that the tribulation is near. It is assumed that so long as we are still using cash, we are not living in the end of days; but if we move towards a cashless society where all transactions become electric, then every transaction can be controlled and monitored by the beast (Revelation 3:17). Cash, cryptocurrency, or no cash, we are living in the end of days. Jesus’ resurrection and ascension marked the beginning of the ‘end of days' over 2,000 years ago. Many interpret the book of Revelation as a way to know when “the end is near” when the Antichrist or the beast control all buying and selling during the tribulation. However, a cashless society is not necessary to fulfill the meaning of Revelation 13:17. What Is a Cashless Society? A cashless society might sound like something out of a science fiction movie but it’s already on its way thanks to some governments and financial service companies vying for the new era. However, no society on this planet has gone completely cash-free—despite the rise of cryptocurrency. A cashless society is an economic concept where all goods, services, and sales are executed in an electronic format rather than cash. Items like electronic cards or devices will be used for all transactions. It can be in the form of what we use today: credit cards, debit cards, or mobile wallets. Other examples are widely used today such as Venmo, PayPal, Apple Wallet, and Amazon Go. What Are the End Times or End of Days? How we understand Eschatology (the study of what the Bible says about what will happen during the end of days) has an impact on our lives here and now and what we are to expect to occur. The End of Days is prophesied by many events that will occur. These events can be categorized as political signs, spiritual signs, natural signs, and sociological signs. The Bible tells if that if many of the signs are present, we can know for sure we are living in the end times. Jesus’ ascension after His crucifixion and resurrection marked the beginning of the End of Days. Luke 21:11 also lists some of the natural signs as a sign of the times that will occur before Jesus’ second coming: “There will be great earthquakes, famines, and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.” Jesus called these things “birth pangs” in Matthew 24:8 but that does not mean we are to interpret every natural disaster as a sign of the end times. Matthew 24:6-7 predicted that “nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.” “Wars and rumors of wars” are definitely characteristic of this present age and what we witness in the news. Along with the signs God will use in the natural and spiritual realms, society will continue to decline in immorality. 2 Timothy 3:13 tells us evildoers and imposters will go from bad to worse. We will be lovers of ourselves and doing right in our eyes (2 Timothy 3:1-4). This moral decline and a cashless society will supposedly usher in the Antichrist who will control all buying and selling by forcing people to “take the mark of the beast.” Some believe it could be a microchip while others currently believe it means the use of credit cards. Some believe the church will be raptured as Christ comes in the clouds to snatch away all those who trust in Him (1 Corinthians 15:52). The “dead in Christ” will be resurrected and taken to heaven too. Then the Antichrist will rise as he gains worldwide control with promises of peace and he will be aided by a false prophet (2 Thessalonians 2:7-8, 13:1; Revelation 13:1; 19:20; Daniel 9:27). Those who are left behind after the Rapture will be faced with an unbearable choice—accept the mark of the beast in order to buy and sell goods to survive, or face starvation and horrific persecution by the Antichrist and his followers. Does the Bible Say Anything about a Cashless Society? There are two references about a cashless society, but the Bible does not specifically contain the phrase, ‘cashless society.’ Revelation 13:16-18 says, “Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.” Isaiah 55:1-13 says, “Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food. Incline your ear, and come to me; hear, that your soul may live; and I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David. Behold, I made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander for the peoples. Behold, you shall call a nation that you do not know, and a nation that did not know you shall run to you, because of the Lord your God, and of the Holy One of Israel, for he has glorified you.” Does a Cashless Society Point to End Times? We are currently living in the end times, cash or no cash. However, the conditions described in Revelation 13:17 existed without a cashless society. If a tradesman wanted to sell his goods, he needed to be a member of the trade association or guild. Each association had a patron deity and in order to trade, each craftsman had to be willing to worship the deities. If a follower of Christ refused to worship a deity, they were not allowed to buy or sell goods. In modern communist countries, Christians have been barred and banned altogether from buying or selling goods. Some authorities make it clear no one is to buy or sell to Christ-followers in countries like China or Iran today. Should Christians Embrace a Cashless Society if It Comes to That? According to the latest research, 86% of Americans are paperless when it comes to financial transactions. 29% of Americans never purchase with cash and 52% state they only “occasionally” purchase goods and services with cash. These days, there are virtually dozens of ways to pay for goods and services without using cash. From Venmo to debit cards to credit cards and even cryptocurrency, we are slowly moving towards a cashless society. Many view a cashless society as an imminent threat because they believe it will usher in the Antichrist and make it easier for the government to track us and therefore control us—eventually giving the Antichrist the ability to implement the mark of the beast. However, when the Antichrist does come, he will have the power to declare cash as worthless. He will have the power to require a new form of cash and require individuals to take the mark of the beast and pledge their allegiance in order to acquire this new way of buying and selling goods. But even in a cashless society, there are ways around the system. Bartering will always exist. A cashless society will not usher in the Antichrist, nor is it ungodly or antibiblical. Should a cashless society happen, Christians should not fear it. Instead, Christians should have faith in God. Faith and trust that He will provide for all of their needs. Ultimately, we need to remember God is the one who provides our jobs and He is the one who supplies all of our needs. The rapture could occur at any moment. The good news is that it’s not too late to choose eternal life. It’s not too late to study God’s Word and get to know Him better. It’s not too late to trust He will take care of all your needs. All that is required is faith in God’s free gift of grace through His Son, Jesus Christ. One thing is certain, you will be trading the world’s riches for eternity. Daily Jot: Voting audits and what to expect - Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com Despite a constant harangue by Democrats and the media that there was no voter integrity issues in the 2020 presidential election, audit after audit is turning up—you guessed it—voter integrity issues. In the contested states, Democratic leadership has tried to block any forensics that might shed light on the condition of election integrity. Those pushing the status quo continue to stand on the argument that there was not enough voter fraud to overturn the election, so it is nothing to worry about. The problem with that argument is that they have no real way of telling unless there are audits. If people stand in the way of finding the truth, and continue to insist there is nothing wrong, they are likely hiding something. The Epoch Times reports that after analyzing Georgia ballots made available by court order, Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results found seven tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals, 923 ballot batch files of incorrectly reported votes, and 36 batches of mail-in ballots added redundantly to the vote count. And guess what? This was done during the audit of the results. In all cases, the vote totals favored Joe Biden totaling in the thousands of votes—just for Fulton County of Atlanta. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, however, reports that the findings were too small to have a bearing on the final certified count and continues to hold that previous audits found no significant irregularities. Nothing to see here—right? In Arizona, there is a similar situation. The long-awaited audit results for Maricopa County are being blocked from the public by Democratic Party legal and political maneuvering. In an Arizona State Senate hearing, the CEO of Cyber Ninjas, the company that audited the county’s votes, said that auditors couldn’t find any record of Maricopa County sending some 74,000 mail-in ballots that were received and counted and also discovered that around 18,000 people voted, but were taken off voter rolls “soon after the election.” He also said there were “11,326 people who were not on the voter rolls on Nov. 7, 2020, but appeared on the rolls on Dec. 4, 2020, and 3,981 people who voted after registering after Oct. 15, 2020.” Maricopa County officials vehemently deny the mail-in ballot statement’s veracity, saying Cyber Ninjas compared the wrong files. Pennsylvania Democrats are also blocking audits. If there are no voter integrity issues, why all the politics to prevent finding the truth? Notwithstanding, each of these states certified their electors, which in turn cast their votes for Biden. As said by Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, the state Senate cannot recall electors. Other states will be the same. The deadlines have passed. Scholars say that in the event that massive fraud is proven, the remedy is removing Biden through impeachment, but this is very unlikely. We should demand election reform—which Democrats are staunchly opposing even to the point of invoking the specter of racist Jim Crow laws, something of which they alone instituted. Freedom is on the line as the real coup is ongoing. As Christ said in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” In this deception is tyranny. Then they’d walk down the beach looking for sinners to talk to. My friends and I would go into the water and wait for them to go away, because we discovered that for some reason, the Christians never wanted to go into the ocean. Yet the best thing they could have done was paddle out to where we were, invade our little world, and talk to us about Jesus. Now, there isn’t anything wrong with specifically going out to share your faith. And there’s a right way and a wrong way to do that, of course. But the Bible tells us, “Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching” (2 Timothy 4:2 NLT). And what, exactly, should we preach? We should preach the gospel, which means “good news.” It’s the simple message that we’re all separated from God by our sin. But God loved us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be born on this earth, live a perfect life, die on the cross for our sins, and then rise from the dead three days later. If we will turn from our sin and put our faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord, then God will forgive us, and we will go to Heaven when we die. We can find the meaning and purpose of life. That’s the gospel, and that’s the message we should proclaim. So we shouldn’t just say, “Let’s go witnessing.” Instead, we should always look for and recognize opportunities to be witnesses because we never know when God will open a door.
