In 2015, following a home football game, Washington State Bremerton High School assistant football coach, Joe Kennedy, went to the 50-yard line to kneel and pray with fans and students as he had done many times before. An employee of a different school witnessed the event and complained; Kennedy was suspended, and his coaching contract with the school district was not renewed because he refused to stop kneeling and praying. Coach Kennedy believed his freedom of religion was being violated; he sued the school district, and his case went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court twice (they refused to hear it the first time). It took seven years, but he won, and on Mar. 13, 2023, a school official announced that Coach Kennedy was getting his job back. One of the attorneys at First Liberty, the group that represented Coach Kennedy, said, “We are thrilled that Bremerton and Coach Kennedy are back together, and we hope they go undefeated.” This reminds me of the time Daniel was told not to pray to anyone but king Darius for 30 days because people that didn’t like him wanted him to lose his job (Dan. 6). Daniel refused to stop praying to his God, went home, kneeled in front of his window, and prayed and gave thanks to Jehovah as he had done many times before. This got him thrown into a den of hungry lions, but God sent an angel to shut the mouths of the lions, and Daniel went through the night unhurt. The next morning, king Darius had Daniel removed from the den of lions, restored him to his job, and had his accusers and their families cast into the den of lions, where they perished. God didn’t promise His people that we would not have trouble as the Tribulation Period nears, but He promised that we will be delivered from the Tribulation Period, and, even if times get so bad that something should kill us before then, we will go undefeated (the resurrection and Rapture). Here are some recent events that seem to indicate that we are getting close. One, concerning immorality and the abandonment of Christian principles: on Mar. 21, 2023, the Pres. of Uganda, a predominantly Christian nation, signed an anti-homosexuality bill that was unanimously passed in the legislature that strengthened Uganda’s commitment to Biblical marriage and sexuality. Western leaders are furious. U.S. Sec. of State Antony Blinken said it undermines the fundamental human rights of the Ugandan people. U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said LGBT rights are a core part of our (America’s) foreign policy. As I see it, Kirby’s words mean the denial of Biblical marriage and sexuality is a core part of America’s foreign policy. (More: Four states in the U.S. have passed laws requiring students in public and charter schools to use bathrooms and locker rooms that correspond to their biological sex. Lawsuits have been filed in two of those states to throw out those laws.) Two, concerning the surrender of America’s sovereignty and open borders: on Mar. 22, 2023, it was reported that the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol said it has encountered 4,366 Chinese nationals crossing America’s southwest border since Oct. 1, 2022 (in less than six months). Most have been released into the U.S., and Biden wants money for America’s military in case we get into a war with China. Three, concerning the Gospel going all over the world during the Tribulation Period: it was recently reported that two members of Israeli Prime Min. Netanyahu’s government proposed a law that would sentence Christians (or anyone else) to jail for one year (two years if they were witnessing to a minor) for trying to get Jews to convert to another religion. Their proposal triggered a big backlash among Christian evangelicals, and that triggered a response from Netanyahu on Mar. 22, 2023, who said, “We will not advance any law against the Christian community.” (My opinion: God may have caused Netanyahu to stop this because the 144,000 and the Two Witnesses must evangelize during the Tribulation Period, and all Israel must get saved.) Four, concerning corruption and deceit in the White House: the Democrat party, the U.S. Dept. of Justice, the major news media, the social media, etc., the evidence of influence peddling by the Biden family keeps piling up, and all of these groups continue to be in denial of part of the coverup.
Anyway, the House Oversight Committee is investigating the Bidens, the committee keeps finding undeniable proof, and it is obvious that many people have tarnished their once-good reputations by deceiving and lying to the American public. Five, concerning the Mark of the Beast: on Mar. 23, 2023, Bloomberg reported that JPMorgan Chase & Co is planning to test new technology that will allow customers to pay for goods and services with a face or palm scan. If the test is successful, the service will be offered to all of JPMorgan’s customers, and the company is anticipating that it will be used by about three billion people to make about six trillion dollars in transactions by 2026. There should now be no question that the technology will exist for the False Prophet and the Antichrist to require a Mark in the forehead (face) or the right hand (palm, etc.) that can be used to track all buying and selling by the middle of the Tribulation Period. The timing of this technology with everything else that is coming on the scene (world government, false religion, WOKE culture, etc.) is incredible and no coincidence. California is perhaps America’s largest producer of Agricultural products, many California farmers say they have lost everything this year, and some experts say the storms will impact America’s food security. Impacted items include milk, beef, grapes, strawberries, lettuce, tomatoes, nuts, rice, and more. The storms have killed 28 people and put many out of work. Eight, it seems that some people are nauseated by reports that some nations are pushing and allowing crickets, locusts, and mealworms to be put in food for human consumption. On Mar. 26, 2023, it was reported that Hungary has passed a law that requires food that contains insect proteins to be clearly labeled and displayed separately from other foods that are being sold. According to the same report, Italy has banned the use of insect flour in pasta. One must wonder why officials in the U.S., Canada, and other nations are not insisting on clear labeling and segregation of products containing insects, insect flour, etc. This would probably be a popular issue with many voters. Nine, concerning famine: on Mar. 22, 2023, about 400 farmers in Germany drove their tractors in an event to protest EU and German government limits on how many animals a farmer can own. According to the farmers, limits on how many animals they can own will reduce the amount of food they produce, increase hunger, and cause some of them to lose their farms. Ten, concerning an economic collapse: on Mar. 27, 2023, it was reported that low-interest rates in previous years caused a real estate boom. Now that the U.S. Federal Reserve has increased interest rates several times, housing and commercial real estate sales are tanking. Many potential buyers are backing out because of the higher payments. Builders are stuck with buildings they cannot sell, and banks are stuck with builders that cannot pay their bills. Do not be fooled by those that say America’s economic problems are over. Problems still exist, and many small and medium-sized banks are aware of them. Finally, are you Rapture Ready? He is God, the Second Person of the Godhead who spoke all that is into existence. He is the power that holds together all that was created. For Him and by Him all things were made. How can any mortal even begin to comprehend the infinite power that flung the stars against that black, velvet curtain that separates our earthly abode from the eternal realm of Christ’s majesty? So when we consider the words spoken by Jesus, we must understand they’re not mere utterances. His words are so profound, so powerful, that they have meaning above and beyond all others. This isn’t to say other prophets and their prophecies throughout the Bible are less than 100 percent the Word of God. I only mean that words spoken by Jesus Christ should be considered of elevated importance. For example, we should pay extra attention to His words of prophecy while we consider them in light of issues and events we see unfolding in these days. I preface with these words because I believe we might be witnessing the particular manifestation of Christ’s foretelling in a very specific way. The Lord’s words I’m writing about involve an area of prophecy we’ve looked at many times: And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring. (Luke 21:25) Although we could point to tremendous signals involving the first two prophetic indicators Jesus gives here, the third sign is relevant for this exploration: “the seas and waves” will be “roaring.” We begin by emphasizing that the number-one signal in all of Bible prophecy is front and center; Israel is the first and foremost matter to consider. God’s chosen nation is, as we say, God’s prophetic clock. That timepiece has never been more central to determining where this generation stands on God’s prophetic timeline than at this moment. Thus, it is prudent to look at what’s happening at present in Israel. That is, it’s wise to think on the Jewish state in terms of “the seas and waves roaring” Jesus said will mark the end of the age. Again, keep in mind our preface–that Jesus’ words are worthy of above-and-beyond consideration, because He is God. Therefore, I suggest we must think on Israel and its present turmoil in light of our Lord’s exhortation to “watch.” We should watch carefully the chaos being fomented by satanic forces through the powerful indicator given us by the greatest of all prophets. We should ask the question while watching developments whether “the seas and waves roaring” today in Israel have profound meaning for just how near we are to the Rapture of the Church and the unfolding of the Tribulation. And in view of the most recent charges perpetrated against America’s former president, it becomes especially wise to consider whether this seas and waves roaring prophecy by the Lord speaks to obvious efforts by forces in this nation to foment civil war in their drive to bring the U.S. power and influence down. –Thus, so the new world order builders can move forward more swiftly in implementing their Luciferian blueprint. Indeed, such dramatic civil unrest has been and continues to be reported around the globe –particularly withing western nations. Many consider the “seas and waves roaring” to indicate the literal seas and waves—the physical creation—roaring, as in destructive weather events. However, those who look more deeply conclude that the phrase alludes to people being in uproar. In other words, the prophecy is saying “seas” of people will be in chaos. Jesus’ words, therefore, speak of a specific time of powerful turmoil that is beyond the ordinary turbulence experienced throughout history. It is therefore not out of the realm of likelihood, in my view, that Jesus was here telling about a time of uproar not only involving people of the world in general, but more specifically of an uproar within God’s prophetic timepiece, Israel. Israel is experiencing tremendous upheaval at the moment, as we learn from hourly reports coming across the spectrum of media. Here’s one example: Hundreds of thousands of protestors took part in the 12th series of protest rallies on Saturday night, with around 200,000 protestors gathered in Tel Aviv closing roads, waving flags and carrying signs. Protest leaders estimated that more than 630,000 people attended rallies across the country this Saturday. During the main protest event, an announcement was made about Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, calling for a pause to the judicial reforms to allow for negotiations. As a member of the Likud party, Gallant’s call received mixed reactions, including support from four other Likud members and the opposition, while being criticized by key government figures. While many protestors cheered the announcement, protest leader Shikma Bressler reacted by saying, “We demand that the entire legislative package be scrapped.” After thousands streamed onto the Ayalon Highway, blocking it for hours, police used water cannons to disperse protestors from the highway, detaining about 30 individuals. Several dozen counter protestors also turned out in Tel Aviv on Saturday night, many holding signs which read: “We are the majority, you are the minority.” Hundreds of protestors blocked a main highway, Route 65, in northern Israel, with police detaining some individuals for disorderly conduct after they threw flares and blocked a busy junction. (“Hundreds of thousands of Israelis protest against governments judicial reforms in 12th week of rallies—Protests followed Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to London,” All Israel News Staff, March 26, 2023) A report from one Christian Jew, a top reporter with a Christian ministry and who lives in Israel, said he, for the first time ever, thought of leaving the nation because of the powerful forces at work. He instead is depending on the Lord’s direction and is staying. Those powerful forces are the same that are fomenting chaos across the world. It shouldn’t surprise us that Satan is especially in the attack mode as his time is getting short to do his devilish work. We can, I’m convicted, look for greatly ramped-up assaults by the Ephesians 6:12 minions against Israel. Look for the “seas and waves,” instigated by the likes of the globalists and other Luciferian forces, to grow into an ever-increasing “roar.” This all means that Jesus, the greatest of all prophets and our Blessed Hope, is soon going to step onto the clouds of glory and shout: “Come up here!” (Revelation 4: 2). That includes the sinful tendencies inherent in being a member of this fallen race. It is a prayer for deliverance from pride, gossip, impure thoughts, unholy anger, self-centeredness, and a host of other sins. It includes the idea of protecting us from Satan and his minions who use our sinful tendencies against us. We also need His deliverance from the evil that attacks from without. Only a few days ago, a young woman stalked the halls of a Christian school, carrying guns with which to hunt down and kill 9-year-olds and their caretakers. Evil stalks our children, physically and spiritually. Even as evil physically stalked the halls of that Christian school in Nashville, evil’s lies permeate much of the world’s educational systems. Hatred and rage increasingly dominate the thoughts of people in our generation. Please God! Deliver us from evil! I’ve seen His miraculous deliverance. I’ve seen it in my life, in the lives of thousands of other individuals, and I’ve even seen it on a global scale. When I was a boy, nations prayed, “Deliver us from evil!” And Hitler — with his vile aggressions and concentration camps — fell. Later, nations again prayed, “Deliver us from evil.” And the Soviet Union — with its gulags and show trials — fell. Propaganda’s veneer was stripped away, and the nations finally saw the evil of those regimes for what it was. During the days of slavery in the US and later in the civil rights movement of the 1950s and 60s, an entire race prayed, “Deliver us from evil.” And God did it. No, the world was not suddenly made perfect. That won’t happen until Jesus comes. But God answered prayer and He continues to answer prayer. It happens when people pray as Jesus told us to pray — “Deliver us from evil!” I hope it has happened in your life. I know it has happened in mine. When we pray, “Deliver us from evil,” we pray for ourselves and for our whole world. In some ways, the Lord’s prayer in Matthew 6:13 is like the prayer found in the Bible’s next to last verse — Revelation 22:20. “Even so, come, Lord Jesus.” May He come, and deliver us from evil! May He come soon “with healing in His wings!” [Malachi 4:2] Psalms 50:3 says, “Our God shall come, and shall not keep silent.” Isaiah 25:9 says, “And it will be said in that day: ‘Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.’” Jesus even delivers us from death. John 5:28-29 says, “The hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth.” Philippians 3:21-22 says that at His coming, “The Lord Jesus Christ… will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.” No wonder the New Testament repeatedly speaks of the followers of Christ as those who “eagerly wait for Him,” or who “love His appearing.” Like the young woman in the last verse of the Song of Solomon (8:14), we cry out, “Make haste, my beloved.” Will The Discovery of The Ark of The Covenant Soon Be Publicly Revealed to The Entire World? - by Michael Snyder - http://endoftheamericandream.com/will-the-discovery-of-the-ark-of-the-covenant-soon-be-publicly-revealed-to-the-entire-world/ When the discovery of the Ark of the Covenant is finally announced by the Israeli government, it will be the greatest archaeological bombshell in the history of the world. Authorities in Israel have known where it is located for a long time, but trying to remove an object of such immense importance from deep under the Temple Mount was always going to be complicated. In fact, when the Israelis finally unveil the Ark they may not even admit where it was hidden all this time due to conflicting claims of jurisdiction over the Temple Mount. If the Israelis openly admit that they took the Ark from under the Temple Mount it could potentially set off riots all over the Islamic world. This is such a sensitive topic, and it really will be a miracle when the discovery of the Ark is finally revealed. But it will happen. In fact, I believe that the announcement of the discovery of the Ark is most likely to happen on or near a major Jewish holiday. So every time another Biblical festival rolls around, we need to be on high alert. In case you did not read my last article on the location of the Ark of the Covenant, I want to review one very important point. In the western world, our “scholars” have come up with all sorts of weird theories about the location of the Ark, but the truth is that over in Israel they have known where it is resting for many years. In fact, on their official website the Temple Institute actually admits that they know precisely where it is located… The Ark of the Covenant is one of the most fascinating of all Temple-related subjects. There are many theories about what happened to the Ark of the Covenant, and speculation abounds as to its actual location. Some people think it was taken to the Vatican, together with other Temple vessels, such as those depicted on the Roman monument, the Arch of Titus. There are many authentic, ancient historical chronicles, and even more popular legends, that attest to many sacred vessels having been taken away to Rome. However, this does not apply to the most holy feature of the First Temple, the Ark. While some claim to have evidence that the ark is in Ethiopia, and of course, moviegoers were treated to a fanciful version of the story in “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” in reality, the expression “lost” ark is not an accurate description for the Jewish people’s point of view – because we have always known exactly where it is. So the Ark is “Hidden,” and hidden quite well, but it is not lost. Tradition records that even as King Solomon built the First Temple, he already knew, through Divine inspiration, that eventually it would be destroyed. Thus Solomon, the wisest of all men, oversaw the construction of a vast system of labyrinths, mazes, chambers and corridors underneath the Temple Mount complex. He commanded that a special place be built in the bowels of the earth, where the sacred vessels of the Temple could be hidden in case of approaching danger. Midrashic tradition teaches that King Josiah of Israel, who lived about forty years before the destruction of the First Temple, commanded the Levites to hide the Ark, together with the original menorah and several other items*, in this secret hiding place which Solomon had prepared. This location is recorded in our sources, and today, there are those who know exactly where this chamber is. And we know that the ark is still there, undisturbed, and waiting for the day when it will be revealed. An attempt was made some few years ago to excavate towards the direction of this chamber. This resulted in widespread Moslem unrest and rioting. They stand a great deal to lose if the Ark is revealed – for it will prove to the whole world that there really was a Holy Temple, and thus, that the Jews really do have a claim to the Temple Mount. Of course knowing where it is and getting it out are two entirely different things. The area under the Temple Mount is riddled with at least 45 major tunnels, and not all of them are stable. Any effort to do more digging could cause one or more of those tunnels to collapse, and if any of the structures sitting on top of the Temple Mount were damaged that could cause an international incident. And as investigative archaeologist Harry Moskoff has pointed out, getting approval from all of the necessary authorities would be exceedingly complex… Now, about those subterranean tunnel entrances. Even if one would theoretically obtain all the permits from the Israel Antiquities Authority, the Jordanian WAQF, as well as the halachic permission from the Chief Rabbis of our day, it is simply too dangerous from a spiritual, as well as physical perspective to enter into these tunnels (which I delineate in my book). Further, the Ark seems to have this profound ability to sense who is around it, and if they have permission (as it were) to be there. And if not, the consequences have been proven to be lethal! Why take the risk? After all, even Moses wouldn’t enter the Tabernacle (that he himself built) to speak with God without permission. So who would be worthy today? Personally, I believe that God will keep the Ark hidden until the perfect moment. And so it will continue to rest under the Temple Mount until the proper time. Moskoff is entirely convinced that the Ark is located directly behind a colossal 570 ton stone that was specifically placed there to protect it… Moskoff took CBN News to the spot where he believes the Ark really lies. He believes a key clue lies behind a 570-ton rock and says high-tech search tools give credence to his theory. “Two years ago, there were tests done by the University of Nebraska, sonar tests…using electromagnetic waves. They actually found what’s called a storage space across from here,” said Moskoff. “So actually, there was a purpose for putting this giant stone, this massive slab here. One of the reasons, in my opinion, is to protect whatever it is on the other side. And according to my theory of where the Ark was actually buried by King Josiah, I think it was 568 BC – in back of these boulders, these massive stones,” he said. Time will tell if Moskoff is correct. Decades ago, there were multiple attempts to get to the chamber where the Ark is. In fact, it has been reported that Rabbi Yehuda Getz was actually “within 40 feet” of the chamber… Rabbi Getz believes that in 1982 he was very close, within 40 feet, to finding the cave in which the Ark resides. He was conducting a search in an old tunnel that had been filled with the debris of centuries, which runs perpendicular to the Western Wall and under the Temple Mount. However, when the Moslems discovered that there were diggings being conducted under the Dome of the Rock, they threatened a general riot and the diggings were stopped. The rabbi explains that, for the sake of maintaining peace with their Moslem neighbors, the Israelis had to reseal the entrance to the tunnel, and it remains blocked up to this day. After all this time, it will take something really spectacular to get the Ark above ground again. Could it be possible that God will supernaturally intervene in order to make it happen? We shall see. Once the Ark is finally revealed, it will send spiritual shockwaves all over the planet… Many hold that it is only a matter of time until the whereabouts of the ark will be revealed. The Temple Mount faithful certainly believe that its discovery will be accompanied by the coming of the Messiah and the building of the Third Temple. Others think that its detection will connect Moses and the contemporary Jewish nation once and for all. They believe that it will forge a permanent, indissoluble bond between the State of Israel and the Temple Mount, in other words affirming the right to settle in the land of Israel. Thus, we see that the Ark of the Covenant is not only a religious symbol, but a political tool as well. And once it happens, nothing will ever be the same from that point forward. I know that literally nobody else is talking about this right now. But I am going to keep talking about it, because eventually this will be a story that will throw the entire planet into a huge uproar. Republicans say that the indictment is no less than election interference against Joe Biden’s most serious opponent. It does appear to be a communist-style move to politically assassinate a political opponent. Having sat on a grand jury for a year, there is more to it than Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg snapping his fingers and getting an indictment. The grand jury heard witnesses for the prosecution, not the defense, and were able to question the witnesses. In the end, the grand jury voted on whether there was enough evidence to get a conviction. A lot of people were involved. Politics can take many forms. Certainly, Bragg was supported by the Democratic Party mob that has been trying to end Trump’s career since before it started. And be sure to remember that so far every accusation that has been brought against Trump was proven false or was railroaded through the kangaroo court of Democratic Party controlled impeachment trials. In fact, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama used the government courts to get spy warrants on Trump’s campaign and Clinton and the Democratic National Committee actually paid for the false dossier that was used to get the warrant. All of it was supposed to prove that Trump was in collusion with Russia—which in reality, it was Clinton that was benefiting millions in influence peddling with Russia when she was Secretary of State. No indictment. No Conviction. Same is holding true for Biden and his son Hunter. No doubt there have been illegal business dealings that enriched the Biden family using Joe’s various positions as Vice President and now President. The mainstream news media refuses to report such evidence, while they are all over the Trump indictment like flies on you know what. Trump’s response is classic: “Never before in our Nation’s history has this been done. The Democrats have cheated countless times over the decades, including spying on my campaign, but weaponizing our justice system to punish a political opponent, who just so happens to be a President of the United States and by far the leading Republican candidate for President, has never happened before. Ever. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, who was hand-picked and funded by George Soros, is a disgrace. In politics, you can count on one thing: When an opponent accuses you of something, it’s likely that that very opponent is doing exactly what he accuses you of doing. They are indicting Trump on 30 counts of business fraud, according to an anonymous source reported by CNN. Here again, a grand jury indictment is secret and someone has apparently leaked this information to CNN, afterwards the judge says its OK to share the indictment. Sounds like a media play. I am reminded of 1 Peter 5:8 that says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” Donald Trump has seen this many times. Obviously, the Democratic Party, behaving like banana republic communists, will stop at nothing to gain complete control. This is a nuclear option that should be a warning to us all. For this is what my Father has commanded. —John 10:18 https://harvest.org/resources/devotion/the-necessity-of-the-cross/ - Listen Sometimes we hear assertions that certain people were responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus, most specifically the Jews. However, anyone who claims the Bible teaches this or blames the Jews for the crucifixion is twisting Scripture. Granted, the Jewish leaders and Roman officials who carried out Jesus’ crucifixion bear guilt for the sin of what they did. But God the Father foreordained how and when His Son would die. When Jesus talked with Nicodemus, a Pharisee, He said, “And as Moses lifted up the bronze snake on a pole in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in him will have eternal life” (John 3:14–15 NLT). And Mark 8:31 says, “Then Jesus began to tell them that the Son of Man must suffer many terrible things and be rejected by the elders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. He would be killed, but three days later he would rise from the dead” (NLT). Notice that in both instances, Jesus used the word “must.” This speaks of necessity. Jesus had to die on the cross. But was He predicting that He would be a victim of circumstances and crucified as a result? No, He wasn’t. Jesus was talking about the plan and purpose of God the Father. It wasn’t an accident or a mistake. Nor was it a surprise. Clearly Jesus knew what was coming. He said, “No one can take my life from me. I sacrifice it voluntarily. For I have the authority to lay it down when I want to and also to take it up again. For this is what my Father has commanded” (John 10:18 NLT). Jesus was in complete control when He went to the cross. His death was an act of submissive obedience to His Father’s will.
